Lack of verification options. The limitation of the app is that there is no option to verify the app by other means for those who have no cell signal. The advantage of the app is it provides an alternative two step verification method for other devices for those who have no cell signal!!!
Horrible app for vacation rental. I never write bad reviews but I will with this one. The frustration using this app is 100% !!! It is not user friendly at all specially for vacation home owners. It’s is terrible having to log in to all these different pages to get to a setting besides the combination of hotel settings mixed with vacation homes it is horrible. I’ve used Airbnb for a year now and it’s the easiest most user friendly system for str owners perhaps your system should be similar and make it easier in terms of listing an str on your page. I’ve had to cancel multiple reservations for various reasons from not taking the payment at the time of reservation and asking guests to pay at the “hotel “ Even after it exported all my description and information from Airbnb it listed my home as a 4 bedroom causing me a cancellation and the guest stating that I was being dishonest with my listing And to make matters worst not blocking dates on your site after a reservation and allowing double booking!!! I just don’t understand!! All of this cancellations that I’ve had are just affecting my listing and its ranking on your site affecting potential future reservations!
Waiting for one more feature to this app please add pay mark in pulse app. Please bring pay features to this app why we need to go to mobile web or computer to mark as pay in full why not add to this pulse app make more useful and easy to mark as pay in full without leaving app
Terrible. Terrible service, I always gets reservation but when I reply to the customer I never get a reply back. I contacted booking about an invoice they have send me (but I’ve never received no customers ) and explain the situation that I never gets messages back from peoples who makes reservation. More then 5 times I’ve mailed booking but also no reply from booking but still they are sending me your invoice hast 3 days due , 8 days due, 11 days due and so on so on.. 😡😡😡
Improved. The calendar is much easier to update now than it was. It’s easier to select the dates and either open or close rooms.
Worst update so far. In most recent update it’s has been messed up you can hardly see between different tabs like Reservations tab/ available rooms Tabs been laying over on each other please fix as soon as possible I own multiple hotel I order to mange booking I hardly see in between tabs it also keep sign out due unknown error every day needs fix asap
Bug at writing. There is a problem for very long time at replying in messages. The whole app is stacked and it’s very difficult to reply or correct something in your message. You can’t easily move in the text and copy and paste parts in the text so sometimes you have to erase the whole message and start over. Ether it’s a problem or something else but it’s very annoying.
More bugs than features!. I do not understand how some big company as booking, who makes all their money through this service could have such lame app! Please get your developers and testers in order to fix this app as right now it is impossible to send messages to guests after they booked! This is latest bug this app regulary goes from one bug into another!
Not easy. User friendly level is hard to navigate
Very efficient. Pulse came along way and keep improving. Now management can see more details of what rooms available and able to adjust the rates as per current demand n supply and situations. I like to see when highlight the dates to check availabilities, only show correctly that the room is open when check on one day, but when selected 2 days or more, the availabilities didn't show that the rooms are open on those dates. Only able to check one room one day at a time.
Handy app for when you are not in your office. As a general manager most of the time I’m not sitting behind my desk. For those moments it is great to have the pulse app at hand on my phone. I can immediately communicate any incoming messages to my reservations staff wherever I am.
Ave R apartments. Beautiful application, very useful and simple to use. Hopefully, as time passes, will be more options to choose for easier handling of booking account and reservations. I would like to see in some future updates easy accessible information of monthly (or chosen date) sales value. From me 5 stars 😀
STAY AWAY!!!. The absolute worst booking platform to ever exist. Stay away, hosts AND guests. Scammers run rampant on the site, the booking system is unbelievably flawed, and although it’s easy to get through to customer service, they are absolutely useless and unable to ever resolve issues. Beware. Every single angle of this company is flawed. They will take your money and you won’t get it back. They don’t even do background checks on guests or properties. Stay away.
