Works great!. It took a little time to understand how to use this app properly but now that I have learned I am quite pleased. The calls are clear and stay connected. You won’t even realize you are calling from another country.

Not happy at all. I signed in yesterday and I bought the 8$ plan I made 1 call to AT&T today I tried to call my bank and it kept saying password not valid I logged out and tried to login they said contact support which I did they said you been blocked cuz payments or the number you called they asked me to take a screenshot for my receipt which I did they said we going to investigate and let you know I’m not happy at all !

First Call. First call was awesome! Tried downloading a different app similar to this but that one did work at all. Glad this one worked, and it worked great! Called to USA from Argentina.

Scam. So I downloaded this app the other day and use 16usd to get credit on Yolla and the app scam me my 16usd two times so I get a refund of one of my 16usd I use to get credit went back on the app to see if my other 16 usd is still there cause i didn’t make any calls on the international app cause it just won’t go through no matter who I call it still doesn’t ring I wouldn’t advise anyone to get this app downloaded on there phone cause it’s none sense so Yolla app is not a good app to call your family member on cause the number won’t even ring but it will take the credit that crazy right??? And a next thing too they log me out 😂😂 cause I requested a refund and I just got the refund back of my 16usd so they still have 16usd more for me

Just started using - seems to work well. A good friend got me into Yolla - works great so far and very cheap for international calls to the US. Glad I signed up!

Useless App. I wanted to call my hotel in Bangalore, called multiple times and it appeared that the phone keeps on ringing and ringing and no one picks up. I then tried calling immediately with my mobile phone and immediately got through. The few times the calls get through, the person on the other side could not hear me but I could hear her fine. Avoid this app. Total waste of money.

Enabling the text message will be great!!!. I’m here in the Philippines 🇵🇭 using my USA 🇺🇸 prepaid cellphone. So this is great option for me to call USA and great thing about it is SAME PHONE NUMBER shows up on their caller ID. So I can keep my whereabouts and call like I never left.

First call. First call went through without any problems. Voice quality was not the best but I will be happy to update if call quality improves. The savings are great! I installed the app on an iphone6 and purchased credits through iTunes. Make sure you allow access to your contacts

DON'T RISK YOUR MONEY. This app from India is risky. Even the Terms of Use states that there is no warranty. My experience: I saw YOLLA app and it looked inexpensive. I downloaded and tried it by adding $4.99. I made 7 attempted calls to a cousin who never picked up. All missed calls. I left one short voicemail and my balance is now $0.56. Other apps don't charge for missed calls. Their terms state: No Warranty YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE LICENSED APPLICATION AND THE SITE ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. GARBAGE APP. I wish I could give no star. This app is garbage and was developed very badly. I checked I was using the app, and added credit several times on an international call. It was not my first time using the app. But I ended up being charged $300 by my service provider for an international call I placed in Yola app. I called Yola, they were so rude and they blamed my service provider and my WiFi connection on the charges. I checked my bank account, Yola did charge me for the call on top of the charges I paid my service provider. I still have a $8 credit on my Yola and I still have to figure out how to get my money back. I am so disappointed and I feel ROBBED! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT USE THIS APP. This is the worst app I have ever used. I would have used WhatsApp but network in the country I called was not great that day.

Great first call. Just made my first call to Iran. Perfect quality and quick connection

Do not waste your time. I bought it made one call and after a few weeks when i tried to make another call they told me that i was blocked because of suspicious activity on my account means paypal payment to them i guess they asked me yo provide a bunch of documents and put it under review just forget it and find a better app do not give your money to those fraudsters.

Doesn’t work. This use to work well, now just get an error message that could not connect to local network and it asks me to make sure I’ve given permission which have. Seems like something has gone wrong with their app, they need to resolve it, they have my money and I can’t use it

Doesn’t work for India 1-800 numbers. This app does not work for 1-800 numbers in India. Yolla said 1-800 numbers in India are premium/special numbers and Yolla does not support special numbers. So if you are looking to call customer care numbers in India look elsewhere.

