Limited customization. Overall I’ve been happy with the Moe’s app. In the last couple of months I noticed that the hard rock & roll sauce has been removed from options to customize your meal. Which is frustrating for when you order a burrito or even a quesadilla and want the sauce already inside vs having to pour it with each bite. In addition, the restaurants offer wheat tortillas so it would be nice if that was an option on the app. I commend the app for recently adding a curbside pickup option, I think that’s great. But the fact that those two minor things can’t be included in the app would prevent me from utilizing it, and has prevented me from simply doing mobile orders in general.

Space for chips on the side PLEASE. For the most part, the app is fine. However, there needs to be a separate space for instructions. For instance - when I order nachos, I do NOT want them with the ingredients - it makes them soggy and gross. The chips need to be on the side. Nowhere on the app has a place for me to tell them that. I’ve put it on the space where is says “Who’s it for” (that’s not a correct space for instructions, anyway) but they don’t pay attention and still the chips are in the mix. So, please put in a separate space for instructions so people like myself will actually use the app and not get frustrated when their order isn’t how it should be.

Ordering needs improvement. App works without issue, my constructive criticism is the ordering needs improvement. For instance, if I want to order a vegetarian bowl, no meat, black and pinto beans, I am unable to order both beans or customize my order. I have no choice to go to the store to order and therefore unable to use my rewards. Sure other are running into this issue with trying to create their order to their liking.

Missing Ingredients. Overall the app is ok - very repetitive and I feel like you need to click a lot of buttons just to add an item to your order. ****App developers - please fix this glitch!!!—-> If you select a veggie stack on the app you don’t get the same topping options as you do for the other types of stacks. For example, I don’t have the option for grilled pepper, grilled onion, fresh jalapeño, fresh onion, or cucumber, whereas those are all options if you select a chicken stack or other stack with meat/tofu. The “special instructions” box only allows 32 characters which isn’t enough to type in all of the extras that are standard options for everyone else. Signed, a sad vegetarian that just wants to order ahead

New App. Moes. I love you guys. My favorite burrito chain by far. But sadly, this new app just feels like you threw a new coat of paint onto the old app. Suggestion - improve customization by allowing users to “swipe” on items to add extra, or ask for just a little of something... or make it some other function if not a “swipe”. At this point, from what I can tell, the only option for “extra” is meat. Also, consider adding salsa options. You have an entire salsa bar, which is huge selling point that differentiates you from your competitors. But if I can’t request any when I order for delivery, it’s no different than anyone else. Hopefully these are considerations for any other updates to come.

Careless errors. We’ve used the app multiple times to order, but we have issues each time. First, the only options are black beans or no beans... I thought the location was out of pintos, but clicking multiple locations showed no pinto options for any of them. Some fresh ingredients aren’t listed as well. We’ve also had issues where we chose a location and we show up to them telling us they didn’t get our order (but the app shows order placed at correct location and card charged). I also wish you could add to reorders in your cart. I like the rewards system and the app isn’t bad... it just has some minor thinks that should be fixed.

Horrible app. T-mobile offered $4 burritos, so my family decided to use them for dinner. Took 40 min of going back and forth with the Moe’s app to get everyone’s order working. Not user friendly and very glitchy. Coupon wouldn’t show up at checkout even though it was in the my rewards tab. The location next to us said not accepting online orders even though they said they were when we called. They offered a free queso. Never could get that to go through and had to give up. Overall, wasn’t worth it. I used to use it all the time years ago. Looks like it’s gone downhill since then.

Still room for improvement. I thought the upgrade to the app would be different but it seems like the only thing different is the layout. There is still no way to really customize something you want (ie: adding notes) for example if I want a little of something or extra of something. Also, they only let you choose between 4 types of drink but my child doesn’t drink soda so I’d like the option of lemonade or another drink besides soda. Also, if I don’t want free salsa but still want the chips I can’t take the salsa option off - and I hate wasting it as I feel it’s a waste of food. There are lots of other places I’ve used apps that are much more customizable and user friendly. I was excited for the new app but felt let down with the lack of change!

NEEDS updating NOW. This APP used to be somewhat functional, but the last mobile order I placed didn’t allow me to add jalepenos or black olives to my burrito, and also wouldn’t allow any customization on the chicken club quesadilla I ordered. I then received a call from the Moe’s store (luckily) and was able to tell them what I wanted...but how inconvenient for everybody involved. The workers have to take the time out of their busyness to call me, and then after I place my order to save time, I have to basically place my order again with the store over the phone to confirm. Please fix the burrito and other item customization issues now. The mobile apps are supposed to make things easier, not more difficult.

Disappointed. Dear Moes, I absolutely love coming in and eating the delicious food that you have! Sometimes I don’t have time to come in and eat and the app has saved the day! But I have been disappointed at the finished product. Most things that have been messed up have just been side orders and I can look pass that. Even sometimes not getting chips with my order. But this last time I ordered the exact same thing that I always order and once I got home found that rice was missing from my earmuffs. I thought that I might have forgotten to click on that in the app so I went back to look at my previous orders and saw that I had put seasoned rice but sadly no rice. Hoping that the miscommunication gets fixed. Sincerely a sad Ally.

Great value on Monday, bad attitudes from staff. While waiting in line, there were a couple of guys just standing behind the counter while I was waiting while in the middle of my order. The couple of guys working finally got around to finishing my order. Then when I went to get a drink, I asked a worker if they had any more unsweetened tea. He rudely said, “NO”. I went and asked the guy at the register and he said a little nicer “No”. Then when I went to get a substitute drink I saw them chatting about me. Very rude. At least I didn’t find a long black hair in my food this time.

Updated App? Try again!!!. This app is now worthless as a means to ordering ahead. Some of the ingredients that we could get while order in the store are not available on the app anymore; my 7 year ago nephew loved the diced tomatoes and always asked for them every time we ordered from Moe’s, but now we can longer get the regular diced tomatoes in store nor on the app and my new phone absolutely hates pico de Gallo. So congratulations, my nephew now refuses to eat from Moe’s because, in his words, “Moe’s is so stupid for not having any good tomatoes anymore! I never want to eat there anymore because they don’t have the good tomatoes anymore! hate them, I hate them!” I remember when this app had a great star rating, but what did you expect would happen when you make drastic changes to the app that makes it worst off than before? “Great job”? NO!!! Probably the best thing for you to do with this app is realize you made too many mistakes and just need to start back at square one!