Pulse app was perfect until recent- now logs me out every 30 minutes. This app is structured perfectly I have had no issues in the past couple years. Now recently the app logs me out every 30 minutes. I need to be able to keep track of bookings for 5 properties and it’s impossible with no notifications because it keeps logging me out. I’ve uninstalled reinstalled countless times.
Notifications need improvement. The app itself if fairly easy to use and to navigate. I feel the calendar feature is easier to use on the app for opening and closing rooms than on the extranet. The one major thing that needs to be improved are the notifications of the Pulse app. When I get a new reservation, the chime is incredibly quiet and easy to miss. If I didn’t have the email notifications also on, I would miss nearly every reservation. It would be helpful if the Pulse App could put a banner notification on the phone as well as a notification (red circle) on the App button so it indicates a new notification is there. If these features were improved, then I would easily rate this a 4. But that lacking feature makes it a 2 rating for me.
Help! App not functioning suddenly 2/16~17. Used for years and no issues (so 4 stars) but need help today. 12 hours ago or so the app started opening to a black white screen with the words: “Something went wrong An error occurred while loading this page - please try again later.” And under that a blue button “Retry”. All 5 tabs on the bottom have the same or similar error messages. However, new booking notifications still arrive! But when you press an alert, it just opens the error message. Thanks I’m advance for looking into this issue Tech Team!
I’m stressed out with this app and the pulse. This app and also pulse booking . Com is very frustrating. People book your place and you don’t know if they are actually coming to stay. Mine says you pay when you arrive. Once my place is blocked. How do I know that the Guest is actually coming ? I have a guest now that won’t answer any of my emails yet he is booked to arrive in August. This is frustrating. Also if I want to cancel the guest has to accept the cancellation. If I have a problem and the guest does not answer how do it deal with this .. not sure that I like this way of doing business. It’s to impersonal
Arrival date tab shows incorrect date. Reservations under arrival show the date as one day earlier then the actual check in date. Happens on all my reservations. This is under bookings and arrival tab. Otherwise useful app.
Bad in every way. Absolutely terrible user interface and the lack of information. payment system is bad and the 24 hours option for owners to wait and cancel it’s absolutely ridiculous. And when the guest credit card doesn’t get approved you still don’t have the choice to cancel which is your property up in the air hanging for the next 24 hours no one else could book.
A Booking mess. Limited functionality compared to the site, but equally difficult to find what you need and to get things done. Asks for two factor authentication continuously. You can’t figure out what the payout for a reservation is going to be, after Booking’s discounts (to the guest) and Booking’s fees, till you receive the payout (days if not weeks after the end of the reservation). Not even Booking knows what they’re doing, as they’re taking months to figure out how much we own them in fees and how much they owe us. Even basic things such as how many people can reserve a room do not work: what’s in the settings of the property is different from what the customers see and are able to book ridiculous!
Notifications. Wish the notifications would go away immediately after resolving. Such as messages and guest reviews. It takes a while to update even though reviews have been replied to and messages have been responded to.
Restoring my app account w/ pulse. I was asked to sign in again, but when I did I realized that I was actually setting up a new acct. so I defeated the account. I lost my original account. Now I have no app. I tried to restore it but that didn’t work. My account is fine on my computer, but how do I get that account on my iPhone again? I love the app because I use it all the time. Good App. I like the app. Change I would suggest is an easier way for hosts and guests to modify stays through the app. Each time I call customer service/support it is different instructions on how to make changes. Airbnb allows the guest to make changes through the app and the host is allowed to accept changes. Hassle free.
What happened?. This app used to work really well. Now, it asks me to login each time I open it and then 50% of the time the login doesn’t work and I have to do it again. And now they added a terms and conditions disclaimer that pops up each time I click to send a message to a guest. So much wasted time!
Works Great. App works great, It would be nice to be able to change the main photo through the app, mark reservation cards as declined, and change reservation date/ prices when needed. Otherwise it's great.
App with temper. App crashes way too often. Have to sign in via web site sometimes even to every opening. Sometimes it run smoothly.

