Overall cool app but. Great tool for tattoo research and design trial and error, but, currently the search function is broken. Can’t search specific designs like “realism” without a no search results error message. Would work a lot better for me if the search engine was fixed and I could look up specific things.

Coolest app ever. I’ve got to say, InkHunter is the coolest app ever! If you're thinking about getting a tattoo but not sure what design to go for or where to place it, this app is a total game-changer. First off, the AR feature is amazing. You can try on any tattoo design in real-time using your phone’s camera. It's like magic! Just draw a simple smiley face on your skin, and the app will recognize it and place the tattoo right there. It looks so realistic, and you can move around to see it from different angles. This helped me a lot because I could see exactly how a tattoo would look on my arm, leg, or even my back.

Good app. I think the app does what it suggests it dues for the most part. But I can’t understand if I take a pic of a drawing of my tattoo on a white background, when I superimpose that pic onto my skin I see the “paper” surrounding the tattoo on my skin , especially the edges. On what color paper should I take the pic so that only the b/w of the tat shows up on my skin? Otherwise over all I like it. It gives me some idea of what my ink will look like on - but could be better if the transfer was cleaner.

Wants access to your photos for advertising?. I’d like to recommend this app, it is a neat concept and fairly polished, but the Photos access request is giving me pause. Specifically, it says it wants access for ‘Advertising’. The app won’t let you even save a picture without granting full access, which is pretty lame. (You can set write-only mode, but the app won’t accept that.) This seems like a photo/data grab. If they fix this permissions issue I’ll rethink my rating.

I have never rated.... BUT THIS DESERVES IT. This app is incredible. It is actually able to make it look like you HAVE the tattoo!! I’m quite astonished. Their selection is vast. Somewhat hard to find what you love but it’s there!! And if not? Upload it yourself 😎. Great app for a first timer who wants to see what they’d look like

Work harder and try again.... It’s alright but needs LOTS of work such as major bug fixes and renewal of content. Every time I force close the app and open the same designs by amateurs are there. There should he a discover button and people should submit there own content. The ads to unlock is pretty annoying and not all pieces are even complete. The AR is also bugged and doesn’t always work, not that it had the best quality anyway.

Cool. I really like this app. I'm glad there's an alternative behind drawing on my arm to test the tattoo because that would be pretty annoying and I'd rather not draw pen on myself. Nothing is hidden behind a pay lock and I'm able to do whatever I like to test tattoos, being in a hurry since I'm getting one in about a month. Edit: It’s no problem, I have the tattoo now and I was able to test the concept because of this app. I’m grateful.

Helped me decided tattoo placement!. I was panicking last minute about where and how big to get my first tattoo. This app helped put all my worries at ease. I was able to very easily see how the tattoo would look on different parts of my body. I would 100% recommend.

Not free at all and limited to two designs. The app says it’s free, but it’s not. You’re only allowed to try to design of your own upload, all the designs in the app are locked unless you pay for them. False advertising for sure. However, if you upload your own design, the feature where you can try it on your arm and take a picture of it to store on your camera roll is pretty cool, but you’re only allowed to upload two designs to try for free. Kind of bogus if you ask me. Would have given it five stars if it was actually free and allowed you to actually try the designs in the app for free.

Waste of a download. I have been wanting to get some American Traditional tattoos and thought this would be a good option to see what I wanted in certain places. The actual designs in their library are trash… none of the tattoos in the American traditional category were actually American traditional. Seems like the ai they use for everything doesn’t understand what tattoos actually look like… would be very easy to have a library of American traditional tatts like you see on a generic flash sheet but nope

Five star. I use it at my tattoo studio is a great tool for presentation the client is more confident at the time to visualize their design you can place it with more confident on yourself and to the client. Specially when you edit the design on photoshop and then place it back to ink hunter. InkHunter give the form to the design. What is great about it is the fact that not only is a good tool for presentation but it also is a good tool for the artist when the client suggest a spot that we know is not a good place for specific design and the client will see why. So InkHunter not only help you to developing a good reputation on Tattoo design but it also help you out on selling the design without a double guess. Till now all my client have put attention on my sugestión and they see first hand why is good to be place or why is not a good spot for their design. InkHunter is part of my job, is my final tool for presentation. Is a great tool I do recommended to all my artist friend. Trust me it will help you sell you’re design, the last but not least the client will know how much space they are going to take when the tattooing processes start. I recommend it.