Most Difficult to App to Order From Award goes to.... It never gets better. There app has always ranked last for me and somehow it gets worse every time with each “update”. The biggest and my most consistent complain is logging in. With each update it wipes the saved password. I try to use the Apple ID because THAT will be once and for all finally easier. The cell phone number is already in use so it won’t let me create an account there. I only have one phone number. So I guess I can never register with my Apple ID which is the same email address I used for my account anyway? Maybe it’s my fault for not ordering enough from there? Then again even if I did, it’d save my password only to lose it to not have me or the app remember after each update. I’m tired of what seems like every time I open the app that my password is gone, the ones I use never seem to work and I have to reset it. It adds too much time to the order with hungry kids. Then yeah, I couldn’t get in this time - I just gave up and changed our place - but previous times ordering wasn’t easy enough to make notes on or about, if it wasn’t stock it was difficult. Kids always want custom stuff like they’re in line.

App can be frustrating at times. The app is well designed from a usability and aesthetic standpoint, but there is a few issues with how the app operates. For the longest time, onions were not an available option to put on select burritos. The toppings are in completely different orders from item to item. And the most recent and frustrating issue is that when I try to apply the Moe’s Monday deal to my burrito, it says the deal cannot be applied to the item. The deal applies to the burritos and only the burritos, so I’m not sure why it would say that.

Best restaurant app. Unlike other apps, Moe’s has never once asked me to review their app (that I can remember). Thinking on this I realized how also unlike many other apps, they actually DESERVE a review on their app! Moe’s reward system is the best out of the restaurants I know, and they are constantly giving away promotions and free food and better rewards, way more often than their competitors. Add to this the fact that Moe’s is absolutely delicious and you’ve got the best restaurant app on the U.S. market. Thank you Moe’s for being such a great company with such a great app! You deserved this review even more than those who push for them in the app.

Decent. I preferred the old app more. Now, the addresses auto fill, which I thought was great! But when Moes sends the order to Door dash, the address changes to the apartment office building instead of my own. I usually get away with this by putting the actual number in the delivery instructions, but I don’t always remember since it’s correct *in* the app. When ordering kids meals, the cookie and drinks aren’t always in bag. I’ve gotten both a total of once out of 10 orders. Sometimes I get the cup, but no drink. Sometimes i get the drink, but no cookie. Sometimes i get neither. I can live with it since I’m not a huge fan of the cookies and the available soda options (I’d rather use the freestyle machine). The address changing is truly the most annoying part because it’s a hidden bug and it’s not directly fixable until I get a text saying it’s arrived and I have to correct them.

What a Ripoff. I downloaded the app 5 days ago after seeing someone else use it for rewards. After the meal I was given 2 promos 1 for free queso and 1 for $5 off. Me and my wife came back to the restaurant today expecting to use the promos toward my next meal. For some reason even though it was only day 5 and I was supposed to have 7 days. The app said the promo for free queso was expired and would only bring up a blank screen. Me and my wife decided to get in line to order and had our items made then when it came time too checkout. I brought up the app to get the $5 off promo reward but instead was greeted with a blank screen. Needless to say You have lost 2 customers today thanks to the crappy programming of this app. Do everyone a favor and take it to behind the barn and put it out of its misery! Once you do we may consider returning to Moe’s

Extremely limited ordering options.. This app has extremely few items you can choose from, and none of them can be customized. If you want to order a bowl, for instance, you get two choices of which bowl you can order and that’s it. When I go into a Moe’s location I always order a custom made bowl, I choose exactly which ingredients I want in it… there is no feature that allows you to do so on this app. It’s very easy for the app to be made with a customizable ordering option, not to mention that most fast food places (such as Chipotle Grill) have an app that allows you to choose exactly what you want. It’s honestly confusing why Moe’s would create an app that lacks over 90% of their menu’s ordering actions.

Pesky Notifications. I turned on notifications to get lunch specials and deals at Moe’s. Frequency was fine. However, I HATE having active notifications on any app. After looking at the ones from Moe’s they don’t self-delete if not used, only when redeemed or expired. Should really add the feature of self-removing notifications once they’ve been read. If I see the offer and choose to eat at Moe’s I’ll come by and pull up the app to redeem the offer. If I’m not going to use your offer, I’m not coming by. Having your notification stay active won’t annoy/pester me into coming; it will just annoy me to the point that I turn off notification completely. As a result, I miss your offers and specials and only see what’s going on when I think of you and check your app. Out of sight out of mind often happens and you’re out of my restaurant rotation...all because your notifications won’t go away after they’ve been reviewed...

won’t let me sign in. I clicked sign in with Facebook and was asked to update my information, okay, but then when I enter my phone number it says I can’t be logged in because that number is already taken but now the update information screen is stuck on my app no matter how many times I close it out and open it again. To try another email I have to completely delete the app and re-download. I really want the reward I was emailed so I do this, then log in with just email. The screen flashes for a second and I finally thought I was in but then the update information screen pops up again, still telling me I can’t enter my own phone number because it’s already been used. If I do not receive a free burrito for my birthday in two days I’m going to be very upset.

Not impressed. The notification badges don’t clear from my iPhone even after interacting with all sub menus on app. It has been stuck at 3 badges for awhile now. This is annoying since I do like to use the badges for notifications, and they work fine with all my other apps. One other issue which I really hate, is it takes forever to scan a receipt barcode in the rewards app. The older version of this app used to scan them almost immediately, even before it was centered in the viewscreen. Now I have to get it lined up just right to even start scanning. . Lastly Moe’s quality outside this app, has really gone downhill. On my last burrito all of the chicken was completely charred.

Welcome to Moe’s poor app. Downloaded the app since I’ve found the using the Chipotle app works well to order in advance and avoid lines. Well, this app feels very clunky and poorly designed. Had to press “add item” or “add to order” way too many times - and it kept bringing me back to prior screen - so wasn’t sure if even worked. I kept getting errors for missing “flavor” when trying to order the burrito. When I pressed the “burrito” again to check my options, it reset the order options instead of showing me what I had selected already. The app doesn’t have all of options for drinks when making it a meal (i.e Coke Zero) - I figured I would make my own when I got there - but if so, why have require selection from limited flavor options? When I decided to make it a meal and selected a side item, it won’t let me change it without canceling the entire order. It isn’t clear which side items are included with the meal when forced to make a selection (i.e. guacamole sizes). Was finally able to get it to work. Overly complicated app for trying to place an order. Ended up not using it and went to my building restaurant instead.

Awful App Update. No longer can you see how many lifetime visits you have, nor can you see the reward tier system, if there even is one anymore. First Moe’s disappoints us on Cinco de Mayo, and now they destroy a once great app that made eating at this franchise more pleasant than others. I use to say Moe's had the best reward system app for any restaurant or fast food place. although it had some flaws with the unattainable final tier that gave you a free shirt, it was still nice to have some sort of goal in mind when acquiring all these points. I will admit that I do like how they changed the point scale to 100 rather than 1000. So $1=1 point rather than $1=10 points. But other than that I am greatly dissatisfied with the new app changes.

