Laughably bad. Where is Port Authority!?

Useless and doesn't work. That Coach USA refers to this as an app is silly. It doesn't serve any function. They should focus their energies on supporting the commuters of this unreliable bus line allowing for ticket purchases, scheduled and bus tracking.

Broken and Inconsistent. Don't waste your time with this app. If you manage to pick your pick up and destination without the app crashing then you'll be greeted with incorrect time for the busses. This app is essentially just another shortline bus, broken and inconsistent.

Needs work. This could be a very useful app for a lot of people but needs a lot of work. For starters, Port Authority needs to available as well as other stations like Newburgh. It would also be nice if you could use this app as your ticket.....

App crashes. The app crashes whenever you try to save a trip. It show bus location 50% of the time.

Pointless app. What does this app even do? I don't see a point and the origins/destinations are annoying to choose

Stick with the mobile website. No search function so you have to scroll through countless stops everytime. When you do find your route, it doesn't show all departures. App crashes when trying to save favorite trips. Cannot purchase tickets through the app Shortline...look to NJTRANSIT app for guidance

Terrible App - total waste of time. This app doesn't even work like a beta version. Stops are incomplete and hard to find. Why can't stops be consistent with the website? If this app is funded by Coach USA, they have not only wasted their money but also earned bad reputation.

Beyond useless. Missing stops, wrong times... Use the web site. How about start using GPS in your buses as well so we can track your consistent delays as well?

It’s useless. You can’t change the location and it doesn’t go nationwide.

What a waste. Downloaded , tried, deleted within 5 minutes They need an app but this does not cut it.

Worst. App. Ever. DO NOT USE.. I've seen a lot of bad apps, but this is the worst one. What's the point? Took me 5 minutes to even figure out how to pull up a schedule, and then when I checked it against their (2001-era) website it was incorrect. I'm legitimately left wondering; why even bother making this app?

Dumbest app ever. So it takes me a few minutes just to pull up a trip and then when I try to save it the app closes and it never saves. Don't bother. This app is a waste. And for me to even give it one star is a joke.

Wow! Not useful. I was so happy to find this app, but when I tried to actually use it, it was very frustrating. Very hard to figure out how to use it. I could not even find Port Authority among the listings for departures! I guess I’m going to have to delete it from my phone because it just doesn’t help.

What a USELESS app. Since the website repeated "buy your tickets online" but never bothered to install a BUY BUTTON I thought I'd download the app. Surprisingly it was even more useless than the website! Deleting it immediately after I finish this review.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS. App seems to have never been developed. Do not bother downloading.

Where is Port Authority. Coach USA / Shortline- When are you going to step up our digital game? Specific feedback on this app: you need to add port authority as a destination. Feedback about your digital strategy: step 1. Enable ticket purchasing online. step 2: get a mobile site that allows me to easily view a bus schedule. step 3: fix this app. It's useless. Talk to your partners over at megabus. They are fulfilling the basic customer expectation on mobile web. Thanks.

Crashes every time.. This app needs help. It crashes every time I try to look up a trip. It’s never been updated.

Horrible app - Needs major overhaul. Someone needs to add other major Shortline Terminal locations to make this app more effective especially Port Authority in New York City as well as Newburgh, NY. Besides the fact that Shortline needs to update their ability to buy tickets online like MetroNorth and NJ Transit. If you would like more users looking for this app, please add those two locations!

Need to update app. Just moved to Goshen NY and my stop is not on the app. Neither is my destination to Port Authority. Please update.

If I could give a zero rating I would. This app is beyond horrible and useless at this point. If an update can’t be done reprove from platform.
