DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN THIS APP. If you use this app with serious clients they will laugh at you. So this service looks really nice and they have an incredibly friendly persona built around the brand which looks very human. Disclaimer I'm a customer of and co and harvest. However the product is not function at all in the slightest. The timesheet capability is subpar and lacking as compared to other fantastic and more seasoned solutions like harvest.i've been using this product for about six months and paid upfront for the upgraded plan. Do not use the contracts future in this app it will not work 10 out of 10 times and if you send a contract to a client from the mobile app they will get an email notification and then waste that person's time. The contractor not even show up under your projects as drafts and your client will be sent to a blank page. The time tracking capability is confusing at best these guys think they know a thing about product design but they have not figured out how to mimic what other companies have been doing for years. I would suggest using Harvest if you want to do time tracking. The import transactions feature does not work and it is unclear whether that will ever be resolved.

Payments via app??. A bit annoyed about the new pay feature, it would be nice to be grandfathered in. Anyways that’s my real gripe with the app it’s the lack of explanation about pay. The app does not have a WePay page or otherwise. I got a notification saying my client made a payment and I kept saying “where? What are the next steps?” I had to dig through my email for a WePay verification email. This is a gross oversight on the developers’ part. Why not have a page in the app for WePay? One other issue on the proposal I wanted to list a per item and a per hour feature but it was very confusing. I eventually fixed it by adding a 0 quantity but I thought I should mention that that feature is not intuitive at all.

Highly recommended!. Trying to start your own business is difficult. This app made my life a little easier. The app it’s self is easy to navigate. You make a list of services You can add down payments & discounts. Charge by milestones, flat rate or per service, It will Send payment reminders and electronic receipts. So the end result looks very professional. I’m so impressed and I definitely would recommend it.

First time freelancer. As a graphic designer with a knack for not being good at admin tasks I am super satisfied with how this app/website not only makes it easy for me to keep track of income and expenses but they take the time to answer any questions I have. Also since they’ve been acquired by Fiverr they are now free. Their interface is also extremely user-friendly and that is so satisfying as a designer. All the 🙌🙌🙌🙌 emojis.

So freaking simple!. Creating a contract was actually fun. I can see myself using this app for every job I get.

Great software for Consulting. If you are a consultant why wouldn’t you use this app? It does it all! Except I need to invoice through quick books. So I guess I can renter invoice into quickbooks. That’s the only problem I have.

Incredibly useful. The time and project tracking alone is worth the cost, and the ability to create and invoice projects on the go is so useful. This app is essential to my business.

Sketchy With Your Data. I’ve reached out multiple times to get clarification on what they do with all this data you feed to them. If the service is free, you are the product. Having my bank accounts and all aspects of my business in one place is convenient, but I’d rather pay a couple bucks a month than have my data sold while they beat around the bush about it. Aside from that aspect this is a solid service for a freelancer. But, If you have an agency or collective there isn’t a way to have multiple users and assign tasks out or anything like that.

This app is useless. If you have a business or the client means you are already successful and you know very well how to manage everything to satisfy your customers and you don’t need the app for that. That app would be helpful if it provides business or customers

Not able to Sign in. I tried logging in with Fiverr and it says enter my full name to finish creating account. I put in my full name and it says existing account. I tried logging in with a password and that doesn’t work so I put forgot password. It says I’ll get an email & I don’t receive it. I gave it a few weeks to see if it updates, but I still get the same result.

Constantly crashes on iPhone. For whatever reason I can’t sign up with google, I tried to create account with email, it crashes on the acceptance page for the terms. I can’t sign up from device and I can’t sign in regardless for too the crashing

Great App. This is a great app. I am always impressed with how snappy and responsive it is to load on screen and do what I need. I really like using the time tracking and invoicing and thing it is a must have for all freelancers who would rather not reinvent the wheel to get a gig. I put the full faith of my business behind their invoices and contracts and every client that has seen this invoices has been happy with them. I do tend to pick my clients so maybe they are just not lousy clients. In any case, if you want to get a handle on your gigs, this app and site are amazing!

The timer doesn’t even work. The one thing I wanted to use this for, and it doesn’t it even save half the time when I use the timer to clock in my hours. I have to enter it manually at the end because when I hit done it just disappears.

Great app!. It’s a great tool for the needs of my small side hustle business. I wish it had all the features of the website because sometimes I find myself having to use the desktop version of the website on my phone.

Awesome!. This software:program is amazing!! It has saved me so much time and heartache’ it is super easy to use and gives so much more credibility to my company. I love them!!