Whyyyy. At first I was ok with this app but it progressively keeps getting worse. When I first got the app I was able to put “extra” or “light” of what I wanted on my burrito. Then that was taken away. No worries I was able to type my instructions. JUST KIDDING. It was also taken away. I’m a vegetarian so I like to add both beans on my burrito. Today when I went to reorder my food my app notified me I no longer could do that. I had to choose between black and pinto. It gets better...I started reordering my burrito since I guess I’ll have to redo it so I don’t have to waste time to reorder my order again in the future. I thought it can’t get worse. But it does. Now I am only allowed to get SIX ingredients on my burrito. Which you think sounds like a lot but apparently my picture perfect burrito needs about 10 ingredients. I’m so disappointed in this app and in Moe’s. I literally live for Moe Monday but it seems I will have to find another burrito place.

Horrible Development Decisions. Whoever is developing this app makes changes every couple of weeks it seems and completely drops or screwed up features of items in the stores. Even if you specifically set your location, if you hit reorder it automatically changes back to the previous location that order was made (meaning you have no recourse but to drive across town if/when you notice that the address is completely wrong). They can’t ever decide on their drinks menu in the app so half the time there’s options like sweet tea, then the other half there’s not (but if you reorder an old meal from when it was listed it will order sweet tea still so it still has to be in there system somewhere even if you randomly can’t select it as an option).

Dear Moe’s. Dear Moe’s, Over the past years we’ve become great friends. We hang out a lot and I REALLY like your company. The intimacy of our relationship only increased when you introduced your app. Access to you was so much easier and rewarding even. I just paid a visit to you via your new app and I gotta say, I think I may want to break up, my friend. It’s not the repeated need to click “add to item” which was confusing but tolerable. It’s not that you became kinda passive aggressive when I tried to choose a pick up time (first you said I couldn’t pick up until 6:40 but when I chose 6:40 you said I could pick up until 6:41. This continued for way too long to be funny). It’s not even because there’s no way to add notes to my order like “extra chips please” (if you read this before 6:53, please do add in some extra chips). All of those things were frustrating but the final straw was not being able to edit the order. You know me, Moe’s. I have flaws. I make mistakes. Sometimes I’m impulsive. Sometimes I click chicken when I really meant ground beef. Sometimes I’m fickle. Sometimes after I think I’ve made up my mind, I decide, corn pico would taste mighty good on that Joey. In the past you’ve accepted me for who I am. And I, for who you are. But you’ve changed. You’ve really changed. And I just want my old Moe’s app back. With sadness, Elizabeth P.S. I’m serious about those extra chips.

Good but.... I use the app regularly to order ahead and it generally works well. As others have said, there are multiple user interface issues. For example, favorite and recent orders are tied to a specific location so if you want the same food as a recent or favorite order but from a different location it can’t be done. You have to start over. Saving the location is a nice convenience but there should be a way to change it without starting from scratch. Notifications are also problematic since what shows up inside the app is often very different from what was in the notification.

Kind of useless if you need to customize. There are not a lot of ways to customize your oder with the app—which seems odd as the setup of Moe’s is so you can customize with toppings and whatnot in line. You can only add extra meat but there’s no way to tell them light on this or heavier on that. Additionally, there’s no way to tell them to leave off something if it comes with—for example I order the Earmuffs without gauc because I am allergic but the app won’t allow you to tell anyone this. Also, some of their add on items like olives and chopped onions aren’t even a choice to add to your order. There’s not even a notes section to add additional info. And finally, the back or cancel button disappears sometimes and you can’t go back a page and have to close the app and start over. I’ve used a lot of food ordering apps and this one is the worst.

App Not Worth It. I used to love Moe’s and I have supported my local Moe’s throughout quarantine but I’m done. The app doesn’t always keep track of your rewards points (this happens pretty frequently) and if you want them you’ll have to go through the trouble of calling customer service. The last straw for me however was the app charging me $20 for burritos that I ordered at 7:19 pm that didn’t get delivered until 11:30 am the next day. I called the store and apparently the app has a cut off time that they don’t tell you about even though it was an hour before the store closed. There’s no notice of this either and you can’t cancel your order for a refund when this happens. If you want Moe’s just go in store. This app will steal your money.

Unable to reset password. I haven’t been able to use this app for YEARS. I finally tried to reset my password and could not get the reset email. Tried to just rejoin but my number is in use. Yeah I know that! Tried calling the customer service number and of course no answer, leave your number, seriously?! Went on line to leave feedback and finally got an email that because I had used Facebook to log in way back whenever I can only log in using that? This is ridiculous. Then why have the email password reset option? Why not have it say gee you need to log in using Facebook it better yet get rid of that option

missing food items. I have been using this app at least a year or more. I found it very handy to preorder what I wanted and just pick up. However, since the last update I noticed I can’t choose an option besides black beans. Pinto used to be there and now it isn’t. They still have it at the location I go to. I am sure this isn’t the only item missing but that is what I noticed. Please fix this. I miss online ordering and just stopping in to grab my food. There isn’t even a way to make note on the order and specify that you want something different. It’s also just “buggy” and keeps prompting to “pick a protein” after I’ve already done that.

The app keeps deleting my points and rewards. I’ve been a loyal Moe’s customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars eating there. I’ve used the app for the rewards since it first came out, and had it connected to my Facebook account. I accumulated about points to get to the rock idol status and regularly redeemed my $10 rewards. Whenever Moe’s revamped the look of the app a while back (maybe 6 months ago?), I got logged out of my account. When I logged back in with my Facebook account, everything was wiped clean. I was back to fan status with only 50 points for signing up. The $12 in rewards I had available was also gone. I have emailed Moe’s support looking for my account and rewards to be restored. I will provide an updated review when that happens. In the meantime, 1 star because I love their food.

Was a happy user until I got home from my trip.. For some reason after traveling over seas, it appears the Moes App had forgotten my login. No problem, I’ll just log back in... but the app is super buggy. I tried logging in through Facebook, and it had me enter my phone number etc. Once I clicked continue... the app asks for my information again... so I retype it, and hit continue. And then it asks me again... Even when I close out the app, it is just an endless cycle, and I can’t access anything in the app at all because it keeps re-asking me for information I have already given it. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing the app multiple times, tried logging in with my email instead, and nothing seems to work. It’s a tease to be getting emails about my points and deals but not being able to actually use them because the app is so broken. This is a serious problem that, as I read the other reviews, seems to have been going on for months now. I don’t understand how it hasn’t been addressed yet.

