HealtheLife App Description & Overview

What is healthelife app? HealtheLife helps individuals and families to stay informed, stay educated, and take a more active role in their health. Through the HealtheLife mobile app, you have real-time and easy access to your health care organization's online portal. This portal shows your latest health care information and provides services needed to plan, understand, and engage in your care.

Once your health care organization grants you access to their online portal and creates an account for you, simply sign into the HealtheLife mobile app with your Cerner Health username and password. If you have access to multiple organizations' portals, you can view all participating portals through the app.

Each participating organization's portal is unique, but most portals allow you to connect with your care team using the following methods:

• Securely messaging your provider
• Scheduling and managing upcoming appointments
• Accessing medical information including allergies, laboratory results, health issues, immunizations, medications, and other health documents

If you need assistance accessing your existing account, visit your health care organization's website for support options. Contact your provider directly regarding questions about your health record. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the App Store cannot be addressed.

Horrible. This app is seriously messed up. It keeps sending me notifications to do the clipboard and when I submit it says I don’t have access to this page. I try to request refills on meds and it says I don’t have access to this page when I submit I tried to schedule an appointment and it’s saying I don’t have access to this page when I submit that too. I’m so fed up. This needs to get fixed now.

Messaging error. I use my app to email my doctors, but since the update I keep getting an error message every time I try to send the message. It’s says I’m an unauthorized user for the page and to use the back arrow to exit the page. This error in the app has been making me frustrated because I can read my doctor’s message but can’t reply to his questions. Please fix this.

Terrible app and website. I tried to access the app but it locked me out. I tired to reset the password multiple times but just when it was supposed to accept the new password the website would return a message “try back later”. Checking the website wasn’t any better. The website had a contact us option but after drafting a question and clicking send resulted in “try back later”. The output at this website and app appears to be an abundance of frustration.

Can only have 1 person to use app. I am have a sap for quite a while but my husband has recently had a lot of things done at this hospital and like to look at some of his bloodwork in any other labs or CT‘s games. It won’t let me have two apps so I can put him on it won’t let me add anybody so it seems a little not family-friendly when you can add your husband to have his own nap or as a new user.

Worst App. This App is slow as molasses and LMH has ignored making improvement regardless of numerous complaints. Inside Lawrence Memorial Hospital internet service is next to nothing especially in the prep rooms awaiting surgery which is when we need it the most to connect to our loved ones. Lawrence Memorial Hospital has had poor internet connection for years and have ignored complaints. All the nurses that I have complained to agree with me. Their IT department employees are the worst of the worst.

Poor Method of Communication since Last Updates. Since the most recent updates, this app no longer works well at all. When trying to email my son’s doctors, I receive and error message that I am not authorized to be on that page after typing the whole message and hitting send. Then when I go to Sent Messages, the message doesn’t actually go through. Hope these glitches get corrected soon!

Sign in errorr. I have to delete and download the app every once in a while as it just stop signing me in for no reason. When I sign In Ob my computer it’s fine, but app doesn’t sign in and gives the errors. Deleting now again and trying from the begging.

This app is horrible. The last two updates have been HORRIBLE! The page times out when I’m writing a message to the clinic and I have to start completely over. It takes forever to load anything, it’s not organized well, just all around a junk app. I wish my child’s hospital offered an alternative to this app, but they don’t so I’m forced to use it.

Unable to log in. I forgot my password and I have sent the forgot my password link to my email over 20 times and every time I go through the process of changing my password, I get an error message which prompts me to try again and again. I still haven’t been able to log into my account to contact my doctor. This is insane.

Very user friendly. This is a really efficient patient portal. Tests and procedure information are posted very quickly.

Used to work - now it just spins and I can’t access anything. This is a terrible app! Previously it was just basically function at best. Now when I try to log in, it just spins and tells me to please wait. What if I needed my records asap?! Please do better by your patients and give them something that actually works and is helpful.