Used it years ago for first tattoo, now it's terrible. I downloaded and used this app to visualize my first tattoo several years ago. It worked great. I took a picture of my own custom design and could see what it would look like. At some point in the past X years, they removed the ability to add a photo and turned it into AI generated images only. And they want $300 per YEAR to get crappy computer generated images. I'll be looking for a different app.

Automatic saving is inconvenient. Is there a way I can upload a photo without it automatically saving? It’s a nuisance to have to go back and delete a bunch of pictures because the app saves photos automatically. Would much rather have the option to press save instead of the app doing it for me

Search doesn’t work. The search function doesn’t work at all, even with their pre populated search suggestions always says “couldn’t load results” so you’re just stuck scrolling through hundreds of crappy images with no way to narrow them down (same on free or paid) would probably be 4 or 5 stars if you could actually see the images you want without all the other crap

Helped plan and try my first tattoo. This literally helped me so much in seeing what my first design would look like and it was easy for me to import the designs from basic pictures on my phone. Its easy to share what it looks like to friends so you can get feedback, which is what I did. Definitely gonna use it again if I get another tattoo.

Haven’t used it yet. Although I haven’t used it yet, I’m hoping that it will be a valuable tool to show my customers how a cover up will work. It’s really hard to explain how a cover up work properly. I’ve seen so many TERRIBLE cover ups where people have just slapped a design over the tattoo they want covered & you can see the old tattoo after the “cover up”. A good cover up is more camouflage, using some of the existing lines & colors/shading to successfully cover the old tattoo. It’s a great feeling when a customer sees that old tattoo gone. It’s a double pleasure. They get rid of an old tattoo & they get a new tattoo they can show off proudly. So if this app works the way I hope, I will repost the rating & make sure I let all my tattoo artist friends to use it.

Great!. I absolutely love this app. The ability to see what a tattoo looks like on your skin. I draw my own tattoos and see how they look. Sometimes they look much better on paper than the body and that’s where this app comes in really handy!

Fine. I like this because I'm never one for permanent stuff so it's fun to try things on with the AR. There's not a ton of stuff in their collection but I'd rather go custom anyway so that's fine. The AR is fun. At first it didn't do so well on darker skin but they're getting better at that. Good to see an app using AR in a way that's practical and makes sense rather than for the flashiness.

Great app to showcase my future tattoo plans. This app really helps me see what a tattoo is going to look like on my skin. I love the ability to upload my own designs and as well as some of the pre-made tattoos that are stored in the app. You will not regret giving this app a try!

AI SLOP - Can’t use your own design. I loved this app when I first got it. Being able to visualize my design gave me the confidence to get me first tattoo. The current version is absolute trash. Don’t believe the store listing – you CAN’T upload your own design anymore. You’re limited to using the AI generated garbage provided by the app. Why anyone would even want one of these designs I’ll never understand. Took an amazing 5 star app down to 1 star. Don’t use!

Unable to ask question… email non existent.. Waisted my money trying to create a tattoo from a picture. If you read all information available, it states, for questions email this …….. well, that doesn’t exist anymore. Tired of spending money on apps that don’t provide any form of assistance to use. I read the information this app provides… believe it this one would provide instruction. I’m older, not stupid. Can’t believe the email doesn’t even exist.

The camera sees more than you do. I was happy to have an opportunity to “try on” some clavicle tattoos before committing to one. Wanting some perspective in the picture, I cropped the viewfinder to capture me from mid-face to just below my collarbone. So imagine my disgust when I later went into Photos and found that all the copies saved from the app were expanded to show my entire breast below the tattoo! I frantically went back into the app but the thumbnail still only showed the cropped, modest picture exactly as I set it up. If I hadn’t saved a copy for myself, I never would have know the app was storing naked pictures of me. Needless to say, I deleted the app. Sick.