SMS Not Working. Call is working but SMS/text messaging doesn’t work. Tried multiple time but with no result. Developer, can you look into this SMS issue?

HORRIBLE QUALITY & WOULD NOT REFUND MY $. First I requested a refund and then they said try calling again saying it might be a temporary issue. I really did not want to because I didn’t want to bother my relatives with a call just to test to see if it works or not. I did it anyway bc I asked them 2x n they said the same thing. Again, the quality was very muddled and was unclear. It was frustrating. So I contact them requesting a refund and they say that it’s because of my wifi connection. Which I KNOW is not true bc I have called on other FREE calling apps such as OTO or Kakao and it was completely fine and very clear. They still wouldn’t refund my money. Stay clear

VERY BAD don’t use it. I downloaded this app and added $8 to my account, but it didn't work. I tried calling seven different numbers, but there was no sound or errors. When I contacted the support team, they asked me to wait for several days to fix the problem. I then asked for a refund, but they said they filed the request to the financial department to get a confirmation, without telling me when I can expect the answer or whether I will get my refund. It feels like once you put money on your balance, you are no longer a valuable customer. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this app's poor functionality and unsatisfactory customer support. I would not recommend it.

Authentication Required - Unable to log in to add credit. i just started to use the service for 1st time & added the credit through Apple. I paid $4.99 but only getting $4 of credit. When contacted the Support, i was advised there’s a fee going through Apple. The support person stated i should top up at their site to avoid the extra fee. Well i tried & the site won’t allowed me stated ‘Authentication Required’. That was three days ago & the support still telling me they trying to resolve the issue! How reliable! I’m very unhappy with the support as how can it take that long still unable to resolve the situation? Don't they know they are losing money? Very frustrating!

Scam. They always steal one minute in every call I make. This is obvious because the app shows, for example, that my call was 6 minutes long while my phone shows 5 minutes. This happens all the time

Stop taking my money.. Very Upset 😡😡I just brought 16$ credits and I got 13$ and I activated two dollars data for my Dad. I checked my balance right after that and I am seeing only 2$ balance of money. Your please fix this issue and put my money back. Wow I am very speechless at this moment. Correct Credit not received. Hi I am a new customer and I just got the app. I bought the four dollar credit that gives you additional 99 cents but unfortunately that is not what pops up in my account. Please look into this issue.

Absolutely horrible service. I do not recommend, calls do not go through, it keeps saying you’ve reached the limit of “simultaneous” calls, even though there’s only one call being made, don’t trust this service at all.

Advertised rates are false!. I call Egypt. The advertised rate for mobile phones is 6.3cents. Discovered its truly 12cents. Also, when buying credit, itunes fees are not included! So add 25% to the false rate the have advertised for your country calls! I guess they just want to trick people into thinking they offer cheap calls! Disgusting!!!

Best Voip app & cheapest international calls. I love this app, the best voip app I’ve ever used. I wish they had an option to send gift (credit) to friends like many other apps I’ve used before. It’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star. Please, include this feature next time.

Good App, But Buggy Experience. I have been using the app for quite some time now, and I find it extremely convenient for making international calls. However, from a user experience standpoint, the application has several issues. It frequently freezes, causing disruptions in the communication process. I have encountered this problem on the latest Apple models, including the iPhone 13 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro. Therefore, it is not an issue related to the phone's capacity. I hope that the developers can address these issues to improve the overall user experience.

Doesn’t work at all. I was very disappointed. Added credit to my account and made a test call and confirmed that the number I was calling merged with another one and I couldn’t even reach the right person. I tried calling different numbers and it won’t work. Don’t download this.

Untrustworthy app!. I purchased a balance however the service didn’t work for me! When I asked for a refund they told me to wait for the updates? I don’t get it, I don’t wanna use the app anymore nor wait for updates so I think I should get a refund!

S White. For me it’s like a wonderful affordable calling card that I can just keep refilling as needed. I’ve used it both while abroad and at home when I need to call an international landline or communicate with my older relatives that don’t use social media. I highly recommend!

Best Calling App. I’m using this app almost 2 weeks for International calling. I purchased for the first time as trial , later I purchased several time, because of voice clarity. I trust this app & suggest to my friends and family.