Missing available items. Every time I update the app, one or more of the available items is not listed as an option. For example, when I first downloaded the app about half a year ago, I had no option to put any rice on the bowls. Now, I only have the option for seasoned rice, not cilantro lime rice, on all the items... The rice options have been finicky throughout my use of the app and disappear and reappear with each “update.” So Moe's in my area (Opelika, AL) loses money every time the app takes away the cilantro lime rice option because I don’t like the seasoned rice and I only order in the app, not in store, so I can have the food ready to pick up on my way to work in the evenings. 🤷‍♀️

Wasted time & space on my phone! 👎. We ordered dinner (for 4) through the app tonight, paid, got an email confirmation, etc. My husband went in to pickup our order and the employees were like, “Uhh... what order?” They didn’t get our order at all despite confirming that we submitted the order to the correct location. My husband had to go through the line and order everything via the screenshots I texted to him. It looks like we got our reward points, so at least that part of the app works, but it’s hard to trust an app that’s going to take your credit card number and not actually send your order to the restaurant. If it’s not going to save time then what’s the point? I think they need to rethink their wireframes too because it’s not very user friendly. There’s got to be a way to eliminate so many “add to item” and “add to order” buttons.

Superstar Crew. Moe’s #246 Battleground Avenue, Greensboro NC - Love this place! Manager Terry is an incredible asset to your organization! Please make sure you take care of him, because he takes care of so many of us(customers), as well as his Rockstar crew! Employees like that deserve the best support, both emotionally and financially. It’s not an easy job-trust me I know! I managed a restaurant for almost four years, so I do know what it takes—and Terry's got it! Look forward to eating there soon again! Feels Like Every Necessary Feature is Missing. My wife and I decided to order Moe’s for delivery and, because the experience through UberEats was sub-par and wouldn’t allow you to remove ingredients from entrees, decided to go with the app. We wanted to order an extra side of rice, which wasn’t available. Regardless, we placed our order. When the DoorDash driver got here (not a Moe’s employee) he let us know that the drink/cookie which, we paid extra for, was not given to him. I then went on to their app to report the issue and there was no such option. It asked me to email their help line. After doing this (and I highly doubt it’ll be refunded) I decided to try and be helpful and submit feedback on the delivery process. Instead they made me choose a specific feedback option and delivery was (somehow) not an option! So I couldn’t even provide the feedback above within their own platform and instead had to come to the App Store to let them know. Really disappointed as I’ve been a Moe’s customer for a long time. Will be choosing Chipotle for future delivery options - which are becoming more frequent.

This app is an embarrassment. Burn it. Burn it with fire and start over. Whatever the previous major version was before this was better (though not by much). This app should be the textbook example for bad web view apps. Moe's deserves so much better (and if it had a better app, I would definitely eat there more – if, for example, I could actually access my "favorites" that the app supposedly lets me create in order to place the same order over and over without having to traverse all the options every time… that would be fantastic. Or if trying the next best thing – just re-ordering from my order history – ever actually worked. Or if basic interactions with the UI didn't frequently fail in bizarre ways.)

Great restaurant, bad app. I love Moe’s, my wife and I go once every week or two. I also generally like the Moe’s app. I like earning points and getting coupons and rewards and things like that in the app, but there are some serious issues when it comes to ordering. My go-to order at Moe’s is: a half chicken/half carnitas burrito on a wheat tortilla with a little extra brown rice thrown in. I’m unable to do all three of those things in the app. I can’t ask for half and half meats, I can’t ask for extra rice, and I can’t ask for a wheat tortilla. There isn’t even a section for special instructions before submitting where I could say “please put in some more rice” or “put the hot sauce on he side instead of on the burrito” or anything. I know this functionality is available in Moe’s’ competitors’ apps so it feels like a big misstep to have it absent from this app.

Horribly rude!!!. First girl so rude I gave my order she barked back 1 at a time ... hit through the first girl ... who had no black beans ... second girl was new and could not wrap a stack then left to use the bathroom ... 3rd girl took over I told her I need 2 bowls of queso that request was ignored ... finally got to the register now this girl was so pleasant and nice I had to go over my order so she could ring it in as the others ignored her request... I told her I needed 2 bowls apparently the 3rd girl ignored my request ... cashier left the register and filled my request returning with 1 bag of chips I asked for another she asked girl #3 who continued to ignore her girl #3 filled a bag of chips the cashier reached for it girl #3 snatched it back and said don’t take things if you don’t know what you are doing ... just rude ... I love Moe’s but this was an awful experience!!! Bravo to the girl on register the others!!! Yikes you’ll be losing customers because of their unprofessional way they took care of customers before and after me

It’s easier to order in store than on the app!. Used to love the Moe’s app. It was very convenient to just order through the app and pick up when I got there. But lately there have been many ingredients missing, some of which we like on our items, so we’re forced to either go and order in person, or order online and then call up the store before leaving in the hopes of catching them before they make it and ask them to add those toppings. What’s the point of ordering online, then? I had been holding out hope that the new app would fix this problem, but it’s still there!! It’s very annoying and has caused us to start eating there less due to the hassle. Would really appreciate an update to the app that fixes this issue.

Doesn’t provide accurate times. App functionality is okay. You can place an order simple enough, though it doesn’t let you use PayPal or Apple Pay to pay. Also doesn’t seem to look at the current store operations when factoring in pickup times, just how long it takes to make the item. I’ve placed an online order, arrived two minutes after the quoted time, and waited longer for my food than anyone in the standard wait line, as did all of the rest of the online orders. The app should have been able to see how many online orders were coming in, traffic in store, and staffing in order to provide an accurate estimate on pickup time. Instead we are all stuck waiting in a small space during a pandemic with no ability to cancel the order through the app.

Kids drink option error!! Cannot even order kids meals!. Downloaded the app so I could redeem my kids’ star student awards and it won’t even let me proceed. I input the meal and once I get to the drink there isn’t an option and it says error input drink which I cannot do because there isn’t even an option. Went in to our restaurant to see if it was my error and I was doing something wrong but they said it’s apparently an in app issue. They said they could input it in there restaurant but I have to put in the codes but when I asked how to do it they couldn’t tell me. So I stood at the front for 15 minutes letting others go in front of me before I just walked out. Fix your bugs please!!!

New App is Terrible. First, it shows a constant notification for no reason whatsoever. Not sure it’s is a glitch in the app or what. In the previous version, it let you buy a large bag of chips without having to order quest. My family doesn’t eat a lot of it but loves the chips so it’s pretty wasteful. Wish you had kept that option because it was the best! Also, it deleted my previous history and with an app update, that shouldn’t be happening. Overall, terrible update and honestly, it makes me not want to use the app at all. Please get this fixed and make it more user friendly instead of the mess that it is now.

