Don’t waste you money. I’ve been waiting months to get a swimsuit. I have tried to cancel the order multiple times but keep getting told it’s on its way so they can’t cancel. I was told that 2 months ago after already waiting 3 months. I’m done. I want my money back but of course they are doing everything they can to keep from giving me a refund even though I still haven’t received what I ordered 5-6 months ago. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t waste your money unless you are ok with there only being a 50/50 chance you will actually get your order and forget about a refund if you don’t. Reporting to the better business bureau. On the 1st of October after months of trying to get in touch with someone to get a refund for an item I never received I was finally told they would issue a refund in 7-14 business days. It is now the 24th of October and I still haven’t received a refund. When I messaged the company yet again they said they would issue a refund and to wait 7-14 business days AGAIN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS STUPID STORE. Terrible quality clothes and you’re lucky if you actually get what you ordered and if you don’t get what you ordered be prepared to spend months trying to get your money back.

Scam!. I ordered a swim suit on April 24th. It said it was shipped on April 27th. After I month went by and the tracking number kept coming back as nothing I contacted the company. They then told me to verify my order and then all of the sudden I had a completely different tracking number. Another month went by and still no package. I contacted them again and they told me to check my post office, which I did and they had no record of it at all. I contact them again asking to cancel my order but they said they couldn’t since my order had been “shipped out” already. My package tracking now says it has been sitting in the same place for over a month. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS APP! It’s not worth the hassle and it’s obvious that it’s nothing but a scam!

Cute Clothes. Cute top I bought, love the material too, very light and cool. Love how my new bathing suit fits!

Excellent customer service!. Over the past year or so, I have gained quite a bit of weight so I’m already having a hard enough time trying to figure out what will fit me/ look good on me. Then, on top of that, some of the sizes for the clothes from DressLily differ from sizes I usually wear so some things did not fit (*Make sure you read the size chart!!). However, they are awesome when it comes fo returns & are extremely helpful & understanding with everything. I had a wedding that I needed a dress for & I was worried it wouldn’t make it in time. I contacted customer service & they did everything they could to make sure I got it in time. I can’t thank them enough! Not a whole lot of companies will do this for you. It is because of stuff like this (not to mention the awesome prices for clothes) that I will continue to shop here!!!

Horrible. The fact that anybody would give this company a five star review is laughable and shows how bogus these reviews are. If you order, be prepared that they will not deal with a return properly. I ordered three months ago. Two of my three items finally arrived and were way too big. It took a week of back and forth with customer service to finally get a return authorized and two weeks later I still haven’t received my refund. Now they tell me the 3rd item can’t be shipped and tell me to choose another item. I tell them I want a refund for the item that won’t ship and they tell me I can only have store credit-for an item they charges me for that they cannot provide! This company is an absolute scam. Do yourself a favor and find your clothing elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered my shirt two months ago from here. I've been watching this shirt for a while and it finally went on sale so I jumped on it and ordered it. So it FINALLY arrives and it's literally cut to length for children or people with no torso. The pictures all show length, I can understand a little bit of an exaggeration on it but the fact that it's literally a belly shirt on me is just a bit much. I'm 5'8" I literally couldn't believe it. The sleeves were like quarter sleeves. Mind you I ordered a long sleeve shirt. Not a quarter sleeve. I'm sure now I won't hear anything back because well it took two months to get it, it'll probably take 2 years to get a response. I honestly warn you to look elsewhere. My luck has been wonderful with saved by the dress! I ordered a skirt for my birthday and it was here within 5 days! I will never order from here again and I won't encourage others to order either.

So where do we find the company info? DOES NOT SEEM LEGITIMATE!. First off I have not ordered anything from this site. As a private shopper for my client, I tried looking into the company through its app and all it says is page not found. Hmmm you'd think a company would at least have the company info or any general information about them. This app seems appealing with it absolutely cheap product but how as a consumer would I feel okay placing any private information into it when all reviews are horrible. Sorry people I'd find either another store. Take it from me save your money and find something better, and somewhere that you can actually return your items and not just get credits on them. It's a reoccurring cycle you order months later you don't get it and they give you a credit to use which is not equal to the amount you paid. Be safe!

Hong Kong China Company. AMERICAN BUYER BEEARE! CHINESE COMPANY! Don’t be scammed and waste your time. Nice “looking” products but they are really low quality. I decided to order just one hoodie and after 20+ days when it got through customs I received a low quality hood with tight sleeves, perfect fit body and extra long bottom. Threads hanging lose all over everywhere a stitch was. Pure garbage and waste. I’m changing my credit card now since it’s probably a matter of time before he’s sold on the dark web. Ask yourself...Why would a Chinese company not say they are and use American models when advertising their products. Cause they’re pretending to be an American company selling American products but they’re made in China. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME. Dress Lilly I’m fine without the refund please don’t waste my time.

Sorry but.... Have to delete this app for the same reason I deleted rosegal. The app shows items for sale that do•not•exist in stock. So you order- wait for your products- and then when half your order arrives, customer service says “we didn’t have that item so we just deleted it from your order. But you got a refund!” Really? I didn’t want a refund, i wanted the clothing I ordered... This has happened to me multiple times with Dresslily. I’m done. I’m just tired of the dishonesty. Don’t advertise clothing for sale that you don’t actually have. It’s not unlike the tendency Dresslily has of deliberately underestimating shipping times. •Be•honest• about how long it takes for your product to be shipped to another country. •Be•honest• about what clothes you actually have in stock.

Sizing is off. The clothes are cute but the sizing is totally wrong, even when using strict measurements. Every item was either way to small or way to big.

Reliable. This is a good place to order cheaper prices designer clothes. I have ordered 9 pairs of jeans in the past few months and been pleased with every pair. I ordered ear rings, also made from good metal and don't hurt or discolor ears. Yes it does take a while to receive order being it comes from a different country than the USA and has to go through customs for inspections. "Which can take a while" The app does occasionally crash, but I've never had a problem with any orders or app not saving information. The sizes vary in different country's, there's a size chart to identify your exact size per area you reside. Over all I haven't had any issues with quality. So if you have the time to wait and like to save money, then this sites one to get items from.

I love this company!. I have become mildly addicted to DressLily. Im very cautious about the way I present myself which leaves me limited on the types of clothes that I can wear. Going shopping is a chore because I end up frustrated and depressed going into the dressing rooms repeatedly. DressLily has more clothes that I can wear than any over store Ive come across. A lot of the styles arent for me, but there are plenty that are. It can be difficult size-wise because the sizes are different for each piece so you have to go by measurements. Every once in awhile they’re measurements aren’t accurate but if you send pics showing the measurements are actually different than what they listed, returns are a breeze. The clothes are cute, cheap and well constructed for the most part. I don’t see myself forgetting about then any time soon!

