Not usable - don’t wast your time. Always get can’t connect to the server for the WellCare app, but the WellCare app has a web link to find a doctor works. So is there a REAL server that the WellCare is to connect to????

App needs more work!!!. I am having trouble logging in. So therefore I can’t access the info in this app. Needs to be worked on or something.

Who designed this app, the Flintstones?. Someone please redo this platform from scratch. It’s really sad that the information listed is outdated. Some doctors listed have disconnected phone numbers, others listed say they don’t accept WELLCARE. I just wasted 2 plus hours On this app.

This App is awful. I can’t use this App. I continually receive an error message while attempting to log in. Tech support is NO help. The fix, I was told, would be to delete the app and reload. Nope, that is not the fix. The enrollment period has started. If this is not fixed soon, I’m changing plans.

Terrible app horrible insurance company. I’m so unhappy with WellCare altogether. This app especially it always says unable to connect to server. Try again later. I’ve tried multiple times. Even reset password in case I was messing that up but that didn’t help any. So disappointed in myself for letting a sales agent convince me into switching to this insurance company!! Try calling and get switched to multiple people ( none of which speak very fluent English) every time it’s a hour or two on phone and never get anything answered. I finally asked my dr. To call them to get my questions answered, my dr. Said it’s no wonder why you got fed up with them. If I could rate this ZERO I would

None working app. It says I’m not an active member but as of 1/1/21 I’m an active member can get on through website but as far as for the app constant not a active member status. I’m not the only one getting this message. You really should’ve had this ready by 1/1/21 please fix this MAJOR glitch.

Fix the app !!!!!. There are so many things wrong with this app. Can’t pick Medicaid, only Medicare. Then It tells me it can’t connect to server. Please fix this app. Until then, I’m deleting it off my phone.

Horrible app and no support at WellCare. I downloaded the app and got in the first time only was never able to get in again. Can get into WellCare on line ok. Called and got passed around and never got it resolved. Deleted the app. Worthless. Only gave it 1 star because I had to pick one. It deserves a zero.

This App and WellCare program needs to be updated Big Time. This App does not recognize Medicare Part D and does not recognize Colorado as a program state. I’m a WellCare Rx customer on a Medicare Part D Rx Pharma program and I cannot begin use of this app as Colorado is not recognized in this App The WellCare Rx program offering is out of date as It’s monthly premiums, deductibles and copayment are far higher than GoodRx, Costco and other Rx offerings without a monthly premium and without a large deductible as WellCare charges.

Worst app ever. I just joined WellCare for Part D. Can’t log in, says it’s for members only. As of today I’m a member. From reading other reviews I’m not alone. If you don’t know how to construct a workable app, contact Express Scripts. It’s one thing they do right. The only solution is to go to the website and add the login page to your Home Screen. From there you can sign in and get what you need. That’s a pathetic workaround but it does work. 😡

App. Just downloaded the Well Care app and the first thing it asked for after launching is what state are you in. The list only goes down to “T”. I happen to live in a “W” state. This app is definitely not ready for prime-time.

Terrible App. None of the features work. Can’t see claims. Won’t stay signed it. Virtually useless.

WellCare doesn’t do very well…. The app is useless, the website is not much better and unfortunately I’m not getting what I need from them either. I’m a diabetic and can’t get all the things they claim to supply for diabetes unfortunately.

Plan Unavailable. There is no option for me to choose Staywell. Only the Children medical services or whatever, so I am unable to use the app. This company is trash anyway, and I wish I qualified for better insurance.

Doesn’t work for me. I have WellCare Classic Medicare PDP, and I have an account with a login. The first thing I noticed with the app is it didn’t give me a login option. It wanted to walk me thru state, type of plan, etc. BUT — the list of states DID NOT INCLUDE my state!! So I had no way to access my account with the app on my iPhone! Unbelievable! It is barely better on the website on iPhone — requiring the same info multiple times, and then I still couldn’t get the pricing. I called Customer Service, 3 different reps, 31 minutes before I got the answer I needed. Even then, the rep couldn’t explain why the copayment this month, July, is 3x as much as the copayment in January. All in all the app is a disaster, the web access on iPhone is better but not very good, the telephone rep experience was still better but not great. When I used CHAT a couple of months ago, that was the best. The customer service people both voice and chat were very pleasant and helpful, but they are limited to the info available to them through the WellCare information systems. WellCare has a long way to go before they will be providing a uniformly excellent customer interface.

Horrible app. I can’t even log in. Unable to connect to server at this time. Nothing wrong with my log in it’s this app that don’t work at all.

Poor website. Moved from Aetna part D to WellCare. They have useless website. Difficult if not impossible to login, then there’s no access to personal Part D drug usage, history, info.