Not exactly cutting edge. I can’t view visit summaries on my phone. The add to calendar function for appointments has been nonfunctional for several months now. Half the time I don’t even get an email alert or even an app notification (which I do have enabled) that I have a new message. This is all AFTER I’ve reinstalled the app.

Can’t get in to app. For months now it rejects my password. Then when it gives me the option to change it. In the end of the process it tells me. Error and something like Sorry for the inconvenience everytime. I can’t contact my doctor at all or see any info. It’s a useless app.

Revert to previous version. There are numerous bugs in latest update. For example: Unable to choose Touch ID Unable to advance past start screen Scheduling appointment defaults to “new patient”, “established patient” is not an option. It takes me to Cox portal (I didn’t choose this it automatically directed me there) and I can’t get out of the portal. These are only some bugs, to many remain to list them all. It was very glitchy! Maybe you should look to the other provider in the area whose name starts with M! Their app rocks and is very easy to use. Your app is not fluid or easily used. It was not tested sufficiently and appears to have been done by someone not technologically savvy.

What happened to the Navigation?. Since the last update when you get on a page there is no way to get out of it back to the main menu. I have to restart the app every time. I uninstalled and reinstalled thinking maybe it was a glitch since Apple updates apps automatically now, but no. It was a great app before, now it’s miserable to use.

Worthless with Evergreen Health. The worst part is that Evergreen and labcorp don’t bother to upload most of the information. The app also does not update the date so every time I look for lab results the date is through 3 months ago until I manually change the date, only to still find 3 months of data missing!

I think Cerner just stopped caring. They’ve had nothing but terrible reviews for this app since their last updates, because their last updates freaking broke the app. It’s literally unusable. I’ve tried to contact them and nothing. This is terrible. Terrible app updates (the app was pretty great before this) and terrible customer service. Get it together Cerner.

Horrible App Barely Works. Does not attach files at all even though it is supposed to be able to. Feature never works. Messages don’t work right. Notifications don’t work right. I have it set to get all notifications and I don’t get any. I may get an occasional email but nothing on my phone. I tried to complete a “clipboard” and typing didn’t function properly. I gave up trying to fill it out. I get care at other facilities that use EPIC and that is light years ahead of this horrendous app. This app alone is enough to seriously make me reconsider where I get medical care. Poorly functioning app makes it hard to access records and communicate with my healthcare providers. They need to go back to the drawing board on this.

Add To Calendar and Touch ID Not Functional. Every time I try to add an appointment to my calendar through the app it either crashes or glitches to the point where I have to restart the app. Also what happened to the Touch ID functionality? It used to work but now I have to manually enter it every time. This app is very frustrating and only functions on a very basic level.

Limited Access, Decent App. The HealtheLife app has the ability to show patients recently completed labs, some radiology results (depending on the interoperability access between Cerner Corp and the hospital organization) and list of meds/vaccines taken from a recent visit at the hospital. If you are expecting to communicate with your health care provider, this app is limited. The doctor has to have access to the Cerner electronic health record system in their offices in order to receive messages from patients. Since many doctors have various EHR apps in their offices, there’s a good chance they do not have the Cerner EHR. For just showing recent results done at the hospital, the app is good.

Now useless. I can’t even sign in. It will never the load the page to sign in on my iPad since October. The app on my phone works fine since the last update until I try to message a doctor and it tells me I am unauthorized to do that. I need this app to work since I have a medically fragile child and have to message doctors back and forth almost daily. I have to do this on my computer now, which is a lot less convenient especially when when we are out to appointments all the time and I don’t have my computer with me.

Terrible, unreliable app since update Fall of 2019. This app has become completely unusable. I cannot send our providers messages without getting an error message that I don’t have authorization to do so (it works fine from a computer). I can no longer make appointments, reschedule or cancel appointments and today I can’t even view our upcoming appointments. I have spoken with our hospital’s tech support and can’t seem to get these issues resolved. Extremely frustrating and time consuming!