Host can’t message guest. When the guest request to book my location they send a message with it. I then approve the request. Then have to wait until the guest confirms the booking and pays to be able to actually begin to message them. This is extremely bad for business because some guests might have questions about the property or the area. This is the only site the doesn’t have the messaging feature at the start of the inquiry. Please update your software or hire someone who knows how to. Sincerely, Every single host!
Hotel management made it easy. Being a small hotel and managing reservations can be a nightmare. Pulse (Booking app) has made our job so much easier because it allows us to manage reservations everywhere we go. Pulse it’s easy to use and quite practical. We don’t know what we would do without this app.
Awful experience w booking. This app is terrible. Booking has been nothing but a frustration to work with and now I feel like they are holding me hostage because I have sporadic guests booked 6 months out. They also fine you for THEIR incompetence when they make mistakes on their end. They have overbooked me 3 times when I had the dates blocked off and then charged me fees. One being 200$. Airbnb is a MUCH better company to work with with absolutely no frustrations.
Great App, easy to manage rentals. The Pulse app is wonderful and easy to use. It’s makes managing our rental apartments quick & easy to do. The messaging part works great! Love the message templates and scheduling capability, eliminates a lot of work for us. Calendar is easy to use and change prices. And calling quests from the app is great.
Forced updates. When I open this app, it's because I have a guest on the phone and need to check their reservation. I don't have the time to update to a new version and keep the client waiting in the meantime. However, when you roll out a new version of this app you force everybody to update before they can access their calendar. Could you please introduce a “Remind me later” button, beside the “Update Now”?
Not good for hosts. I’m impressed that this app it’s 4 and 1/2 stars review, as a host it’s horrible, they don’t collect payment at the time of booking, I have to collect the payment at the time of arrival, collect taxes, they’re not responsible for any property damage, that what customer service told me, I guess you have to hire a professional to manage you this app cause it’s just to complicated for simple humans like me, I’ll just keep to Airbnb and verbo for now
Mostly good. I’m generally happy with that app. I only have one issue and that I have a hard time loading photos of things that are requested by booking. The rest of the app makes my job much easier to do. I also appreciate the daily report sent to my iPhone.
Workingnslow. For the past months pulse is working worse, i havr to change windows to see upcoming bookings and it takes time to update.
Awesome Pule App. I have used many apps throughout the years and my favorite app is the Pulse app. It’s ease-of-use enables me to be very efficient in my business as I travel to various places. There is nothing negative I can say about this app because it has allowed me to do everything I want to do and more. Not easy to manage calendar. Mobile version is way more difficult to navigate, especially when access to the calendar and reservations are needed. It gets even more complex if there are two properties, then to manage the calendar is almost impossible. As much as i would love to work from my phone, i can’t alter the calendar the way I can access it from my laptop
Awful. Awful service 95% of their customer service representatives are rude and not willing to help you to resolve your problem. They are very good to give fine for their mistakes which they not taking responsibility and blaming you. I stop business with them. AIRBNB much better to work with. Very disappointed..
Notifications. This something wrong with the last version.. Sometimes I don’t receive notifications for example review notifications or message notifications unless I go and check it out myself
iPad functionality not there yet.. I use this app on my iPad as well as my Samsung telephone. I have noticed the functionality on these devices is worlds apart. Case in point, I have recently attempted to change my availability for today on the iPad to which I was greeted with, “To avoid overbooking, availability can not be more than 1.” No discussion and no options for changing my availability on my iPad. To get around this, I simply opened the app on my phone which within five seconds allowed me to successfully update my availability to reflect my circumstances. I don’t know how much beta testing the app had on the iPad but I am having some pretty basic issues that aren’t reflected on my phone. I just deducted another star as the iPad version shows cancelled bookings at still active and isn’t allowing the rooms to be rented. I’m sorry but this new bug reduces this app to a useless piece of garbage which negatively impacts my business.
Intuitive, user-friendly app. The app is smooth and works seamlessly. I particularly like the way it automatically displays available and booked rooms/apartments. That automated system makes managing listed property convenient and easy.
Messaging to Guest through app is not working. The messaging to Guest is not working. Clicked “report a problem” and no connection to app developer. Please help! We use the messaging for guests EVERY day. They need this feature to access check-in instructions for our property, especially our international guests who may not have an American phone number. Please escalate this!!
Horrible app. Deleted after 20 min of use. Couldn’t sync calendar from other platforms such as airbnb. Keeps giving error messages. Couldn’t set different rates for different days. App is not user friendly and very complicated to use. Options are all over the place. Can’t view my daily rates on the calendar. After Airbnb app this one is like being lost in forest
Booking in Extranet. I noticed delay of booking details under notifications. It doesn’t alert me after guest confirmation of booked rooms. I had to checked via email to make sure the booking came through.
Messages. I would like you to fix the way to send messages and respond easier to them
Good but needs work. The app is pretty user friendly, a lot of the desktop options are available which is nice! Biggest complaint is that it will send notifications and then they immediately disappear. Case in point, someone had messaged me but I never saw the notification and now our response score is 90% because I missed one message.
Payment system. Payment system should be improved to make it convenient for the owners. Booking payment process showed a lot of confusion to guests for not telling them total charges when they book. I experience a lot of booking and cancellation on this site. Very unfair to owner who have short time to list our unit to other travelers who really needs the condo when someone hold on the unit then just drop it a few days of their ETA.
Not user friendly. The app is very difficult to use. You need to have at least 2-3 phone to utilize, before you can updates, access certain information on your own account. Unlike other app, you can just easily use one app to transition from traveling to hosting. This however requires 2 (Booking for traveling, Pulse for hosting). And have to log in gazillion times just to update your password. Recently I spent 3 hours trying to update my own pw and another 40mins w/ service support. In fairness, he was very patient. He mentioned multiple times that requiring 2nd authentication is for security, but when will it becomes inconvenience spending hours should be enough reason to update your system.
Annoying after update. After the most recent update, August 2024, the app blocks every action with a privacy and cookie statement acceptance popup. Highly annoying. Don’t send out an update if it doesn’t improve the app - if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it!
New booking. I am writing this hoping that one Day the new booking info becomes easier to read. When we revive a new booking I wish it to read dates name and price as well as promo all in 4 lines if you want to go into the booking then you enter each department. It really does make it easier when you are busy and a new booking comes in