Something missing..?. To whom it may concern although this might fall on deaf ears every time I go to Moe’s there’s always something missing, cilantro rice, pinto beans, green peppers etc. etc. etc. everybody there is nice sometimes the salsa is missing sometimes the salsa dips on the side bar are missing but it’s never perfect all the time and you are a Mexican restaurant that runs out of Mexican items very disappointing . I really hope somebody takes all these words and encouragement as feedback in a way to train and make your product better I will continue to go there but the prognosis is not looking good for long-term usage of your product thank you

Don’t order delivery via the Moe’s app. The process is clunky and there’s no tracking information. I ordered a stack and I received two tacos for whatever reason. I waived my delivery driver down before he pulled away because my bag was so light I knew to check it immediately. Stacks are much heavier than a couple tacos. He told me to contact DoorDash because that’s who he delivered it through. My order is not in the DoorDash app, and moes has no way easy way to contact their support in the app. The app has always been crappy, but it worked for ordering ahead for the most part (when the employees decide to actually make my order before I get there). So now I have to leave my house and go up to the store because I can’t contact DoorDash for an order they don’t have. Terrible experience overall, and the Moe’s app needs an overhaul because your UI should not be that terrible.

Keeps getting worse. The worst part about the app is it won’t allow you to pay with a Moe’s gift card! What is up with that nonsense?!? Adding a gift card isn’t even an option! The app has not improved since being introduced and is very finicky. Major issues with the app are not showing all of the menu items at a location, but when I get there the employees say, We have carnitas, we don’t know why the app isn’t allowing you to order it on a homewrecker. It also does not allow you to select seasonal salsa’s for your order but asks you what you want to drink only to have an employee hand you an empty cup when you get there. The next major issue is not allowing feedback on the orders. Employees apparently can’t read the orders and have messed every order up at the Huntsville, AL Bridge Street location. We quit ordering there or eating there at all it was so bad. At least two different times they hadn’t even started making our order at the pick up time. If you allowed feedback in the app then the issues would have been rectified (hopefully) instead of me critiquing poor performance to the world. Finally the app doesn’t bring up your favorite store each time you open to order. Instead it goes through the location services nonsense which is spotty where we live and many times reports us in entirely different states. There are much better apps out there for food ordering and carry out . Try copying one.

App is an unmitigated disaster. If the company’s worst competitors had bribed Moe’s programmers to deliberately mess up the app, THIS is what they’d deliver. This is not a restaurant app, it’s a “denial of service” program. Most of the time it comes up and freezes. The “Contact Us” link, meant to provide help, is frozen, too. When it does actually work, the barcode it provides for collecting your loyalty points cannot be read by the scanner at the register. The backup method, the app scanning the barcode printed on the receipt, fails as well (“transaction not found”). When the app actually does come up while you’re checking out, a rare occurrence(cause it normally freezes) it insists on first finding a nearby store(I am standing in one, for heaven’s sake). While the cashier is rolling her eyes and the other people in the queue start mumbling, the app crashes before getting to the “Rewards” section. We haven’t been able to collect our loyalty points for 4 visits now. Which moron designed this app?

What’s the point of an update???. The app is missing both types of jalapeños and raw onions. I’ve been waiting since January for an update with their app.... they said March it would be fixed... finally beginning of June they announce the update HOWEVER there is STILL SO MANY missing ingredients... it’s crazy that they would reprogram and release a terrible unfinished application with so many ingredients not available. I give up, I’m never ordering moes again there’s no point if you can’t order online, especially during a pandemic. So many people are refraining from ordering due to the fact the ingredients are not all listed and you can’t order ahead. Really a shame, feel bad for my local moes since they’re not getting the same flow of people due to this major inconvenience.

Where are the customizations???. They’re touting this update as a way to endlessly customize the orders but as far as I can tell it’s literally all of the same options. They don’t allow you to get both types of rice, pinto beans are still not an option, there is still no way to request extra of anything, and I still don’t see the hot sauce (I believe they call it rocket sauce or something?). The only reason I do not order from the app is because I can’t actually get it the way I would when I go to the restaurant (which of course I am currently not doing because of COVID). Please address these issues and give us real options for customizing our orders. Chipotle recently lifted their restrictions on mobile/online orders. It’s about time Moe’s does as well.

Stuck in a loop!. I tried to log on and it asked for my phone number. I typed it in (and it's worked for my rewards in the past) but the app says that number is taken. But now it won't let me out of that screen!! It wants me to keep entering in a phone number. I cannot back up I cannot close out. I shut down the app and open it again and it still wants my phone number. I deleted the app downloaded it again and still it wants my phone number! I was going to order on line but can't! Very disappointed!!!

Issue with Notification Bubble not Clearing. Overall I have no issues with the Moe’s app besides one. There is always a red number notification on the app. Not sure why. I’ve tried everything to clear it and it still won’t go away, telling me I have 4 unread notifications when in reality there isn’t even a notifications section to the app. Would love for this to get fixed in the next update.

App Needs Changes. I enjoy the food from Moes, but the app and online versions need work. I do not understand having an order system that does not list all ingredients available within store locations. I can get pico de gallo, but not diced tomatoes. I can order black beans but not pintos. I also could not choose a drink other than Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Coke Zero or bottled water. There is no comment section available. During the current situation, mobile orders are important. Having these types of issues with your order system is not beneficial for business.

Logging in?. What a pain! I just want to order food, had to reset my password and logging in still didn’t work. Luckily I was able to order as a guest but what a headache...too many options, login in with Facebook, google or Apple, I can’t sign up and use the same phone number because I already signed up with that same phone number, I forget which log in to use... and for what? Stick to what you’re amazing at, awesome burritos. The app is ok, but it would be amazing if I could actually use my Apple Pay if I’m using the app.

I love Moe’s But..... This app was great... it gives me points and rewards for my purchases and it’s great. But it looks weird on my iPhone 10 and we are half way thru the year and this is the only app on my phone now that isn’t updated to work with my phone perfectly. I’m waiting patiently for it. I would rather use chipotle app only for ordering online cause they gave there app an overall update but Moe’s has not and it’s sad. Also could you bring back white chicken? The new chicken doesn’t taste as well with the chipotle/ranch sauce as the white chicken did.

No more bacon online. Bacon has been removed as an option when ordering online but every location I go to still carry bacon. You provide incentives to ordering online but you removed essential options so I can’t order online anymore. I’m forced to go to the store to make sure I have all ingredients I want on my order. I have attempted to email support several times but no one ever responds. I’m sure you won’t even see or respond to this review either. Don’t waste your time ordering online. The app is now only useful for earning and redeeming rewards, NOT for placing orders. Thanks for ruining the app and the experience from all the customers who love moes.

Not user friendly. The app used to be extremely easy to use but since the new update I’ve had all kinds of issues. Not all the ingredients they have available are on the app, there’s no place to add in special requests anymore, and the past two times I’ve tried to put in an order the “make it a combo” add covers all the options so you can only choose steak and rice and not add anything else. There’s not even an option in the feedback response on their app to let them know it’s not working and is difficult to use. Go back to the old version, I hate this new non user friendly update.

Can't add drink and no Moe Monday?. When I try to add a drink, I get an error message that says "Please make a selection for 'Flavor:'"... but there is no GUI component for flavor. For more information, I'm on an iPhone 8 on iOS version 15.6. I also can't find/add any Moe Monday deals. I don't know if that could be tied to the drink thing, but I doubt a backend error would so elloquently impact the GUI. Note: it seems that the drink issue is specific to certain locations. If fountain drinks aren't distributed via online ordering at certain locations, this is a really unintuitive error message to get.

