No digital?????. Love the magazine, been receiving for years. Do not love that can not get digital...you should fix this immediately to keep existing customers happy

Where are the magazines. I’m missing a bunch of magazines I paid for. Also, where is my recent subscription?

Why pay twice?. I already pay for the print version of this magazine; why would I pay again for the ability to read it on my iPad? Both Southern Living and Better Homes and Garden offer the digital versions included with their print subscriptions. I may consider the digital versions when my current print subscription expires, but not until then.

Disappointing. I also have a print subscription. Ridiculous that you have to buy two separate subscriptions to download. Delete!

Love the magazine but app is terrible. The app keeps crashing. It’s really difficult to read the magazine with the frequent crashes. I won’t renew if it doesn’t get fixed.

App keeps crashing. Since the iOS upgrade, the app keeps crashing while I am reading. Before the experience was great with the app. Please address this.

iPad subscription. I have a print subscription to Southern Lady, as well as Southern Living. I have always enjoyed the dual subscription availability I have with Southern Living, and assumed I would enjoy the same with Southern Lady. After downloading the app to my IPad, I am very frustrated that Southern Lady expects customers to purchase 2 subscriptions rather than honor my paid subscription to enjoy on my IPad as well. This is poor customer service, and in comparison to my other subscriptions who allow me to read both publications for only one charge, I will likely not renew my subscription when it expires.

Scamming Print Customers. I love reading Southern Lady. I have had a print subscription for many years. After getting an iPad for Christmas, I wanted to add my magazines to it. This is the ONLY magazine that I subscribe to that requires its readers to purchase BOTH a print and digital subscription. I disagree with this practice and will be canceling my print subscription. Their competitors are better in tune with the customers by offering free digital to their print subscribers. I guess Phyllis Hoffman is hard pressed to keep her magazine afloat.

Cannot purchase Southern lady Mag subscriptions on iPad store credit. Oh well any ideas? Keeps asking me for credit card.

Current subscribers should get FREE digital access. Current subscribers should get FREE digital access. We are being charged double because we are current subscribers. That is not fair.

Very Poor App for Print Subscriber. I’m a print subscriber and can’t sign in using my account number. I’ve read every article they point you to and finally I just want to talk to a person. No number to call is listed anywhere. Is there anyone out there? Great magazines, I’ve been a subscriber to various ones by Hoffman for a decade but this is very frustrating!!!

The magazine won’t load. After months of begging customer service to help me, I still can’t get the magazine to load! This happens every time there is an update, this time no one will help! They have always fixed it before. I am paying for nothing! Please help!!!

Read the reviews, not 5 star. This app is terrible! I really want to subscribe to Southern Lady but from past experience I know the app is bad. I bought one issue at a time to see how it would go. Now that I want to use it again everything in my library is gone. The issues I purchased can not be restored. Please fix this app as well as the Victoria app. I really want to subscribe but the apps just do not work!!!

Purchased a printed subscription and have not received any issues.. I purchased a subscription to receive printed copies of Southern Lady. Have not received a copy of any issues.

Missing Issues. Don’t waste your time I purchased multiple magazines one at a time and every time they change the app my issues are gone. Logged in today to find everything over the years gone and no way to get it back nor does customer service care. I was told if I can find the purchase charges from apple they could possibly look into.

App keeps crashing. Love the magazine, BUT....it Keeps closing itself every few pages. Maybe I should go back to paper copies-this is discouraging.

Terrible App. As refined as your magazine is, the app is not. Shuts down about every 5 min. I won’t waste my time typing about ALL the other issues because by the looks of it, over the past several years, the same complaints repeatedly keep coming up over and you have continued to turn a blind eye to them. The magazine itself may boast southern hospitality and charm, but your customer service is non existent.

Southern Lady. Never had a problem subscribing to an online magazine until now. Will not download subscription, paid for the year and have not seen automatic download of current month. Ended buying the issue for 4.99 even though I have paid for the year.

Disappointed. After years of subscribing and paying for each issue, I can not restore my purchases as I no longer subscribe but have put my own money into these magazines. How righteous! This does not happen with any other magazine subscriptions I have. Sometimes you just do not need to subscribe as content is somewhat repeated year after year but that shouldn’t give them them the right to take away what I bought. Very disappointed.
