Error when trying to open photo. App doesn’t have permission to view photos, and it doesn’t ask for access, which means it never will. I will be asking for a refund.

Not compatible with iOS 12. I bought this APP several years ago on my iPhone 6s Plus. Now when I want to use it on my iPhone Xs, I can’t. I won’t be able to give the APP access to my camera or photos... Please update soon, we paid for it!!!

No longer accessed photo or camera.. I had to download the app again after getting a new phone. The app just shows “Error to get photo” or a black screen in camera mode. It does not prompt me for photo or camera access. And the app is not listed in Settings, so I can’t set the permissions there. Unfortunately this means I can’t use the app at all.

Out of date, can’t access camera. Was awesome but it can’t access the camera anymore. Bummer! This should be pulled from the App Store only because it’s no longer functional.

Will not open photos.. This app has an error in opening the photo before you ever get a chance to work with the image. Lost the $2

The priorities are not to damage. And near as I can tell it is perfect in handling eight megapixel files without problems or loss. It is more advanced than snapseed or Instagram. The fake wide angle effect is awesome, because you are adding information that you might be cropping out, it's not really "fake"... The user should be dropped into a chooser, Instagram user is perfect let you choose the photo and see a Hi-Rez version, and rechoose without getting bounced to different pages. Unlike Instagram, nobody will ever ever ever shoot with your camera app. Should delete that in my opinion

Basically stole $1.99 from me. Continually says error loading photos anytime I select one since the initial download.

I want my money back. Wasted can. I get an error saying can't access my photos. It see them, but can't use use them. Do not buy.

Awesome and useful. Really excellent tool for architectural photography! On par with the manual lens correction tools in Adobe Lightroom and Camera Raw. Five stars without a doubt. But could you please add a landscape mode?

Outstanding App For Professional Photographers. I'm a professional photographer who does a lot of architectural and real estate work, and I am always correcting perspective skews. There have been some other apps that have done this, but they were always clumsy and difficult. This is a terrific solution and I use it virtually every day. And to clarify, the problem with other de-skewing apps referenced in other reviews is that they will only work if you're skew is completely evenly balanced from left to right or top to bottom. This app however allows you to completely tailor your skew correction (e.g. the left side a little less than the right side, while raising just the top right a little bit, etc.) and as far as I know is the only app that does that.

Good Simple App. I'm not rating it 5 stars because I think it still got room for improvement, and that'd be full resolution support in Photo Extension Mode!

Completely Unusable with Modern iOS. This app is so out-of-date that it cannot access photos or the camera, so it is completely unusable today. It simply displays the photo gallery (in the wrong screen size, again because it is so out of date), and when clicking on a photo, it provides a dialog box with the message “Error to access Photos”. There is no entry for it in Settings to even try to give it permission. The camera feature produces nothing but solid black images. Clearly this app has been abandoned by the developer, and should be removed from the store. Do not buy this if your phone and/or OS are less than 4 years old. Leaving one star only because 0 is not an option.

Skew refund!. I downloaded Skew for $1.99 and it failed to access my camera and photos. I demand a refund. I tried all known fixes and the app failed miserably. Scam!

Needs cropping tool.. Decent app, but seems kind of silly to have to open the photo in another app just to crop it.

Loved it before but now needs update. Loved your app before but now can’t use it. Deskewing on a iPhone 6+ on iOS 12.2 currently not possible because controls are off the lower part of the screen. PLEASE UPDATE!!!

iOS 12 Update Needed. Great tool although with the newest iOS update the tools have disappeared off the screen on the iPad Pro. Please send an update soon!

More to it than I was expecting. I've only spent a few minutes with this app thus far, but am already pleasantly surprised by how much tweakability there is to the available corrections and adjustments, particularly barrel/pincushion distortion. This does mean I'm finding there's a bit of a learning curve to the app, but this is, imo, a good thing. No, it's not Photoshop, but it's more than I was expecting in a mobile app. UPDATE: I have just downloaded and played around with SKRWT and I find that I greatly prefer SKEW (i.e., this app right here). In particular, the way SKEW implements perspective adjustment is simply much better. They're both nicely made apps, but in my experience SKEW is the more pleasant to use.

Works Occassionally. Most of the time when I choose a photo from my gallery, only a big black splotch appears. Every now and then my intended photo does. A bit frustrating...

Low Resolution Garbage. An absolutely awesome app that renders itself (excuse the pun) completely useless by drastically lowering the resolution of images. Barely worthy of being called a toy, and I guarantee any positive review by any "professional" photographer is either BS or they are seriously overstating their abilities.

Doesn’t work anymore. I loved it when it worked; but, now it gives “error to access photos”. It also does not appear on the settings app, so I cannot give it permission there.

