It Works. It's simple. It works and what I was looking for to replace my bill keeper app. Has been glitching lately. I’m hoping that this app can be updated so that it will have a balance due for the month instead of having the amount paid/total at the bottom.

Basic app to organize your bills/income. The calendar and list views are laid out simply and it is easy to read and understand my bill and income timeline. This is the best free app that I have tried and I downloaded quite a few (if not all) of the top bill tracker apps and did not like them nearly as much as I like this one. All the bills are entered manually which I like because I don’t have to worry about connection issues with one of my billers.

Pay close attention. I got this app years ago, at least 4-5 to be exact. It’s hard to keep up with all my bill due dates on my own. The first few years were good until I realized I needed to change most bills end date to unknown. That’s when I got my first late payment because my app didn’t show a bill due and I got a letter in the mail. Ok so maybe my fault for not making sure reoccurring bills do not have an end date. (Didn’t realize they needed one) I then changed them all to unknown end date. Twice now in the last year two different bills haven’t shown up in my list of bills. I get paid I start checking down the list. Then I get an email from my credit card company that my bill is late and I’m slapped with a $30 late fee as well as a mark to my credit. In 18 years I’ve only had 3 late payments and all of them are because of this app. I’ll be looking for something more reliable!

Long time user. UPDATE: after the most recent update to the app, so many functions no longer work. Anytime I try to use a report, the app crashes. I can’t even send myself a pdf of transactions as that crashes too. I’m getting worried for tax season as the report function is what helps me get that done. I’ve sent two emails to the developers with no response. I’ll change back my rating if this is fixed. I’m very disappointed as I’ve used it for many years without issues. I’ve been using Bill Watch for years. I rely on it to help keep my bills organized and can add any type of bill or income I want to ensure accuracy. They allow an unlimited amount of different bills and incomes, allow me to classify them how I choose, and provide graphs and charts to show where my money is going. Plus the notifications help me stay on track. Bill watch helped me get from a credit score of under 500 to now a 720. Thanks for helping me all these years!

Great App! One suggestion for improvement. This app does everything I want for tracking and paying my bills. The interface is clear and intuitive. I am looking forward to using this app for the long term! There is only one problem: the app lists information such as Bill Name, Amount, etc. in light green on white. This is extremely difficult to read because there isn’t sufficient contrast. Green is fine, but dark green is better. Pastels and light colors don’t show up well against a white background, particularly when details need to be read. I hope the developers fix this single problem in this otherwise excellent app.

Best App. It helps me calculate my bill payments and organizing everything like i want it. Very useful and very easy to use. My wife and me love it.

Hidden Gem. Downloaded so many apps before finding this one. So happy to finally have one that includes income, doesn’t make you connect to accounts, has different views, and is ACTUALLY free! Thank you!

Notifications. I would like to start with that I love the app. It help me keep my bills organized. However, their is 1 thing. - I don’t get notifications like it say I should. I have to open the app and that’s when I see the bubble pop up. I don’t get notifications on my lovelocks screen My rating would be higher if that part worked

So far so good. I have tried about 10 of these apps now and after a month or two of use, the shortcomings becomes very obvious. This one isn’t bad “yet” (still testing it out). However, it seems impossible to find a single app with all the features that makes the most sense for tracking bills. For example: Account Number, Due Date, Balance Due, Partial Payments, Default Notifications settings capabilities and total balance with payment deductions for payments like medical bills that actually decrease with every payment. Now to this app, I really like the features it does have, but it’s pretty much lacking all the things I just described above, except that it does allow for roll-over payments on partial payments. The screens are nice, but the functionality isn’t immediately obvious, however it’s the first app I found that actually provides step-by-step operational instructions with pictures (which could be a bad thing, since they may be needed for proper use). It also lets you add income, without linking your bank account, which is a great feature if you pay all your bills at once like I do. Please just give me a few more features and you’ll be the best app out there.

Awesome!. This app helped me keep on track with my finances. It has definitely helped improve my life and peace of mind.