Easy to use. I manage a few properties on PULSE and it’s a great easy to use app to manage them when I am on the go.
Not functioning. I have tried all avenues to get this fixed - the extranet, Apple and your so called App Support which leads me nowhere. I have not been able to use the app on my iPad for 3 weeks. It continually gives me the message that you are having technical difficulties. This is so inconvenient!
Pulse Compliment. We just love the prompt notifications from pulse and the reminder system if we have not addressed an issue. Also being on our devices we can attend to our business almost anywhere. Thank you.

Needs To Improve. As any guest search the property in any location, there are many properties with various reviews but you should show how many reviews equivalence to that score. Otherwise if a new property gets 3 reviews of 10, it will show 10 and the old property with many reviews may be affected.
Manager. Sends push messages at weird times. It should be easy to not send at certain times. It can send messages for the same notification up to three times. It will tell you there is a review when you have already seen it hours before. Needs to be polished to be more effective.
Hi. The pulse app is good when it’s working, For some reason it has totally shut down for no reason, it tends to happen more than not, they say that they have updated a couple of problems and it should be working much better now, surprise can’t open it now.
Activation of this app on my phone. Very frustrating i’ve been trying to get this to open and function again for over four months ! very annoying it keeps refusing my user name or password .. please can i get some help !
Simple and effective. Just want to say how easy the app is to use. We have recently had s holiday and do the phone was the only form of communication for several guests at our bnb. The app combined with point of sale for invoices works a treat. Would recommend it to any new bnb owners. I’m over 60 and found it simple. If that means anything to the readers.
Do not disturb. Love this app; its a bit limited; but with sensitive information it’s understandable. One HUGE issue: I have my “do not disturb” on from 8pm-8am. And it send me alerts anyway. It wakes me up at 2,3,4, 5AM. Can this please be fixed?? I do not want to turn of my notifications since it is too valuable to me. (And no I dont have a work phone:( )
Bad experience. - not user friendly - too confusing - need to log in over and over again - late notifications - confusing feed page, not lined up as per next guest but dates are all over the place - unclear feed - messages not clear, again dates all over the place. Messages appear as unread every time the guest had their last word.
App lacks functionality. The app is too basic and doesn’t come anywhere close to the functionality of the Air bnb and Homeaway apps where you can adjust every single aspect of the listing. For people who operate almost entirely off a smartphone then this app is no good for you. You absolutely require the desktop version to modify your listings.
Poor service. Poor service, I have blocked the accomodation availability & it’s keeps getting unblocked & people are booking when it’s not available. I am having to let people down consistently. Get your website fixed!
Proprietor. I don’t think reviews should be published if the client doesn’t leave a comment. It doesn’t give motel operators the chance of reply eg leaving a 5 for cleanliness When we go to clean the room find their kids have wet the beds and they have snuck two dogs into the room
Full of bugs. I’m not getting consistent notifications on new messages or bookings. Hard to contact support Support message - can’t scroll through the message I’m writing Can’t access some of the properties details, only available on PC
Notifications issue.. Great app. Stopped receiving notifications of new bookings or messages for a month, despite been turned on. Support said it’s a known issue, solved by deleting app and reinstalling.
Instant communication. The thing I love about Pulse is that when I hear the ding I know I have a new booking or a guest is trying to communicate with me. As my phone is usually with me I am instantly connected. Keep up the great work cheers Marianne ( Maz)
Needs Improvement. The App is not connected to the Booking dot com site like other platforms. It also does not allow automatics blocking out of a day either side of reservations for Covid cleaning regulations which is annoying.