Wonderful Photo Skewer.. I have found this app so far to be the premiere photo distortion tool. The way that the app allows you to set the target point of your skew and then bulge, pinch and just warp your subject, is just awesome in my opinion. I think it would be great if the developer introduced new ways to skew your photos in a subsequent update. But, honestly, I find this app to be pretty much perfect the way that it is currently. I did not find it very hard to figure everything out either. I would recommend just pushing all of the buttons and playing around with it until you find all the features available. But the app also gives you little instructional pop ups when you first come into an editing area. I was fortunate enough to acquire this app while it was put on sale for free recently. Yet, after seeing how well everything functions in the application, well, I would have gladly paid the asking price knowing what I know now. Your experience may differ from my own. But, I highly recommend this application if you are looking for a way to warp, distort and Skew your photographs. Many thanks to the developer of this app for all of your hard work. Stopped Working on latest iPhone Update. This just Stopped Working on latest iPhone Update. I used it all the time, and with the last update on the iPhone XS Max it gives an error when trying to open a photo. It can’t access the camera anymore either.

No Landscape. Unless the app displays in landscape I don't think you should say it's compatible with iPad. Too many of us use our iPads almost exclusively in landscape & when I launch an app that initializes looking like my iPad is a 'big' iPhone, it really annoys me. Most of the time I just delete the app on principle. I'll keep this one a while & see how it works otherwise.

Error to access photos.. That’s the message I get with Skew. I’m guessing it’s a good program but it isn’t working for me. iPad Pro, system 12.1.1. I want a refund.

It does what it does. I find this app very useful. I'm just not happy with the price so I took a star off .... Way too expensive for this app.

No way to access photos. WASTE OF MONEY. There are no settings and no way to message the creator to ask questions. This app doesn’t work and is a waste of money!!!

Completely broken with ios12. Skew does not have access to photos. Under privacy-photos, Skew isn’t even listed as an application that you can give photos too. Went from being useful to useless. Update your app!

Great App. Works perfectly to skew and stretch photos into alignment

No landscape support. The year is 2014. iOS has been out for years. This app has no landscape view. Really!

Not Professional???. This is a $2 app, some people are unrealistic in their expectations. A lot of people also insist on Bluetooth and GPS when they buy a car and then never learn to use them. I've only used SKEW a little, but it seems to do what it says it will do. When you mess with a jpg you most often loose resolution. That's simply the way JPEGs work. I also found the need to crop out smears made around the edges when altering the image in this app so you'll loose some there also. I'll try to shoot with a little extra space around the edges with that in mind. BTW I'm probably not a real professional because I don't know everything. I still shoot jpg not raw most often and do my post processing on an iPad, but I have been getting paid (not always) for almost fifty years.

WarnIng Don’t Buy this App. Bought SKEW less than a week ago. SKEW is non-functional for the following reason. -App doesn’t work on any iOS devices -Error to Access Photos when trying to import photos. -Once the app is purchased Apple will not refund the purchase “We’ve determined that your purchase doesn’t meet the conditions for a refund.” If you buy it you keep it -regardless of whether it works.

Don't ever delete the APP or else.... The APP was working until I deleted and reinstalled it. The APP won't ask access to camera or photo album again, so all I get is "Error to access photos" thus rendering the app unusable. Even after reseting the Location and Privacy settings (forcing every app to request access again) It still doesn't ask for access to the camera or photo. Fix this bug!

Best perspective-correction app I've seen. It's clear that a lot of effort went into making this app. Works differently from similar apps, and is therefore more flexible, it seems to me. Would like to see a crop function added, but other than that, this is just about perfect.

Helpful but very cluttered. The app is a good idea, although it is extremely similar to SKRWT (if you have SKRWT, it's not worth it—I'd recommend to even download SKRWT instead). Moreover, the app is very cluttered and not user-friendly. It is possible to do a certain action in many ways causing it to be very confusing. Didn't like it at all.

Where is the skew??. Bought this so I could y-skew , x-skew my photos and it DOESNT EVEN SKEW. Just curvature. Waste of money

Great results. I use photo, glitch, and art apps to make abstract images and gifs. Although the images in the app description are realistic, the skewing function can make very interesting alterations to abstract images. This app will be a great addition to my regular workflow. Update: it seems to have stopped working, even with a redownload--the images it saves aren't cropped, just distorted shapes on a whit background. Sad, because it has promise. I hope an update comes quickly with some good help.

A clone. Ever heard of SKRWT? It's been out for a good bit now, like years. It does all this. And vignette correction too. Only dl'd to review

Works…and it’s currently FREE!. I have many, many photos taken with my iPhone that display significant proportion distortion. I recently saw that SKEW was on promotion for free and thought…what the heck, let me give this a try. Well, it works! 5 start! I’ve experimented on several of my most distorted pictures and after using SKEW you could not tell the photo was ever anything but perfect. In retrospect, I would have paid for the app to get this functionality. One caveat…you will need to accept a level of trial and error when using the app. Most of its buttons do things that are VERY easy to figure out. So, tap every button and see what they do. The most important functionality of the app, IMO, correcting out of proportion pictures requires much more trial and error. The directions don’t help much, Perhaps someone has posted a YouTube “How To” video to help. I haven’t looked yet. It would be great if the developers produced a YouTube video you could access from within the app showing how to best use the “anti-skewing” feature. Some developers do this and I have found it very helpful. As it was, I just kept fooling around with the feature and did get excellent results. Touch this…move that. Touch this other thing…move it. Keep touching, moving, and adjusting and eventually you’ll end up with an excellent picture that will shock and amaze.