The app. I really do love the Moe’s app but just recently, like yesterday, it stopped working. I was trying to put an online order in for a burrito, for $5 burrito day, but it will not let redeem my reward. It kept saying I didn’t have anything to redeem. Then I got something called connection server issues and the points I have earned are all gone. It wouldn’t even log me in the app anymore. So I deleted the app and downloaded it again and now it will not let log in because of my phone number. It is asking me to verify my info but it will not accept my phone number because it is already in use. Not sure what to do.

Still missing some elements. I love Moe's because they are one of the most customizable places to eat, but their app does not reflect this value. The app is still missing the option to add mushrooms (my favorite) and the second rice option. The app also does not allow you to select a customized drink (would really love either some more drink options or the option to have the cup empty so I can go fill it). I used to go to Moe's Monday all the time, but I haven't been going as often since my order is not the same.

Worst app ever. Whoever built this app should be forced to use it to order every meal in order to access any food. They would starve. We completely stopped using it about a year ago out of frustration but recently tried again a few times. So many things wrong. Two that stand out are: 1) you get all the through the order (which takes forever) and then get an error that the location you entered BEFORE you started the order isn’t accepting mobile orders. 2) you can’t add food to a favorite order...you have to start over. There are tons of other things wrong but these two are big.

The older version worked better. I use to love this app and it was easy to use but they updated their app sometime in 2020, and it all changed for me. I can’t access the app. I type my email and password correctly and it keeps saying “Please enter correct email and password “. I am entering it correctly with correct lowercase and capital letter placements. I even had customer service reset it for me and still doesn’t work. The app needs to be revised or throw the whole app away. I’m just glad the cashiers can enter my phone number for points at the register.

Help. Hi Moe, I enjoy seeing all the gang on Monday. I think we are close enough after all these years for me to tell you this. I am really disappointed that I don’t see you moving away from single use plastic. I know your containers can be recycled yet I suspect that at least half of the communities in this country will not collect those for recycling. It leaves me with The dilemma of food or ethics, some movement on your part would certainly help me decide.

Frustrated with the newer app. I have used this Moe's app for quite a while and there a few things I would like to change: 1) There is no option for wheat tortillas or white tortillas on the order ahead app... Whyyyyyy?!??? This has resulted in me going inside and getting my Homewrecker made in front of me and asking for a wheat tortilla. 😑 2) there is no way to add notes to whoever is making the order, like "please cut it in half and wrap separately", or "please put my chips in one bag and burrito in the other", etc. Please fix these things with a new update! Thank you! I love Moe's and I love the idea of ordering ahead!

Basic for preordering but needs improvement. This App will get you by if you don’t like to add special toppings a to your meal. For instance, no option in the app for fresh jalapeños to add to my tacos or burrito. Every Moe’s I have ever been in has fresh jalapeños, so why not include it? More importantly, my order was missing the side of queso which I didn’t know until I got home. The “Need Help” function on the app doesn’t work. At all. Horrible app. Edit - Jan 7, 2018: I wrote the review below over a year ago. With the exception of one improvement (allowing the user to *not* save credit card info) all the flaws stand and, in some cases, have gotten worse. 1. Where are favorites? A restaurant app exists only to save time--if I can't re-order previous meals (especially when I always get the same thing) the point is lost. 2. It consistently believes me to be in another city 200 miles away. Those bonus burritos in Springfield aren't helping me, Moe's. 3. [This problem has been fixed. Yay!] 4. The design is simply bad. The order page uses only about 1/2 of the available screen to display menu items. This means scrolling through the menu takes *ages*. All in all, this is the worst app for a restaurant that I've used in the past five years. There's a 5 Guys 100ft away from our Moe's and their app works. Looks like I'll be having burgers and fries for the foreseeable future.

Surprised. I usually don't write reviews but at this point I'm honestly kinda shocked. My birthday was a week ago and supposedly they gave me a few birthday burrito type thing and I was at a Moe's in Clemson, SC and she said I had it and I could use it for the next time I visited. Well I went to the Anderson Moe's to see if they'd scan my app or help me and they said since I can't find it in my app the tough?? They wouldn't even help me by scanning it like the lady in the Clemson store had it. I can't seem to even find it in my app history. This is crazy that they just refuse to be helpful. I love more but I honestly wish their employees would just get on the same page because at this point the app is useless.

Always an issue. I almost never order from this app. Not because I don’t want to, but because every time it has an issue with an item I selected, but won’t tell me what that issue is. Or it won’t let me add an item to cart. Or it will say “check your Internet connection” right after running a Speedtest. Not to mention that they ALWAYS leave something out of the order. They never reach out to me to say they ran out of something, or to say ‘hey we forgot this so here’s a credit.’ I always have to go through DoorDash to get a refund. I should just stick to ordering via DoorDash.

Available items not shown & Moe Monday Doesn’t Work. The ground beef option no longer appears in the app yet every location we’ve been to still offers ground beef. When you make it a meal you can’t select a drink and then the app won’t let you continue. It says select a drink but you can’t because it doesn’t give anywhere to select a drink. Moe Monday section isn’t working, it just always acts like a it’s trying to load when you click on the Moe Monday area, so if you order on Monday via the app and don’t use that section you don’t get Moe Monday prices.

Somewhat frustrating. As of 7/6/22, it took me 30 min to order on the app due to the following bugs and issues: 1) Ordering a Power Wagon (kids taco) is impossible as there is no option to select hard or soft taco. If you try to add one anyway, you get an error that you need to select hard or soft taco… 2) Got an error trying to place the order, telling me my Moes was unable to process the order. After tinkering, this error was because I selected curbside pickup. Changing to the pickup station seemed to fix this. 3) Not all items are available on the app, such as cucumbers and tomatoes, both of which I know are in-store. Bonus 4) After all this trouble, Moes charges an upcharge / extra fees for using their app (who else does this?!) We love Moes and eat there many times each month, but the app is frustrating!

What’s happened to my Moe’s. Used to love Moe’s Mondays…..not any more. The burrito that used to be $5.99 on Monday is now 8.59 with only a $0.60 discount and then they add back a $0.35 service fee so the total discount is a quarter! And, can’t order white meat chicken on the app, the Adobo Chicken tastes crunchy and today I ordered cilantro rice, didn’t get it, and the rice I did get was not thoroughly cooked…it too was crunchy. No more. The last 3 times I’ve ordered it’s been wrong or not filled at all when I got there. I always add a tip because I figure if someone is trying to work these days they deserve a little extra….but that’s over too. Not a good Moe’s Monday!