They broke a great system.. So after Fiverr bought this it went major downhill. I’m not even talking about charging, they used to charge for the service before Fiverr bought them. It limits on 3 bank accounts/credit card accounts it can track now so good luck tracking expenses over a normal variety of payment methods. The latest bug has them putting a non-functional “pay online” button in the invoice emails it generates and you can’t remove it. It’s embarrassing explaining that to a client. Whenever something goes wrong, customer service replies quickly, but almost never with a solution. Just a “thanks for pointing that out, we’ll look into it.” I wasted my money on a contract with them for a service I’ll have to ditch. What started as a stellar idea with a great service has grown into a complex bug-riddled mess.

Great service. I’ve been using AND CO for invoicing and contracts for while and am really impressed. Time-tracking also strong and the team seem very responsive to feedback. It continues to get better month over month, and their support is second-to none. Overall, awesome, beautifully designed app that gets the job done.

Great app. This is a great app for any entrepreneur, freelancer, small business owner. It has a lot of great features I’m looking for. Being able to message my CO anytime is pretty cool. Now that it’s free it’s a win win.

Whatever improvements needed to be addressed before- boy did they fix em. And I’m new to the app.. As a new independent part time solo act in design, I’m able to provide good efficient service to my clients, make use of my degree and maintain my creative vision, all because AND CO takes care of most of the logistical work. This App Changes Lives. It’s unbelievable how useful this app is. Compared to every other service this is the hub to complete every step to get you to the money. I’m a freelance videographer, and I’ve never had an easier solution for making things happen. If you want to get actual freelance gigs with actual budgets, you have to look like it. ANDCO helped me do that.

Probably a great App. Even when recent negative reviews are consistent, I personally tend to circumvent a similar fate. But not in this case. I’m using a newer model iPhone with the most recent updates, and I can buy no means and under no circumstances make this app do anything. There’s just no logging in. I’ve tried every which-nine ways to Sunday To be greeted with a welcome to no avail. I’m keeping this app on the off-chance it’ll do anything in the future for me, but right now it’s just a pixel-weight.

Mostly unusable on an iPad. Fields where you need to type in detail (like the password field when you try to log in) and others get completely covered by the on-screen keyboard. Useful on iPad only if you only want to view something and not actually try to input anything.

Amazing program, app needs some work. I’m still pretty new to this program, but I absolutely love it. It is so easy and user friendly. The app is not as good as the website, which I highly recommend using the website sometimes for a smoother process of adding clients and keeping track, but the app is good for just checking things off. If we could fix the app up and make it as involved as the website I would give it 6 stars. I am also ridiculously impressed wit their customer service so far. I am usually loyal when it comes to having a good experience with CSR and they have been amazingly accommodating and helpful. Looking forward to this continuing to grow and learning more ins and outs of the program.

Best app ever!. So beautifully designed and love love love the support feature and customer service. I’d definitely recommend to any freelancer or independent business owner.

File support. Loving the app. I hope you guys integrate with the UIDocumentPickerViewController so I can upload files to my project instead of only pictures.

App seriously lacking features. The app seriously lacks the features of the desktop site. What’s worse is that you can’t access the desktop site from a mobile device. It makes you download the app. When I open the app it’s missing most of my projects. And it automatically creates invoices in a way that makes no sense how I work. I use this mainly for timekeeping and the app is trying so hard to make me invoice. I have SO many to dos saying invoice for this or that and I can’t even delete them. This app is terrible. Switching to Harvest.

Great app!. Easy to you and manage incoming and out going invoices. Email feature that allows you to see when clients view or pay on an invoice is to me the best feature. Oh and it’s FREE!

The best small business app ever!. I started my first small business before email, so when I say the best ever, I mean ever! Hard to believe that this one app does everything that it says it can do, but it lives up to its promise and then some. It used to take four different applications, two bank accounts, and a full time bookkeeper to handle less than what Co can do without breaking a sweat. Not happy since the partnership with Fiverr. I loved using this platform for proposals, invoicing, etc. It has been perfect for my small business needs. But ever since their partnership with Fiverr, I have been having issues. I seem complete unable to use the program through the web on my laptop anymore (I can’t even sign in!) and now the app is being super glitchy. I am not happy.

The more you know. The more I use this app the more I LOVE it! As a small business owner with way too many things on my plate, it makes my proposal/contract/invoice/project management life so much easier. I love that I can chat whenever I need something or have a suggestion. I love that my clients are receiving quality proposals and contracts that I don’t have do anything to! I just recently realized the benefit of time tracking and it’s a GAME CHANGER. It’s so worth the money...insane amounts. You’ll love it.