Works really well, selection is small tho. Whenever I try to search for anything, nothing would come up. I tried searching for “airplane” “constellation” “astrology” all them came up empty. I eventually just chose a design that looked nice just to test it out. the app itself works great at making it look like it’s actually there and to help visualize where the tattoo would be and look like but I couldn’t actually put the one I wanted on me :/

Terrible after update. This app used to be my go to for planning out tattoos with my personal designs. Some time in the past few months, the whole app has been redesigned. The only feature that I had utilized had been removed and now I am no longer allowed to insert any of my own images/ drawings, and now replaced with AI generated images. This app was just fine the way it was before. This updated could have been a completely separate app for those who wish to use it. Super bummed about this big change and I will no longer be using the app unfortunately.

This app is literally the best thing you could ask for. This is literally the app I was looking for, I don’t have tattoos but have been thinking of getting one some day and I wanted to see what it would look like without drawing on myself upside down and messing up with pen, yes you do have to draw on yourself but it’s quick and easy, now if I’m curious about a tattoo I can use this app to see what it would look like, plus it’s free and I highly recommend this app

Doubt you will read. In all honesty you should allow a few more locked designs to be tested it’s not fair that soon enough we will have had to paid for the real deal and already having to pay for the ones that are locked I mean this is our skin we’re talking about not some dry erase board would you mind unlocking a few other then that I love the app it helps some

I love it but...... I dream of getting a tattoo one day but I must of missed an update because you used to be able to try on tattoo designs found online but now you can only do designs that the app itself has. Other than that it’s great and can help you decide which tattoo to get.

Didn’t Work. Not sure if I did something wrong, but the app did not work at all for me. I had bright lighting, a dark smiley face on the location, and the result was a comically large version of the tattoo I wanted to see that took up the whole screen. I tried again in a different location, and the result was the same. Is this app strictly for arm tattoos? I tried with a smiley face on my thigh and on my chest and neither worked at all.

App buggin. This app does create some interesting & unique designs, although it’s better with simple prompts rather than specific detailed ones. Unfortunately a few days into subscribing for 1 week, the generator stopped working & only displayed an error message reading “timeout/connectivity issues” repeatedly. Needs some work.

New update has ruined the app. I used to use this app regularly to test out designs and loved it. It had every feature you could ever need. Idk what happened, but now the app is powered by ai. It says you can upload a selfie but you can’t, I spent a long time trying every function. You can only take a live selfie. You also can’t change the tattoo design, rotate it, change opacity, do anything. It’s literally a sticker that you can paste on top of your live selfie. You can’t erase the tattoo around clothes or where your body ends so it looks like somebody literally slapped a sticker on a physical photo. The app is terrible now and pointless plus filled with a popup every few minutes trying to get you pay pay $6 a week for pro version. No thanks! Don’t waste your time on this. If you have the old version, do NOT update it.

Had for at least 2-3 years. I’ve always LOVED this app and I’ve had it for a very long time and used it to decide where I wanted some of my tattoos placed. I just went back to the app to see how a tattoo would look next to one of my others and you now have to pay to upload your own photos and also pay to use most of the tattoo designs already in the app. Still a really helpful app but it’s sad to now I know have to pay to use 90% of what I used to be able to do.

This is game changing. I just started using this app and I already love it for looking for ideas and potential tattoos One thing that I think would be really cool is to be able to put your liked tattoos into folders so you can organize them by where you might get them but other then that this app is a great visualization tool

Review :). I LOVE this app! I’m not a huge fan on how some locked items pop up but I really like how it’s only a dollar to have full access of the app! If there were more stars I could choose from I would give it as many as possible.

Keeps crashing. Every time I save or take a picture, the app closes and restarts. To be clear, it’s as though I have closed the app and then opened it again. Although it doesn’t interfere with anything else, it is frustrating to have to wait for the app to load again and again and I wish it were smoother.

Everything locked behind paywall. This app doesn’t let you do really anything unless you pay for the premium. Doesn’t let you upload pictures from your gallery, can’t upload a picture of your body that you want to see tattooed. You can only use a select number of pre chosen templates to try, anything you search in the app or want to upload, is locked until you buy the premium app.