Over a month for shipping on most orders. I’ve ordered from this site a few times and every single time the shipping has taken over a month or close to two months. Beware of this if you are ordering for an event

Terrible app. Most of the pictures won’t load. You can’t see anything while you are shopping. How am I suppose to know what options I have if I can’t even see them. I have reported the defect to website, but no response. I just ordered something so now I’m sweating because I have a feeling I’m not going to get my order for a long time or not at all. The tracking number they gave me leads nowhere. Update: the shopping service is fine, but the app is terrible. When you log in everyday, you are suppose to receive points everyday and you can use the points towards purchases. Closer look tells me that they actually haven’t been giving me the points that I’m suppose to get. It says it’s been added, but the math doesn’t add up. For example: my current points are 1900 and the next day I’m suppose to get 40 points for writing a review, and it’ll say that it’s added, but my final points are 1920. Weird. I guess I actually haven’t been receiving all my points. Tried contacting customer service, no response.

NOPE!. Horrible experience!!! HORRIBLE! Find a better site! It may be cute and cheaper than some but it’s definitely not worth it! I ordered a swimming suit and paid an extra $9 i dont have, just to have it delivered 3-7 business. Its arriving in 11 business days! I did it for a reason, to have it delivered before the cruise date. Oh and you cant and will not get ahold of customer service at all. This site is a money guzzler. Dont shop here. If you read the comments to the bad reviews from dresslily, its all fake. Take better care of your customers Dresslily. Youre losing them one by one because you just dont gaf. Everyone i talked to who has bought something from dresslily told me they wouldnt buy again. They had bad experiences too. Just wish i couldve known before I practically gave them my money and waisted hours and days of my time. If i knew, i coulda bought a different suit from a different site with on time delivery. Smh. Dont buy, just dont.

A money saver. Have bought a few dresses and all of them were a little too big. At the time I was a size 2X in US clothes and the same applied to here, at least for me. I like my clothes a little more form fitting. Just pay attention to each outfit you want as the sizing can be different from on to the next. The app is great and I love my notifications with deals that they have, if not daily at least a few times a week.

Perfect 😊😊. I love dress lily so much. This app makes it so easy to search for anything I am searching for, and sorting and filtering for something specific. It’s so convenient and makes it easy to get in touch with customer service/ make a purchase/ shop for fun. It’s great for if you want updates and alerts too! I have made two purchases from dress lily so far and love the prices and quality of their items. Sometimes sizing is a bit weird so you have to read the reviews. I love the opportunities to get coupons and points everyday too. Please try it out if you haven’t already! There’s so much to choose from!

I love the app and all the items!!. I definitely love using the app because it is very user-friendly in my opinion! I have so far loved about 95% of the items I have received and I say 95% only because there were a few items that didn’t fit quite properly and when I reached out to customer service they were super helpful in getting me a refund for those items so if you include the customer service experience I am 100% satisfied with this company as well as the use of the app and especially if you have a goth or emo esk aesthetic you will love the shop!!

They have problems. I ordered 10 items and paid for expedited shipping. The item wasn't shipped for weeks after, even though I paid plenty extra for shipping. They refuse to answer any e-mails I have sent them. My order finally shipped in three separate packages well after their date of shipment that I paid for. As far as I'm concerned they stole money from me. Avoid this app and having to fight with a company that doesn't care. They broke the heart of 4 boys this Christmas. My packages still haven't arrived and the tracking they gave me gives no updates. They charge for insurance but refuse to answer any questions. I paid for shipping and they stole it. No response from customer service and as I said I still have no packages delivered.

Sizes run very small. No way to speak to anyone only by chat and that says only during business hours. I have tried multiple times for 2 days and even into the evening and it is still not available. They don’t let you know it is shipped on a slow boat from China and takes over 3 weeks to get your order. The sizes are not US sizes because our order was 2 sizes to small. Now in the process of waiting to try to see how to return or exchange my item and if I’ll have to pay. Loved the shirt we bought but wish it fit as we ordered and hate the process to get it. I will never order again. I measured my gal and very thin son before ordering. He can’t button the neck or move his arms and the whole body is extremely tight so their US sizes cannot be right. I had to purchase a new shirt at home this is a large slim and it is a little big on him so their large men’s reg should have been perfect or even too big. After hearing from Dresslily they only will refund my shirt if I pay shipping back which is almost triple what I paid to get it here or keep the $20 shirt and they will refund $3.00!! The chat line is never open and you can only speak to them through email which takes 24 hours for them to receive and the another 24 hours to get the reply.

Wigs & clothes sizes. I haven’t used the app yet, so I can’t comment on that yet. But I have ordered from the company. First order of business yes their sizes are different from US,they are shown on the web site (not sure on app as haven’t used) I normally wear 2x but in there size I have to order 5x. The items I received were actually a bit looser than I expected but that didn’t bother me because I also buy 3x for the room. Better roomy than too tight. So basically the directions on their site was pretty accurate because if I followed the sizing it said to use 4x but I was afraid it’d be to small. Next item. I love their wigs! Now their are some issues. BUT for being able to buy long hair wigs for $10 to $25 I can work with some of the issues. Most of the American suppliers charge $65 plus, yes quality is a little better but all of the hair length is short or short/medium length. For a little over $100 I was able to buy a whole armada of wigs to have fun with. Yes I had to wash and condition first. I think I got 12 wigs as comparison to the other site i would have only been able to buy 2. Some are even heat resistant.

Good. I use this app when I shop the site. It works pretty well but sometimes you are redirected to the website in the app and app features become disabled. I had that happen while shopping but I exited and came back in and my cart contents remained. I try to log in everyday to get my points. I think it’s better quality than shein or romwe with comparable prices. Especially with all their coupons and sales, and points. I could buy 3-5 things free right now and only need to pay shipping. That was with a $120 order and logging in and spinning the wheel. Wheel was a limited event so points are growing slower but you get rewarded just to visit their shop.

SCAM - AVOID THIS APP - 0 STARS. Zero stars, actually. Do your best to avoid this app like the plague. Junk merchandise, only partial order received, literally stuffed into undersized packaging, with no invoice or any other further communication from them. When you have to contact customer service to remind them that they owe you merchandise, which I will be doing today, you know you've made a big mistake. Frankly, after what I've received from them, I'll be canceling the remainder of my order. Wondering if they'll credit my account. Junk, junk, junk. They could have had a good customer in me. Oh well. Too bad for Dresslily I guess. Not sure if they care, because there's "one born every minute." Don't be one of those. Really, fellow users, this review is a warning - do not use this app/merchandiser unless you enjoy being scammed. If you enjoy being scammed, however, then I'd say go for it. Otherwise, let it go. Do yourself the favor.

Complete Waste of Time. The one star is because they have very cute pictures of clothes. However, the payment options have numerous glitches, to the point I have changed all of my security information and passwords after interacting with DressLily. I attempted to place 4 orders on 4 separate occasions, got payment confirmations every single time, and then notices that my orders were still outstanding and needing payment. Armed with screenshots of these glitches, I spoke to Customer Service multiple times, whom never actually provided any assistance and over-promised and actually didn’t deliver anything. Completely done and highly discourage anyone from business with DressLily. Oh, and notice the difference in the detail given for poor reviews. Clearly they are fraudulently padding their app reviews. SCAM ALERT.