I like it. I like it but I would like an easier way to make an adjustable credit amount for paychecks. Otherwise I like it

Good app. It’s a good app I’m still learning how to work it but over all it does exactly what I need!

Have to pay to test true functions. Not sure how this getting 5 stars. Interface is not intuitive difficult to figure out. Icon does not show number of upcoming bills. Terminology is not consistent throughout the app. Couldn't figure out to edit a bill once entered ( finally figured out you have to swipe it). Free functionality is too limited to test. Should allow 1 or 2 recurring payments in free version for testing. Ads are so close to working area you accidentally select and full page ads pop up in the middle of entering something.

Does not sync. It has trouble keeping my watch my ipad and my iphone synced together My iwatch and my iPhone don’t sync And my iPhone and ipad ... they don’t match ?!?! Very disappointed

The best organizer!. I honestly wouldn’t be able to keep track of due dates without this app. It’s amazing and so helpful!

Bill Watch. The Bill Watch app has helped me keep my bills paid on time, and I know exactly which bills to pay and when. I no longer have to try and keep all of these bill dates in my head or written on paper. It does exactly what I need.

This is the one. This app is very functional. No crashing. Smooth. Has all the features you would want. Good visuals like pie charts and percentages. Great app

Pretty good. It’s better than any other bill apps I’ve used. However, none have the one feature I need and that is customizing to different pay dates. I’ve got bills due on the 10th and 25th, not every 2 weeks

I love this app, please update it more. To anyone needing a solid bill app that you manually control, I highly recommend this one. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I wish wish wish the developer would pay more attention to it and update is regularly and add features. Otherwise, Ifeel like it’s a five star app.

Great App. Sad update 1/5/26. The app is no longer working correctly. Cannot look at upcoming bills, run a report, search…etc. very disappointed as this used to be a useful app. Will have to cancel the subscription if it does not get fixed. Great little app. Nice and simple to use. Can make reports from your monthly expenses. Wish categories and accounts could be changed more easily. Overall love this app. 😊

Great Bill app. I use the app to keep track and pay bills. This is the best bill app I have ever used. I would recommend this to everyone.

LOVE IT!. I would 100% recommend this app! I purchased the premium option since it was only a one time fee. It allows you to add unlimited bills, reminders, and you can even add what you get paid and it does the math for you. A wonderful tool to use, such a great way to stay on track with your finances.

Fulfills my needs as a bill catalog and reminder calendar. The best app I have found to catalog and set up reminders to pay. Allows use as general purpose reminder calendar without complicating its use. User friendly functionality.

Disappointed. Initially I was excited because it seemed simple to use the app. After spending hours setting up my accounts and bills all data was lost. I opened the app to discover all my info gone and iCloud back up was failure. Total waste of my valuable time.

The Best for Bill Management. I absolutely love this app. I use it everyday to keep track of expenses and income. It’s easy to use. They’ve made a good deal of updates that have improved it a great deal. It’s perfect for budgeting. You have the option to either print an expense report or email it to yourself or someone else for record keeping. I’ve tried what feels like every bill planner app out there and this out performs them all, by far! One thing I would like changed is the upload/restore process. I use this across all my Apple products and it would be great if I didn’t have to back up/restore each time I exit/open the app. I appreciate you adding that feature but would like it to be a more seamless and automatic.

Priorities. 1st off I think this is one of the better apps it makes some things intuitive but the app has no category called Rent, or Insurance, or some of the other common stuff that I’m sure you yourselves have bills that recur like that. And here’s the BIG problem that I’m begging you to fix! I can’t edit a bill after it’s information has been inputted! Can’t change the date it’s due or make the amount variable each month. So when I get my light bill, and see that it’s due two days earlier than normal, and is 40 dollars more than normal I cannot edit the upcoming bill. And I just spent a few hours carefully inputting all my information and since I forgot to change the ENDING DATE, and can’t edit it, I have to do it ALL OVER AGAIN. I used “Bill Keeper” for years but IOS 11 doesn’t support it all and I lost all my information and had to search down this app cause all the others are stupid. I’m upset because my finances are important to me and I need to hold you guys to a higher standard, PLEASE fix these few issues!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! (Thank you)