Ability to have multiple layers for different tattoos!. I love this app, it’s helped me as a young person make choices as to what I really want tattooed onto my skin. However I feel like it be even better if we had an ability to have different layers for different tattoos so we can “build” our own custom chest piece or our own custom sleeve with different tattoo sketches.

Great way to preview different tats. Even in the free version you can look at a lot of different works by a wide variety of artists, save your favorite pieces, go to the artists’ Instagram sites if you want to see more and follow, and preview the tats on your body using the AR function or without.

5 star app no lie. Hands down fn top quality art here with unlimited potential for max creativity without being to busy , confusing or generic. Simplistic raw material is how I would sum this tattoo design up.. dude and not to mention the AR FEATURES !! If u don’t download this , u probably are a loser boy . Or loser gal. Makes no difference.. 🧐😝🤟🏽💋

Fun App - And I Don’t Have Or Want Any Tats. One day your Grandparents are going to wake up, maybe even grow up and they might just realize; ‘hey Vern, we look like trash.’ So why do I love this App? Because: a). tattoos are (basically) permanent b). this App allows you to safely and temporarily add some tats to your body c). better still, this App allows you to save images of your tattoo(s) So, before you get any ‘body art’ I recommend you add some tats to yourself and just save the photos. If you wait and look at these photos a month or two later, you‘ll think; • ‘wow, I look super-cool!!’ in which case you should go get real tats. Or ... you’ll think; • ‘OMG, I’m so glad I didn’t get this winged-frog tattoo on my forehead!!’ Ehh, maybe you’ll think twice before making spontaneous decisions which could affect you for a long time afterward. Highest Recommendation!

Doesn’t open or load. I used this app a few years ago for my first tattoo, it used to be a great app. I could upload my own images and see exactly how they would look on me. No idea what happened but this app is now absolute trash. AI has completely ruined all these tattoo generator apps. This one now won’t even load, just gets stuck on the loading screen. Every app now wants you to sign up for a subscription. Just don’t waste your time with this app. Sad cause it used to be great

Waste of money. These templates on this app are horrible. I just wasted 20$ to see horrible AI drawings and when you type a prompt in it barely even makes the picture based on what you say to it. There’s also no versatility.. I wanted to upload a picture and get it to design a new picture based off of the picture I uploaded and the software on this tattoo design app is not even almost advanced enough to even do that…. Waste of money literally

Absolutely Awful. They bait you in by charging you $6.99 before you can see anything about the app. It’s trash.. you might as well use google images. The AI suggestions are incredibly cheesy. If you create your own you can only choose from 4 fonts and then cannot adjust spacing or anything else. I cannot believe they charge for this. On top of all that, they hold you hostage at that $6.99 per week. The ONLY way to cancel is to go into your apple settings under subscriptions. I really hope I save some people $6.99 on this.. I’m telling you, you’ll be disappointed.

Only 1 e for my FREE TRIAL?!?!??. I would like to be able to do more then one picture to see if it’s worth the space on my phone I’m not swing very many pics to choose from and maybe it’s because I don’t know how exactly to use it so I prob won’t be paying for it as I don’t know if I like it yet it reminds me of the “ real cash” games that show a commercial before I’ve even gotten to pick out what I’m going to play. But I can say the 1 picture was very clear.

Glitches when you try and upgrade. Doesn’t allow you to see generated photos without a timer unless you upgrade. I did it multiple times and sometimes it would work. When I went to do a new search it would erase the upgrade I selected for and would give me limited access again. Cool app if it weren’t for that. But that’s a big issue that needs to be fixed.

AMAZING!! But premium?. When i got this app i knew that it was going to be amazing! Until it said “Unlock?” And then i knew it was kinda unnecessary?? I understand the need for money but couldnt you just add ads? But i found a way past it so i guess i cant complain much, putting that aside, i am in love with the way it works and how easy it is to literally just prank your friends for fun. Im underage for tattoos but i know i will be getting one of these when im of age :)

Simply amazing. I never write review even for apps that I use on a regular basis, but this app has really astonished me. It’s always hard deciding whether a tattoo will look good in the end and it’s not easy getting a preview of it without actually drawing on your arm but this takes all that hassle away and can look almost spot on to a real tattoo.