Boo. Bait and switch. This was a great service, and I put up with its idiosyncrasies because I’m a freelancer with only a handful of repeat clients. But the new pay version only allows ONE client on the free version. There is no other option except the $18/mo version. For the small amount of invoicing I do, it’s just not worth it. You just lost me as a customer, AND Co.

Amazing for Frelancers!. I love And Cos all in one solution. I’ve used this app since 2017 and it’s been nothing short of a godsend. However there are a couple of issues with the app and UX that could be improved. While the internet app has a set of comprehensive functions, the phone app is limited to only certain functions making it hard to resolve client issues while on the go. If I could do everything on my phone as I can on my laptop I would be very grarteful!

Nice but little problems here.... Seams like reeeeally good and helpfull app, but there is some bugs like i have to change currency in expenses two times to app accept the change. Overall is good.

Intuitive and professional. After trying several CRM/invoicing systems for my consultancy, I stumbled across this platform and haven’t looked back. The design is intuitive and lightweight, and despite minimal customizing options, the invoices it generates look professional. I ran across a unique invoicing bug early in my use and the customer support was top notch. I’d give it 5 stars if 1) I could integrate it with other payment options of my choice (I use TransferWise for an international client and other clients prefer Venmo/PayPal), 2) my business partner and I could each be users on the account, and 3) it had more robust task management (I don’t use tasks now as we use a separate platform - Notion).

My favorite app I discovered in 2017. This is the #1 app I’d recommend to freelancers, whether they’re just starting out or have been self-employed for years. This was the missing app in my workflow, and the CO’s and reminders have saved me on multiple locations!

The service & support are unbelievable!. This app and this team have made my hobby into a profitable side-hustle, and they’ve made me look good doing it. The service, both app and desktop handles all of my invoicing, expense-tracking, and contract needs. And if I have a problem, the in-app text support team is ridiculously efficient, friendly, and FREE? Absolutely love ANDCO.

I can’t even log in.. I tried to create an account with the same info as my Fiverr app. It says I already had an account. I tried to log in instead and it keeps telling me I already have an account. Then I clicked forgot password and it had an error on not being able to recover password??

Exceptional service. I was having issues and had a rep email me and told me I could email them at any time, so I did and within a few hours I had a response and a fix to my issue. This is how online services should be ran.

Please fix bugs. My clients are having problems with the link that requires payment after signing. Plus other bugs. I’ve never been so irritated in my life. Other than that, the contracts are legit helpful in covering me for all situations.

Missing my key features compared to desktop. I use this app to track my freelance hours and send invoices but I rarely open this app on my iPhone for a couple reasons. The widgets have stopped working for me for whatever reason. Instead of showing a quick view of my tracked time it says I need to login in to the app. The other reason is that I wish I could choose how I invoice my projects on the mobile app. I always choose to send invoices with the “group by activity” setting but I don’t get that choice on mobile. I hope these are features that will get fixed or added soon.

AndCo simplicity. Great little app. Does so much. Only wish for it to allow addition of that expense PayPal charges for transactions to make taxes even easier.

A working timer shouldn’t be so hard. Highly disappointed with all the apps. From the lack of customization to the function app on browser and off. I’ve been with these guys before they were acquired by fiverr and it’s just getting worse and worse. And now to compound it all, they can’t even give me a functioning timer that stays on the time that I select. 😭😭😭

App doesn’t work. At the start of the App it asks me to enter my full name. However there is a glitch. The space won’t except a name and will then ask for a email. When you add a email the space will then prompt for a name. Can someone explain this. I sent a lot of messages asking for support and in the last week I got no response.

Powerful time tracking and convenient task management. Invoicing is simple with AND CO. So is tracking time. I specifically love the time tracking reminders that can be easily configured using this app. Additionally I use AND CO to track my three, top prio tasks of the each day.

I give up. I was excited when I found the app and even prepaid for a year of service. I had such high hopes but It's impossible to work with. Can't save stuff and come back to it (unless you can figure out how to email it to yourself???). Can't enter a negative number in an invoice. Recording outside payments is difficult. I also had a bad experience sending a prospect a contract. I had to do the project without a contract to keep her. In a year it hasn't gotten better. I began to wonder if they have anyone testing it because the short comings are so obvious. A couple months back another company bought the app and they refunded me the unused subscription. Even free I don't want it. I gave up a few days ago when I couldn't find any evidence of an invoice I created and even printed. I started reading articles comparing similar products and just subscribed to Bonsai.

