Seems solid. $5 for continuous sync!. Only question is how far back does it sync? It seems like it only synced my steps going back to 2021 whereas I have Fitbit data going back to like 2014.

Works for what I need. It requires manual sync. Which learning that as a requirement it doesn't bother me. Couldn't give it a higher rating. The software update locked up my iPhone. I had to restart it. Not sure if software was installed after before or after restart. I have a problem when companies send an update and it causes problems to your system and/or device.

Needs update. No autosync. When I do sync it goes back days , I would like to be able to choose what day or days to sync. I also use an apple watch and have to go back to delete entries on days I used my AW to have accurate step count. It works and has good potential.

Beware - no intraday HR data. This app claims to sync “all” FitBit data with Health. After I purchased and set it up (including allowing sync of heart rate data), I noticed that there was no heart rate data in Health. When I went to Sync Solver Support to figure out why, there it is - there is no API to support heart rate data currently. Sync Solver asks to authorize sharing HR data in anticipation that functionality will be available someday. Would be nice to know that upfront, before purchase as HR is a big reason I purchased this app. By they way, it appears other similar apps have the same limitation.

Full of Wrong Data. I wish I could get my money back. I got this to sync primarily my weight data from my Fitbit account to Apple health. It was not accurate at all. It brought over data that didn’t even exist in my Fitbit account. Giving a weight for everyday of the year even if one wasn’t recorded in Fitbit. Total waste of money. I had to go and delete every entry it created. 2 years worth of data. Very frustrating when this doesn’t work as advertised and costs money.

Not even remotely correct. I don’t have a single day of accurate synced data. SyncSolver just makes up resting calorie rate, sometimes of 300+ calories/hour when I wasn't even moving. The result just screws up Apple Fitness. Some days I “burn” 3,000+ active calories while sitting in class and the library, the next will be 100. Save your money. The app never works and just makes up data.

Works seamlessly. Wasn’t sure about paying 5 bucks for an app that I wasn’t sure would work. It syncs my Fitbit data to apple health, perfectly and it was very easy to set up. Buy it now before the price goes up! I wanted it to have a better experience using BetterSleep app so I could view my sleep data there, as it only syncs with Apple Health. Worked like a charm!

Incorrectly syncs data. Incorrectly sync’d weight data, adding thousands of incorrect weight measurements, with every day I didn't use my Aria scale since 2017 with the weight I was on the first day I used it. Now I can either delete all the data and input them manually, which is what I just spent $5 hoping to avoid, or manually delete the thousands of incorrect data points, which will take even longer.

Eh.... I was using sync solver for a while and it was not until much later that I realized that it didn't correlate data from other sources, like your phone. Therefore, I had nearly doubled info in HealthKit. Since all measurements from the phone are done in increments it's not feasible to delete every single one of those data points. What's worse, is that when you use Sync Solver data it just has one long total for the entire day so there is no spread of data across the time of day. The only thing is is good for is managing your totals but it's far from a replacement for syncing granular data from your fit bit to HealthKit.

Waste of money. First I was happy to pay for an app with great reviews that was not a subscription. But I guess you get what you pay for and this is a ripoff. First I get the 403 error immediately and I’ve followed the instructions to refresh login and I still get the error. So out of the gate the app does not sync. And there is NO WAY AT ALL to submit a request for help. Pure ripoff - take my advice and do not spend you your money on this.

Best app of its’ kind!. This app is wonderful! It downloaded years of Fitbit data in seconds. It was simple and clear. I would recommend this to anybody. I wish I’d known about this app before I spent $5 on another app that didn’t do the job or offer tech support.

It does what the description says, but the main ad photos are misleading. This app does what is says it does. It uploads sleep information, step count, and calorie count. It doesn’t import HR data which I didn’t realize, or I wouldn’t have bought it. The ad photos make it seem like all FitBit data can be synced. The wording in one of the photos is “Sync all your data from FitBit to Apple Health” which I feel is purposefully misleading. They do actually disclose that HR data isn’t included. If you read the app description carefully (unlike me), you’ll see HR data is not on the list of data that can be synced. It is not the developer’s fault I didn’t read more carefully and that I made my decision based on the main ad rather than reading the description details... but the main ad really should have the phrase “sync all your data” removed since it is what most people look at and is misleading.

How to avoid double counting steps please?. Dear Developer: when synced to my iphone it seems to double count steps. You made a comment in an earlier review about how to fix this — but iOS seems to have changed where / how to change the priority of the Health data. How do I do this please? I can’t find the Heath Data in the Health app to change the priority. I am using iOS 14.4 (the Latest). Also is there a way to undo the impact of the erroneous sync? Thanks, Carl

The missing link. This is an AWESOME solution for getting your fitbit data into HealthKit. As the developer mentions, if you misconfigure it, it will double-sync some things due to Fitbit’s API limitations and HealthKit’s inability to select a single source for those metrics. IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY DO THIS, here is how to fix it: - go into Health -> Sources -> Sync Solver - make sure the things you don’t want double-counted (I.e., steps, distance, floors) are NOT selected under the “Write” section - select “Data” and then use the “delete all data from this source” feature - tell Sync Solver to re-sync

The original, and still the best! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Just keeps going and going. As soon as the developers notice a problem, it’s corrected within a day or two. Hats off to a great app. 🎩🎩

Get it done. This app gets the job done without charging and arm & a leg. Fitbit data now visible in Apple! Didn’t want to lose years of data after Fitbit broke.