Possibly the coolest thing created!. This app is so much fun! I was able to see how my next tattoos will look, and I fell in love! Extremely easy to use, you can even up load your own images. 10/10 will probably use this everyday with new ideas! (Now, just to find the money to put them on my body for reals 😒)

Go back to before. This used to be a wonderful app. Updated and then it’s a pay for use, can’t upload my own images. You guys had something great and got greedy. As soon as I saw the latest updates I deleted the app. It’s such a shame.

Cool app but not as advertised. The app falsely advertises you can upload your own design or search the web for it. This is not the case. You can only use AI to describe your tattoo but it doesn’t do a very good job at all. It’s a shame because the AR is very powerful and I wanted to see my own designs on me before committing to them. I saw a review from 3 years ago saying that uploading a design from camera roll was now I paid feature, I tried upgrading and it all looked the same as the free version. Waste of $10

Pretty good but missing essential feature. I like the product but I can’t understand why you can’t import photos of yourself from your photo library and try on multiple tattoo designs? I’m sitting on a plane and would love to be able to play around with designs and see how they work together but from what I can see you can’t do this?

Great. Awesome app to get the feel of a tattoo

Used to be AWESOME. I used to use this app to plan heaps of my tattoo positions and possible styles by using your own photo and being able to and multiple tattoos to it. But this new update has made it so you can’t you have to do it live, and the Ai part of it is done so poorly . I personally believe they’ve ruined such a great app

Scam. Says you can get a free trial, then it immediately takes $30 from your account for the full years subscription. NOT A FREE TRIAL. literally a scam.

Cool idea but dumb not to have timer. It’s a great idea to be able to see how the tattoo would look like with a photo BUT...what if I’m alone and would like to take photo of myself.......yep no timer! Especially I want a tattoo on my back. Such a let down! I don’t have eyes on the back of my head and my arms definitely won’t bend backward. So disappointed. Absolutely dumb not to include a timer.

Disappointing. No where on the App Store info page does it say “in app purchases” You get a select number of artists to choose from the rest are locked, then there’s “remove ads for $1.”

Trial before an error. I LOVE this app! I love tattoos but I’m the type of person who gets anxious when they have to make decisions - I’ve used this app before getting 2 tattoos of mine and they came out exactly how I observed in this app! Amazing app!

Genuinely really cool. I didn’t even want a tattoo, but this app really is awesome. My only complaint is that the mouth of the face you have to draw on yourself can be a bit visible, but maybe that’s my garbage pens. Quick tip, if you like a tat, but want to pretend that you drew it on paper, then you can.

Works well, just a bit useless. App works as it is supposed to, but it's probably 2 mins worth of entertainment then gets deleted.

SCAM. This app offered a free trial however charged me 30$ absolute scam and terrible app.

Very simple feature needed. This works well, sometimes the watermark glitches. Otherwise, I'd really really like to see a feature where you can delete photos/ sketches from 'My Sketches' and 'My Photos'.

Try before you buy. So far so good. Would prefer not to draw on myself but a great app to use especially if you are thinking of getting a permanent tat.

Rubbish App, bo actual tattoo options. The app is completely useless as it doesn't accomplish what it set out to do. There are only six tattoo options in the app (all of them rather "girly"). You can add your own, but there is no tool in the app to make them, do you have to be able to draw a tattoo on paper and upload it, which is useless for anyone who can't draw, and there is no option to upload your sketches to the community for other users to use. If you can't draw you're stuck with six ugly tattoos.

Best tat app out. Insanely awesome app, let me try on my own ink designs and best of all it gives you masses of inspiration so there’s no way you won’t find your next tat with it. I honestly can’t fault it

Cool app. It works the way it says it does, however it’s be great if you could erase bits, it can be tricky to take a photo of yourself sometimes because it doesn’t find small smiles, being able to zoom in would be good and being able to add multiple tattoos onto a photo that’s already taken would be awesome. More options would great too.

