Being charged and canceled it. Why am I still being charged and I just tried it! I deleted the app and iTunes is still trying to charge me delete me please

Works but paid for later. Works great for converting but you only get two conversions before you have to pay for more.

The app didn’t work.. After selecting the input file it it provided no conversion options. Deleting this app; It doesn’t show up in ITunes subscriptions to cancel it. I better not be charged after 7 days.

Would give a zero if had the option.. This is a worthless program. All I get is a black image. They better not charge me

Only one page?!. Who has designed this 🤬 app?! If you have a healthy mind, you would notice that if I wanted to change one page to a pdf, I can use online websites. The matter of this apps is to convert from several pages to one...

Can’t open it. I have been looking for an app like this and was thrilled to have found this one. However, when I go to open the app it pops up for a second before crashing and I end up on my Home Screen again. Very disappointed, just glad I hadn’t paid for it.

Do not Download or Buy, this app is HOT GARBAGE!!!!. I got the app and got the free trial bc I needed to convert to eps file and not only does it take forever to do so but whoever the file is sent to cannot open the file which makes this app 100% useless bc it doesn’t even do a good job at converting or sending... it’s just a way for some company to make passive income off of you. Do yourself a favor and don’t download this steaming pile of 💩💩💩💩

I paid $4.99 for this?. I downloaded this app on my phone to converter a picture to an svg file to make on my Cricut and got nothing. I converted the picture and have no way to view it once converted. The converted file doesn’t open on this app, it doesn’t open in pictures or anywhere else on my phone. So where is my converted file? How do I open it? What a waste of time and money!!! Don’t buy this app. It’s worthless!

HORRIBLE resolution after conversion!. The app does what it says. I converted an EPS file to a png file, but it turned out all blurry and the resolution was horrible! This app is a rip off, I would NOT recommend this app to anybody.

Did Not Work. I tried to convert a jpg to an svg and when I opened it it was just a few outlines of the picture. No colors and not the full picture. Cancelled the app and deleted immediately!

Fills in White Space :(. Works ok but anything with fine detail will randomly fill in white space which ruins my designs.

Crops image. I’ve used this for two images, and converted to two different file formats and both times the image got cropped or cut off.

Didn’t work? I tried a few different times and it kept giving me half of my image.. Didn’t work!

Useless ape. I downloaded this to simply convert my logo into a vector file but it turns my logo black and gray. The app gives absolutely no direction and no support. Absolute waste of money, don’t download

Not enough customization ability. Hi, this worked well for me with a single color, high contrast image. It was easy in and easy out but there were no options for adjustments. For a more fine tune project it did not work so well.

Doesn’t work. Paid the $10 lifetime fee and this will only vectorize artwork that is solid black- not even well. When I tried to do an all black image, the inside of the letters were hollowed out. This app is useless

Free app but not really. The app is “free” but have to pay once you open it. I might would’ve done so right from the App Store had you been up front about it.

Need a refund. I have purchased this app and the image converter app a few months back. I occasionally try to open the app and it just instantly closes when I open it. I was able to use it one time which is the day I subscribed for the trial. But never again since. I’ve tried deleting and re downloading and still nothing. I know for an app I spent quite a bit and I would just like some help please.

love this. I was at my wits end looking for an app to open svg’s so i could export them as png’s and import them into procreate. This app is an actual gift, and i do not regret one bit paying the 10$ lifetime fee for it. 10/10 love this

Works great. Originally saw mixed reviews but I have yet to have an issue with basic files I’ve converted to and from .eps. I recommend.

Not really free. This app is a classic bait and switch. You can’t do anything without in app purchase. You can’t even test it to see if it works.

Not impressed. I used it for 10 minutes and it stinks. Only gives me half the picture. Better not be charged for it.

Not free. 100% free is what it said, no it’s not, 40 bucks a year, no thanks. It also opens and you can’t uninstall it, it isn’t in settings in apps, it’s not even on the iPad anywhere, it’s now a useless app I can’t find nor can I delete, what a scam!!! Terrible

Refund if your company charged me. I was looking for an app converter, I clicked your company app to see how it works and when it was uploading the app, a quick display flashed in seconds. Payment.. I did not want to purchase this app I wanted to see how it works the. Make my decision on if it is worthy to be purchased. If your company charged me for something I did not agree to please refund immediately. Thanks

Zero stars if I could. We paid for the updated version never got it still have endless commercials and interruptions. Even after contacting company to resolve no one got back to us, Apple is zero help as well in getting our money back. Shady

Scam - Do Not Buy - Useless Even as Free. Doesn’t mention ANYWHERE that it doesn’t convert to color when converting to .svg vector. Additionally, the detail is VERY poor. Unless the lines are straight or geometrically curved expect a lot of distortion and white space. I tried on a simple logo and the conversion is unrecognizable.