Dresslily App. The Dresslilly App is super easy to use and navigate. They have several different categories to look through or if there is something particular you are looking for you can just do a search on there. My son is really into dinosaurs so I did a search of “dinosaur” and it brought up everything in the store that had dinos on it. I found a super cute dino bathingsuit I will be buying my next purchase! I love that there are honest reviews of the clothing, it really helps to see people wearing them when they upload their reviews with pictures and especially helps with any sizing concerns. I always use the app now when browsing dresslily. Definitely recommend downloading, but be careful, they have such cute stuff you will find yourself adding and adding to your cart!

Dresslilly. I haven’t really bought much from this site. It’s been a little confusing. All of my favorite are no longer there. I love the shoes, but buying dresses is not so easy. I am a small (size 2) and when I go to purchase it, it comes up plus size. I’ve tried to save some in my favorites, but for some reason they’re not there anymore. Hopefully I can figure it out soon so I can purchase some items I really want. Sincerely, Donna Sackett (a fan.)

Amazing quality. I was hesitant at first from purchasing from them but I definitely don’t regret it. The clothes are made of great quality, amazing prices, and quick delivery. Customer service is also amazing if you ever have a problem. I had a problem with sizing (two shirts were too big) and it was so quick and easy to get fixed and sent out the same day I brought the issue up with them! I have now ordered from them four times and getting ready to put my 5th order in! You won’t regret it!

Clothing is made very cheap. Comes straight from China and the quality is not something that I will be ordering from again. I bought two jackets that looked like a leather suede material in the picture, it shows up and feel like I’m wearing a shower curtain. It’s like the screen printed what leather is supposed to look like on a shower curtain. I bought the jacket for a Christmas gift for my brother and I gave it to him early because I couldn’t resist how stupid it feels to wear. The look on his face was priceless... he said it looks very European! and laughed and I told him I got us matching ones! Anybody who actually thinks this jacket looks good is blind. I won’t even use the jacket as a raincoat... I bought a pair of jeans too! And the jeans I could barely fit my foot through the leg hole. Extreme skinny jeans even though it fits my hips and the legs are fitted right the ankles are plastered to my ankles and calves. The button on the jeans feels like a super cheap one that will maybe last until I have a fat day and eat one too many slices of pizza and the button is going to let go and hit someone in the eye! When I put the whole outfit on I felt like I had been dressed by someone on acid.

SIZES. So I’ve been reading the reviews below and to be honest I haven’t had any problems with customer service. Although I did the emailing back and forth. The problem I did have was the sizes. Holly hell! I don’t understand why a PLUS SIZE company, you know a company geared toward plus size women, go for Asian sizing. Everybody knows that their sizes over there as drastically different from here. And it’s for every single piece of clothing I looked at. I was unbelievably disappointed to find this dress I had been waiting for for months to finally arrive to not even fit my one leg let alone too short (but that’s just because I’m 6’2”) It just baffled me. I only ordered two things there, luckily. Got my refund. They did let me keep the items though, which was very nice. I’ll probably give them for Christmas or something (probably just donate) My advice is to order one $20 item. See if it fits, what it looks like, and be prepared to wait a month before you get it. I had a whole wish list planned out, but now I’m just deleting the whole thing.... -sigh-

False advertising. They OFTEN advertise and sell items they DO NOT have. And WILL NOT inform you they are out of stock. They will take your money and wait until you finally ask why your order was never shipped, THEN tell you is out of stock and give you the option to continue to wait until it might be back in stock or apply your money they've already taken to a different item!!! OH, AND they like to lie and claim they can't be responsible for things added to your cart then running out of stock before you pay for it.....as if EVERYONE adds things to their carts and leaves them there for days or weeks before actually ordering. Because I'm sure NO ONE finds, orders, and pays for merchandise within mere minutes.... How DARE we expect products advertised to be available in that time frame!!??? LOL BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING!!!

False advertising of first time app order discounts. False advertising, Cheap knockoffs, and bad customer service. I downloaded the app because a FB sponsored ad I happened to click on said first time app orders get $59 off. Then when I got to the checkout I saw that I was only credited $10 off my first order, even though I “claimed” the $59 deal on the new user deals page before I went shopping. When I contacted the company through the app portal, they first asked me for a screen shot of the offer. Then they denied the offer - saying it was offering 59 coupons in USD. When I pointed out that it had a $ in front of the numbers 59, they changed their response and claimed the ad meant 3 coupons offered. When I asked why I wasn’t able to access the full amount advertised, they said the coupons were for the items and one for the order itself. I didn’t get extra off the items for downloading the app as advertised; the items were the same price as listed on the fb ad. Now that I’ve done some research, I see they’ve been tagged in a number of scam groups. People who purchased from them posted side by side photos of what they received next to the advertised item - they look nothing like the images they post and use for advertising. Don’t fall for it!

Buy With Caution. I highly suggest if you purchase from this company you go through PayPal as your payment method. PayPal offers 6 months of purchase protection, which I had to use for this purchase. I bought 3 items from this company with the ETA within 2 weeks. After 4 weeks the status of my order was still "pending" so I emailed the seller asking what was taking so long to process. Then they informed me that the items I had ordered were not available and offered a credit toward my next purchase. I had requested from the seller to get a refund as I did not want to work with a seller that wouldn't even advise me of my proper order status. They ignored my request, so at that point I involved PayPal and went through their claims process of purchase protection. Make sure if you go through this process you follow their timeline otherwise your claim will be closed without resolution. After I got PayPal involved I got a refund within a few days.

Good bang for your buck. The clothes aren’t super thick or of the highest quality, however, they have styles in larger sizes that are near impossible to find elsewhere. The prices are good for what you get, fast shipping, and customer service is pretty good. I’ve ordered several times in the last few years and overall very happy.

Setting up wallet. Unacceptable that it is impossible to set up wallet password. So my money just sits there unusable.

Love the clothes. Love the price and the fabrics are soft and comfortable🥰 been looking for a place like this, easy to order and no need to get in line. Thanks Ana Nogueras

HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered a swimsuit and a dress from them. I figured since my mother ordered a few swimsuits from them a few years ago that I would try again because I liked the quality. I found the two items I wanted and paid. After about a month it said my package was delivered. I looked and looked and looked and couldn’t find the two items for the life of me. I tried getting a hold of after sales but that was no help. They kept giving me the go around and kept telling me to check with neighbors and family as well as post office. Well I did, many times to be exact. My neighbors didn’t receive anything because they would’ve dropped it off here. And the post office couldn’t track the items because the company delivers from third party companies. I told them that I had looked and they did nothing. This angered me very much and so I asked for a refund. I also asked if they could try to reship the two items out so that I could actually receive them. But instead they offered $15 to my in app wallet for two items that costed me $50! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! And I still can’t find my package! Don’t waste your time or your money on this company because there’s a 50/50 chance that you will just get your hard earned money taken from you. Never ordering from them again.

