Never works. I can never reserve any courts. The app either says that I need to update my profile and when I do it then says it can’t update my profile. I then try and reserve a court again, but I get the same prompt to update profile. I then created a new account and now when I try to reserve a court it says “pricing not available”. This app needs some serious attention. I wish you could reserve courts online instead of just through the app

Barely usable. At first glance it seems like it should be a decent app, but after trying to use it multiple times it just gives me errors and does not help me find the information I am looking for. Overall, not worth downloading.

It's ok. The rec center website is terribly confusing so as far as ratings go this app is better for that reason. However, this app does not include any swim class info.

Next to useless if you can’t confirm your email address.. I’ve tried to sign up for classes and also reserve a spot for child watch through the app but it’s says I need to confirm my email address. Though it says a confirmation is sent it never is. Not in my spam folder, not in the the main inbox. Not anywhere. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. No luck. There are so many features that would be AMAZING to utilize but I don’t have access to any them even though I have a membership. It’s been 3 years since the last app update. Not hopeful that I’ll be able to benefit from this app anytime soon.

Best app for a gym I’ve ever used. I’ve been a member at a lot of different gyms in my life and none of them have had an app even remotely as useful. I love being able to not only see fitness class schedules but reserve a spot in them to make sure I never miss a workout.

Great app!. Great app. Helps me reserve my classes and all the info I need about the center is found here. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. It’s worked great for me!

Clunky. Abismal support. No end of frustration and headache trying to get this app to work. I hate that it's the only way to reserve things at my gym.

Says there’s a new update. Won’t update and can’t even use the app

1star till I can login. I really looked forward to this app for child watch, and no matter what I do it will not allow me to login, or select my name. Fix please. After that I give 5 stars.

Convenient, I look forward to improvements. Great app for checking out the fitness schedule, easy to book child care. I would love to see a pool schedule added, also the ability to book child care on the 1/2 hour as well as booking multiple children at once. After looking at a specific class on the schedule, the app has to re-load all of the classes, and takes you back to the top/current day. It would be much more convenient to click the back button and see the same screen location you were on previously. I love the idea of being able to pull up my membership card in the app - although it seems pretty useless as the rec center scanners will not read it. Good app overall - clean and simple interface, just could use a few improvements.

Refuses to create account. It claimed my passwords don't match when creating an account. Tried three different times with three different, matching passwords. Buggy and obviously undertested.

PLEASE MAKE A WAY TO ADD MULTIPLE PEOPLE FROM ONE ACCOUNT. There is no way to add more than one person from a single account. This makes it hard for families to sign up for the same class!!! Also please show how many spots are left in a class

App won't open.. I installed this fresh on my iPhone and it opens for a second and crashes immediately.

Useless and clunky. The only reason I have it is because whenever I Google a class looking for the time, I'll occasionally read "see app for times." Which is dumb. It's clunky and difficult to navigate. And yet they make it so that some information is only available through the app. Apps are meant to supplement web use. Don't make me HAVE to use both. Poor design. Uninstalling (again) once I have what I need.
