Old to New. I have used this app for over 5 years and I love the ease and simplicity of use, both entry and lookup. However, I had an issue with going from the old version to the new version when changing phones. The old version created backups with the sqlite extension and the new version with the db extension. There was no way to convert from one version to the other. Additionally, I reached out to the provided email, yet no response was received in over a week. Also, I had the pro version of the app and could not transfer the purchase when changing appleids. Great app, poor support.

Loss of Function. I love this app. However since Apple pushed the latest update I am not able to access my Passwords. I can get into the app fine but once inside the app it freezes and I can’t access my passwords.

Can’t open. I have been using this app for years. I am suddenly unable to open it. I click on it it comes up to four screen and disappears back. Please advise what to do! Thank you!

For forgetful minds like mine. If you're like me, you forget you passwords all the time. My husband is stoked that I'm actually putting them all in one place so I no longer reset accounts every time. Ha! This app is great for staying organized and keeping the peace! ;)

Skin Care therapist. Looks like an awesome app. Wants me to upgrade after entering about 8 passwords. I thought the free version would not bother me to upgrade so fast but 4 stars for what I see so far.

Started today. I was browsing for a new app to save secure notes. I came upon this app and it seems to be working well so far. My old app was outdated.

Ms. So far so good. Just got my iPhone and need a new app to keep my many passwords. Easy to navigate and ability to add different categories is great. Might have to upgrade don't care for the adds.

App not work correctly. I found this app to be very helpful and useful at first. The app was working perfectly but now since I updated my iPhone to iOS 14.1 the app does not work properly. When you open the app all of my information shows, but when you tap on a pacific password to view they do not open, so you cannot see the password that you have saved on the app. Please update the app.

Complete junk for the iPhone 12 — continued crashing and even requires total reboot two times to just get the my information to pop-up long enough to move to a real app! Forces you to upgrade....it's not free. I just downloaded the app, have added a few passwords and then the adds start popping up--to be expected from a free app..... What makes the app unusable however is that once I started to add my third password, I was not able to save it because the pop-up to upgrade and the pop-up to write a review are on a continuous loop and does not allow you to continue using the app (I tried hitting "later" at least 20 times before I was forced here to write a review on an app that I haven't even had a chance to actually use) So here I am, unsatisfied because I can't even get my passwords saved.

Exactly what I need. Had old Password app that wasn't being supported. Looked for one that let me load logos into it and was easy to use. Touch ID was important as well.

Really Great App. I would've given this a 5 star review if it didn’t have all the pop ups but that’s what allows this app to be free. It is a great app otherwise though. It's easy to use and understand plus you can add an unlimited amount of passwords without having to go pro. I scoured the App Store for an app that was free that would let you store more than just 3 passwords before they block you until you go pro. Love the fingerprint option too. Would def recommend.

Forced. Only rating and reviewing because I am forced to be able to continue using the app. Shows the lack of confidence if you force customers to rate and review. Also, plan on paying for it if you wish to actually use the app. Why not just charge for it instead of offering a free version.

Can not load to my new phone. I’m very disappointed that I paid for this full version when it was called passcodes. Now that it has changed to a different app. I cannot restore my paid full version on my new phone. Still waiting for a response/support from developer.

Love app but one issue. I love this app and it has been great for securely saving my passwords. My only issue is that when I had to reload it on my phone, all of my information was gone. I had to start over which has been very difficult and time consuming. Other than that it is great.

Freezed all items. I was using this app for more than 2 years. But since a few days ago I can’t enter to any item. I can enter the app but when I click on any item, my screen freezes so all I can do is closing the app! I uploaded a backup to another device and same problem happened again! I sent an email through the app and nothing received yet! I am really disappointed and lost many because of developer irresponsibility.

Unable to explore my new app.. Put in two passwords. Got the do you want to review. Said later. Ap refused to let me explore. The app went to a game I had on my phone. That was scary. After trying to go out and come back in several times. Trying to ignore the "rate this app". I decided my first try using a password app is over. Just tried to get. Sick into the app. Won't let me in. I'm in a contentious loop of rate this app. How frustrating.

