Journal. I don't see a place to journal my body's behavior. I am a senior with changes happening and I want to log them.

Needs additional options. I really like the app. but there needs to be a way to add information that’s not included in the lists, for example: in the shots. I’m a veteran and I have quite a few vaccinations that I want to keep track of that aren’t on the list. Also, in medications, there are shots out for migraines that need to be taken monthly or I have shots that I get quarterly that I can’t put in there because the correct frequency isn’t offered and it can’t be customized.

Still learning but I like it so far. I’ve been searching for a app like this after My Medical app stop getting support. The one thing so far I would like to change is there is no way to add oxygen levels. Under the tests options there are lots of different items to use (i.e. weight, BP, etc) but we can’t customize one for ourselves or the oxygen tracking should be standard. I have constantly track my daughter’s and father’s o2 and this makes it hard to have to track separately.

Upgrade will not load. I also paid for upgrade and the upgrade will not load, it just times out and I got it so I could print my information. Not happy feel like I was taken.

Doesn't deliver. Among, other things, why does the passcode lock not work? I would like to keep this info secure and can not.

I really like this app, it would be the best if it had two more things. One I really like this app. I like that the information is stored locally on my device. I wanted to keep what amounts to a health journal about doctors visits for myself, as well as statistics and general information that I’m commonly asked that I typically forget. It would be wonderful if it was possible to attach a screenshot of my doctors notes. I would love a companion app for Mac OS. The reason being I love to type out my notes, but I do not enjoy the Bluetooth keyboards for an iPad.

Too many ads. Could be useful but the ads just ruin using it.

Love it.. This an awesome thing to keep my meds organized, insurances, and so many more things. I have doctors that I can message or email and they have everything at their fingertips.

Medical Data App is a lifesaver!. I love this app!!! I have a lot of health issues and am on a lot of medication, this app makes it so easy when I go to the doctor, I just hand them my phone.

Awesomely Handy. This is a great app. As a dialysis patient I need to have all my medical information organized and in one place. This awesome app is not only handy but also organized. Making it easy to get your medical information to first responders and other healthcare professionals, even if you are not able yourself. My only suggestion would be to make it so we could take pictures of our prescription bottles, actual pills, test reports, insurance cards, receipts, and other medical related things.

Like the app. I would love to take pictures of my medicine to put on file.

Medical data box. It is a great app to store your medical data in but I think it needs to be more customizable.

Won't upgrade. I wanted it for my family, and paid for the upgrade. Every time I try to add another person it tells me I need to upgrade...already did that. I restarted my phone, and deleted and reinstalled the app...still not working. Not pleased.

Nice app. Much better than my old ICE app that stopped working. Needs to be updated to add Covid vaccination information. Otherwise very helpful.

Great Tool. This app is great at keeping all my medical records in one place3 for ease when I see a new doctor or go to the hospital.

Warning - upgrade does not work and Apple will not refund you. I am so disappointed with this App. Upgrade does not work. Tried multiple times and still didn’t work. Wanted to use the App for my parents medical information. Apple will not refund. Bad service.

good but not great. this is a solid medical app which keeps track of most of your data and organizes it so it’s easy to get out. It would be better if they allow you to create a second profile for a family member. Also, the screen seems to be oversensitive new sometimes, end up clicking on something that on any other app would have scrolled by it

So far so good. I’m very new to using the app, but so far it’s providing everything I need. When inputting medicines, it would be helpful if the field would populate medicines based on what’s being typed in.

Just OK. Overly complicated UI in some ways — then lots of simple features missing like no ability to paste data into fields. Still looking for a good medical app to replace My Medical.

Very helpful but too complicated. Being a Parkinson's and diabetic as well as a heart patient I see quite a few Doctors as well as being a hospital patient. It also means I take a slew of medicine. All this information needs to be written down somewhere and being able to put it on the phone is sure handy. It's great to have every important piece of medical information at you fingertips. My primary Doctor loves the program as well as the nurses in the hospital. When they ask a medical question I have it right with me. I've ever given the phone to the nurse so she can get the needed information herself. Although it's pretty self explanatory and intuitive, its still very slow, a little confusing and a pain that keep updated. Another improvement would be some way of overriding the finger print ID. In case of an emergency it's nice going to do any given from anybody

Loved till they started charging fee. I’ve been using this app for several years had all my information in and was great cause I could answer the doctors questions quickly. Now I see they are charging a monthly fee!! I would be okay with paying a one time fee but monthly? And because I had to reset my phone I’ve lost all my information even though I had on my iPad too.