Guest Reviews. Please consider not posting poor Guest Reviews for properties that you know are well kept and that maximum effort is being applied to keep Guests happy. A poor review, because a Group are rude, substantially hurts the Property reputation.👍🏻😀✅
Bug in message. Unfortunately there's s bug in the message function - I'll write and entire message and it fails to send, send button is unresponsive - there's no place to go back to your message and try again just cancel and lose everything. Please fix this frustrating bug
its certainly not Airbnb. Woeful experience to list a property. All I am presented now with when I open the app is a pop up asking to open the listing. Trouble is, no matter how many times I try, I can’t remove the pop up. So, no listing.
Pulse app. This app is OK, but I find the supposed Daily Reports to be wrong. One part tell me I don’t have any sold out rooms and another part says I do. I would rather not have these confusing an irrelevant reports.
Pulse. It’s a great app and allows me to manage my bookings & message guests as long as I have my mobile with me. I can also change the daily rates very easily
So useful!. I love love love the pulse app. I can manage all my bookings on the go and also reply to guest messages wherever I may be. Very useful.
Have to keep logging in. I like the app but it keeps logging me out after each use which is really frustrating. Sometimes I have to put log in details more than once to get back in. It used to work fine and I stayed logged in. I’ve reinstalled it several times but no change.
Very Handy. Only thing that bugs me is the daily notifications build up & don’t show as read no matter how many times I open and close the App & tap on them. Then every now and then it goes back down to all read. Other than that it’s great to use and definitely worth the 5 stars for the amount of functionality it provides. Thanks.
Non working app. This app is not good at all. It doesn’t update, It won’t allow you to delete old messages, it’s to hard to understand, not possible to make changes to the adds, customer support service takes forever to answer or maybe never. They don’t tell the people the real price, don’t mention the cleaning fee or deposit, then when the people come to pay there’s always a problem since they think is scam and they refuse to pay the “extra”
App badges. Great app handy when not at your property and as per the other day we had blackout it was life Saver as I could use the app However the App badges and the activity don’t work says we have sometimes over 100 notifications even if we only have 1 new booking
Not good on my iPhone. Frustrating as it often will not open with details. Makes it hard to contact guests with incoming details like arrival time and access to keysafe.
Crashes multiple times a day. I’ve tried to contact the support but it takes me straight back to App Store. The app signes out/crashes/shows an error many times during the day which is very inconvenient. Apart from that it is useful and effective to monitor and manage reservations.

Badges. Quite a handy app to have when you’re not in the “office” however showing 56 notifications when you only have one new booking and have responded to messages or read other bookings is quite annoying. This needs to be fixed
Pulse Review. It is difficult to find guest messages using my phone. It is difficult to workout what to charge as your fees come out after. I have to wait for payments. I can not alter a reservation - such as increase guest numbers.
Only one problem. Great tool when you are out of the office for notification of new bookings or being able to answer guests requests. One huge problem though if you want to use it to manage the days bookings - the daily update is one day behind and despite reporting several times it remains the same! So that feature is useless.
Very Helpful. Find this app very useful as it alerts you immediately to new bookings, messages from guests etc at least 30 minutes or so before they appear by email. Also means you can check details, send messages and make alterations whilst out and about.
Support is terrible, rude and disrespectful. Serval times I have needed assistance from support which I have waited 45 mins on hold only to be hung up on, transferred to someone else or not called back as promised. The fees charged are far to high for this level of service!! 0 stars would be more accurate!!