Hmmm. There's only a few already made up to choose from. I subscribed to something to get more tattoo ideas. But they appeared for only a little while. I can't find them again.

Was a great app until... This app was an anazing way to apply my drawing into reality when I thought of new ideas. However, I’m not sure when this came through but now you have to buy for the paid version to unlock the feature to add in designs from your camera roll or create a text.

Colour invertion. Um...every time I try to use a tattoo the screen doesn’t show the tattoo it just inverts the colours of what my camera is showing

Glitchy. Very glitchy, when you put a tattoo on an already saved picture it just puts the tattoo in the middle and saves it so you can’t place it in the right spot. Sort of defeats the purpose of the app..

Downgrade. Used to be good. Could upload image edit it to look how you want then upload a photo and edit everything and make it look legit really easy.

Download this App. Best, this Tattoo App covers all areas of placing a tattoo on any area of the body. Moving, changing tattoos at ease to see what works is a fantastic feature. Don’t bother with other Apps, just get this free App whilst it’s free because other Apps want $ and they don’t match this one.

Money grab. Couldn’t try it. Every single design I wanted to see, had to paid for. No thanks. I’ll just draw on my arm for free.

Limited. The create function on this version only allows text creation. You can edit designs that have been saved

I want my money back. First of all, this app is complete b Sheet. Secondly, I took the 3 days premium trial and you know what they still deducted the 45 dollars for a year and I can’t even refund it. How is this trial if you take the money and I even uninstalled the app just after 10 minutes.

Doesn’t recognize black skin. Forget about it if you’re dark skinned cuz it doesn’t work. Doesn’t recognize darker shades of skin

Good but expensive. The app is perfect, nice idea. But the only problem is that you should purchase most of the tattoo designs, which is somehow expensive. I understand why is it like that, but still.

$$$. I was able to try only ONE tattoo on me . ...the rest you have to pay for?

Waste of time. Every single design you have to pay for, redirects you to the premium version of the same app. As a heavily tattooed person the idea is cool the marketing is flawed

Pricing?. Interesting concept but it’s unclear how much anything will cost. Find a drawing and click Get and you get a Buy Unlocked message without indicating pricing. I’m wary about buying anything without a definitive price. This app just seems so shady by doing it this way. Too bad because like I said, interesting concept.

Great app!. Works great really happy with this app, well worth downloading and trying. Vary fair price for pro @ $1.39 can’t beat that!

need to buy for trying tattoo. not even a small trial. you can browse tattoos but to try in AR you need to purchase the app.

The worst AI app ever. It doesn’t really design anything for you. I asked for a simple font and kept showing me images. So bad! I want my money back.

Stile my money and lied. Downloaded the app and tried the “3 day free trial” I used it for 2 minutes and it didn’t find me what I wanted so I deleted and un subscribed. Instantly I get a notification saying the payment was confirmed! THIEFS

Can’t upload. I took the plus membership, and I can’t upload my images like it said. Also the AR doesn’t work or is not intuitive at all.

In app purchases. It should be mentioned (like all apps who do this) that most designs are only available by unlocking the full version. There is no warning of that on the app store page... it should be added.

False advertising. Trial isnt free. Careful before subscribing

Nothing is free. Went to try on a tattoo design and it asks me to pay for the pro version of the program. Thinking this was a one time thing, nope. Went through 10 different tattoo designs and not one was free to try on before I gave up wasting my time. It’s free to look at designs but costs you to try it. Don’t waste you time with this.

Not worth it.. I tried with a blue ink pen to make a square smiley face and now have welts, and in order to have the camera pick up the markings I have to cut my skin. Better to just go get the tattoo done and live with the consequences of not liking it.

Need to put in credit card before being able to try it. Wanted to try it. But you need to pay them first.

InkHunter. App is stupid. I can’t even edit the tattoo to properly fit and can’t cut off parts of the tattoo because it hangs off the body parts.

No Free Trial. The free trial doesn’t exist. I canceled it the same day I downloaded it, but it says I have access until 2025. I’ll still be charged.