Slow—Inconsistent—Clunky. Of all the various health apps I have used, this is by far the worst. Notifications don’t work at all, even though they are all turned on. Messaging is severely limited, less function than a texting app. It’s design would have been current in about 2001. Zero integrations. If you have any other choice, take it. Thankfully the hospital group than owns the clinic I use is finally abandoning Cerner, and jumping to Epic. Much better option, and used by most hospital/major clinics in the area.

Glitchy and Awful. Since the last upgrade, this app has become unusable...if I could, I would give it a minus 5. When attempting to navigate through the different areas of this app, I continuously ran into dead ends and was forced to restart the app in order to proceed. There were also numerous areas where you just were locked into going around in circles. Go directly to the website and save yourself the grief of dealing with this awful app.

Worthless!. I can (sort of) communicate with the docs at UAB, which is the ONLY reason I keep this blasted app on my phone. It is so frustrating to be trying to care for my husband and have to keep logging in and checking the app inbox for messages from the docs.... all because HealtheLife’s notifications/ badges/ banners DO NOT WORK. UAB is paying for this app from Cerner but I so wish they would dump it and use something else. Many other people leaving similar reviews but still no fix. Perhaps UAB only wants the EHR function, but patients need and want easy communication. FIX THIS.

Logging in is frustrating to say the least.. Constantly having to log in. The page will load and then immediately ask me to log in again. This just keeps happening regardless of how I login or how many times. Also kept asking to me log in whenever I tried to reply to a message. If the app actually recognized that I already logged in, it wouldn’t be all that bad.

Update effects. Touch ID stopped working after an update. I cannot reset my password since It won’t accept my first pets name! (same name has worked through many resets over the years.) The account help phone number rings on and on…”all representatives are busy…) My other doctor is on MyChart, and it is far and away superior.

Room for improvement. This app has some good, but more bad. I appreciate that I can send messages and look at results. It’s a bit clunky with a poor interface/design. Needs a lot of help there. When I first downloaded it in Fall 2019, I was able to use facial recognition to log in. That feature disappeared at some point. I really wish the app developers would bring that back. I haven’t changed phones, using iPhone X.

Dislike this app since last 2 updates. When trying to use Add to calendar the app crashes, it does not take you to the calendar and when you open the app again it requires log in info just to crash again when you retry Add to calendar. This was working the way it was suppose to until the last update. This is something I use daily and is very inconvenient. Thank you for your help with this!

Quirky inconsistent app. The notifications don’t turn off (ex: read a message but notification still on) or I don’t get a push notification even though they are on (ex: if I get a message). Now it updated and Touch ID no longer works. When I open the app, it says I have to log into the website and it loads two additional screens before I can log in (entering log in and password) every time. It was convenient at first but now it’s pointless; I can just go to the website and log in, less steps haha. Going to keep it another week than probably delete.

Unauthorized access?. I’ve been trying to send messages for weeks on this app since my doctor prefers this way, but nothing does through. It keeps telling me I have unauthorized access. I depend of the app for quick responses from my doctors and it’s frustrating that I can send messages that I could with previous versions. Please fix this ASAP!

Can’t edit important personal info. It’s a great app and easy to use for the most part. It’s impossible to edit all my personal information unless I submit it to the receptionist at my appointment (which was never actioned). There should be an option to access and edit this including religious affiliation.

Your App Is Busted!. Your app no longer allows posting to the calendar from the app, and I can no longer contact my doctor via messaging. Please fix, very important to be able to send him email messages. Error message says... “Page not found. The page you attempting to access does not exist. Enter a different web address, or use your browser’s Back button to return to the previous page. (Error 404)”

User friendly. Very easy to navigate through, see my records and send a message to my provider.

Better than the reviews would indicate. Just downloaded the app, and I can at least do and see everything that I can when logged into my Cerner portal via iPhone Safari. My Dr’s name popped up under messages, so no problem there. In short, I’m not seeing all of the problems that the other reviews are saying. Maybe those issues were recently resolved?