Way do different experience!. Wow, the majority of the reviews for this store are so negative and I, on the contrary, had a great experience, not once but twice! I ordered a dress for an event, paid for expedited shipping and received the dress within two weeks of ordering. My second time ordering went the same. Customer service was very helpful when I inquired about my delivery date. I’m not sure what happened with everyone else but I can honestly say that my experiences with Dresslily have been wonderful and I will continue to shop here as their clothing are beautiful and so very decently priced!!!

Great clothes, great prices, a couple of kinks. I love the dresses and I love the prices too - affordable, good quality, cute. But why is it that whenever I’m browsing and I tap on a shirt/dress, the XXXL size is ALWAYS the one that’s highlighted? And why are 70% of the tops and dresses not available in size S? Do you honestly expect all the customers to be plus sizes? (and the size XXXL does not sound like a healthy weight unless shopper is 6 and a half feet tall!) I’d very much appreciate it if ALL the shirts and tops (and so on) would be available in ALL sizes - XS-XXXL. Also there’s not much info on how to go about returns. Some more helpful information would be appreciated.

Love this app <3. I have been using this app for a while now and I love it so much they have clothes that fit everything that I need for my very specific sense of style, they have reasonable prices and always have great deals, the app is easily navigated and so far has shown no problems, and of course the best part is that the clothes themselves are such great quality! Every piece that I have ordered has come quickly and is just as cute as the pictures on the website! They all fit me exactly how I thought they would except for one piece. Only one! There was a beautiful green skirt that was way too big and when I contacted them about it they responded within 24 hours and we are currently working out getting me a smaller size. I am super happy with my service and am grateful that the products are as good as the advertisements! 10/10 would recommend to anybody.

Horrible Company Possible Scam. Placed an order on April 27th and almost immediately it said the order was given to Fedex but USPS was handling it. I went ahead and gave it a few days thinking they would fix it. It still says this over 3 weeks later. Contacting support is a joke. First you get a robot with generic responses, which was telling me Fedex had my order. Although fedex has no tracking for the number given. When I told the robot this they told me to pick up my package from USPS. Now I see my local USPS carrier everyday dropping off packages, they don’t have it. Finally I was allowed to talk to someone in the support chat(they don’t have a number to call) it took them over 10 minutes to tell me that the tracking hadn’t been updated and that they put in a request for it. They absolutely refuse to give me a refund until after June 12th. A month and half after I placed the order?! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Merry Christmas. The dress got here right in time.

Can’t get app to work. Every time I try to use the app I can’t click on anything then the app itself crashes and kicks me back to my home page. I was super excited to see what I could find but I can’t even look.

Super cute clothes. I’ve ordered from them twice now and the 1st order everything is super cute and comfortable to wear and I just ordered from them again so I’m just waiting for the package to come. I’m in the US so it takes a couple weeks to come but when it does it’s definitely worth the wait!

Disappointed. I received my order pretty quickly. I ordered 4 bathing suits. They looked so cute in the pictures. Turns out they are WAY to small. It was then that I discovered the return policy. I should have checked that out BEFORE I placed my order. They will not take bathing suits back. Hygiene issue they said. They also require pictures of the item on to show the problem. I am NOT taking a picture of myself in an ill fitting bathing suit! If I can’t get it on, how am I supposed to take a picture? I contacted customer support. They lady that answered the phone was very nice. She gave me an email address to contact customer service about he bathing suits. However, they don’t respond on the weekends. If I can’t return the bathing suits, I at least want a refund. If I get anywhere with the emails, I’ll be surprised.

scam!!!!. I ordered just one swim suit, due to corona virus i had expected a late shipment but not something like this to happen. my package had said delivered for over a month but i never received it. they said i can track it but everytime i tried to, it said unable to load please try again later. i emailed them and they said to check my post office so i did. the post office had told me they can’t take fedex shipments and fedex delivers to your house NOT the post office. i am still confused as to why they even told me to check there if it had no way of possibly shipping there. they couldn’t even keep there story straight in the emails they sent. one said fedex ships it and another said USPS. the app is good but a complete remake of Zaful, the company is a scam. i called customer support and the guy had said to email and ask for a refund which i had already done and they just said to check the post office again. if you are thinking about buying from here, DON’T DO IT! it is literally a copycat of Zaful. they even use the EXACT SAME photos Zaful uses for there products. i do not recommend Dresslily to anyone.

Does what it is supposed to!. I have not used this app yet, but I can speak to the quality of the clothing. I ordered 3 bathing suits before a vacation in July, and all 3 came much sooner than expected. Maybe 7 days? It was fantastic! All of them were extremely good quality, soft and sturdy material. There are always so many coupon deals too, which I just used 22% off to get a cute tartan dress! The sizing charge is very easy to read. It says a size Large is a dress size 6, and so that’s what I ordered. The one complaint I have is just the high shipping price. But!! that can easily be solved with their free shipping over 50 dollars :) all in all, cute designs with good quality.

Absolutely LOVE!!!. I have ordered only twice now from Dresslily and have absolutely loved both my orders. First order was for Christmas outfits for my family and when everything arrived it was just like the pictures and the sizes (as long as you follow their sizing chart) fits perfectly!!! I then ordered two swimsuits and a cute top and again so not disappointed!! The swimsuits are the right fit (again follow the size chart) and the top was perfect!! The app is so easy to use and easy to follow sizing chart really helps when your ordering and if I didn’t have to be an adult for the rest of my life I would be shopping everyday with Dresslily!!!

Horrible service. My very first purchase from Dresslily was a gift for my husband. I ordered and paid for the item 7 weeks before I planned on giving the gift. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. I checked the app on several occasions to see when the item would be shipped as the dispatch time was ‘ships in 3-5 business days’ and my order continued to have the status of ‘processing.’ I contacted customer support to find out what was going on, and through several emails back and forth it came out that the item was now back ordered because they sold the same item to others AFTER I placed and paid for my order. They admitted they sold the item to others after my order was placed! They basically told me that I am SOL. Horrible customer service and a shady company.

Terrible first experience. This review isn’t necessarily about the app as it is the company. I downloaded the app and it took me a while to finalize what I was going to purchase, I don’t typically spend a lot of money on my clothing and so I wanted to make sure it was something that I would actually wear. I placed my order and nine days later it was still processing, which was upsetting, it took me multiple tries to get to an actual person in customer service that would answer my question instead of just giving me a robotic answer “your order is still processing we will give you an update when it ships”, which was also upsetting. I then find out three of the five items I had ordered could not be shipped because of high demand, once again upsetting they had not informed me sooner and I had to dig for the information on my own. They then gave me two options, A) wait 7 to 10 days to see if they could get the items or B) exchange it for something else. I went with option C, which was cancel my order and get a refund. I understand things happen, it wasn’t that something happened and my order could not be shipped in a timely manner, it was the fact that there was no communication to me about the problem and it could have been another 7 to 10 days before they might have had my items and then wait another 7 to 10 days to receive it.