Restore didn’t work, double charging dev. Why am I paying for this again?? Every now and then the app signs you out and tells you to restore purchases. I bought the life time plan when I downloaded this. But restore doesn’t work and the developer has a note to sign up again but don’t worry you won’t be charged twice. Well, I was charged again, and it wasn’t refunded. And now the billing cycle is closing and they are due to charge me again. There’s no way to contact them or correct the issue. I paid for the life time, and now I’m paying for the bi-annual, with zero explanation from the dev.

Easy. Very easy to use and love how you can do a search and calculate a total amount of bills for a period of time you select either two weeks or three weeks because I get paid biweekly

Actually does what I need. Without forcing me to subscribe to a budgeting service

Loved this app until it deleted everything. I was loving this app and. Took the time to enter every bill, account number etc and then one day I opened it and everything was deleted! No way I’m going to go through all that again! Even tried deleting and restoring hoping it would bring it back since it was backed up on my iCloud but no luck! Next!

Bill Pay. I love this app! It helps me keep all of my bills organized and ensures I don’t miss a payment or make any late payments.

Kind of Trash. Been using for over a year after my old bill tracking app went off the App Store shelf. Worked for about a year and then all of my bills started disappearing. Looks like they set it to a 1 year expiration for each vendor. Go on the App Store to see if there’s anything else and find this app. The same app I already have downloaded, but now it’s on sale for $4.99 instead of $2.99 with an added bonus of it working with my phone screen. I get that app makers need to make money, but you can grab a much higher quality app for the same or cheaper. Stay away from this app.

Still new. Still new to me by about a month. Loving it so far. I just wish it would tally how much my bills are for the day I put them due for. It just keeps a tally of the whole months bills. So that makes it a little harder

Crashes. I like this app to keep track of my bills due dates never had an issue with it till recently. Now when I open the app it takes like 4 try’s before I am able to open it because it keeps crashing. Please fix thanks

Great App. Love this app. It’s easy to use, and I haven’t had a late or lost bill since using the app. It also helps me keep track of my spending and the reports are great for when you want to talk to the finance people or apply for a loan.

Easy to use. I have been using Bill Watch for several years and find it handy for keeping track of when bills are coming up. The reminders are helpful, and occasionally I have looked at previous year payments to compare. The ads on the first screen are annoyingly huge compared with the tiny real estate for entry to the app, but I prefer to use free apps so can’t really complain!

Fantastic Business tool. I use this for our combined Business and personal use and it is so fantastic.I am never late or have over due. I get reminders and can add all my bill accounting details in the notes so never any searching. My favourite is the payment receipt section where i can add the payment receipt and never loose that little piece of paper again. Only one small suggestion if i may is that our billing month is 15th to 15th of the month but i cant just see those bills it still does the whole 30 days even though it does ask when you want the billing month to start.

No good. Alerts don’t work, not streamlined (why do you need to name every bill every time, no accounts concept), sync works only one way, just lost all of my data when I transferred to a new phone. Used it for 2 years, not anymore.

Made bill management much easier. It occurred to me today how much easier it’s been to manage my bills over the past year since getting this app. I particularly wanted to track how much I was spending each month and other apps didn’t handle this very well. I love the different reports and bar graphs that visualise this information in a clear way, allowing me to better manage my budget. I was happy to pay for the upgraded version. A few minor features could be better to help customise it to my own needs, but it’s still possibly the most useful app I’ve ever used.

Good and greedy. Good app but I paid for it and now it won’t let me use it unless I pay again. Pretty annoyed I was u der the impression it was an app to buy not a subscription.

Keep crashing. I paid for the pro version but the app keeps crashing :(

Disappointed with the Developer. Paid for the pro version but it does not work as the developer has not updated the coding to work with the new iOS version. Have lost a couple years of data and developer is not responding to emails! Very frustrated!