Couldn’t even login 😂. I’ve had WellCare since 2014 and just discovered this app. I tried to login and nope…. It gave me a pop up saying this app is for active WellCare recipients only. WellCare has a horrible website and an even worse app. It’s an insult to apps everywhere.

Dissatisfied. Idaho is not on the app list so I can’t use this smartphone app. I can use the website on my PC that provides most functionality’s. Why not have the same access to my account on this app?! Lame!

Does not work. I downloaded the app and I can not proceed to do anything else within the app. It’s not functional when you try to touch any of the options. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall the app and it leads to the same dead end.

Version 3.2 opens but nothing else. Opened app and nothing opens or can be selected. Would like to have my customers use the app. It won’t work at all after opening, just the saving setting switch works.

Disappointed. Just switched to this part D plan, and compared to apps for other providers, this is not ready for prime time. With other providers, I could re-order prescriptions and track them. They would also send me reminders. With this app, I can’t do anything, because it doesn’t even list my state. I can log in on the website, but even it is very limited in what you can do.

Really Really Bad. Well are needs to get with the computer age. It’s hard to get any info from their website, and impossible to get anything from this app,

Useless for Part D in Illinois. The app does not list prescription plans at all. It’s 2021. Do you know about online services? Also, iPads have larger screens and can do landscape. Just sayin’. Michael

Doesn’t work!!. What’s the point of having this app, making the login if you can’t see any of your information? Every time I try to log on, it says “this app is not available for active WellCare members” that defeats the whole purpose of us members even downloading it. App needs serious upgrading!!! Asap

Terrible app. I’ve had this November 2019. I am yet to use the app! Sometimes it’ll let me get in and then again it will say all my info and login is incorrect! Terrible got such a big company! Very disappointed!

Not working. I can’t sign in to member plan I have called theM they give temporary password it don’t work.?

Stupid App. I couldn’t get past the first popup… plan/state/product. When I chose my correct plan, there was a pop-up saying for me to go back to the Apple App Store to download the app. I already did that!!!!!!!! and was in the app!! You people that make create these apps need to get a real job, cause you certainly don’t know anything about this one!

App not designed for Medicare Part D. I am a new Medicare Part D customer and this app is clearly not designed for Part D customers. It is just for customers of one of their Medicare Advantage plans. This needs a complete revamp, or better yet, start over from scratch.

Terrible. I never had issue before 2020. Now all the suddenly I can’t even get into the app. You need to make new one that works. I am a member of Wellcare and telling me I cant sign in. Smh.

Makes no sense. This is possibly the worst excuse for an insurance app EVER. I can’t even get past the first screen to choose anything! PLEASE FIX THIS!! It’s 2020, very soon to be 2021, you’re an INSURANCE COMPANY, and YOU CAN’T FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE AN APP THAT WORKS?! C’mon!! Cannot login. Every attempt to login generates strange warning that only active members can do it. I am an active member with the ID number having physical plastic card! What’s wrong with develop??

???. App doesn’t work. I have to google “WellCare” and sign in to the site. I can sign in no problem there but the app says my account is not active and won’t let me fix it through the app.

App inept. First off the app asks me which state am in. For openers my State isn’t listed as having coverage available. Therefore I’m stopped before I start. Maybe someone can alert Wellcare or the App developers to add WA STATE

Don’t bother. I can’t believe that any company would put an app on the App Store that is as bad as this one. Simply logging in is more challenging than it should be. Once logged in, you would think it would know you, know what kind of plan you have and show you some useful information like what is the price for a medicine based on the stage you are in, or maybe what are lower priced alternatives to a medicine you are using. But alas, you never get to that point. Pull this app from the App Store and start over.

I can’t use this. Why don’t you have Nevada when I need to choose my state. I cannot use the app. Crazy stupid

Stupid. Can’t sign in. Rates 0 stars. What good is this? Hope the insurance is better. Only lists 14 States. I agree with not ready for prime time. I also just signed up for part D insurance.

Doesn’t work. Every time I try to enter my information it keeps telling me my first or last name is invalid, of all things I think I know my name

Web support acknowledges APP doesn’t work. Terrible APP. I was told by web support at WellCare that the APP is “having issues” and to just us a browser instead. When I try to log in on the APP I get an error message saying it is for WellCare users only, of which I am one!! Frustrating.

Useless for rx part D plans. I can’t access any info on this app for a Medicare part D plan. I figured out, by trial and error, that I had to go to CVS Caremark to get some info but it shouldn’t be that difficult. Well are really needs to get the app developed for part D subscribers and not for just their health plans.

Doesn’t Work. The app won’t allow me to login, even though I can login with the same device using a browser.