Thanks AND CO!!. A friend recommended I try out AND CO a while ago, after I was getting frustrated with Quickbooks. Much more complete system here and a ton nicer to look at and use. Smooth invoicing, contracts, time tracking and a bunch of other stuff like task management. Has made life a lot easier and recommend it to all my other independent friends whenever I get the chance. Special shout-out to their “Chief Operator”, Oliver, who helps out whenever i have a problem. Support is excellent.

Love And Co. I’ve been with other paid CRM in the past, it was a breeze switching to AndCo and I’m loving it so far! Way to go team.

Simple yet awesome.. This service took hours off my monthly billing and I couldn’t be happier. It’s not perfect but it’s awesome, free, and does the job!

Barely Functions. I just tried to use this for my most recent freelance project because I heard good things, and I quickly discovered that it’s barely functional. My changes when editing the contract never save. I edited the “client” because someone else wanted to sign, previewed it to make sure it was correct, sent the contract to the correct person, only to find that their name still wasn’t included on the contract that was sent to them. The original incorrect name was still there. I have been fighting with it for hours tonight - there have been several other errors and issues, and I will most likely never use this again unless it magically functions better tomorrow. I hope I can save face. I’m extremely embarrassed from the back and forth chaos with my client. I should’ve known better than to risk sending the contract through this service since it was giving me so much trouble from the get-go. I’m glad it didn’t cost me any money at least!

Must-have app for freelancers!. AND CO is the best thing that has ever happened to my business. Before finding AND CO, I've tried out many different tools and none had all the necessary functionalities that an independent worker needs. Now, I can focus on my work and spend less time dealing with contracts, expenses, invoices and payments. The app is very ease to use, beautiful design, it allows me to create invoices and expenses in just seconds, using multiple multiple currencies, from anywhere!!! Impossible login. I'm trying to log in to my account with my email and password and the application closes immediately. Fix the problem.

Not I pad friendly. Hello I have an iPad Pro I tried to access the website but was not able to currently And I tried the app but it’s for iPhone only Please take a look at your site and make it iPad friendly And update your app ASAP Not every one has a iPhone.

Great Start!. I am so glad I got the gift of And Co with my Envato subscription. This tool needs a few refinements (for example, allow for a monthly recurring expense and make the link to enter expenses available from the main menu), but it's a great start with great functions I started using IMMEDIATELY.

It's a lifesaver for freelancers.... I have recently downloaded this app to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use and the nice design. I have received excellent support from the team and superb help and advice from "my CO" The contracts have given me a peace of mind, and being able to invoice in mutltiple currencies has made the biggest difference with my international clients. Invoicing and tracking my expenses has become so simple and easy that it has freed up a lot of my time to do the work I really care about. I'd recommend to any freelancer looking for a better way to manage their business.

Very helpful. I'm an early adopter and very happy. Love human help and organizing all my income and expenses. Income reports and invoicing is simple and it saves me a ton of time and worrying about having to organize receipts.

Best one so far. This app is exactly what I've been looking for. Clean, easy-to-use interface and all the tools I need to run my business. Invoicing is simple and professional; tracking expenses and keeping an eye on my finances has become so much more manageable. It keeps crashing. I did update for my iPhone software and it didn’t help, I uninstalled then reinstalled again and it didn’t help 😠

AND CO to the rescue. I'm one of those freelancers that have too much on their plate, and AND CO came to the rescue; as in rescued me more time. I'm always behind on my invoices, it's not something I particularly enjoy doing so I don't do it until I have to. I signed up with AND CO, as they were offering a free trial and thought "why not?". My CO took care of my backed up invoices and set up the projects I was working on. The service gives me a nice overview of what's going on with my professional life and let's me know what's coming in and going out. The cool thing is I'm not doing it myself, my CO is so great to communicate with.

More crashing smh. I’m trying to register on the set up menu and it keeps crashing.

App doesn’t work at all. It just crashes.. You can’t even log in, the app just crashes. Terrible product.

Freelancer's Dream. I found this app a little while ago and it has already improved the way I manage my business. Simple, quick invoicing has made it much easier to get paid and my CO is always there for me if I have any questions. Being able to send contracts has made my business relationships stronger and safer. All in all a fantastic app! Would recommend to any freelancer who is trying to get organized

Not Functional. The app crashes during sign-in and is completely moot. Seller verification took over a month.