Great Food, Horrible App. I love Moe’s! I love the fact that I can get awesome, healthy, different food choices instead of your usual burger and fries. I don’t like, however, the fact that when I go into Moe’s I can’t open my app or I have to turn off Wi-Fi in order to utilize it. Even so, I have to scan the receipt in two or three days and I will not remember that! I end up losing points which defeats the purpose of having the app anyway. On occasion, I have encountered the same excessively rude management. Otherwise, the associates at the North Little, #270 location are FABULOUS!!! They are the reason I keep coming back!

To app support team. Points are added now and my app scans again I’ve had the app for quite some time now, app shows 55 plus visits. Well now the app will not update my points when I scan my receipts. Someone added them the first time. Second time, I have sent 3 emails now with the receipt info and still no points. I never leave reviews but this time I had to get my store out there. I will plan my next visit after my points get added. Plenty of other food options

Trash App and support. The app is broken. I got to order through the app once, then it would not recognize my ID or password. Password reset does not work. Contacted customer service over 2 months ago. Still no response. I love the food here, but have not been able to order through the app or using my account on the website. I don’t use Facebook, so my email was used. I tried using Apple ID, but since my email is used in my Apple ID, can’t log in that way either. Zero stars for customer service, since it is non-existent. Zero stars for app, since it did not work at all. iPhone XS Max

Very Disappointed!!!. It was busy which is great for them. I don’t mind waiting in line. Problem is the person that asks what you want, which I ordered a bowl, took the order then it sat in the prep line getting cold so when I went to eat it, it was cold. Instead the person taking the order should help get the food down the line before asking someone else what they want so it just doesn’t sit and get cold. That was bad in my eye but what really bothered me was there was no peppers or onions. I really like them and since they are part of what I could get, I would have liked them. So now to the salsa. They were wiped out. I asked to have the pineapple salsa and salsa verde refresh but pineapple was out for the day and it took 20 minutes to get the verde out. This visit was a joke at best. Normally they are good but past couple of times have been very disappointing. Bright note: Julie the cashier was awesome. Very friendly with a smile on her face even with being so busy.

Can no longer get into my account. I use to love this app but once i got a new phone it stop letting me log in. It had to verify but when i put my phone number in it keeps saying “phone number already taken.” Which is obvious because it is my phone number that i have used to originally make the account a log time ago. I can’t leave that screen and even after removing the app and reinstalling it the same screen comes up. I have already emailed you guys for assistance and no one has responded and this was weeks ago. 🙄 Edit: i notice you responded saying email technical support but as i said in the review above I did email you guys and NO ONE RESPONDED

Extremely poor app. I don’t usually write reviews but this one has been a waist of my time. It’s totally and completely not worth. This store sells ridiculously high priced food that’s not worth it. The app is terrible and does t work. If you’re going to offer an app then make sure you fix the bugs and know it’s going to work. I tried to apply an offer and it get saying error. What is up. I like eating here but it’s simply overpriced and not worth it without a coupon. This company needs to rethink their priorités and get them straight then maybe the food will be worth the price. As it stands. Food is little for the price market.

App is okay for ordering. I use the app more for keeping track of rewards. I do have a peeve though that I have not figured out how to solve. The app says I have 8 notifications (this seems to increase on a weekly basis). However, I can’t find these messages/notifications, and as such, have to look at that stupid red number since it won’t clear. I am the type that like to have those cleared off, so I am at the point of considering deleting the app. Help!

App stinks👎👎. It used to be great! Now it’s horrible! It is a pain to login if, heaven forbid, you get a new device. Then once you do, there’s no way to enter points from a receipt. I couldn’t get the app working as I was trying to pay. Then after I paid, I tried to enter the rewards (as I used to do before). After three days, I still can not enter the points. It seems the only way to get any points may be to order through the app🤷🏻‍♂️? I don’t know and there’s nowhere online to find any help. I used to love Moe’s, now it’s almost like every other fast food place.

Weird hangups. So I stopped going to Moe's for a year and just got back into it. Tried to sign up for an account. Phone number in use. Huh. Maybe I registered with Facebook last time. Log in with Facebook. Asks me to verify my info. I type in my phone number, and again it says it's in use. Well, this is my phone number. I don't have another one. So I'm stuck on this page. Even if I close and reopen the app. But even if that were fixed, I would still be floundering to figure out what email and password I used with that phone number, because apparently I can't log in with phone number even though it's evidentally an essential, unique feature of an account. Not a good day for technology.

Fix Moe Mondays Please!. The new way you set up the Moe Monday offer is pretty confusing. I liked it much better when I could just select the offer while I was ordering, instead of having to apply the offer at check out. Even though I had 3 burritos in my cart, it said that they did not qualify for the discount. edit: it happened again now, it won’t let me put Moe Monday part of my order even though i have 3 burritos in my cart

Uhh New Reward system?. Interface wise, it looks cleaner and I’d say ir’s more user friendly. However, the update deleted previous orders and it seems like they got rid of the lifetime visits/status (I wanna be in the hall of fame!). The worst part isnt even the app, it’s the new reward system, I dont remember the point system from before but now you have to spend $100 (!) before getting a $10 reward.. much less impressive/enticing than before. I dont really care about the app but this new reward system is a little.. sad.

Useless. Signed up. Tries to offer me Moe’s Monday deal. Doesn’t work. Nowhere does it prompt Moe’s obscene rule of 24 hour wait after signing up before you can redeem a Monday deal. Tried to accept the free queso for signing up. Errors and says can’t redeem deal… why say I can and let me hit apply and then not work? Tried to load a gift card, it just sits there forever and never loads up the gift card. Moe’s should be happy I still bothered to order a burrito in store at all after that hassle. Fix your app.

More menu options. The rewards do make more sense. The delivery/curbside/pickup options are available but not sure if they have that fully customized per location. Worse thing: for some reason they only offer black beans on the menu selection. This is number one change I was hoping to see because that’s the only reason I wouldn't order the food while quarantine was in effect. I have to go in the store to ask for pinto beans. And there’s no extra notes section to explain things you want customized that may not be an option on the menu.

I love your food but your app isn’t helping.. I use to love ordering on the app and going to pick up the food whenever! It makes life easy. Sometimes I do big family orders. Now I can’t due to the fact a lot of the menu items are not available? So now I have to go to the Moe’s and make my order in a big line. Really making my life and others harder when I could just pick up and go. I don’t understand why I can’t make a stacker anymore. I get it made at the exact same place every time it is on the menu. This problem has been going on for too long please help us out!

Straight down to the abyss. Let me start with saying I love the food... but this version of the app has almost ruined the entire experience. As soon as I loaded it, the app ceased working on my phone. I can’t sign in, can’t use the rewards program, and can’t order curbside unless I do so as a “guest” which negates the reason to be part of the rewards program. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app, I’ve changed my password, I’ve emailed, and I’ve talked to the owner and manager at my local store who have also emailed. It’s useless. The only thing this app has been good for is my diet.