Simple and does one thing. Exactly what I needed to move historical data over from Fitbit after switching to an Apple Watch. Also keeps my weight metrics synched from my Aria scale. Only wish it was able to sync more than two years worth of historical data.

Fail. Not sure why I bought it given the reviews but I did and it’s no surprise that it just hangs half way through the sync. Initially I wanted it to sync steps only but when it hung I gave in and granted it permission to sync all data hoping it would start to function. No such luck. Just hangs. No data is synced, and my $7 is lost and gone (since I’m an idiot and bought their 3 pack of apps).

Sudden “Fitbit unavailable (500)” Error. This app was working great until a few days ago when it stopped syncing and was giving this error. Logged in and out of both Fitbit and the app over and over and nothing seems to fix the problem. The error or question also isn’t featured in the FAQ... I feel like I wasted my money. There’s no support email either.

Overall ok, doesn’t show step activity throughout day. I realize this is not the developer’s fault but more a limitation of the Fitbit API. However, I was disappointed after having spent the money for the app that it doesn’t sync intraday activity, meaning it doesn’t show when the steps were taken throughout the day. When the sync happens, it takes the number of steps and divides it evenly across all 24 hours of the day. For instance if you took 12,000 steps and look at the Health app, it shows that you took 500 steps at each hour. If showing precise data of when steps were taken matters to you and you want Health app integration, ditch your Fitbit and go with something that syncs directly with the iOS Health.

It works!!!. Using data from fit bit to apple health to a 3rd party app required this app to do the transfer. It was a clean and easy process with no snags. Even an old granny (me) could do it So thankful for this app. Thank you!

Apple Watch Users:. This app helps your Fitbit Aria write data into your Health App on your iPhone. So your weight, body mass index, and body fat percentage will import “automatically” (you still need to press “sync” on this app) into your Health App. That’s about all it will help you with if you’re using an Apple Watch.

My original review wasn’t accurate.. I bought this app because I can’t have my phone on me at work but I can wear my Fitbit. I wanted to sync my steps with my apple health app to have it all in one convenient place. Originally I was mad because less than 1,000 of my 6,000+ steps would sync but it turns out this was because of an issue with my Fitbit app. It would sync my steps to my Fitbit app but not load them fully so only part of them could be synced. And while I wish this app had a little more to offer it’s doing what I need it to do.

Usable over WiFi only. Multiple attempts to set cellular option in settings failed - though botton would slide; it would not save.

Why does it say data will be automatically synced?. Why does it say “data will be automatically synced throughout the day” at the bottom of the app screen if it doesn’t do it? I’ve been using this app for over 2 years and never noticed that on the screen until recently. I started leaving the app open all day instead of closing after manually syncing like I used to, but it doesn’t sync.

Works perfectly. I was bummed that my iwatch was not compatible with Fitbit, I'm a big fan of the Fitbit platform over the activity one for iwatch. Came across this app and it works flawlessly to sync and backup all of your health date to your Apple health app. Does not do auto sync, you have to manually press sync but that's no deal breaker for me.

Seems to work but.... It seems like from reading the FAQ that Fitbit doesn't give very good support to third parties, so this app has issues like less granularity than you would expect (eg all measurements showing up as 11:59pm) and Active Calories not syncing. Doesn't seem like it's the developer of this apps fault, but that doesn't help me.

Disappointed in lack of transparency of app functions. I really wish this app would have made it clear that Fitbit doesn’t use 3rd party apps anymore to sync to Apple Watch steps. I wasted 5 dollars. Make sure to read their other app descriptions to let you know. Don’t download app if you are thinking it will sync with your Apple Watch to help you compete in challenges on Fitbit app. I want my money back. I am not happy with this at all.

Worthless. This is one of the only reviews I’ve ever written. Something has to be incredible or terrible for me to write a review and this app is TERRIBLE. A diet tracker i use stated that I needed this app to incorporate my Fitbit info. Too bad it doesn’t actually do that. I paid for an app that is completely worthless. I always get an error that says “Unable to finish sync, Fitbit unavailable”. Seems strange since the Fitbit syncs to other things just fine. Grrrr....

Moves all historical weight, body fat and BMI data!. If anyone else out there was looking to connect their historical Fitbit data to the Apple Health app, the $4.99 Sync Solver app is the way to go apparently. Experimented with a couple alternatives and none worked, but we have an Aria 2 (Fitbit) scale and Fitbit has said they have no plans to integrate with Apple HealthKit. Hence I keep using the Fitbit app just for tracking weight. Sync Solver-Fitbit to Health moved all 8 years of my weight/BF%/BMI data in 2 seconds. Hope that tidbit helps somebody! It took me a bit of experimenting to find this solution. Highly recommend it!