Terrible. No return emails & no updates on orders, no shipping information, nothing. Do not order from them.

That was months ago and still no hint of acknowledgement at all. I'm deleting my account and friends I have spoken to have had similar experiences and have urged me to to the same as they have. Spam that you can’t get rid of!. After not using the app for a while I opened it to have a browse, then the spam emails started after only opening the app and browsing. The spam emails don’t always have an unsubscribe button, those that do take you to a website to unsubscribe which achieves nothing as I continued to receive their spam after attempting to unsubscribe 3 times. I have deleted my account and removed the app, pity, as the clothing looked nice.

Not bad. The app is easy to manage, took me a bit to work out how to write a product review and send pic but got there. Merchandise is cheap but not completely nasty, have a few good purchases.

0 Stars! Lucky I used PayPal!. Do not use site, they take your money and then never deliver. I'm opening a case with PayPal against them right now!

They sold me a bedroom mat that looked lovely in the picture but was a piece 40cm x 40cm of material for AU$25. PayPal would not help to refund so I just gave $25 to China and they will get away with stealing. WARNING DRESSLILY WILL STEAL FROM YOU IF THEY CAN.

Website VS app. Not impressed.. In my first attempt to use the app i have been severely disappointed. I originally added two items to my cart before downloading the app. When I signed in on the app those items were still there yet at an increased price. If ever I do intend to buy from dresslily again, I will be using (and I encourage others to do the same) the website directly.

Comfy pants. I must say the pants and shirt are very comfortable… the sizes are pretty bang on if you know your measurements and buy according to your measurements. I will say that sometimes the colour differs from what is depicted but that’s not out of the ordinary. Would recommend. I do wish it was made from more organic materials but that’s just the way the world turns nowadays.

The pictures are not what you get. The prices are cheap and that’s what you get. The clothing looks like cheap knockoffs of the pictures on the site. My last order was for 5 different sweaters and they are all so badly made I will never wear them

Great service. I’ve ordered through DL a few times and have found that the customer service is what has me coming back. The clothing sizes are usually accurate and the fabric is typically light weight and offers great cuts that last wear.

Awful. Horrible site. Not professional. Didn’t have one of my items and I only found out after I had to ask a week later. I paid extra money for expedited shipping and it’s been over a week now. Customer service representative was rude and was not helpful whatsoever. Would highly recommend to never use.

Poor customer service. In the app, you can review the clothes. The only problem is that they will never post a negative review. Forced to give 1 star to write review, deserve 0 though!. I wouldn’t buy anything from this app as I have submitted the same email to their support team (via the email address listed on their own app)now 15 times over several weeks and each time it just comes back as undelivered and has a link to say why but when you click on the link it just says that the page doesn’t exist anymore, the company removed it. Does that mean their not interested in providing any support to customers or is it something more nefarious such as making a last minute grab for people’s cash at Christmas for a company that’s about to go belly up and not fulfill any orders they take the money for? Don’t care which it is, no service or possible scam. Won’t be seeing a dime from me, you should think twice as well!

Do not recommend. 3/4 items arrived damaged. Return process involves opening a ticket and arguing your case. Pretty huge hassle ESPECIALLY since they’re damaged. TBH clothes quality isn’t fantastic anyway. I would not buy again.

Dresslily is a fun and great shopping experience. One of the things I love most about Dresslily is the selection. You can find so many eclectic and fascinating patterns, and clothes that I can’t find anywhere else. I particularly love the fact that they have so many goth and Halloween themed clothes and it’s hard to find things I really like, but I find them here!!! I love the app itself it’s really easy to use and navigate and easy to understand. The customer service is also very friendly and helpful and quick to get back to you. They also follow reviews and if you’re not satisfied with something, they do their best to resolve the issue. Shipping is also usually fast and easy. And the prices are pretty good, on the less expensive side, and fair. The only reason I can’t give this app 5 stars is because some of the clothes are not the best quality, but honestly, the majority of the clothing is comfortable and I’ve been happy with 90% of my purchases and customer service has always made me feel better about the purchases I’m not so happy with.

Inferior Quality. I received a sweater I ordered for myself, although the sizing was perfect the quality of it was very inferior. It is almost see through it’s so thin😢. My granddaughter also received her costume (dress) I ordered and it is very cute but not the quality I expected. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I would give -1 star if I could. This app is the worst, I ordered my item in the middle of May and it is now July 26th... my item was supposed to be delivered today and it still 13 hours away. Awkward GUI but app necessary for certain functions & promos. The ticket system can be confusing and looks and feels as if it were adapted from some other purpose. Otherwise well set up for registering and making sales and tracking packages. Added a star because of continuing improvements. Still can’t leave item ratings.

Absolutely terrible. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I would never recommend this to anyone. Customer service is basically non-existent. They change information on your order without your knowledge, and they are useless for giving you the information you need to return the items. I chose 4-8 day shipping but then when I received my email with my order confirmation the shipping said 15-25 days, yet I was still charged for the faster shipping. Just terrible! Do not download. I will never use this again!

Stay away!. Ordered from this app once. Received the products, however received the wrong size. They refused to resend me the item in the correct size but refunded the amount I paid. After discounts and exchange rate, I couldn’t purchase another item for that amount. Customer service team should have sent me a similar item at no extra charge as this was their error not mine, however they refused. I also spent weeks playing email tag trying to get this corrected. Very disappointed in the customer service received. Use SHEIN instead to avoid the headaches.

SHIPPNG; You don’t have to spend much to get free shipping, m stuff arrives 4-10 days after shipped . It’s insured with tracking number, never had an issue. **Most of the time I have to pay a small amount of Canadian- imposed DUTY TAX when parcels arrive at my door. This is our governments fault NOT Dresslilys.*** PRICES; I find the sales they put on and discounts and coupons earned and offered through email to make this company’s merchandise very affordable, even considering the little bit of duty tax paid out. Prices are fair-excellent range on everything,! SIZING: The plus size clothing is really PLUS SIZE! Some companies in China (and other countries) simply don’t “ get it” DressLily is true to size 100% if you use their sizing guide per each item! Follow washing and care directions too, different clothes are made of different fabric. In conclusion I love. This company and HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving it a chance! I am glad I did!

Worst than Wish. I have ordered stuff from both Wish and Dress lily. With Wish, it feeds you updates on when the package is being delivered and their customer service is average. However, their items are cheap. Whereas with Dress Lily, their customer service is below average as they put you on hold for the longest time. I think they’re using Google translate or some bots to communicate to you. For example, I ordered an item from them and I haven’t received any update until I had to contact them myself. Turns out that the item was back ordered and they failed notify me. At least with Wish, they send you a message and compensate you.