Organized and easy to use! Awesome. At first glance, the app is so user friendly. I've just started using it and I’m not lost at all because everything is organized perfectly. The invoices look very easy to send and I’m excited to continue using it for a long time to come. This is great app!

Wont sigup with fiverr account. I downloaded this app to manage my finances and i thought of signing in with fiverr so everything could be synced but it kept giving me an error that i couldn’t sign up

iPad support?. Would love to see native iPad support. Good app other than that.

Easy and Simple. The interface of this app is aesthetic and also very easy to navigate. The tutorial is quirky and informative making it very understandable. It is also very helpful to have a CO to message right there on the app instead of another interface!

Awesome for Freelancers. We've been using And Co for the past two months to help alleviate the pressures of starting a small freelancer outfit here in New York. One of the biggest issues we faced after leaving the mothership was on the bookkeeping end. Invoicing and company employee management was a disaster and these guys have been great keeping our new baby on the right track. Super intuitive and awesome support on their end. Would recommend 10/10 for any small company that's trying to keep up with the big dawgs.

So impressed with AND CO!. As a fashion entrepreneur, business owner and freelancer in the city, I’m constantly in need of support for my invoicing / keeping track of clients & accounts. AND CO has contributed to my company (and sanity) enormously, allowing me to streamline many processes while being provided with effective and efficient support. The UI is very friendly and straightforward, it’s also such a bonus to be able to speak to a person live on chat with any questions I have as they arise. Their contracts simplify otherwise complicated collaborations tremendously and most importantly I feel they truly prioritise the safety of their user in all aspects. I can’t recommend the app or company enough!

I was a big fan of this service. Until they increased the price and made the free version useless. Over $20 a month? I’d rather make my own spreadsheets.

Easy things made difficult.. A lot harder to use than it needs to be.

Fabulous Invoicing, Contracts, Human support!. Finally, AND CO provides the knowledgeable assistance I've been craving. Invoicing? As easy as texting. Knowledgeable human support? Ready and waiting. Time tracking, expensing & safe contracts are all in here. Intuitive user interface had me up and running in moments. What a relief!

Finally I am Free. I hate accounting - I love AND CO. Finally I don't have to deal with annoying accounting stuff thanks to my super helpful CO. Love the fact that it's a real person and not a dumb bot. The design is amazing and is helping to keep things as simple as I need them. Overall I don't want to miss this service anymore!

Not working. I tried multiple times to create an account and it just took my personal credentials. So tired of this.

Doesn’t work too well...or does it. Tried the app some time ago. Got the “we’re free” message and so requested to reset my password. I press the button, the app opens, and no reset. Not really impressive when the most basic of functions fails.

Finally!. Been looking for a good finance app and this isn't good it's fantastic! Lovely 3D Touch menus in a simple and elegant design with a modern icon, these people have put in a lot of time into designing and making this app a solid choice for me, this will stay on my hole screen for years to come! 10/10 😁

Does not work on iPadOS. I love the tool and use the phone and web versions daily. I recently installed it on my iPad to use on the go but the app keeps the iPhone layout and is super tiny. An iPadOS version would be nice.

Awesome for freelancers!. A must have for freelancers and entrepreneurs. And it’s FREE, can’t beat that.

Dates not saved as entered in expenses. Be very careful if you use this to enter receipts/expenses. In this version, the date you enter gets decrement day by one when you save the expense, and if you go in to edit it and save again, it deletes a day from the date a second time!!

I didn't know I needed this app until I had it. I downloaded AND CO on a recommendation from a friend. I was looking for was a time tracking tool to help manage my new freelance business - and I got a lot more than that. AND CO's expense tracking feature syncs with my business banking account so I don't have to pore through my statements at the end of each month. There's even a contract tool that I can customize by project. I can't imagine how I ran my business without it.

Freelance is Freedom again.. I started freelancing many years ago and always contemplated to go back to full-time. Because of all the hustle associtated. But ever since I use AND CO everything seems to be as easy as working full time. My personal assistant takes great care of me. She helps me to mange my expenses, bookings and receipts. I love it.

Thank you AND CO. Two days into my free trial with AND CO and I already have all ten invoices sent out for the entire week and queued up for the rest of the month! With my bank account connected, I also have all my expenses auto tracked by my super smart CO. I could not be more happy to see the piles of papers on my desk no longer be a constant reminder of the dreaded task to do all the stuff that frankly I hate. Truly I am thankful to have found AND CO. Their wonderful service has saved me so much time.