Why don’t the numbers match?. I just downloaded the app, and the set up seemed easy, but none of the numbers in my Fitbit data match the numbers in the Health app. How is it that they “synced,” but the Health app shows significantly lower steps and miles. I’d ask this somewhere other than a review if the “support” were anything other than FAQs.

Good app - can be better. Is this still actively supported and developed? Wondering when sleep analysis stages (REM, Deep, Light, Restless) and RHR (resting heart rate) will be synced? I’m seeing other apps doing this and I’d rather not go seek a new app, I’ve been a SyncSolver user for years. Please update!

“Unable to sync” error message all the time. I’ve got this app without reading the reviews. What a big mistake!!! It doesn't sync automatically at all as advertised and when you manually try to sync it syncs few data then gives an error message saying “fitbit unavailable” . I try to solve the problem all day, searched online for solutions but still doesn't work. There is also no place to reach out the developer. What a waste of money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!

Does NOT Sync All Data. This app transferred some but not all my Fitbit data to the health app. I couldn’t find a place to contact customer support to inquire about this. I recommend that you go with a different app and not waste your money here. I couldn’t even find a way to request a refund or reach any sort of customer service.

Successfully syncs Aria with Apple Health. I have been using a FitBit Aria scale since 2014. I wanted to get my measurements into Apple Health. Google pointed me here and it worked exactly as expected. The first sync wrote 3000+ items, 1000+ each for weight, BMI, and body fat percentage. That’s about one measurement per day since I got it. This app worked EXACTLY the way I wanted: with one sync, every measurement my Aria scale ever made was placed in Apple Health. Thank you to the developer.

Doesn’t sync automatically. I have this app for months now and it doesn’t do what it claims. It says “ it may be necessary to manually sync from time to time in order to keep Sync Solver automatically syncing on a consistent basis” but unless I manually sync, it doesn’t sync at all. I tried multiple suggestions found in reviews here and the developer support website but nothing really works.

Perfect for importing Fitbit data to Apple Health app related apps!!. I needed this kind of app to import all weight data from my Fitbit dashboard (it holds 8 years of my weight records) to display all of that in an another weight recording app, “Humming”. Humming allowed only Health app. I didn’t wanted to type in all my weight (&body fat %) each by each (because it’s 8 years of records!!). After I installed this app, I hit “Sync Now” button shown at top page, then I refreshed Humming app. That displayed all the data in a second. This already saved me a lot if time. $5 is cheaper for several days of my free times to work on if I would do it. Thanks.

Doesn’t seem to auto sync. This app would be exactly what I needed and wanted, but after the first sync I continue to have to manually open the app and push the sync button. I have let it go for about a week and a half to see if it would auto sync. I’m hoping there is just some setting or something I am missing…

Does exactly what is says. Synchronized an Alta HR brining in all the data with no problem. If I made a change to the permissions I did have to log out and then back in to the FitBit app in order to keep synching. (Easily done through the SynchSolver interface)

Heart bpm not transferred. Bought the app to have my bpm from charge 2 sent to apple health. I’ve used the app for a week and it seems that it only transfers resting bpm, not the minute by minute bpm. In other categories as well, like sleep cycles, a subset of data is transferred. For sleep cycles I only get the time spent asleep vs awake (nothing about rem/deep/light). Wouldn’t recommend buying.

Doesn’t do what I wanted it to do. I was looking for an app that would transfer my weight data to my Fitbit app. This only transfers weight data from your Fitbit app to the health app. And if you have a lot of incorrect data in the Fitbit app like I do, when you sync it transfers all of that bad data to the health app. I had to manually delete a ton of data, which was very time consuming. I uninstalled the app. What a waste of $5.

Good - but does not appear to be supported. This app definitely fills a need, however the 'active calories' data pull freezes; the author claims it's the Fitbit API, but when we ask on the Fitbit forum there is no update from the author (4 weeks now waiting) it went from great author engagement ( looking at the history) to no engagement. On the plus side this app does a great job of mapping data from two very distinct data sets. I would get it again.

Creates “data corruption” in transferred data. While it is easy to use and will transfer data it also corrupts your data. Not sure why but the software is programmed to fill the last data point into empty dates, aka data corruption. No data and the same data repeated are two very different things. This will be an issue for anyone who requires data integrity for statistical calculations and analysis. For example if you had weight data every Sunday in Fitbit in health you will now have the same data from Sunday filled in on M-Sat.

Doesn’t sync multiple sleep times per day. I got this primarily for importing sleep data into apple health but I was really disappointed to find out it doesn’t allow multiple sleep data for the same day! Why is that?! Seems like not a big deal to do. Really frustrated because it really can throw it off.

Only Transferred 7 Days of Data. I have 6 years worth of Fitbit data in my Fitbit app, but I am switching to an Apple Watch and wanted to transfer all my old Fitbit data into Apple Health. I paid $5 for this app and it only transferred 7 days worth of data. And the “Support” function only brings you to an FAQ with no option to contact customer service. Super disappointing, I wish I could request my money back.

Did not import all past data. The app worked quickly, but it didn’t import any of my data before 2018. I’d been using a Fitbit since 2015, and consistently since 2016 to log my weight nearly every day. But the earliest weight listed in Health after using this app to sync the data is from January 2018.

