Help for English Canadian. Hi I’m an oilfield electrician from Canada and just speak English. Help to understand what’s going on, how to do stuff, some translation options would be so awesome! This is one of my favorite apps to see beautiful women from the other side of the world but no idea how to even communicate with them so usually I just say nothing and listen to them an watch their videos without being sure what’s going on. Frauds are everywhere. This app only has fraud users. The so called facial ID verification is unreliable. Any fraud can hijack it and use unreal pictures to pretend somebody else. The report mechanism is ridiculous also. I noticed some accounts are using my pictures and pretending to be me and they got my pictures from Instagram. I put moments and tell everybody nearby, those accounts are unreal. Now, as a real person, I got reported by fraud and my account is locked down. The fraud accounts are pretending to be me now. :)

Bad app. I can’t unregistered this app when I want cancel my account, just like a rubbish apps I never used.

No good. Cannot even enter the app without connecting your cellphone which tried multiples of time, its pointless. No customer services at all and when you tired it says amount of time used up please come back tomorrow.

Delete my post without reason. I know it’s censorship , but your guys even dear to notify MOMO frozen my account because I share something trigger their censorship. There are no free speech, free expression.

Momo preys on westerners. You better be very careful with this app. No one is real here. Their intentions are even less that. Do not send anything or trust anyone here. That hot girl is really a guy. Piece of garbage. I have been using it for over a year now. I’m only using it because of my friends in chatrooms. It’s trash. Avoid it if you can.

I see potential on this app, but. I see a lot of features on this app, however, I cannot read Chinese. Is there a way to turn on translation to English. I greatly appreciate it... I regret not taking Chinese school when I was younger, ha!

Do not try if not Chinese Resident. Per previous reviewers, your account will be flagged and limited. They will perm ban you after a while apparently. Got flagged for fraud because you need to verify your identity via residency 18 digit number and you can only get that if you’re a Chinese resident. Took a lot of google translate to figure this out. Dont way your time.

App with racist policies - how is this even possible?. Like other Chinese social apps, momo goes out of their way to keep the app Chinese only. I’ve been cited for a serious violation of their policies. What policy? Being a foreigner and commenting (nicely and innocuously) on a friend’s feed in English. What’s Apple’s stance on this?! They get a cut of the profit

Not compatible with IPhone X. The biggest bug I found is some function not compatible with iPhone X. Some buttons such as confirm and exit are on the top, I can’t operate in iPhone X. Please update and fix it

I love to use this app. Why do they banned me not to use this app?

No customer support. You need to be a chinese citizen or having an identification number to use most of the stuff in the app, like chatting, and following channels. People will message you, and you cannot reply because of it. And when you do able to get the number, for example an alternate number, you also need to be able to pass the face matching system, but that’s unlikely the case. It’s very annoying to deal with that. I would avoid this app at all cost, it’s not worth the time unless you are a Chinese citizen.

Streaming video stopped. Large and interesting app, but after the last update, the streaming video always crashes my iPhone.

No customer service. There is a ZERO customer service or where the users can have a stuff who can help or talk to for ANY questions at all. And the App is really UNFRIENDLY for Out-Country users because they need a “identification number” (which only can be accessed by In-Country users only) for there back-up setting system.

The worst app. I have ever used. Can’t comment, no one could see me because when I logged in, I am banned to get any words from others also they can’t see my words. It shows something wrong with my lasted iPad, same as my phone, none of my devices could use this app because they set limitations on me without any reason, their manager never replys like they are dead or the system is dead and ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!! The worst app. I have ever used. Not well tested before releasing. The user interface is screwed on iPhone 5 and needs fix. Notification doesn't work either. FIX!! New version still doesn't fix the problem. No support for iPhone 5 larger screen.

Terrible, piracy issue. It's ridiculous you have to register with your phone number, and you have to let all your friends in "Contacts" know you are using this dating app or you won't level up.

Slow app and terrible support. I am a paid member. The app is very slow connecting to the server. The most annoying thing is that each time you want to change sth to your group you need get approved, and for me 50% of them get disapproved,for no reasonable cause.

They need the English version back!. Needs to bring back the English version, this is hard for the Americans to use. Luckily I met this girl, she show me the app inside out, but the app and no translator still very hard to understand.

It's great. I have both versions of this app English and Chinese, when I first got this app I didn't know it was filled with Chinese people, but hey Chinese men are sexy😉. Most of the people on this app speak English and some even try their best to speak English. I've met two people on this app in real life they're very nice and full of ideas and creativity. The only problem I have on this app maybe the pervertedness I get once in a while. Some men on momo are just looking for one night stands and you have to tell them no so many times you end up blocking them. But this app is fine you meet many people who are funny,smart...etc unique personalities

English version canceled. I don't understand why the English version was canceled. WeChat had the right idea, and added a built-in translator (links seamlessly to Google Translator, I think). Momo had the wrong idea, and will likely disappear in the USA unless they bring back an English version.