Horrible Experience. One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I do 99% of my shopping online and not once have I had a problem like this. Inaccurate tracking information, not a soul to help me track my items that had been ordered TWO MONTHS AGO. Automated responses to their “troubleshooting tickets.” Each ticket I’ve submitted (4) asking where my package is and why there isn’t any updates with the tracking number, all I get back is a request to verify my mailing address. I’ve done this 3 times and with no avail. Will NOT be getting business from me ever again. Not worth it.

Great deals!. I've ordered over 20 items from Dress Lily. I've had no problems other than the sizing seems to be a little tricky. You have to review the size charts and compare back-and-forth between US sizing and their sizing. If you have any problems you contact customer service and they will resolve it within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company!

Terrible service. So I ordered a bathing suit a week and a half ago . I checked to see if it shipped and it says still processing . I called customer service and they said they don’t have any in there ware house so it’ll be an additional 4 days before they get any , than the shipping will take however long you paid for . I paid for 5-8 shipping which is an extra 10 dollars. So not only do they not tell there customers about not having it but they make you wait to find out you won’t be receiving it when you want . So what’s the point of paying shipping if it’s going to take 2 weeks + to get it .

Processing and Shipping. It took so long to get product I forgot that I ordered it! I waited and looked for it for over a month and when it finically came in it came in as one item at a time!! The tracking information was never updated so I can locate my packages or tell where they where! It’s frustrating! I had to wear last years swim suit because mine never came in before Memorial Day!!

The material material material. I’ve been a Dresslily customer going on four years and I have to say it’s a great clothing app! The downfall is the material. It tears easily, there’s ALWAYS a loose thread when you first receive it, and for some reason there’s one button that will eventually come off. I love the clothes because it’s very creative and different especially the size since I’m skinny yet twenty seven years old, but It’s difficult to recommend this app with these complications. Please fix for us all?

Dresslilly orders. I had ordered twice from here and the first time I had to call to see why my order was talking so long, I had waited a month until I called then I received my package a week later. The second time I had ordered I waited a month as well so I called and the gentleman had told me my order was charged and it had shipped, so a week later I called and asked to see how my package was doing and the lady had said my order was never charged and it was cancelled! This business doesn’t know how to run, I don’t recommend.

Worst company ever. My order was shipped out May 30, 2017, it is July 21, 2017, and my package has not arrived yet. The company refuses to give me a tracking number, and is giving me this extended delivery date anywhere between 10-60 BUSINESS days. The phone line works, they are based out of Spain so whenever I call it has to be between 7:30 p.m-3:30 a.m EST, and the line is always busy and tells me to leave a message. I have left almost 10 messages, and nobody has called me back. Overall this is a stressful experience and I am almost guaranteed that my package is lost or hasn't even been shipped yet, this website is a joke don't order anything nor download it. This company is wasting your money and time!!

Over my worries. On my first review, it was clear that I wasn't sure whether my order will arrive due to the glitch and the long wait. Fortunately, my package arrive after awhile and I am happy to have received it. This moment made me trust the app more since it did bring me what I wanted. It just takes more time to arrive. Easy and fun to use. This app makes it easy to shop, contact customer service, and write reviews on products. You can also see what sales are going on as soon as you open it. I had a sizing issue and was able to remedy this straight from the app.

Love it but a little annoyed.. I love this app but I do have 1 problem with it. Anytime I type something in the search bar usually it is specific to something and a lot of the time plus sized items and other random stuff would pop up. I am not plus sized so it really annoys me when I see cute things but it’s not in my size. I would hope they can change this so that what I typed in the search bar was the thing actually popping up.

Complete garbage. Never order from DressLily. They are con artists. I was scammed by them and they are refusing to issue my refund and refusing to accept blame. So I am out over $120 (and now they are offering me a $23 refund) plus shipping to get to me, plus shipping to return the items so all in all, even if I accept the return, I am still out over $150. This is such a scam, and they are perfecting the art of conning. Not to mention NOTHING fit as described. And their customer support is awful. Even my bank is having trouble filing a claim against them to get my money back because the charge doesn’t show as DressLily on my account. I’m ready to get other authorities involved.

Horrible. The fact that anybody would give this company a five star review is laughable and shows how bogus these reviews are. If you order, be prepared that they will not deal with a return properly. I ordered three months ago. Two of my three items finally arrived and were way too big. It took a week of back and forth with customer service to finally get a return authorized and two weeks later I still haven’t received my refund. Now they tell me the 3rd item can’t be shipped and tell me to choose another item. I tell them I want a refund for the item that won’t ship and they tell me I can only have store credit-for an item they charges me for that they cannot provide! This company is an absolute scam. Do yourself a favor and find your clothing elsewhere.

Painful return process. I have received my purchases as ordered. However they were oversized and I requested a return. First of all, there is no phone number to call. At least I could not find one on their website after several attempts. They choose to communicate with you with their "secure" website not via email so you have to log in each time. They carefully hide the message box so you have to search for a while till you find it. At the end they did not provide a return address despite asking them three times. They tried to stall it first but at the end they simply closed my case without giving a return address. This site is a scam, avoid ordering if you can.

Worried they stole my money... I ordered a shirt, hit the button to get free shipping, did all that it asked and still didn't get free shipping. Tried to track my item and it takes me to a different site that says I need to sign up for, also was given two different order numbers that didn't work, still don't know where it is. Downloaded the app thinking this would help me get to customer service since logging in to the website got me no where and again I got the run around. Hopefully I get my shirt sometime this year and I don't have to call my credit card company to say I've been hacked.

Easy to navigate and really interactive!!,. I downloaded the Dresslily App because they offer more sales and promotions if you use the App! So, I like that aspect of it a lot!!! It’s easy to navigate and your able to keep track of all your personal information, make Wish lists, and they will even email you when something you have favorited is low in stock or on sale. Easily track orders or contact customer service and you earn reward points just for checking in!! Recommend the App for sure!!!

Amazing. Dresslily goes above and beyond. I have ordered several items that didn’t fit or just overall it wasn’t what I thought it was and they give u “store credit” which helps a lot when it’s the wrong size you chose. The prices are always great, and for the most part the quality is good. Love this app!

Don't Recommend. This is the second time I have tried using this app. The first time I never received my order, due to it being out of stock, so I had it refunded. Little do they tell you that you get store credit back. Not your actual money. It's been over a year and I thought I would try it again. I placed my order a month and a half ago. Still nothing. Now when I try to open the app to track or check the status, the app crashes. I have deleted and redownloaded the app to try and request a refund on a Christmas gift when it's well past Christmas. I do not recommend this app. Ever!