Doesn’t work. No support.. After downloading the app, I searched for instructions for how to adjust settings so it would work as advertised, since it didn’t do so upon startup. No luck. Contacted customer support via email. No luck. My hunch is that it could work with some guidance, but clears instructions appear to be unavailable and support email is unreturned (as of this moment). Very frustrating for an expensive app. Don’t bother buying this app. Might as well save your money add info manually, since that is what you’ll have to do anyway.

Imported Incorrect Data. This app messed up my data in other apps. It logged a weight every single night for the past 3 years. It’s now messed up my data in other apps and is creating inaccurate trend data. Deleted the app and all of its data… yet their are still logs present in some of my apps from this terrible app.

Unable to Contact for Help. I quite like this app but it’s stopped automatically syncing and nothing I do seems to fix the problem. I wanted to contact someone to see if there was a solution but there’s not recent contact details anywhere I can find (support page is just a FAQ, socials haven’t been used in seven years from the looks of it). Quite disappointed in the lack of support - I’m tossing up whether it’s even worth continuing to use this app if it’s going to need me to manually update it every day, the whole reason I wanted it was to have it smoothly sync in the background.

It Works!. I have recently had to sadly switch from my many years with Fitbit to an Apple watch for the phone feature. I was concerned about also having to buy another scale. Thanks to this app I don’t have to switch from my beloved Area. This syncs perfectly. It also transferred years of data. Thanks Sync Solver.

Love it!. Love this app! It's great to sync up my fit bit stats with Apple health!

Best app for Fitbit. Fitbit has the stupid idea to refuse to synchronise with health app. This app solve the problem.

Works perfectly. I must admit I was a little hesitant to drop $5 on an unknown app, however I'm glad that I did. Syncs from my Fitbit account cleanly across to Health, although I did have to adjust a few settings to tweak it to perfectly match my needs. Just wish it would do it automatically, but I understand why it doesn't.

Does not auto sync. Says it will auto sync, but I have to open the app and push sync manually every few days. Often having to re log in to Fitbit also as it logs me out every 3-4 weeks. Just annoying really.

At last. I've been getting steadily more annoyed with FitBit for stopping me from syncing what is at the end of the day my data. This app does the job perfectly from my experience. Very happy with it

Clean and reliable solution. Cleanly ties Fitbit with Apple Health. Good and prompt support. Do yourself a favour.

Unable to sync. Had sync issue few times since I purchased the app...the support says its Fitbit has a bug ... Still waiting for the issue to be fixed.....

Simple. It's a neat, simple app that does a job that Fitbit should. For me it's solves a problem that I'll fix when I replace the Fitbit with an Apple Watch. The only issue I have is that it's does not automatically sun each day as advertised. Instead I do it manually when I remember.

Great. Yes well done does what it's supposed to, heart rate monitors pull be great, I hear that's coming. Well done !!

Cool so far!. Haven't used it for very long It's going great so far.

Sync works but not 5 stars. Sync works fine, but does not happen automatically and it doesn't transfer lean body mass data. If these two points were fixed i would give it 5 stars.

Double counting steps. Good afternoon, I have recently brought this app & realize it double the counting steps. Can you please advise me how to fix this. Thank you in advance. Trina

Does not sync heart rate data. The whole reason I purchased this app was to get my heart rate data from my Fitbit onto my Health app. It doesn’t do that. Waste of $$

No good. I've been using this app for 6 months now. This app does not sync automatically! It'll only sync if you manually press sync. Sometimes, this doesn't work and it just hangs. I wouldn't recommend this app.

Marvellous app. I was all set to throw out my Fitbit and replace it with the Withings device, then I found this app. It does exactly what it says, and solves the problem of Fitbit’s stupid attitude of refusing to sync with the Health App. Well done James.

Can’t sync menstrual cycle. Works ok but can’t sync menstrual cycle to health

Would love it to auto-sync but . . .. That's the only gripe I have with it. Although it does seem to get stuck on active calories at the end of the sync - however the information does get across to the health app - so maybe it just doesn't get a confirmation that it's done? I've had this app since the original beta version and have not ever had a real problem with it - get that auto syncing fixed and I'll update to 5 stars.

Junk import. I have 2 weeks of Fitbit Aria data and this app imported 3 years of the same weight and same bmi. So next to this junk data is the accurate import by myfitnesspal. AVOID.

Feel ripped off. Deceptive. Advertised for $7.99. Next thing you know I have been charged $53. If this was clearly shown I would not pay. So annoyed right now as I find that deceptive advertising. What a joke.

Sync works, missing a data point. The sync is fully functional and quick. Automatic syncing doesn't seem to happen and lean body mass is not transferred. If Fitbit doesn't provide that as an independent datapoint it would be great if the app would do the calculation and create them!

IMPOSSIBLE TO UNSUBSCRIBE. Don’t download this until they make it possible and easy to unsubscribe to the app!

Support link broken, can’t get heart data across. Advertises itself is syncing all your fitbit data, but I can’t seem to get heart rate data across. The support link is broken, I’ll change my review score if I can get this sorted.

Great app. Works as described. Easy to use.