Throughly broken. Haven’t eaten at Moe’s in years. Figured I’d order through the app! I can’t create an account and add my phone number because my phone number is already associated with another account (a probably very old one of mine). This is beyond stupid, as you login with your email address, not your phone number! No way to access that ancient email inbox to reset my password, and apparently my phone number, the only one I have, the only one I’ve ever had, is hopelessly linked to that account. I don’t want delivery if I can’t give them a phone number! Fix it for Christs sakes!

Missing Rice and Messages. Update: Now it is even WORSE. It won’t allow you to choose pinto beans or tomatoes - among other things. They don’t want online orders? They did fix the message sort of - you can add a name to the order. We use that for short messages but it’s a pain. Still love Moe’s but don’t understand why they keep making the app less and less customer friendly. Previous: We love Moe’s and we really love the Moe’s app. However, the latest version does not allow rice on a Quesadilla. Why? And, there is no longer a field to leave a message for the person preparing the food. If you want a special cut or separate bagging, etc. you have no way to leave that message. Finally, there is no way to edit a saved order. If any minor thing is unavailable, you have to start your order from scratch. We love you Moe’s but you can do better.

Excellent App!. Wanted to schedule my wife and I’s dinner before I got there. Regardless of the reviews and feedback from others experience, I decided to try it myself. Downloaded the app, signed up for rewards to get points, and ordered directly from the app. Order was ready on time as estimated in the app and updated in real-time showing “Completed”. Received points right afterwards. Best of all, skipped the line and got my food right away. Thank you!!

Love Moe's!. Please use "HeatherCu66" as a referral when you sign up to use the app. It'll help us both out. You'll receive 50 points also. Anyway, I really do love this app! Super convenient. I use it whether dining in or getting my order to go. I like the ease of being able to customize my order to my liking without feeling hurried. The coupons/BOGOS and other rewards you get from using the app are great too!

New App is Terrible. First, it shows a constant notification for no reason whatsoever. Not sure it’s is a glitch in the app or what. In the previous version, it let you buy a large bag of chips without having to order quest. My family doesn’t eat a lot of it but loves the chips so it’s pretty wasteful. Wish you had kept that option because it was the best! Also, it deleted my previous history and with an app update, that shouldn’t be happening. Overall, terrible update and honestly, it makes me not want to use the app at all. Please get this fixed and make it more user friendly instead of the mess that it is now.

Terrible costumer service. This app is terrible, I’ve used this app in the past with no issues what so ever. Today I’ve waited well over an hour for my order, got tired of waiting and decided to check where my order was at. First, there’s no way to track your order or contact the delivery person through this app. Second, the store themselves are of no help as they’re not trained to deal with issues regarding this. After calling I learned they didn’t even receive my order even though they happily charged me for the food, delivery fees, and tip. They didn’t offer any resolution, refund, or were able to help at all. This app could definitely use improvement.

Awful app has been useless for months now!. I have emailed support multiple times and gotten responses that don’t help and the app continues to be unusable! If I try to add a credit card, an error message come up saying I can add it during an order. If I go and try to place an order, once I try to check out and add a payment method/credit card- I get an error message! So basically I can never check out. Most of the replies to my complaints were they’d work on it. One told me to uninstall and reinstall, which did nothing but waste my time. Our family loves Moe’s, but this app needs to be fixed and upgraded. Totally frustrating!

Awful App. I get error messages constantly. Even when I order food at 3 PM, the app says that it’s impossible to complete my order before closing. When the app does work, it lags and the icons are in the wrong spot. If a Moe’s location chooses not to offer a certain food or delivery system, the workers do not update the app. You end up paying for things you don’t get. Refunds are never given. The app states that you must call the store when you arrive for curbside pickup. However, the phones also do not work often. When the phones are working, the employees speak with an exasperated tone frequently.

New App is super glitchy. I was really excited about the new app at first because they FINALLY added the ability to name your favorites. Well that’d be great if I was able to actually add things from my favorites to my cart but every time I’ve tried I get an error. I’m also not able to add things from my recent orders (doesn’t give me an error but it doesn’t add the item to the cart either, just a dead button) So now I have to manually create my order every time (I’m usually ordering for 3-5 people so this is a huge pain). Not only that but it won’t save my credit card info any more so I have to put that in manually as well. It’s supposed to save it but it never does. Another tedious glitch. What should take less than a minute now takes 10, this app is supposed to make things more convenient but none of the functions actually work. Really should not have released an app with this many bugs.

Can’t even log in. I’m have been trying to use this app for a long time but literally every time I go to log in my credentials are rejected. I know my account works because I can log into the website no problem. But when it comes to trying to log in to the app it says my email/password to a invalid. It would be nice to be able to collect points but I have been unable due because the app has been broken since April. I’ve even tried creating a new account but cannot because my phone number is linked to the one I’m locked out of. Until it’s fixed it’s a waste of phone storage.

Repeat customer ousted by useless app. I’ve used the app hundreds of times. And now I cannot even sign in to my profile, it always says “incorrect email and password” which is untrue. I even changed the password to see if it would let me in, nope. I can however login with those same credentials on the website, wow. Guess Moe’s is going to allow a poorly executed app deter repeat customers from purchasing. Note they are also now charging a $0.35 service fee on every order purchased via the app or website “used to help pay for the restaurant’s app and website.” Which doesn’t seem to be helping their app development :/

Signing in. Once new version occurred, I could no longer sign into app. I had rewards posted to my account but can no longer access. I have messaged help but only get change password to no avail. Now they do not even answer my requests for help. Also, when attempting to post this review it would not permit me to do so with only one star???? I would rate it zero stars if possible.

Developers need basic training. Old app, new app...same basic stupid flaw. Seems that the so-called developers don’t understand the concept of unread marks since they insist on creating documents in the app that the user can’t get to so the documents get marked read. Food has gone downhill too over the years. Was a regular at my local Moe’s but I haven’t been there in over six months now. Usually get at least three or four big hunks of fat or gristle when I get steak. Last order was a meal kit and found they forgot the tortillas when we got home with the food. If I just have to have a burrito, I’ll go to Willy’s.

Moe Monday is ruined :(. Every week almost I would go to Moe’s on a Monday and get a burrito for a better price. Then today I walked in, and was told I could only get the deal if I downloaded the app, so I reluctantly downloaded it, and they told me I was not eligible because I didn’t have the app downloaded long enough. So I went to Chipotle. Which is what I’ll do from now on. If the app didn’t exist, everything would still run smoothly. The intentions of this app are not to help the customer, but to make more money. What’s next? “I’m sorry sir, you are not eligible for ice because you don’t have the Moe’s Ice App installed. It’s crazy. Corporate greed disguised as a trendy punk rock Internet cafe.