I was wrong. It is true that I had a terrible experience with this app. But they did return my money. I appreciate that. The developers needs to work on it but at least they owned up and returned my money. ❤️ I hope something positive turns out for this app for their honesty.

Do not use. I downloaded the app and the put some credits on it. The first time I used it worked fine. The second time is used the app the calls it wouldn’t allow me to make calls. The only way I could call was by saving the number as a contact and then after I called the call hung up a couple seconds into the call. Save yourself the headache and use a different app!

Keypad during calls does not work. I was making a call and couldn’t select any options during the call due to the keypad feature not working during a call . Very upset , I wasted my money please get that fixed

Stressful. The worst experience I can ever describe with this application. I got the application to speak with my friends abroad. 1. When I called them they would receive the calls in different ID callers , different numbers and not in my name. They would also sometimes receive the call in their whatsapp instead of their mobile network. I tired contacting the technical support online. I spoke to Donna from the support team. The only response I would get was : “we are investigating the issue” or “ the issue is solved “ and it never was. 2 . A friend of mine received a phone call from my number with me name but it wasn’t me.I contacted the service support again but they told me I needed to display their phone number.

So easy. In just a couple of clicks you are on your way to call family and friends. The price is extremely reasonable and the communications are Cristal clear. What a great app. I recommended it to my sister and she’s amazed at the convenience, price and crispy clear communication.

Not the best. Just tried making a call. One went through with bad audio quality. The other is just silent although the seconds are running and I am being charged without hearing a thing. Tried “24/7” support and for now it’s just a bot that indicates the issue will be investigated and take some time. Save yourself the time. I will go back to Skype.

Saved my life. This app saved my life! I was traveling in Europe with a data-only esim. I needed to make a call to Qantas Australia to change my flight but they didn’t have a live chat and data roaming was going cost a lot. I googled and downloaded this app as my last resort. I loaded up the minimum amount ($4usd) and was able to make the call to the airline company. Qantas put me on hold for a very long time but once I got through, the reception was really good. In the end, my 2 calls totaled to 75 minutes and I still have credit left over. Highly recommend!

Worst Provider Ever. The call quality is very poor compare to other. They are misleading customer, as there was ad about 20% bonus on first recharge but it never come through. I think people should chose other provider like mytello which is cheaper and better than yolla. I have contacted support but they didn't provide any assistance. The supports are full of untrained and unskilled staff.

I would give it 0 stars. I would give this ZERO stars. I’m bombarded with countless emails, so I decided to unsubscribe. When you click on unsubscribe, it takes you to their website, which doesn’t have an unsubscribe function. When I tried to delete my account, it asks for my number again and sends a verification code, which kicks you out of the page but never unsubscribes. I tried 4 times! This is a clear violation of consumer rights, watch out before giving your credit card details!!!

Saved me!. This app has saved my life! I’m abroad in Cambodia and my bank froze all my accounts when I bought tickets for a bus trip and an e-visa for crossing into Vietnam. Even though I had told them where, when, why i was travelling and still had access to online banking they froze all of it. My family could not make the changes and my SIM card for my old number was lost during travels! This app single handedly saved my trip, my journey and my ability to get around and literally to eat! Quality from Cambodia to Canada is decent with only a slight delay!

Be careful , this company is a scam. I paid to use this service and nothing works. I cannot make calls, and they refuse to refund my money. I had to make an emergency phone call while abroad thinking this would work. Nope. Cannot call any number, just get Service Unavailable and they refuse to refund me. Scammers and thieves.

They steal my money. Yolla is a terrible compagnie with horrible customer service. I had to change my cell number and they refuse to transfert my minutes I bought on my new phone. So they steal me at least 25$. You cannot trust them. Donna at customer service don’t want to help me at all. Don’t download this apps, used another one.

Yolla charged $4.99 for $4.00 value. When contacted yolla, rep told me Apple charged 99cent but when contacted Apple, the record showed yolla charge $4.99 as on transaction, Apple didn’t charge. Plus first call was dropped after 10mins for no reason!