Past history?. I can’t add old surgeries because I don’t have exact date or hospital info. There’s no place to even add hospital info. There’s no place to add pharmacy info either. This is way too restrictive to be useful.

Great APP. Keeps all your medical history handy at all times. Easy to use! Well thought out design. This said it’s up to you to keep it updated…..

Pictures. Can’t get pictures up

So far so good. Just what I was looking for. An easy to use app to allow recording of personal medical information so that it is at your fingertips when needed for doctors' appointments or in an emergency situation. Does not synchronize with doctors' portals, but that was not what I was looking for. I just began and am still inputting data, but think this will be a great resource.

Especially useful to chart bloodwork and other tests. I looked at many apps that keep your health information. However, I wanted one where you could enter in your blood work data and then generate graphs which show changes over the years. This is the only one I found that does this easily. Some of the interface design in setting up tests is not always intuitive.

Looking forward to improvements.. The app currently lacks a feature to add additional examination items, which is quite inconvenient. For instance, if you want to add "blood uric acid" as an examination item, each item should allow setting normal reference values since different hospitals may use different instruments or reagents. Improvement in this aspect is much anticipated!

The best medical app I have found. Update: I have been using this app for three or four years now. It is still working great for me. I haven’t even bothered to search for a better one. This app has everything I wanted in ONE app: prescriptions, doctors, appointments, complete medical hx, including surgeries, immunizations, lab results. It even has vision test results. And you can email or print your information. Customer support is thorough and timely. I have been using this app for a while now and there was something I just couldn’t figure out. I emailed customer support. They replied within a day. I still did not understand, so I emailed them back. They replied with screen shots of how to do what i was asking. One thing that would have made the app better was if it had some kind of guide or training or FAQs or something so that I could have learned everything about it easier instead of having to figure it out.

Nice way to track health care. Love this app to track my vaccinations, medications and surgeries. However, the vaccines are prepopulated and COVID is not an option.

So Far, So Good. It does what I need. I’ve only started to loading my info but i believe this is a good app. I can say with certainty that the developers are accessible to direct suggestions.

Calling Dr. Calling a doctor doesn’t work. Email doesn’t work. It would be better if I could touch the phone number for the doctor and have it call him/her.

Useful but needs improvement. Great at keeping records but graphs are lacking. Needs to have a cleaner view of history. Having all the data in one place is nice. Would be nice to be able to link to computer. It is better than the others out as you don't have to sign in. Great feature.

Review. Really a great medical data program. Needs more drop-down menus to fill in items in forms.

You need to change how customers first encounter your app. I downloaded your app because I needed a way to easily store Medical information. In the 1/2 hour I wasted, I basically only saw ads. You need to give customers a chance to see how your app works, but it’s impossible without immediately upgrading. I really wanted to see how it works, but it’s impossible.

Good medical history app. I really hate apps that charge on subscription. It’s pretty user friendly, but the categories for tests are very lacking. It would be great if you could create your own categories ie: echocardiogram, PAP and others

Needs work. I like what is here but it would be nice if I were able to add other medical issues as well. Some people have medical issues like diabetes, renal failure, etc. that need medical attention but don’t need surgery and don’t fit into any of the categories listed. Maybe add a category for other medical issues and add the option to enter your own category.

Bought it. But mine version does not have anything it says it has and I have the pro version. What gives

Review. Would like to see a section where you can post X-Ray or CAT Scan results etc. Both the written report and a copy of the actual X-ray etc

No feature to add documents, photos, reports.. This would be the best App. of this type if only it had the ability to add documents, photos, and reports. It would then be on a par with a now unsupported App. called My Medical which was the best. Please consider adding this feature and I would use it and give it five star rating.

Best I have found. As a senior, I need all my medications, doctor's appointments, ready for a recall when questioned or reminders. I need it to remind me a little more aggressively as my hearing is challenged at times. Keep up the good work. DS.

Doctor visits needs work. I feel that this is a decent app for keeping some information on hand, but I have a few needs before I can give 5* In my check up visits section, I would like to have a larger space for outcomes- it is squished into only a few characters. It is less practical condensed without view of the actual outcome for future reference. - this is the point in the app really, so why is it so limited? Could you also have a spot for blood pressure in this section?

Medical data storage. I like having a place to track medical details. I’d appreciate a calendar option to put symptoms in by date and to be able to ‘paste’ text from other apps.

Convenient Tool. Great app for tracking everything medical related. Info at my finger tips and no more wondering when to schedule annual appointments.

Medical app. Very good app, I record all my activity on it. Comprehensive. The only thing I do not like is the fixed immunization listings, other than that it deserves 5 stars. This company’s other app are very good too, they seem to be created by a team that cares.