Low quality app. This app is poorly designed and implemented. Does not work on my iphone xr. I called the Cerner help desk. They said they knew about the iphone xr issues and would deal with them in an update in a few months. Many other issues with the app when I use my wifes iphone to login to my account. There is no way to print messages or forward them to an email address. My health care provider sends my referrals as messages to my account and I can only show doctors offices who want me to bring a paper copy of refferals my wifes iphone screen. Adding a print option for messages would be helpful. I cannot access/read previous shots and other treatments that I have had. Many other issues with this app. To summarize it is a piece of crap.

No photos. This app doesn’t allow photo uploads. It takes you to “size” and has no buttons to select and continue. An obvious glitch, has been there for months. And somehow no one has fixed it. Photos of patients are kind of crucial during a global pandemic when doctors aren’t allowing non-emergency patients to be seen in person. Thanks for doing your part HealthELife 🙄. If I could have sent my doctors photos it would literally have saved me several in-person visits to the urgent care clinic!!

Horrid App. Constantly knocked out of the app. The biometric sign-in always turns off. Annoying and ridiculous "notifications" where, when you finally open the app, there are actually no notifications. I have 22 of them. A truly aggravating and time consuming app. Hate it and unfortunately the medical "mill" that I am stuck with has chosen to rely heavily on this app. It's Garbage and obviously the creators of the mess don't care since the reviews are horrible and are well deserved.

Useless after the update. Before I updated the app about two weeks ago, everything was fine. I enjoyed having the app as it was very useful to send messages to my doctors, check my appointments, etc. But after the update was done, it went downhill from there. The app just keeps loading as soon as I open it and it doesn't even go to the main page to login. Its useless as I cant even do anymore as its just loading and loading. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, nope nothing changed.

Dark Mode PLZ. Needs Dark Mode. White background when in a dark room is hard on the eyes. Headache 😵 Can’t seem to find the Log Out option to disconnect from my health provider portal at the end of session. This is a new development as I used to be able. Killed the app in the app switcher instead. Glitchy/awkward UI makes UX disappointing. Navigation from an open message back to the mailbox especially counterintuitive. Too many back links on screen at same time. Not clear which is the correct one. Always tapping wrong one and get kicked out of Messages then have to find my way back. Hoping this can be cleaned up. After initial login, app doesn’t recall which credentials I used previous time and have to select again from Keychain with every visit. On the plus side, enabled FaceID 🤩 and Notifications in Settings. Hoping Notifications includes badges. App menu icons would be nice. The pure text approach and lack of color too sterile. Icons would help. Nothing wrong with adding the app icon to top of screen or some other art. On iPhone 11 running iOS 14.2

Poor regression testing on last mobile upgrade. Previous functionality was lost with recent mobile platform upgrade. You know longer are able to ‘add to calendar’ your appointments. It simply opens a new event for the current date on an iOS platform. You then are unable to toggle back to the HealtheLife app, at this point, as well.

Mess. I have been on the site numerous times, sign-on was difficult, then I finally received confirmation that I had signed in correctly. Now… Can no longer sign in. Have the password. What a mess. It is error after error after error on this site. Please, please straighten this out. I do not have my patient number… As I was easily able to sign on without it in the past. Now it is error after error after error after error!

App is now USELESS!! ☹️🤮🤯🙈. Update: May 2020 sooo a year later and still same useless web supported Application which leads to WHY even have an APP in the iPhone & iPad store just tell patients use our web site for ALL Keck USC related needs. That your actually paid a fee for your app and service IS everything wrong with the high cost of health care and huge waste of money being given to companies in golf game deals. Truly disgusting all that money does go into research or ppe for your staff. Update: So you update the App in March 2019 after lots of neglect AND we get web access from our browser 🤔 Seems we’re going backwards NOT foreword for app so important in the Dr. patient communication aspects of treatment. This update worse then previous one #sosad Previously reviewed in 2017 So an App used message your Dr's at USC who no doubt pay this company some kind of fee can't or don't insist on working App in 2017? With all the resources on campus develop a working iOS app REALLY it is the preferred way Dr.'s ask people communicate with them yet your app won't even open!! Hello UCLA 😃 We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.