Developers gone - No longer works.. THIS APP DOES NOT WORK WITH IOS 13! If you paid for the Pro version you are expected to buy this version again. Developers have long disappeared and are no longer responding to emails. There have been no updates in over 2 years. You are warned.

Top App. At last a way to manage my bills with ease

This is how you repay your loyal users. I have been using this app for years. Now you have suddenly added ads and a paid subscription? See ya. Plenty of better apps out there!

Great resource. Great resource. Gives good visual summaries of money going in and out. Would be great if two people could access the same app, however.

Great budgeting app. I love this app! Before using it I never really felt on top of my budget, but it’s helped me to manage my bills better. It would be even better if the notes I put in some of the bills could be seen at a single click, rather than having to go into the edit screen.

Old data to new app?. iOS 15.1 now and app no longer works. Downloaded the new app but how do you transfer data from the old app to the new app?

Great Money Management Tool. After trying a few different apps to manage all my personal bills. I came across this one & thought I'll give it a go. I wasn't expecting much as the previous apps had been disappointing & I deleted them. But this app is proving to be my best friend. I love how everything is configured. Would recommend upgrading to full version. I'm sure I will never miss a bill again & I know exactly where I am day to day, month to month, year to year 👍🏻😀

Love this app but…... I absolutely love this app, it’s a fantastic way to track your pay and bills but…I have never been able to successfully get backed up data when I’ve changed phones and had to reinstall the app. I just changed phones this week and have lost everything, even though it’s backed up to iCloud. I honestly cannot be bothered setting it all up again.

Simply does the job. I’ve tried many bill reminder apps and all of them have had issues. This one simply does the job and is reliably producing notifications and overdue items don’t disappear which is what happens with others. It works on Apple Watch also which is very handy (excuse the pun!)

Looking forward to updates. This has such great potential as a budgeting and Bill tracking app for small businesses. I really hope they upgrade their functionality to create fortnightly bill cycles that don't revert to the 1st and 15th of each month. Once it has the ability to set fortnightly cycles when the bill actually falls due, this will be a perfect app!

Amazing App!. I love this app, had it for almost 6 years, the best bill sorting app ever! I had a lot of apps that doesn’t have the unknown end date function! That’s what makes this app awesome and also the layout is perfectly good for eyes and it’s amazing on how much easier to go through the app rather than apps full of words and details! I highly recommend it. Also the full version of it not that bad for a 1 time purchase with all these features.

Great app. I love this app. It has helped to change my financial circumstances because I’ve never missed or forgotten a payment. I get some old, paid bills come up repeatedly though, which I can’t figure out how to fix.

Exactly what I was looking for!. I was previously using a different up to monitor bills and that was missing what this one has and that is to have been income entries and not just bills. Great app, highly recommend!

Notifications. I love that I can see everything going in and out in the one place, but it would be great to customise the notification so that it more accurately reflects the situation - eg. A bill coming out automatically that I only need to remember to have money in the right account for, not go and pay proactively. You can change the reminder note, but it doesn’t save, and therefore isn’t reflected in the notification.

Recent update broke reporting function. Love this app, have been gradually using it more and more over the past three years, now it’s become a daily tool. About a month ago it had an update for minor bug fixes and has broken the ability to use the reporting functionality. This is basically useless to me as it is currently, I need that overview back. I have tried to reach out to developers for help, hoping they see this and get in touch!

Finally a good solution. I've tried a few bill management apps but this one does it for me. One issue that it uses US date format rather than Australian but the developer is already working on this.

Great budget app!!. I use this app several times a week!! It helps me track all my bills/payments and income!!!

Recurring bills is broken and Apple Watch app doesn't work. Although the developers did respond my inquiry (note: I paid for the cleaner version), they suggested a workaround - that doesn't work - and a promised to fix the problem in a future update. No rush, guys. It's been just a couple of months. PS: I'm switching to another app.