Crap. The web portal doesn’t work. My plan number for the app is not listed on my card. Crappy service. Crappy insurance. And if you call, it’s the Philippines. I’m gonna drop this poor excuse for insurance. Buyers beware!

Agree with H20skibum. Just signed up with Wellcare Wellness Rx plan for 2020 and downloaded this app. I too was expecting to use the app for ordering my drugs. Not sure what this app is useful for. I have also found that obtaining a user name and password is an arduous task.

Useless. I just enrolled in WellCare and received instructions to use this app. It doesn’t even have my state, Michigan, listed which is needed to create my account. I hope the insurance isn’t as bad as this useless app or I will switch to a different insurance.

Doesn’t work. Though I can log in successfully on the website, I cannot log in on this app. Gives an “active members only...”. warning. I am an active member! Status show correctly on the website but this app just doesn’t connect.

Doesn’t work in my state. I signed up for a WellCare Medicare part D plan. The plan is good but this app does not function in my state even though they provide coverage here. It gives me the impression that they are not a well run company and that I should consider other companies next year

A Do Nothing App. Doesn’t give any info. on my account

The WellCare app is not well, and needs serious assistance.. How have you only added two states in 15 months time? What about all the people on nationalized Medicare plans, or Medicaid plans? There's a lot of people out there on various products you offer. It doesn't seem like any work is getting done on the app -- you should consider hiring new staff for that.

KCT. Useless with regard to my PDP plan. Does not accommodate this at all. I’d give them no stars if I could. This must be incorporated into the app NOW.

Can’t log in. My state has finally been added but I can’t log in. I’m using the same username and password as I do for the website, as I’m supposed to but it refuses to log in. I called WellCare and spoke with the web support people and they said they couldn’t help me. They have no idea what the problem is. I can log in on my PC and in Safari on my iPhone but not in the app. Please fix!

Horrible. I spent 20 mins with tech support to get on. After resetting my password twice I still get message I’m not a member. Horrible

Useless. This app is of no value, if you live in Massachusetts. The do not have Massachusetts in the list of plan locations.

Can NOT USE this APP with iPhone; Have to log in on Chrome Browser. Called WellCare Web Support or their IT division and told them that whenever attempted to sign in using my username and password, I was given the message that I am not a WellCare member and to call their customer service number! Told by their Web support that they recently updated their website & app and now anyone that has an iPhone cannot use the ios app; that it works for android users but not for iPhone users. So you might as well uninstall the app as it does not work and WellCare is aware of it. The only way to sign in is to go to the Chrome browser; you can’t use Safari or Firefox! Then after you sign in on the Chrome browser, they don’t allow you to just sign in. They make you tell what state you are from, whether you are a member and what type of coverage you have first; THEN they finally allow you to sign in with your username and password. If you plan on ordering from their Over The Counter Catalog, be prepared to have the bright orange banister across the bottom of your screen block most of your line of vision with the “Chat with an Agent” that doesn’t go away, no matter what you attempt to do! Extremely poor design.

Nothing works. Downloaded the app and nothing would load

Stupid. This is hands down the stupidest app on the App Store! What concerns me the most is prior to being forced over to WellCare from Aetna everything worked perfect. Aetna’s mobile app was easy to use and I could manage all my prescriptions through the app. Now with WellCare I can’t even login. I use the same credentials as I do online through WellCare’s website but when I attempt to login the app I get a message saying; Were sorry but this app is only available to active WellCare members. You help me pay for my prescriptions! I have a WellCare account online! I have a WellCare Member ID # ! I even have a WellCare Member Card! If WellCare can’t even fix a simple app maybe they shouldn’t be in charge of millions of peoples healthcare and drug coverage!! Take my advice if you haven’t joined WellCare; DON’T! It’s certainly not a user friendly experience and their pharmacy of choice is CVS. I don’t use CVS; never have and never will. I support mom & pop pharmacies not mass chain stores! Want to view a list of prescriptions you have filled for the year? WellCare forces you to go to CVS.com ; which means they are sharing all your health information with CVS rather you like it or not; instead of just letting you have access to your filled prescriptions within the app or even online through their web portal like Aetna! STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!

Unavailable Entry Options. Please find a new code assistant to setup correct blocks for login. Medicaid is the only option listed, therefore Wellcare, Amerigroup etc cannot be selected to further explore and utilize app.

A Disgrace!!!!. The worst app I have EVER seen!!!! Deserves 0 stars! The website is also useless on mobile devices! Neither functions on an iPad nor iPhone. Impossible to even do a simple search of providers. Cannot view or print an ID card that has not arrived in the mail. Beyond sign in, nothing works.

Needs SIGNIFICANT Upgraded. Only available in 3 states, last count there were 50.