It’s Ok.. The app works great until it doesn’t, After using it for a while, when I click on it it doesn’t open so I delete it and reinstall it but all the passwords are lost it happened twice already.

Fair...so far. To be fair, I haven't worked with the app long enough so I may revise review later. Right now it seems pretty simple and straightforward to operate. It is annoying that the fingerprint login sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Of course, the annoying ads detract from an otherwise useful app.

The only thing is today I was trying to save something and I wouldn’t let me because every time I clicked “save” it would say to upgrade. So can you please do something about that. Thank you !

File cabinet. This app is only a file cabinet app. It doesn’t open websites for you only files your passwords. If you don’t rate the app it will go black until you do. It seems to have a limit on the web pages you can store so change to ones that are there that you aren’t using. Of course I wanted to get more familiar with it before I rated it but it forces me to rate.

Needs Updated ASAP!!. This app has been working great for me up until the most recent I.OS 14 update. I’m not longer able to open up any of my passwords. When I click on which one I want it freezes the entire app, I close it down go back in and does it all over again. I can only assume it’s because this app has not been updated in years. Please update this otherwise I have lost all of my passwords and will have to find a new app.

Do NOT buy this App, Doesn’t work!!!. I first downloaded free and had problems but then paid for full version hoping for improvement. I’ve emailed 5 times to the owner over three day period without any answers. It shows “failed” whenever I try to sync and backup. Also gets pure black screen. It has wonderful customisation which is why I wanted it so much. Sad they don’t respond.

Loyal User Frustrated That App is Playing Up. Hi - will the app developer be updating this soon? It’s been 4 years since the last update and it’s starting to play up. I can’t actually access the passwords now within the last 3 or so week and frequently freezes & forces quits. Please help! I’ll lose everything otherwise!

5 star security. I can never keep track of all my passwords and need somewhere safe to store them on my iOS devices so I'm very happy with this easy to use ap. It's a small one off fee to upgrade unless you just want to save a couple of passwords. Nobody wants to constantly select "forgot password" all the time ! The only thing that I don't like is being reminded to review this ap when I've already done so ! It can be annoying! Would be great if it was fixed.

Unsure. I was using Passcode by same developer. Suddenly one day I could not open it as the app needed updating and it had been removed from the App Store. I have had to reset so many passwords because of this. I hope this dies not happen with this app. My advice is to never ever rely on an app as solely the way to store your passwords.

Same thing W/ios14. No access to any password from ios14 update. Need fix. I restored all my passwords with an old iPhone5 on which I installed the app. Exports to my computer with the one have ios14 and restore the backup on the one doesn’t (5s). And right theme in excel. Now I have to found an other app to store them.

Passwords App.. I use this app everyday. I rely on it to help me remember what my passwords are. I bought the updated version last year and it still works good. The password app also enables the user to fingerprint unlocking which is good because nobody has the exact same fingerprint. Thank you.

G. I took a chance with this app & typed in one of my password accounts, then closed the app & tried to access the app again & only got a black screen. I couldn’t get it to reopen up again. I had to delete the app & re-install it & when I did, my password account was gone.

Not intuitive and no fingerprint lock. Maybe I read it wrong but there's no finger print to lock passwords. Setting a master password and emailing it to myself doesn't seem very secure to me, just hack my email and get right into everything, no. Deleting.

Change the name of the app!. I only downloaded this to used a fingerprint lock with my iPhone 10 because I don’t like the Face ID. Anyone could use a Live Photo to access the phone. Fingerprint was not even an option once I downloaded it.

I used to love this app, but it has failed me.. Since the last iOS update 14. It has stopped working. I can open my ids but it will not show me my passwords. I have had this app for a very long time. I have emailed the developer repeatedly. No response. Crickets! Nada ! I just need to open my passwords , tell me how to OPEN my darn passwords.
