Good for close up photos. I use this app to take close-up photos of coins for eBay sales. It has enough detail to show small details such as doubled dies. Pro tip: plug in the headphones that came with your iPhone. Pushing either volume button on the headphone wire takes a picture. That is, you can use the headphones like a remote shutter switch.

I like it but.... I liked the app but in my opinion two tools are unnecessary here in the app. 1- stabilization button 2- rotate button Instead I would prefer having picture freezing and unfreezing tools/button. What you think adding that button...? Hope you can think about it. The app works very well and I recommended anyone who looking for magnifying app. App developer you did a wonderful job keep it up.

Magnifying Glass HD - it works great!. Purchased this not sure if it would also add lots of noise/blur when magnifying, as most of these types of apps do. Perfect for just bringing small print up close for reading (flash included). Surprisingly, it brings your subject up close with minimal blur and noise, and you can also take a photo. The Real Lense Mode is almost like a microscope for the iPhone (experiment with levels of magnification vs. distance from subject). You can then run your photo through a “denoise” app to get it looking better. Highly recommend!

The best. I’ve had a few magnifying glass apps over the years, and I’d say this one has the best features and yet is very easy to use. Particularly like the dual screen feature that makes orienting the image a snap. Glad it takes advantage of the entire screen of the newer iPhones.

Great app!. I use this app all the time. It does just what I need. Magnifies, turns on light and option to save a picture to file. Helps with repairing toys for the grand kids and at work when trying to decipher very small handwriting.

This works quite well!. UPDATE: The developer contacted me because of my review. I am happy to say this app is now working and is amazing. I have no idea how they can make my phone be a magnifying glass, but it is one of the best magnifying glasses I’ve ever had. And I have a ton of visual aids in the drawer because that don’t work. I am so happy!!!!! I just purchased this app because I’m legally blind and thought it might help me read menus at a restaurant. It requires me to allow the app to access my camera and my photos. Both have a button that says allow but I cannot figure out how to allow anything. When I touch the button, nothing happens. When I tried to get help with the app, the link takes me to some gaming page that isn’t in English so I don’t know what it’s about. I’m very disappointed.

Simply Amazing. This is a super easy app to work with and does exactly what it says it will. Magnified what is viewed through the camera, has ability to turn on the flash to better illuminate the image, allows for rotating the image or taking a picture and best of all a slider that allows enlarging or zooming in on app. I’m just shy of 50 and needing the magnification effect sometimes. I can see how helpful this app is and am glad that it exists.

Need instruction. For all these who can't work out this app To change screens tap the magi find glass symbol three different screens and take a photo of the image from one of the different screens has a camera symbol on the left side ,, the ABC symbol can invert the mag. Image... To write draw and edit the photo in the preview screen before saving to photos app. I hope this helps.

Finally a decent Zoom app.!. So sick and tired of downloading these kind of apps that promise clear photos. 99% of the time they are completele trash. This one however is pretty freakin good in my opinion. Can't expect professional results of an expensive macro lens but this is totally useable. Thanks for this developers. All the other clowns need to go back to app school. 👍

Doesn’t match screenshots or description. There’s no torch icon, so no way to turn on flash on my iPad. It’s there on my iPhone. Same app, so I don’t know how to make it work.

Camera zoom better. My camera zooms in more than this MagnifyGlass. Waste of money.

Fabulous. One of the best magnifier apps you'll find. Love the top "finder" window feature makes it super easy to find and focus in on what you're looking at. Plus ability to instantly flip the view in the main viewer instead of having to rotate the item you're viewing. (Just wish it worked on my old 4s but time to get a newer device anyway!