Syncing more than once a day. Why can we only sync once a day. I set it up because I had issues with my fitbit app and so only some of the data was synced to Heath ap. we need to be able to sync it as often as we need too. We do pay for the aps so should be able to use it more than once a day. Other than that it appears to be a good app. Thanks

Don't buy this version!. Bought this app only to discover that I can't sync my data with Fitbit until Apple bug fixes their Health app—the FAQs on Sync Solver helped me figure out what the problem is, but it can't be fixed by them. So don't spend money on it until this problem is fixed!

Does what it says on the tin.. Gets data from my Fitbit wearable and Aria scale and drops it into Apple Health. What more could I want? Perfect.

Great so far. I'd love to see a schedule function. I know it learns but I'd like to set a sync time each day.

Works perfectly. Does exactly what it promises, syncs Fitbit data to Health. Simple, neat and easy. A great solution.

Fantastic app, works great!. Nothing more to report, works as advertised!

Creates false entries in Apple Health. I really didn’t want to write a negative review, but I can’t get any support except for a FAQ page. I bought this app to sync data from my Fitbit Aria scales to Apple Health. On days when I have not used the Fitbit scales Sync Solver duplicates the last reading it had, which is just plain wrong. I spend time in two homes. In one place I use iHealth scales which put data directly into Apple Health. In the other place I use Fitbit scales. So while I’m in the place where I use the iHealth scales Sync Solver inserts a weight entry carried forward my last weight from Fitbit scales EVERY DAY. So, every day I get an entry from iHealth plus a false entry from Sync Solver. The other point of error is that it timestamps every weight entry 11:59 PM, which is also wrong. I’m going to delete this app from my phone and try to manually repair the false entries it has made in Apple Health. I’m very sorry it dies not work as advertised.

This app is just brilliant!. You are a legend mate who wrote this app! All my data is now in one place and I can track my health all the time, thanks man!!

Perfect. Does exactly what is says, great to have all my data synced.

Don't buy. It didn't work after January, can't update steps and calories

Finally!!!. The app works as expected!

Finally!. Simple, elegant solution that does what it says on the box. Thanks guys!

Does not work since the recent Fitbit update. I have had this app for many months and was very happy with it because it synced my Fitbit data perfectly. Now it doesn't work at all since the recent Fitbit app update, and all my existing Health app data has been deleted.

Don’t waist your money. There’s better apps around that do everything this one dose plus more for free like sync your heart rate

Does what it says - Request HR sync. As per the title, does exactly what it says it does. Would greatly appreciate sync of the HR data in a future release to make the most of my Fitbit Charge HR.

Bad. Doesn’t sync at all waster of money.

doesnt work.. this app doesnt work. dont waste your money..

Doesn’t sync heart rate. Disappointing.

Bought so I could synch Apple Watch to Fitbit app. I thought I’d found a solution to being able to synch my Apple Watch to the Fitbit app after reading blog recommendations as a solution for this. Unfortunately, after paying for the app, I noticed that my steps were not on the Fitbit app dashboard. After pouring through pages and pages of forums, it turns out that you can never sych your steps from your Apple Watch to your Fitbit app. None of the synch solver apps will allow you to join in Fitbit challenges. It’s the only reason I bought the app. If you want to buy synch solver for any of these reasons, don’t waste your money

Doesn’t work. It doesn’t import my sleep data from my Apple Watch into Fitbit. I purchased the triple app package and am disappointed I wasted so much money on something that doesn’t do what it claims.

Sync and data. Doesnt sync workouts. Data then is not showing in Apple watch rings. Also uses the device not the app for data syncing - unable to sync - Fitbit not available. Hang out its on my wrist. Regret spend 👎🏼😞

It works. Finally don't get double up of data , and can see all devices , apps results combined

Partial sync only. Had high hopes but it doesn’t sync half the things it claims to, with steps being the major one (even after correct setup within Health app). Disappointing.

Great app!. But FYI it refuses to even open on my phone since I updated to the new iOS public beta

Still not usable, unless you want years of garbage data. Syncs my data back to 2012. Trouble is, I've only had an Aria since Xmas 2014. That makes my HealthKit store bad. The latest update claims to fix this, and seems to do so, except for the initial sync. I'm not manually deleting over a thousand entries, per measurement.

Don’t wast your money.. This does work at all and there is no support from the app developers after you buy. Waste of money.

Does not sync Hear Rate. Good app overall but disappointed in the lack of Hear Rate sync.

Duplicates data already in health. If you sync, it just adds the data already in your health app

Activity... Workout. Hi... would be great if I could sync my workout history. All I wanted was for the data to be transferred.

iOS health app sync steps fitbit3. When sync is run the health app updates with new steps from fitbit3. I do see that on insert data is added for each hour of the day even before it has happened. It looks like a default of 131 steps are inserted each hour of that day the sync is run. I only noticed this because I ran the sync at noon and it updated for the rest of the day until midnight for 131 steps that had not occurred yet.

Won't sync active calories.. Won't sync active calories.... The only reason I wanted this app. Terrible.

Almost perfect. Simple to use and worked right away. Needs to add lean body mass to the list of synced stats as it’s currently missing. Navigating the app is confusing considering there’s no where to go in it.