Fraud. The app states it’s a three day trial first but once you agree , you somehow get charged for a year. I didn’t even spend ten minutes on this app after agreeing to the trail to test it out and somehow my plan was made active and I’m being charged.

Awesome. This is a great App if you get a tattoo on your body you should take it serious this App allows you to see what’s the tattoo looks like on you or next to other tattoos

Good app. Amazing app allows you to do tattoos and then you have to wait 30 seconds if your not pro so it’s very cool and it’s really awesome

Not worth the money. I don’t usually leave bad reviews. But this app isn’t worth the money. You can be so specific don’t to the last detail and it doesn’t generate what you are explaining. I did the 6.99$ for a week to see if I liked it I cancelled within 45 mins.

Too Many Bugs. overall a very good tool and app to use, but there are way to many bugs. it crashes every other time i “try” a tattoo and it saves my picture every time i do something different so now my camera roll is full of them, but still a great app, just work out the kinks please

Love it! But after a few hours it crashed and won’t open. Really like the app. I’m trying to figure out my first tattoo. But after using it for a bit and then closing the app, it will not open on iPhone or iPad. Deleted and will reinstall to see if that will help.

Best App For Shops. I have now switched to designing my stencils on my iPad Pro using procreate. This is the best app ever. I can take the finished stencil upload it to this app and show clients what it looks like on their skin ahead of time. Amazing idea! Thanks!

It keeps crashing!!!. It keeps crashing!!! I could never use it because it always crashes while it loads

Great app. Works wonders so placing tattoos the only thing I would add is the artist location in the search some of them have great work but I end up finding out they’re half a country away

Disappointed. Miss old version. Miss the old app where you could upload drawings and place them on yourself. It was super helpful for tattoo placement ideas. I redownloaded today and the whole ai thing plus their bad preloaded designs were disappointing. Used to use the app a lot. Plus they want a subscription now…nah I’m good

Review. Wish you had more options that were free instead of having to buy the unlocked version when I could just google tattoo ideas print them, then trace it on my arm for free.💁🏻‍♀️

Horrible quality. I added a text tattoo of a name that I wanted to get inked. When I put it on the area, the text became grainy, there’s no option to edit the color of the text (or any option to edit the text at all) to see if I liked the color I wanted, and it REQUIRES you to take a picture and draw on a smiley face. I would have to give this a one star. I would give it zero if I could.

Great app. You can actually use the free part works pretty well. I feel the weekly subscription is a little to high but it’s a really cool app

The best tattoo visualization ever!. Helped a friend that had lost her hair to cancer, she used this app to see what tattoos would like like on her bald head, it was fantastic

Great way to try tattoos. This app surpassed my expectations! You can easily add your own tattoo designs and try them out! The AR is very cool- if the tattoo appears the wrong direction or size it’s easy to modify.

Three Day Trial Scam. I signed up for a three day trial to the App to see if it was something I could use. Instead of getting the trial, I was charged a year subscription without my authorization. I hope this was just a glitch in the system, and that I can get my money back after it clears pending on my card

It’s great. It doesn’t always read the smile but otherwise it’s good also here’s an idea but if you do add it don’t make it a paid for thing add nose, lip, eye(brow), and ear piercings please it’s a great idea I guess. Otherwise it’s a great app and I recommend getting it

Cool concept but.... The reason I give 1 star is because I only had the app for about 5 minutes and already ran into the problem where you have to pay to test out tattoo designs. This concept is awesome, but the idea that you have to pay to "unlock" just about every design on the app is pretty lame. Just one opinion tho!

Great!. i love this app bc i thought it was going to be one of those apps where you have to pay for literally everything but surprisingly i do not have to so defiantly get this app!

Crashing. After trying to use this app multiple times on two different phones it keeps crashing as soon as I open the app it gets to its load menu and then crashes I would like to use this app and try it out because it looks pretty cool and could be handy as well

this app helped me with my sleeve now it won’t load!. man ..what happened with the app?! i really liked it because it was so convenient when it came to me wanting to see how tattoos i had in mind would look on me now it’s not even loading when you download it and every other app is AI generated it terrible 😫😤

The best AR App made so far in 2017. So I looked up AR and this is the only app so far they can get the correct AR graphics. So I am telling the craters that made this app please keep up the good work and hopefully soon in the future you will become so successful and AAR reality

Great app. Like how you can take photos from the internet and then apply them to your body and see it fits your body type. Keep up the good work.