Huge step backwards. The newest version is a huge step backwards. It no longer intuitive to use and it often hangs up/pauses to the point you have to sign out and back in. Move the menu back to where it was and bring back the indicators showing you have waiting messages. Truly a pathetic “update”.

Rubbish. App literally does not work.. My health group just merged with an HMO that uses Cerner, and I’ve just attempted to logon using the Cerner’s “HealtheLife” app for the first time. After displaying “Access rights validated”, the screen quickly displayed “Loading your session…” But after two full minutes, the screen displayed an error: “We’re unable to complete this action”. Brilliant. I quit the app, and attempted to logon again. The second time it didn’t take more than a minute to display the error message again, and even after quitting the app five times, it simply does not work. Worthless.

The most useless and infuriating app. The app, much like the company that made it, is just absolutely horrible. It’s clunky and buggy. Sometimes I can login and see my kids portal. Sometimes I can login and see nothing bc I don’t have a connection. And sometimes I just can’t even login. As much as I hate calling to setup appointments I’d rather waste my time on a phone than dealing with this stupid piece of garbage.

No health-promoting features at all. I wanted to send a new message to my doctor for a prescription request. When I pressed Send button, an error message popped saying “You are not authorized to access this page (Error 403).” What the heck is this?! The App should support this messaging feature so that I can avoid a long waiting time for scheduling and seeing my doctor for a common illness. This App does nothing but shows the past medical records, such as blood pressure, temperature, etc. taken at the last visit. Useless and helpless. So disappointed with the portal service provided by the Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. Features are very limited to almost doing nothing for patients.

App won’t let complete list of Drs pull up. The app will not allow complete list of doctors pull up unfortunately my dr is at bottom of list so when I want to send a message to her about a prescription this app is useless I use Sarah Bush Lincoln in Mattoon CHARLESTON ILLINOIS

Print and Add to Calendar options. The Print and Add to Calendar options are glitchy. Actually, the print option does not work at all. Add to Calendar option takes a few tries before it finally works. The producers of the app have received many complaints regarding this app, and one would think by now there would have been better upgrades. I cannot help but wonder just how secure a user’s information is via this app.

Notifications. Badge icon for notifications doesn’t go away even though I don’t have any notifications to read. Deleted the app and reinstalled it only to see the same “5” notification icon! Can’t report a problem according to the developer so I will write my issue here.

Useless App. This app used to be convenient and helpful but now it does nothing for us. I can rarely get a message to send or modify appointments without getting an error message. For the past two days, I haven’t been able to login unless I’m on the web. It would be great if it worked properly. Uninstalling!

It doesn’t work!. I login and after all I see is a white screen. No data, nothing at all but a white screen. Uninstall, reinstall and nothing gets better, just a white screen. It has been like this for many months. Horrible!

No privacy or Repect. There, Is no privacy all your business is exposed to anyone in the medical field. Anyone can go in an change anything that they have previously said to you. Be careful no respect of anykind for you as a patient or another Dr patient. I really hate this communication sight and the fact they think you are illiterate.

Glitches make it frustrating to use. Where do I start?? For example, It Said my answer to security question was wrong, then said password was reset after all. I went to website and then couldn’t get back to app—had to delete app and download again. Waste of my time.

Terrible after last update. Face ID is now suddenly gone and won’t log you in. The navigation options have also changed to a more obscure menu, making the app frustrating to use. Why mess it up like this???????

Doesn’t even let you sign in. This app is straight up trash. Can’t even comment on the user interface because it doesn’t even let you sign in. It redirects you to center health has you sign in there then redirects back to the apps log in page like you never even signed in.

Error 500 everywhere. Just downloaded app. I can login to Home page & see basic details. From Menu, all other selections show Error 500. Please correct whatever is the issue & update.

Not so great!. When you change your password, good luck finding where to remove or update it for the app on iPhone! Had to remove the app, reboot, reinstall then login with current info to enable biometrics.