Shipping information won’t work. I ordered two things at the beginning of April and I have yet to receive them I tried to ask customer service but it says what I put down is not a question when I ordered it it said it would be in before May the tracker says it was sent too fedex even tho it’s not the right courier and since it said that I haven’t gotten any updates I’m to the point I’m about to just get a refund and yes I times are crazy but I ordered this the 19th of April and two days after I ordered it I haven’t gotten any updates

Terrible! I am so Angry!!!!. I ordered two beautiful bathing suits and I was very excited to get them too. I am extremely disappointed. I ordered them about 3 weeks ago and I thought it was weird that it was taking a while to get where I am so I decided to check my order. I come to find out that my order was cancelled! It was very hard to believe considering my payment was approved. This was such a scam. They advertise what looks like good stuff and then cancel your order when you buy it. If I could give this 0 stars I would!

Shady. Like so many others I too have been ripped off by this company. I ordered something 3 years ago (yes 3 years) to this day I have never received my items. I emailed them years ago and got nothing. So I decided to email them again now and finally received a response pretty much telling me that since it’s been over 3 months there is nothing they can do! WOW! I must say I have never had a company pretty much steal from me cuz that’s exactly what they did to me and so many others! Like to know how this company is getting away with this??? Well I still have my receipt and will be contacting the better business bureau about this. Never again will I order a thing from them!

Dresslilly. I haven’t really bought much from this site. It’s been a little confusing. All of my favorite are no longer there. I love the shoes, but buying dresses is not so easy. I am a small (size 2) and when I go to purchase it, it comes up plus size. I’ve tried to save some in my favorites, but for some reason they’re not there anymore. Would never use again. I ordered a jacket almost a month and half ago. Up until last week my status was still "pending". I emailed customer support checking on the reason why it was taking so long to get the status on shipment. I never heard back. About another week went by and I emailed them again not being as polite considering the company seems to be very unprofessional when it comes to answering emails promptly. They finally responded stating they had the jacket I ordered available and it was getting shipped out ASAP. I pulled up the tracking number and it's still waiting to be shipped. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have looked for the jacket on another site.

So fare so good. I found out about this app for my sister-in-law and thought oh OK give this a shot and so far I love the app I have found some vintage dresses I think I might order but I have a problem with the app every time I go to check my order for the tracking to see if it's been mailed or not it kicks me off so I was wondering if just the company is even aware of this problem if so please email me and let me know

They have problems. I ordered 10 items and paid for expedited shipping. The item wasn't shipped for weeks after, even though I paid plenty extra for shipping. They refuse to answer any e-mails I have sent them. My order finally shipped in three separate packages well after their date of shipment that I paid for. As far as I'm concerned they stole money from me. Avoid this app and having to fight with a company that doesn't care. They broke the heart of 4 boys this Christmas. My packages still haven't arrived and the tracking they gave me gives no updates. They charge for insurance but refuse to answer any questions. I paid for shipping and they stole it. No response from customer service and as I said I still have no packages delivered.

Horrible Company. Facebook should not allow this criminal organization to advertise and defraud Facebook users. I can't even comprehend their business plan. They could make so much more money if they sold legitimate items. Customer service is horrible. They refused to lift a finger to remedy the situation. They know they are ripping people off so they ignore you completely after they take your money. This is a horrible company with shoddy merchandise and ZERO customer service. Again, I urge Facebook to look into the customer feedback and ban these scammers from robbing Facebook users, and everyone else that is suckered in by their advertising.

Do not order from them.. I paid for expedited shipping and was told it would be processed and shipped to me in 1-2 weeks. When it didn’t arrive I tried to contact the company but was on hold for over 30 minutes. It took multiple calls to finally speak to a representative. When I asked about the item, I was told it would be another week till it received a shipping label and would be 2-4 more weeks till it arrived. When I requested a refund I was told it would be 2-4 weeks till that was issued back to me. Over all it’s just not worth your money. Just avoid dresslily.

Hong Kong China Company. AMERICAN BUYER BEEARE! CHINESE COMPANY! Don’t be scammed and waste your time. Nice “looking” products but they are really low quality. I decided to order just one hoodie and after 20+ days when it got through customs I received a low quality hood with tight sleeves, perfect fit body and extra long bottom. Threads hanging lose all over everywhere a stitch was. Pure garbage and waste. I’m changing my credit card now since it’s probably a matter of time before he’s sold on the dark web. Ask yourself...Why would a Chinese company not say they are and use American models when advertising their products. Cause they’re pretending to be an American company selling American products but they’re made in China. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME. Dress Lilly I’m fine without the refund please don’t waste my time.

First Purchase. I have only just today decided to make my first purchase so I can’t really be one to make any claims or remarks one way or the other just yet. I do like to blow off stress though wish shopping on Dress Lily. It is one of my most favored online shops for doing that at least. Hopefully all will go well & my buy will be timely arriving & I will be pleased with my purchase quality & fit. I do have to say I truly appreciate the inexpensive cost to buy.

Very true to size!. I ordered 2 bikinis last year from dress lily and was very happy at how true to size they were! Very reasonably priced and the quality is great! I favor one suit over the other (no specific reason) and it still looks brand new after a full year of use! Definitely ordering from them again. :)

Horrible. High fraud risk.. After attempting to purchase about $300 worth of merchandise their customer service payment verification "team" contacted me wanting to "confirm" my payment process, even though it was already charged on my Amex. They ask you to send a picture of your credit card and a picture of your photo ID. Then promise to delete that information once confirmed. Sounds very fishy to me. I shop online all of the time and have never come across a request like this. Buyer beware, high risk of fraud. I would not purchase anything from this company. I told them what I thought and cancelled my order. Now I'm waiting 7 to 14 business days for them to credit back my card.

Dresslily the worst in customer service. Chat is the only customer service they have, they do not have an 800 number to fix problems. I spent two hours on a chat trying to fix an order because two of the five items I ordered were out of stock. I was told after 3 different chats and two hours that the order was fixed after I picked two replacement items For the out of stock items. I just checked my order that was shipped and found out the replacement items were not on the order! Dresslily is terrible I will never do business with them again. I would not recommend them.

Won’t ever get your items. I ordered an item in September about 2 weeks later it still said processing... I had to reach out to customer service for them to say my item was out of stock and I could keep waiting or pick from 3 items similar to my original order and I would get that new item right away. I went for option 2... Another 2 wells item is still processing so again back in with customer service and I get the same story... Item is out of stock I can keep waiting or pick from 3 different t items. I asked for a refund and deleted my account!

Not so much the app BUT.... The app is good with the exception of any updates to the orders. I placed an order almost a month or so ago, the money was immediately withdrawn, THEN one item was “shipped” the other back ordered. I placed a second order and it was almost immediately “shipped” They both said it would be here within 7-10 days weeks passed and I sent an email, they said it was in the country for delivery. FedEx says it’s in California and hasn’t even moved... no updates NOTHING. Getting VERY frustrated! Thinking I’ll never get my order and my money is gone...

Unreliable company uses unreliable shipping methods. I’d Give no stars if I could. I spent a pretty penny because I saw good reviews for this company. Unfortunately I did not have that experience. After doing some research and contacting both distributor and shipping carrier, I found out both are extremely unreliable sources. Ontrac (the shipping carrier) has extremely low ratings and provides little information about the package. And dresslily (the company) stated that I am responsible when a package goes missing. Never have I experience such little care from an online provider. I DO NOT suggest using these services.