Don’t buy it. I’ve had it a couple of weeks now, and it still has not auto synced once, I went thru there help section did everything it said, still nothing, I’ve had to manually sync it myself, complete waste of money

So close to 5 stars. Does everything and with little to no issues, it just doesn't sync the heart rate data.... Come on make it a five star App!!!

Sync HR. I’m generally ok with this app, but would really like it to sync resting heart rate.

Simply Fantastic. My husband recommended this application to go along with my FitBit Flex and iPhone 6. It truly syncs everything I need to the native Health app. Great find!!!!

Needs HR!. Love this app, I just wish it could pull heart rate data from fitbit.

Works but not always.. This app has worked well syncing workout data from Apple activity until it stopped for no apparent reason. After exhausting options I gave up. If it fails just once then it's not useful.

Misleading. NOT impressed. This is for syncing data from FiTbit and the only time it was clear was via their website page. I bought the wrong one based on their app descriptions. Webpage: Sync Solver - Fitbit to Health (the red icon, listed in the App Store as Sync Solver for Fitbit) allows you to sync data from your Fitbit account into Apple's Health app. For example, if you have a Fitbit Flex you can send step counts into Health, or if you have a Fitbit Aria scale you can send weight measurements into Health. Sync Solver - Health to Fitbit (the green icon) allows you to sync data from Apple's Health app into your Fitbit account. For example, if you have an Apple Watch you can send heart rate values into your Fitbit account, or if you track steps with a Misfit you can send steps into your Fitbit account. Read More

Great app! A health/Fitbit essential!. Works beautifully and simply - flawless sync/integration of Fitbit data with Apple Health App. Couldn't be happier, has filled a huge hole in the Fitbit app. Highly recommend for anyone with a Fitbit device.

Really disappointed.. Worked for one day and stopped syncing my steps to my IPhone Health app. None of the in app information has helped me. Very disappointed I can’t find a way to contact anyone about this.

Doesn’t auto sync. What’s up with that?

Fantastic. Brilliant and great customer support!

Works. Works

So far so good-one issue. Did my first sync. Synced steps, Flights Climbed & Walking Distance. Sync would not complete-stuck on "Downloading Active Calories". Hopefully, this can be solved. So glad I can get my titbits steps to my iPhone. (Using iPhone 5 with iOS 8.1)

Solid so far, only issues have been with the Fitbit API. Does what it says on the tin, recommended. Active Calories are not syncing for me, but this is a problem with the Fitbit API, not this app. I just turned off the data source in Health per the very thorough Support instructions given in the app. There is a potential to have duplicate data (like steps) in your Apple Health app when using this. Again, read the support instructions. They tell you how to fix this :)

not worth the price. 3.99 cad to import data other apps (some free) can already import? 3.99 i'd agree with for heart rate syncing but saying 'all' your fitbit data in the description is misleading.

It had one job. I get an error every time. Is it syncing? It’s hard to say. But it seems really glitchy and doesn’t explain itself so I would say for an app I needed to pay for it’s pretty disappointing.

Super easy to install. Super easy instal

Don't download. This thing took control of my iPhone and used up over 500 meg in 2 hours before I deleted it. Virusware of some kind.

Perfect!. This app is exactly what I needed to sync with my iPhone without using the buggy native FitBit app.

Having issues with iOS update. Worked great up until I updated my phone 2 days ago. Now the sync solver doesn't show up under "sources" in the Health app.

Won't sync "Fitbit unavailable", no support.. Unable to sync sleep data from Fitbit to health... with no contact to troubleshoot... please fix.

Doesn’t work.. The app works but it doesn’t sync with Apple health, despite being set up right.

Incomplete. Not everything syncs unless I do a hard reboot daily.

Only manually syncs. Sync works great but must be manually triggered and never runs automatically.

NO HEARTRATE. I hade to waste USD $5.00 to discover this. I hate you ppl.

Limited. Do not waste your money with this app!

Worked with i4. Great, even worked with iPhone 4

Does not work.. Doesn’t work. Crashes before it finishes syncing. Waste of money.

Does what it says. Only short coming is the lack of hear rate records. But overall it does what it says. A bit expensive in my opinion for an app that cross syncs but Its a solution.

Waste of money - I'm entitled to my opinion like the rest of you.. Not worth $3.99 scaled down trial version would be nice before spending the money on something that does not sync all the time even forcing it to sync the data does not show up in Health app all the time. Data in health app is different from data on Fitbit also time says 11:59pm don't think it updates either.

Great but not perfect. It almost perfect, but just cannot sync the heart rate, wish it will update soon and add it.

Doesn't sync heart rate. Which was the only feature I was looking for. It really sick to pay full price for an app without having the option to see what we're buying before!

Awesome!. This app is now working for me. The latest update is fantastic! Glad I bought it.

Misleading. This app is VERY misleading. HR is not tracked and though they don’t explicitly say it does, the implication in their advertising makes you think it does. Then there’s the granularity of STEPS. The app will transfer a daily total but nothing more granular than that. Save your money and shop elsewhere or just get used to having this data in the FitBit app only.

Miss the old Icon!. This app has works great for years but I miss the old icon!