App doesn’t even load. Since past few months the App does not even let me log in... just says loading session! The app has become a joke if you read all the recent reviews!! So disappointed with this app. Wish I could give negative star rating!

Update makes app unusable. Ever since the last update I have been unable to send messages to my doctors. I have to get on the website through my browser if I want to reply to or send a new message. Everytime I try sending a message, I get an error message that says “Unauthorized access - Error 403”. REALLY ANNOYED I CANT USE THE APP ANYMORE!!!!

Can’t Reply. Overall the app is functional but there is no reply feature to a message ... then when you search for who sent it.... their name isn’t found

Doesn’t work with multiple providers. I have doctors in more than location/network. The app has the option to change locations but it won’t change. Also it would be nice to have one log in and be able to access your records for each location

Was perfect before the last two updates. I don’t know what’s going on with the login now. You have to login on the regular website instead of through the app. I will be logging in through the website from now on. Deleting this app

App still crashes a lot and I still can’t set FaceID. App still crashes a lot and I still can’t set FaceID This has been going on since last two versions. When selecting Face ID it seems like the toggle just tries and tries to switch but never does. Please fix!

Not ready for prime time. If you’re interested in anything other than existing appointments scheduled don’t go here. Almost every link says contact your provider… this very apparent for Sheltering Arms. They have been working on implementing for moths. Facility staff hasn’t been trained on system and application IT support is nonexistent

Needs to adjust to landscape -vs- portrait on an iPad. I use a keyboard with my iPad - the app only appears to work in portrait view. Hopefull, they will look at this.

Not ADA compliant. For a healthcare app, it’s pretty bad to not allow dictation in messages. I literally cannot use the keyboard feature on my phone because of low vision, so I rely on dictation to send messages to my providers. but Cerner is telling me that “for health privacy reasons dictation is blocked.” .... so as a low-vision person who RELIES on dictation, the app is useless and not compliant with ADA laws. Enable dictation. Now.

Can’t Schedule an Appointment. The reason I got this app was to be able to email my doctor, see lab results, and request appointments without having to wait on hold for ages or talk to someone, especially on days when it hurts to talk. The app and the website NEVER. WORK. TO. SCHEDULE. APPOINTMENTS! Very annoying. Please fix this.

Unsatisfactory. I been having this app but lately I can’t log in it looks like it will take me there but it doesn’t I have to go trough the web directly and signed in 🙁

Time to pull the plug?. Sorry for the pun, but I just decided to delete this app. Important things, like being able to send messages to my doctor, reply to messages from him, and the ability to log in using Face ID all seemed to stop working around the time they updated the user interface earlier this year.

Reverse update PLEASE. This was a Godsend app before the most recent update. I juggle so many appointments it was a necessity to have. Now it doesn’t work. Every screen you enter there’s no way back without forcing it closed and logging in again. Most importantly the add to calendar feature doesn’t work. Please put it back the way it was!!!!

Piece of crap!. It used to work… But now the App no longer loads onto my phone… I thought maybe there was a new version to be downloaded… But nope… I just have to go to the website… Basically a piece of crap right now…

Wrapper Apps stink. This isn’t a native app, it’s a wrapper for a website app. It’s alarming that any of these still exist. I wonder has secure it is versus just going to the website? Maybe the developer can explain the advantages, but right now, I don’t see it.

Can’t use the app. It worked fine for me, then i sent an email to my doctor and every time since i get an error message that i can’t get the app to work. So i can’t check messages or do anything on the app

Horrible waste of time and space. I have tried to get my information on the app for 2 years it has art of my information and consistently forces me to a hospital over 10 hours away that I have never been to. Not to mention NO SUPPORT

Color Scheme. The white font on a baby blue background makes it difficult to see/read.

Most of the app leads to “Page Not Found” and “An Error Has Occurred”. Almost all of the links from the app’s menu leads to “Page Not Found” and “An Error Has Occurred”. The only part of the app that seems to work is the Results page…anything beyond that is a waste of time.