Best bill tracker app of all of them. I installed several ‘bill tracker’ apps so I could use and compare side by side. Bill Watch is by far the best one. Simple to use. Also allows ‘income’ which amazingly the other apps don’t have this. Easy to understand and navigate. Will use it for a bit longer to make sure it’s as good as it appears and then likely upgrade. I’ve recommended to a couple of friends and they love this app.

Not working for me. I set up a few bill payments in August to test if it works for Sept. Notifications has been on for the app, and not once was I notified of a payment due to due soon. I will continue to look for a suitable app that works.

Best bill tracking app!!. After trying numerous apps, this is the best one I have found! Has every feature I was looking for. Easy to use, great calendar view, repeating bills, and it’s free (as long as you can put up with the occasional ad!). The ONLY thing that would make this app even better would be the ability to log transfers between accounts. It would be perfect then.

Reminders don’t work. I bought this app because of good interface. But there is issue with reminders. I missed two payments because of this.

Better then I thought. They should update the logo to look more professional... almost didn't even download it never mind buy pro. Works well and is helping me get my bills better situated

Great app.. Honestly a great app. The pro version is not subscription based. Unlike every other app like this. There are a few spelling errors, but the functionality easily outweighs that.

Bill Tracking Made Easy. I’ve tried multiple different bill tracking apps and found this to be the best. It’s simple to use, no subscription needed and has an easy to follow calendar. Great app!

Beware. This is the same exact company that created Bill Keeper. Instead of actually updating Bill Keeper, they created a new app under a different name/design. Then they charge another $1.99 for the pro version. They're just out to get your money folks. If you look at the settings and just get an overall feel for the app, it works almost exactly like Bill Keeper. I'm sure they've abandoned this app by now and already working on their next "clone".

Terrible. Only let you put in 2 bills before you have to pay to upgrade. Who the heck only has 2 bills?

Bills. The app is okay, I'd like a place to put the amount your deducting the bills from so that it can keep track of spending. What's the purpose of using this if it just track bills and not let you put in an amount the bills are being deducted from. Other than that it's ok

New Year Resolution. I am determined to take charge of my finances this year and bill pay is really helping me organize my expenses!

Don't waste your time. It doesn't allow reoccurring bills so it's useless. You would have input all your bills each month unless you pay for the full version.

Not Impressed. Based on reviews, I thought this would have been a great app, but it is lacking in many areas. First, the notifications are spotty at best. I have been really disappointed with the Apple Watch companion app as it never updated.

Crash Trash. I upgraded to the paid version for repeat bills, now when I try to save bills as repeating it crashes. Also, when you select unknown for the end date, "unknown" is misspelled as "unknow"

Review. Helps me keep a budget so well.

Waste of time. The biggest deciding factor in choosing the app for bill tracking was the repeat function. The free version won't let you try it out without paying. So I have to pay before I can see if I like it? Most apps are not allowing me to repeat in a 30 day cycle (only monthly). I'm not taking the chance. The free version got a low rating, not the paid version, because the free version is crappy.

Very pleased. For the past few years, I've used BillTracker and was happy (save one missing feature). Long story short, I had to delete/reinstall the app, the free version won't sync with a backup, and their recent update has very poor reviews. So, I searched for a new and found this little gem. This app has what I liked about the other one, and a little more - including the feature I always wished the other one had. The feature is a total of what's left to pay in the month. I don't want to know what the total due in the next 30 days is (all the other app would tell me), just the total for the rest of the current month. This app tells me that. This is a streamlined, straightforward, user-friendly bill organizing and reminder app. It can be used just for the very basic bill reminders, but also will track income, payment history by account or category, and account info. All of this without being overwhelming or complicated. The free version doesn't allow for repeating bills - so you'd have to enter each manually each month. (I couldn't find this info in the description and idk if there are other differences.) But it's a good way to see if you like the app before buying the full version. If you are also coming from BillTracker, I think you'll be happy with it. If you are just looking for a nice bill reminder app without a full budgeting system, this is it.

Great app for my needs. I wanted simple app to view upcoming bills. This app worked. Recommended feature would be the ability to view upcoming bills by month in addition to 30 days.