A money saver. Have bought a few dresses and all of them were a little too big. At the time I was a size 2X in US clothes and the same applied to here, at least for me. I like my clothes a little more form fitting. Just pay attention to each outfit you want as the sizing can be different from on to the next. The app is great and I love my notifications with deals that they have, if not daily at least a few times a week.

Disappointed. I ordered a sweater in the beginning of December. Never got it. They took my money of course. But never got my sweater. I’ve looked for a way to contact the company but have had no luck. When I try to sign in it says my password is wrong. Then when I do the forgot password way there is no email that comes through like promised. I’ve tried 10 times now and am very disappointed in the way it’s working out. So in all honesty I would like to have my money back seeing as I won’t be needing that Christmas sweater any longer.

Review. Took a month to get my order but I wasn’t disappointed. Everything was true to size except one top. I’m a very busty woman so I have the understanding that sometimes plus size means in the waist and not always in the bust. I absolutely love the quality of the fabric. I’m so over joyed that I finally have a swim suit that fits perfectly and that I can confidently wear everywhere!

Cute but never arrived. DressLily changed my address and sent my order to a random building on campus. Customer service was useless. I am now out $50. Update: Customer service has offered me a $30 refund. This would mean I would be out only $20 + the huge hassle of getting there, them asserting that the package was delivered despite what every single person in the building it supposedly delivered to said. I will update my review to a 3 star if I receive a full refund. This is disappointing service. I was really looking forward to those dresses and feel that DressLily is really dragging their feet here.

Seems user friendly. I haven’t ordered through the app yet, but was able to log in with ease, do my purchase reviews, and look at the latest clothing selections in my size. The app seems very user friendly. I am excited to try to order through the app. I hav been a customer with Dress Lily for several years.

Love the store / App error. I love this store. It’s not a scam. The clothes fit my style great. Everything fits great. No issues with shipping/delivery. The issue I have is with the app. When I try logging in through the app, I get the error message “Sorry, encipher string length error.” I don’t know what that means. I’ve been logging in through a web browser with no issues. Just wish that would get fixed, or maybe something wrong on my end; I have no idea. Otherwise, I will still keep shopping.

Mystified. Welp. After reading all the 1 star reviews I realized I made a mistake. The app doesn’t let you copy or paste the tracking or order numbers. I contacted customer service and order number is well, the size of an order number. I inquired when my item will be here they need that number. I never received a confirmation email. And I figured it was coming from China I probably ordered an item waaaaay to small. So at least it was only $20 and it was my pay pal so I feel moderately safe with the transaction. I am worried that the other “5 star reviews” on here are fake. Bummer they’re stuff looks cute.

SCAMMM. They promise discounts and then twist words and don’t fulfill them. They promised “$59 off first app purchase” and instead they meant that if you spend $59, you get $6 off. They said it’s as simple as that and obvious. In what world is that obvious? I had a $200 order ready to go... changed my mind because of this is a scam, I wonder what they plan to do with my credit card information. Also-all of their stuff can be found on AliExpress for a fraction of the price with free shipping and zero lies. There is full transparency-unlike with this company. Just take a screen shot of the item you want and search via photo search on the AliExpress app and you’ll find it really quickly with zero scams and for less money. You’re welcome!

App has issues. DO NOT WASTE MONEY. I ordered the black and white two piece that you are seeing everywhere... Ordered in both large and small as I need a large top and small bottoms in every other swimsuit I have ever ordered. These are made for a child. Large top was for about a B cup. Large bottom were for size 2 but poorly made. Small bottoms might fit a stick. It wasn't until after I threatened to go through PayPal and file complaint and for refund if they didn't return email and update status of "expedited shipping" that I paid for did the return a response. I had to email four times and it still took one entire month. The white fabric has spots and is just poorly made. Somehow the return address was from Staten Island 'Returns Department' though it came from overseas. Save your money. Twinkle Deals had bad reviews and I gave chance... WAY BETTER service and response. Shipping was surprisingly fast. DressLily is crap.

Absolutely Awful. I was very excited when I downloaded this app. I picked out six adorable sweaters, clicked order and anxiously awaited my order. It took over two weeks for it to finally come in. I was slightly annoyed by this but figured it’d be worth the wait. As soon as I opened everything I noticed immediately how terrible the quality was. Nothing fit me. I am a size small and do not tend to have issues with things not fitting but let me tell you absolutely nothing is to size. I waisted $100 on this order and am in the process of submitting a formal complaint and demanding a refund. What a horribly frustrating experience. Save yourself the time and don’t buy from them!!!!

Awesome prices. This store isn't for shoppers that don't have the patience to wait for delivery. But if $ is a factor great items at a good price. Runs very very true to size so if you think you are smaller than you really are you wont like this store but more than likely you send back too small items to other stores as well. This company isn't in the US so they operate at a different time day than we do. I had a question about my order and they responded quickly (as in their next business day). Not bad all in all and I will order again.

Very cute items!. Anywhere else I look, the dresses and other clothing are incredibly lackluster. I’ve loved 98% of the stuff I’ve seen on Dresslily, which is both good and bad. Good because I’m finding what I want, bad because I’m spending money. Make sure you check the bust and get the right size. Asian women are smaller than American women, so you may need a size up.

People are stupid...Great service!. I’ve seen a bunch of comments where people complain about customer support and the product’s quality and all, but I have to say I love this hoodie I bought. It fits great based on the size chart, it’s super comfortable and flexible, and the print on it is of higher quality irl than in the pictures. I didn’t have to speak with anyone, there was no hiccup with the process, and I received exactly what I paid for. Definitely planning on using these guys again!

Carole R.. Ordered 2 prs. of boots. One pair was shipped no problem. After two weeks I got concerned the other pair hadn't been delivered and with the holiday season and folks stealing packages from homes I got nervous so I emailed customer service. They apologized for splitting up my order and the boots would be delivered within a week. Sure enough about 6 days later the boots arrived. I love both pairs!! Awesome customer service!

SIZES. So I’ve been reading the reviews below and to be honest I haven’t had any problems with customer service. Although I did the emailing back and forth. The problem I did have was the sizes. Holly hell! I don’t understand why a PLUS SIZE company, you know a company geared toward plus size women, go for Asian sizing. Everybody knows that their sizes over there as drastically different from here. And it’s for every single piece of clothing I looked at. I was unbelievably disappointed to find this dress I had been waiting for for months to finally arrive to not even fit my one leg let alone too short (but that’s just because I’m 6’2”) It just baffled me. I only ordered two things there, luckily. Got my refund. They did let me keep the items though, which was very nice. I’ll probably give them for Christmas or something (probably just donate) My advice is to order one $20 item. See if it fits, what it looks like, and be prepared to wait a month before you get it. I had a whole wish list planned out, but now I’m just deleting the whole thing.... -sigh-