No Apple Watch. Does not pull the steps from my Apple Watch, only from the phone step counter

Great solution to an awful problem!. Using with a 5c, it even synched my fitbit historical data! THANKS!!!

Waste of money. I thought this would bring over all my Fitbit history. It seems to only do last 30 days which is useless in my case because my Fitbit died and in waiting for replacement I bought Apple Watch. The was virtually nothing to sync. Would rather have my money back as this app did not work.

Not working well. Not syncing properly! It’s whole reason for being & its not doing it:(

Killer app. Love this app. So simple to set up and use and gets all the pertinent info into Health. If you have any Fitbit product and any iOS device, this app is for you.

Poor app. This did not do anything to what it said it was supposed to do!!

No HR. FYI, does not sync heart rate data, and to be fair it does not advertise that it does. App icon somewhat misleading.

Best part of my FitBit routine. Sync Solver works wonders for me. The syncing to my Health App really makes me love my FitBit more and more.

Not working well on iPhone 5s. While it does work from time to time, it failed to update Apple's Healthkit several times a day. In order to make it work again, I had to reboot the iPhone. According to the developer, I need to open an issue with iPhone. However, it should at least provide a free version and let user to try it for a week before purchasing it. One star!

Fitbit is terrible. Fact that they won’t allow out of box sync with health app is ridiculous! That being said this app is great! Let me cut the cord to Fitbit!!

So so. This app does sync, but only manually. It used to work automatically, but now I have to open it daily and click sync. There is probably a better option out there.

Was Buggy Yet Functional But Doesn't Sync Since 7/1/17. I had replaced my FitBit with an Apple Watch 2 but used this app to get my Aria weight scale data into Apple Health. As of July 1 it has stopped doing that. It states that FitBit (the service) is unavailable though that site is working fine.

Works. Pulled all my weight data over time into my apples health. Easy.

A piece of crap. Don’t waste your money! Used on the past and worked flawlessly. Haven’t been able to log in for over 3 months. Credentials are correct . No response to msg. Developer states on FB he doesn’t have time bc or new project! Pls take down this app!

Why?. I downloaded & paid for this app because it had such great reviews. However, it does not sync ANY of my data so I wasted my money. I checked the support page & there’s no way to contact them to ask for help. I’m not happy at all. Deleting the app won’t replace the money I paid, unfortunately.

We’re Synced!. Finally was able to sync, but it does not pull the data into the Activity app. Only the Health app. A little confused at first but it’s good now.

Don’t waste your money. This app is terrible. It won’t sync properly at all and the only “advice” I could get was to file a bug report with Apple. There are other apps out there that do the same thing this one claims to do, but the others actually work!

What Happened in June?. Is there any plan for a fix for the app for Actove Calories to go back to syncing to Apple Health? It apparently stopped syncing in June. I even saw you had an update in the last month.

Needed fitbit weight data. It got all the data for me, very smooth process. So far so good

Doesn't work. I read on googe that this app would sync up with apple health so I purchased it, but when I tried to sync things up it gave me an error message. I then tried to fix some other things, and still no sync! This app dissapointed me and I do not recommend it. In my oppinion it was a waste of $3.

Works Great. Can't wear Apple Watch at work, have Fitbit flex in my pocket and this counts steps and activity to my Apple health app flawlessly

Hangs on Active Calories. This app use to work fine now it starts up begins to sync / download and then hangs on updating active calories. Checked the developer web site and no mention of a fix. Others have encountered this same problem.

Not showing activity in Health. App synced everything except my activity which is what I want it for in order to close my exercise ring. I allowed access to all info so not sure why it’s not syncing it.

Inaccurate data. The steps that sync to Apple health app are way more than what my FitBit is saying. Why isn’t it overwriting the data that it takes from my iPhone/Apple Watch? Like somehow today it says I have over 8000 steps, my Apple Watch and FitBit say like 6000

Can I get a refund?. It makes you log into fitbit through the browser and does not connect directly to the app. I can’t remember my password and frankly don’t have time for all this. I just paid for an app that I should have never bought.

Doesn’t Work- Very Disappointed. I’ve allowed all the access and it won’t sync. It just keeps saying I need to allow health access to read and write. It shows no indication of syncing and when I click ‘support’ or ‘learn more’ nothing happens. Very disappointed.

Desperately needs an update.. Was working well, then abruptly stopped. It says “safari cannot Open the page because it is an invalid address”

Waste of $5. Bought the app to be able to reconnect my Fitbit to virgin pulse because lord knows when they will resolve their bugs. No clear instructions are provided for how access must be give during the first sync now. If you do it wrong have a nice life. There is no way to correct it and no way to get support through the app. An utter waste of money.

Almost perfect. Everything works great besides it doesn't sync active calories. I don't mind manually syncing it takes 2 seconds. Bit annoying tho with no active calories.

Does not Auto Sync. Not worth the money when you have to Manually "Auto Sync". If I don't sync manually the last sync shows the date I last manually did it.

Great little apple. I really wanted to get data from my Fitbit into apple health and this seems to work great. It's really nice to have this integrated finally.

