Just okay.. You cannot see your managers feedback within the app, but get a notification when they submit feedback then have to actually log in to view. The idea of Peakon is good!

App doesn’t update. I keep getting an error that tells me to update but when I go to the App Store to update, it says it’s already updated and will only let me open the app.

A+. Hands down the best Employee Engagement tool on the market.

Easy to use. I like the platform and the types of questions that are being asked. It also allows me to see which areas need more support and where my satisfaction is great.

Doesn’t work. Current release crashes on load. Useless.

Not a good app for improvement. I know people lie just to make others look bad , it’s a bad way for employees to ruin a company and management.

Works perfectly and makes it’s easier to submit my Peakon survey. Love it!

Not as anonymous as they claim. I thought the survey results would go to HR and to upper level management (which I am not) so was surprised to be given access to comments from employees who report to me. In some circumstances only two or three people report to manager. If you can’t be completely honest what’s the point in taking the survey?

App review. Doesn’t work.

Easy to use. I love how it’s weekly and it’s easy to use without having to login! The interface looks very modern and sleek. Great job

No iPad support. Please support iPadOS. App on iPad is just the scaled iPhone version and is not a good user experience

App version lacking functionality. Only get to see results at highest level - app needs serious development effort

One of the better feedback tools. You can set up teams and combine teams or not collect surveys if a team is too small for it to feel anonymous. Managers can respond and have a conversation where the employee knows who is commenting but remains anonymous. Gives a tangible rating for where the culture’s at and what frustrations or strangers everyone is seeing.

Great Tool for Checking the Pulse. The Peakon surveys are a great tool for providing Senior Leadership with a pulse on how well they’re engaging with employees, as well as feedback on the communication and how well employees understand and are in alignment with it. The only reason I didn’t rate the app with 5 stars is the lack of anonymity. Personally, I don’t like surveys that anonymize my responses and would prefer to have the option, but if the app is advertising the replies as anonymous, then they should be 100% anonymous. Just my thoughts.