Can’t log on. For a while I was able to log into my records and now it shows an Error 500. I have tried various ways to sign in and I can’t log on. Frustrating !

Don’t remember me. I’ve been using the same gmail address and Password since the beginning, now all of a sudden they don’t recognize me . What’s your PROBLEM. GET YOUR act together. Because of your inconsistency I can’t check my info .

Every time app updates… You can’t login. This is a great app until it wants to update.... So far the last 4 updates will not let you log in afterwards. I have to keep messing with my login/password &/or thumb print for days before it recognizes me as the user. 😡Fix it!!!🤬

Doesn’t take password. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times as it does not recognize my password and just takes me in a “sign in”loop. Extremely frustrating when trying to get timely messages from my doctor.

Problem email. The Dr line and subject can be quirky. I accidentally sent a message to my provider AND a doctor I’ve never seen.

NEEDS WORK!!. Needs work doesn’t work as expected! Not intuitive enough and very frustrating to get to my data and functions easily!

Makes its own decisions. Why, in God’s name or for any other reason, would the app toggle off Face ID and have to enter my long user name and password? I would never toggle that off. So here’s a novel idea. Leave the settings where I set them.

Can’t log in!!. Worked fine until I changed my password. Now it acts like I am getting in but sends me back to the home page to log in again. Been doing this for days!

Does Not Load. The app simply refuses to load. When I open it it just hangs on a white screen that says “Loading”. Using the web version on the phone is faster. Restarting phone and toggling wifi do nothing.

Gone from bad to worse. No updates for iOS 16.. last update 5 months ago.. used to be bearable.. now doesn't even let you login easily.. have to manually enter password every time.. doesn't deserve even 1 star!

Doesn’t work. I see that way back in October someone commented that they weren’t able to schedule appointments and as of this morning it still Didn’t work. The whole app is laborious and not that user friendly and pretty much useless

Signed in once then.... Was able to sign in once then the app got into a loop where it wouldn’t move to the next item I selected. I tried rebooting. Now the app won’t let me sign in at all. Its a complete piece of junk. Why torment people who are trying to see their test results. Either fix the app or withdraw it from service. Garbage.

Issues with app 1 star. Not a good app No notifications Does not work Would not recommend to anyone

Reception. Answer to your call takes longer time and hang up the phone on you in the middle of conversations. This is intolerable!

Trouble opening app. Been having trouble opening the app lately. I’ve never had a problem with it until now. I love using this app keeps me updated with my appointments and blood work and etc. But please fix this problem.

U.S. Marine - Waste of Time - Don’t Download. Don’t even waste your time downloading the app and attempting to confirm everybody else is review that this app is useless. Trust me as a US Marine this app is worthless and whoever wrote this software should be digging ditches and not working in a medical field technology industry for a medical field. I have a senior in high school that could’ve wrote his app better than this

1 Star is 1 to many. This app does not work at all. Every other function is broken and don’t even attempt to request an appointment because your doctor probably isn’t listed. This app should be taken down because it needs lots of work.

Does not show my provider offices. I used to work at an office that uses Cerner. Patients would always complain about not being able to find our name in the app. I downloaded and tried myself, as I have 2 providers who use Cerner. NOTHING!! Not worth the time of downloading.

Horrible since recent updates!. I used to love this app now it’s horrible. I can’t reply to any messages from my doctor & get a message stating I’m not authorized. It’s not easy to use from my iPhone anymore. I have to log in on my computer now & that’s inconvenient.

Log-In. I really need to log-in to follow up on my daughter’s labs, radiology/pathology reports and general information. I am sitting in her hospital room and I do not have any information as of present, this is very frustrating as I use this as a tool to be able to ask questions concerning her care. Please fix this app

Terrible...just terrible. Constantly logging me out and trying to switch between the app and my browser, then most of the time it’ll give me an error when I try to access anything after logging in. Really consistently awful app.

iPad update please. Would you please update this app to work properly with the iPad. The screen will not rotate while I’m trying to work with keyboard. This is imperative because I use my I pad