Incorrect info recorded. I’m looking into getting my money back. This app unfortunately has not yet recorded any of my info accurately. It keeps doubling everything which is not good since I am using it for Lark which is my heath app paid by my insurance company. Hence the necessity for precisely accurate information.

Don't waste your time. It says it syncs ALL data but only did it for a week and not all history; sent support email and never got any help. Now months later development says to contact them , but that was the main issue to begin with- they would not help respond to my requests for help.

Please fix — no longer works. This app worked faithfully for years, which is why I still give it stars. Previously, it was the best syc imo. Now every time I hit sync, it shuts down. It makes me think it is an update problem. And this review is an attempt to let the maker know. The App Store ranking is falling. I hope this can be fixed before I have to switch to another app. I will change the rating back to high If it can be fixed. Good luck

Not working?. I can’t seem to get it to sync at all. Clicking “Sync Now” always gives me the message about allowing read and write access to health data, and I have turned those on. The details page always says, Never synced.

Automatic sync does not work. Well .... app itself is good but auto syncing doesn’t work. I tried to reinstall and other tricks but it did not help Practically every night I have to sync it manually.

iPhone Fitbit sync. So easy. I can’t believe they don’t sync automatically though. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Disappointed. I am disappointed with the app because it does the job partially and has a couple of bugs: • does not sync sleep time correctly. If you have more than one sleep session in a given day, it will only sync one of the sessions • cannot sync active calories due to a bug

No Auto-Sync. It does it’s job, but you have to manually sync each time. I paid for the app and it still won’t auto-sync, so I’m disappointed.

Disapointing. Doesn't do what I want it to do. Does not sync heart rate data which is what I really wanted. I should have read more about the app before purchasing it, so that is my fault, but it had a giant heart icon sooooo I kind of thought that was what it did. Oh well, I only lost $1.99

Connects Fitbit to other apps. Great way to get Apple Health and other apps to use data from Fitbit tracker!

cannot sync automatically. It cannot really sync autmatically as advertised. I have set the background update to "aggressive", but it still doesn't sync automaticaly except a couple occassions. Manual sync does work though. Therefore 3 stars.

Great while it worked.. This was a great app while it worked. I use my Fitbit at night and it was nice to sync that with my Apple Watch stats from the day. One day it gave me an error and never worked again. The support page wasn’t much help.

Needs more. I love the app, but it overrides the data already in your phone if it has a fitness tracker, so if your phone tracked 1000 steps and your fit bit track 9000 you have 10,000 at the end of the day. Don't like that 😑😞

Auto Sync Does Not Work. I have followed all of the support steps to try and get this app to auto-sync my Fitbit data to Apple Health and none of it has worked. This app only works if I manually sync which defeats the point for me. Wish I could get my $5 back.

Bought 2nd app instead. If you’re doing a one time sync, save your money and use the Fitbit to Apple Health Sync app— instead of buying this app, realize it’s terrible, then buy the other anyway. Do not recommend.

Bug fix. Need to be able to completely sync app

Great at first release and then.... Ask me when I first downloaded this and I'd have told you it's awesome. Now it won't sync active calories to iPhone Health app. Ever. And no support when emailing for it, no updates in forever...look elsewhere for an app that is actually updated on occasion.

No HR data. Didn’t realize heart rate data isn’t supported which is the main reason I bought it. Does what it says though. Will change to 5 starts if/when HR data is supported.

Kind of tricky to figure out fix for double counting. As of July 20, the method is open Healthkit App, hit “Browse” then “Activity” then “Workouts” then scroll to Data Sources and Access

Does not automatically sync. I’ve got all the settings right, but after a few months of syncing manually, it still doesn’t sync on its own. Seems to sync the data I want when I do the manual sync, at least. Would give it four stars if worked as advertised.

Really fouled up MyHealth iPhone app. At first I liked it but I discovered the faults of the program. First it fouled up all the weight histories back before I even had a Fitbit by adding improper data. Secondly it doesn’t work well with step counting, randomly adding historical data. There is no support other than a FAQ. Don’t buy it. It crippled my Health data.

Does not sync resting heart rate. I had originally purchased this because I thought it would be able to sync my BPM, but it was not an option under data points to sync.

Generally okay. Ended up adding the correct data but then ALSO added the last weigh in information to very single date for two years. Utter mess

Doesn’t sync workouts or heart rate. Read the list of sync’d data carefully. This does not sync workouts or heart rate data. What is the point? Fitbit is useful for many things but it’s mainly for tracking workouts. Many other apps feed workout data to health directly so the developer excuse doesn’t make sense.

Does exactly what I need. Do you have a Fitbit scale and want the data to go into apple health app? This is the app for you.

Heart Rate?. Overall this app is okay but it’s missing heart rate for sync. My doctor was specifically asking for that info and I had to purchase another app for that purpose. 👎🏻 HR is on a lot of the FitBit models now. This needs updated to include it.

So so. The app works, but doesn’t quite ever finish the sync. My biggest grievance is that the developer has a website with faq’s, but there is no means to contact them to report/discuss a problem.

Can't sync!!!. Stuck. I've tried all month, can reach anyone, Apple tried, VERIZON tried, Geek Squad, I've tried!!!