Property description and fees. I like most things about the site except for a couple of things. I dislike that the property description is made up by the website and it isn’t accurate. I’ve tried updating the property details but the description still lists features that are not directly on my property but are close by or it lists features I don’t even have. It doesn’t capture the essence of what draws people to come to the area either. I also dislike that I pay a set percentage for commissions but then if guests are using mobile apps they get varying app discounts in addition which can bring my total fees to 25% or more. I have deleted the early booking discounts from my property but for some reason the settings automatically still have the early booking discount so I have to manually go into my listings to delete it month but month.

improvement recommendations. -calendar should have the persons initial, picture or name on the dates that they are booked for so we can differentiate one booking from another. -the upcoming reservations should show in one column labelled ‘arriving soon’ and the cancelled reservations in one column so they are not mixed together, it’s very confusing. -an option to send multiple pictures to guests at once instead of selecting one by one. -an option to input specific directions and instructions for guests to follow.

Booking. The booking does not open on the app so I cannot see any bookings on that app if I am not in the office unless the guest message me and they never iMessage so I don’t know if I get Booking or not
Too complicated. The app is way too complicated. Too many unnecessary options. The crucial info gets lost. It's also anonymous. It offers no insights on guests that are booking. Please simply.

Worst platform ever for payment. They do not take the payment of the host like other platforms like Airbnb or Vrbo does. They only take 30% of their customers and what about the other 70%. That is insane i have to spen 4 hours of my time everytime i have a booking with them to explain to the customer why i am the one handling the payment and why i am requesting e-transfer. Some guest come from other countries they do not even understand what is a e-transfer. But booking want all their commissions while offering half of service. What kind of business is that. Now the guest cancel because they think its a scam and sometimes their own booking agent cancel what is this. Weird. Insane and very frustrating

Hard to manage , information hiding. it is very hard to use and manage, it always get stuck. On the calendar it won’t show who booked, I need went through all massages or booking to find out who is the next client. Hate this. Extremely inconvenient.

Centralize. I never know which property I have selected as an owner or how to get to messages associated with which property. I have to make changes 20 times, one at a time for each property. Hate how complex the platform is, it has cost us $25k because of a incorrect setting.

Issues with calendar. Hi there! Something happened to the calendar view, previously I could see clicking on the yellow booked date who booked, reservation details. Now it shows only “fully booked” which is extremely uncomfortable. I h e to go to another page and search by date to find out the guest and other information. Am I the only one who have these troubles, or is it a known issue?

REVIEW. I want to share my Pulse app review. It’s makes my life easy, since I have been using. Why on the road , I can use it seamlessly. Very mobile friendly. I can do all task here.
More notifications to guests. Compared to other booking platforms this needs a lot of tweaking. For some reason guests are rarely notified or encouraged to look through information given to them. We often get calls from guests asking for basic check in or wifi information - when they have not even taken the care to look at the messages we have sent them which has ALL the information they could want. It’s frustrating having to “baby” many guests- we don’t have to do this with the other major booking platforms. Booking.com need to help guests be more independent. Last night a guest called us multiple times (at midnight!!!) asking us for where to park, then what the check in information is, then what the wifi was, and then where the pull out bed is-!!!! All questions that would be answered had he bothered to read the messages we sent to them. This happens very regularly with booking.com guests. We are happy to help guests that have genuine questions or problems but it’s a huge waste of time and frustration when they don’t even bother to read. Booking.com need to help guests with that.

be aware this app. not accurate, not user friendly, not reliable. even booking dot com support staff will tell you not to rely on the app, as it’s totally not reliable. many time the changes you mad on extranet will not be reflected on the app after a long time, many times the changes you made on the app will not show on the website either, every time you call the support staff, they will simply tell you if you had trouble because you rely on the app, they are not responsible! utterly frustrating

Great management platform. App sometimes will time out and log off mid use. Should have more capabilities on app as well as add users. Otherwise, really great app to communicate and manage the property.
Booking button. Under the booking button the dates of arrival are showing up as one day ahead.