It does not work.. The app crashed immediately after opening.

Not free. Don’t bother. If you’re going to ask to be paid the moment I open the app for the first time, you might as well charge a fee to download so we don’t download the app for free.

App worked great in the beginning.. I used this app to convert jpg to svg images for vector imaging apps. It worked great in the beginning, now the app won’t even launch even after I’ve deleted and re-installed the app several times. On to find another one.

Fix your app!. When I got the app I was promised of a trial week to test it out but when I signed for it my card was immediately charged for subscription! On top of that the files that I needed to convert from eps to png turned out pixelated and had wrong colors.

Needs work. This does not convert files well. Distorts them. For all of you complaining for a refund, it tells you to cancel through your settings. Go into your App Store settings on your App Store profile and cancel... Done.

Won’t convert jpg to dxf. I tried several different pictures and won’t convert to dxf This is the main reason I bought this app. Not worth the money and I can’t get a refund

Horrible I want my money back. I just paid for this apps and try to convert the picture it said the convert is complete. I can’t even find the picture I don’t where it went even though I saved I’d to my gallery. It also said all converted files are available in your files app. Well it’s not there either. Scammer!!!!

Double charged and doesn’t work. Been paying monthly AND they charged a 1 time fee for lifetime. It’s 1 or the other. Never works anyways. Converts to a blank black box 😒

Good but only does black and white SVG. If you want to convert an image to SVG and that is red and blue like the USA flag, you will only see a black rectangle with white stars! I would love to have a grey add to the conversions, overall is ok but could be better.

Not free, requires paid subscription to do anything. Not a good business model. I don’t mind paying something for apps, to support the developer. But I DO MIND clickbait and bait & switch techniques that try to trick me into buying something under the disguise of a freemium model.

Crashes at launch. This is like when one of terrible space launches when it didn’t even make it off the platform. I immediately deleted it.

Takes over your system file associations. He did convert my file however since then every time I try to open the PDF file this application opens and makes a copy of that PDF file so now I have dozens of PDF files and I can’t see them because this application opens I would like my money back ASAP and tell me how to gain control back of my file associations

Needs settings or adjustment ability. This is a one-click converter. That’s great except when the result is bad. Raster to vector conversion is complex. I tested it and got a back/white image from a color. This isn’t uncommon for vectorizing but I need color. Give me some controls or templates to pick from to get the best result. Not useful for me.

Working like a charm. I was hesitant to purchase because other programs didn’t work. But with this one I was able to save files as others that I needed.

Not good. Waste of money. It hasn’t worked for a single thing I’ve tried to convert. Their customer support is non existent. All I can access is a couple FAQs that have nothing to do with my issue.

Works great on SVG. A bit expensive the subscription, but works great to convert to SVG

Would pay for the app if it worked. I need an app that can convert raster images to vector images. This app allows you two free attempts, neither of which worked. Anything beyond that and they demand $5, which isn’t something I’m not willing to pay them if they are unable to demonstrate that their app is functional. Also, the app is unable to convert a JPG or a PNG to a WMF and produces an error message if you try to do that, although it is able to convert a JPG to a PNG (Microsoft Paintbrush can also do that). That most basic of conversions seems pretty straightforward to me. Dead on arrival.

Heavy files. Your application is the best converter apps But for heavy file up than 20MG not good working. ☹️

Needs to be pulled from AppStore. This app is absolute garbage. It doesn’t work, there is no customer service and so far I’m finding it impossible to stop payment. One star is too much.

It's great! But.... The converter is great! It's just that I have to close the whole app (double click the home button and close it) every time I convert a image otherwise it'll convert the same one I've done previously. Please fix this! Otherwise it's awesome!

Actually useful app if you're in a bind!. Super helpful if someone needs a file and you're nowhere near your computer etc grab a file from iCloud or email it to yourself and you're good to get converting. Great work 🤩

Not a vector converter. Doesn’t convert to a vector, only converts the flat image to a vector file extension. (Eg. PDF & EPS) This app is entirely useless as a vector format converter and I would highly recommend to steer clear from this app

“Converted” files don’t open or send. It says complete but won’t let me open or send the file. The file doesn’t show up in files app. It is useless.