Great way to design different tattoos. I like all the different designs that are available and how you picture it on your skin and scale it.

I thought there was more to this. I thought I would be able to try different colors. If you use one of your own photos it copies the “white” back ground from a screen shot. I just deleted the app, even after paying for it.

Scam. I paid for pro then it tells me I have to get pro to unlock more images? I hit continue and it says I already have a subscription but I don’t have the features with said subscription. How does that make sense? This is theft and a breach of contract under the terms and conditions. I will be pursuing further.

Does the job!. This app is great to get ideas for tattoos! Sometimes you know what you want but are not sure how to go about it. This gives you great ideas!

No option to add in your own image anymore. I use to love using this app to try out new tattoo designs that I’ve created but there is no longer an option to upload your own photos from your device.

Waste of money. I was hoping for an app that could take in images and instructions to generate tattoo ideas using AI. This app will only return crappy tattoos that are way too complex, add in extra stuff I didn’t ask for, and you can’t pick the style of tattoo. There’s no way these are AI generated. We’re searching their tattoo database using key words we enter in the search and nothing more.

Everything you could ask for. They left nothing out when it comes to ensuring the tattoo is exactly what you want and how you want it

I used to like the app. I did really like the app. I re downloaded it recently and have had it for a week now. But now I can’t upload pictures to test tattoos anymore. I have to buy the full version to even upload my own to look at them on me. And there’s barely any tattoos you can try. I don’t think it’s worth it anymore.

Fun. Great way to see your own work drawn on you or to see what you would look like with the tattoo you just have to be willing to drawl mark on yourself to begin with.

Terrible since update. This app used to be amazing now idk what happened but it’s completely rebranded, things that should be simple aren’t (adjusting the opacity or contrast of the tattoo you input), the tats colors are patchy and messed up when I input the pic and there’s a green zig zag background I can’t get rid of. Why did yall have to change I used to love this app but now I’ll be deleting it off my phone. Sighs.

Amazing. This app is so well created. I love the option to upload your own photo. I may be to young to have tattoos but I might get the tattoos when I’m old enough.

Too many ads. First time I tried this via my husband’s phone. Weird but sort of fun for a minute until —ADS!!!— like 3 minute ad videos— completely unrelated— for like 1 minute of app usage. Dude(ette)s, seriously, get some investors. If you can’t, then that means your app is crap & you need to go back to the drawing board. Nobody wants crap they have to watch a bunch of ads for.

It’s great!. I think this is a great app to really see what tattoos you want before getting them, and how they look on you. This can be a very big help to people who are new to tattoos. It can prevent mistakes😂

Scam. You can’t upload your own designs. I purchased the plus version, and first of all, it took $21 from me instead of the $7 it said. And it’s a complete waste too because there is no option to upload your own design as promised. The plus version is literally the same as the free version. Don’t bother.

Great for tattoos!. Love this app. I went from cutting out printed images and taping them on another piece of paperwork to doing pretty much the same thing except inside the box. Couldn’t live with out it!

Amazing app!. Never seen anything like it. Works great and easy to use. I just wish you didn’t have to watch an ad after your first art piece; otherwise it would be pretty perfect.

Good app, needs more content. The app is overall pretty well made, the interface is easy to use and it has some good features. The only problem I see is that it needs more tattoos and a category divider.

Great App. I have used this several times to help me find placement, size, and to redesign my tattoos. It is great. You can use it all by yourself for any placement, just might need a tripod 😄

Outrageous Cost for Tacky Designs. The idea of this app seems cool in theory, however as soon as you download the app it is clearly a money grabber. You get 3 free days before paying a 6.99 a week subscription! Who thought it would be okay to charge nearly $28 a month for a gimmick?? Not to mention the tattoos on the app are limited in style and look tacky