Notifications Settings Gone. Hello, I don’t have any option for notifications anymore within the last week. They used to show up fine but now there’s no “Pulse” in my iPhone’s Settings > Notifications. When I click notification settings within the Pulse app, it brings me to the location / privacy settings page. I deleted and re-installed the app, and reset my phone. No prompt shows asking if I want to turn on notifications. I am hoping there is a fix because I am missing important guest messages.
Logout. It is massively annoying to keep getting “Oops, you need to login again…” notifications. Why??? Just trust the iphone user with ample protection against fraud and keep user login without timeouts or connect with face recognition login each time like any decent banking app.
Keeps logging out. I can’t seem to understand how a multi million dollar company would have so many bugs in its app. I have to log in every other minute let alone the need to handle everything via web and SMS through emails that aren’t received
App needs to be streamlined and ease of use. Definitely a busy app and needs to be fine-tuned and user-friendly with ease-of-use every day getting reports and I don’t know how to turn that off very troubling.... too much information on the app simpler is much better!!!! Follow what your competitors do and build a better website!!!
Not user friendly. At all! It is hard to navigate. No customer support available. It glitches a lot. It logs you out a lot and so hard to log back in. Really frustrating!

Won’t stay logged in. Logs me out every time I use it. Very inconvenient, lots of glitches. Other apps do not do this just seems to be booking. Messaged them they said it’s a glitch but not sure why it’s not fixed yet.
Good but has room for improvement. As title says it’s good but not the best it can be, I recommend this app it helped me a lot keeping track of everything. Very useful app

App is unintuitive and difficult to use. I still can’t get rid of the red dots telling me I have notifications when there aren’t any. Why do you pay me the commission and then bill it back later? Thats really really weird. And what in the world is an Extranet? That is not a thing, not a thing that anyone knows or cares about anyway.

Booking at their worst. Booking is such a terrible platform for hosts, so difficult to use, with so many problems, and many fake reservations and no shows. Review. I find it very difficult to use the app, particularly to change and update prices. I don’t think it is a very user friendly app, compared to air bnb app that I use without any difficulty.
No help for hosts on Pulse. One stop shop it’s needed. I gave booking my opinion already and nobody contacted me. We need the following on booking: 1. Customer Service on Pulse not on another site. 2. The price I set on Pulse and based on my standard rate does not get reflected on booking. Price on booking it’s always smaller. 3. Introduce cleaning fee for the guests to pay separately. 4. Allow hosts to review the guests. Booking it is not responsible for damages or when the number of guests exceeds the maximum of guests allowed. By allowing host to review the guests will give the chance for the hosts to restrict abusing guests from their properties. I know you will not respond but I’ll keep trying.

DO NOT Download until fixed. This is a great app that just went through an upgrade that is a total disaster and is not usable on the iPhone 7.0 through 10.0. It’s disastrous if you’re counting on this to run your business. It is a normally amazing app that they just upgraded it but it’s still unusable and broken so maybe they don’t know. If you have an iPhone don’t chance it
Complete incompetence. Worst support, who only reads the policies and does not help at all! Not possible to charge guests online, only outside the platform which obviously is recognized as shady by guests! Just avoid this platform. The traffic was good, but guests can book and not show up without getting charged.

Promotion features would be great. Overall it works great and I’m moderately satisfied with the app, but it would be even better if i could change the promotion settings through this app.
Mixed feelings. Application itself is a little more complicated compared to their competition and notifications was bugged lately, I would like to see certain features regarding payment and notification timing.
Calendar. It would be nice to have a color codes on the calendar and it lands to what days are open or closed
Pricing option. I simple straight forward option for pricing and rooms available would be easier , navigation in the app could be more efficient.
Good App lousy bookings. The Pulse app is intuitive and versatile. It is the the copious fake bookings that are frustrating. I would like to see the country of origin of the reservation if possible. And expected time of arrival should be mandatory.

HORRIBLE. WHERES THE SUPPORT?? They don’t have an option to call support it’s a very bad application all around they don’t automatically accept client payments. I really do NOT recommend this app. I don’t write bad reviews because I know how much it hurts a business, but this is unacceptable how bad this service is. I mean it’s a really really bad.
WORST PARTNER EVER!!!. I made more than 5 calls to the customer service and they do not want to solve my problem, they answer indirectly and mod for other department. If this is not because for the effort to get many good customer review from the previous years for my accommodation, I will leave this app and this worst company for sure!!! Poor Customer Service. We have an issue that you still haven’t resolved and no one has given us a call back. You constantly try to communicate through emails and it is not an effective way to communicate with the issue we are having. Where are your people?
Problems with notifications. Notifications does not clear after they have viewed.
Useless. It gets me logged out every time I close this app. So basically makes it useless to have it on my phone. And only way to login back is after verifying through a call on business phone, bruh if I am at the business then why would I use this app at first. I would rather just go to website.
