Horrible. Never restores purchases after spending $4

Worth It. I got the iPhone version for $3.99. He lays in our bed and plays it instead of jumping on his sleeping father. Worth every penny!

Expensive then Broken. After spending $4 to buy, you are granted access to three of the five levels. After listening to your kid complain about the two locked levels, you attempt to buy them. Except- you can't! The connection to their purchase server is always down. Try explaining to a 2.5 year old why she can't play as Everest or Tracker.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I went to get this app for my young nephew. He absolutely loves the show and I thought, why not? It must be good quality anyway. I have to admit, I read the reviews...and they were not positive. I did not listen and continued to download the app. My nephew was so excited to play, but the app did not work! It loaded then the screen blacked out and went to homepage. It has been a week and it still does not work...even after restarting and all that. Please pay attention to reviews...do not waste your money please!!

I know about getting this game by purchasing it but. Why people hated this game? I loved this game and it’s Awesome Or Pawsome but Can you do More Missions Like the Ultimate Rescue Mission or Sea Patrol Mission On This Game Please!

Crashing, expensive updates. My daughter also downloaded the new updates and now can't get it to load- it keeps going back to her iPod homepage. She is so upset since she spent her own money to purchase this expensive app!! I was even unaware we were going to be required to purchase more to play with the new puppy!! Now I'm upset!! When does it end?? Only thing I can do is a poor review for now to keep someone else from dealing with it.

Bad Update. The app crashes immediately after I updated and paid for the jungle scene that my 4-year-old has wanted for a while. This better get fixed ASAP and they need to throw in a freebie or two for the people who obviously bought the game for a little one. Ugh! Frustrating to say the least.

The locked levels are dumb…. I wanna play as Skye, my favorite character, in the jungle location. I can’t. I can play as Skye in Jake’s Mountain location but I also wanna play as Everest and Tracker. A lot of reviews say that the in app purchases aren’t working. With other Paw Patrol apps, the purchase works. The last update was in 2017. It’s 2022!!! My boys Marshall, Chase, and Rubble love it as well as my girl, Skye.

Boo!. Call in Ryder and the pups because this app needs help. After an hour plus of following instructions from Nickelodeon tech support, and deleting practically everything off my device to make available 3GB of space, it continues to crash each and every time. My disappointed 5 year old and I have yet to get past the introductory screen.

What in the world!!!. My kids love this game and are very sad that the new level which is nothing more then a update and expansion of the game is costing us even more money ontop of what we already had to lay out to buy the game to begin with and I won't do it! No other game I have ever paid money for have I had to pay more money to a update like this which is the latest pup and level this is insane!

Won’t let you buy the locked stages. I’ve tried over and over to buy the jungle and downtown stages. Keeps saying purchase failed. I want a refund.

In app purchases. I’m not sure what the issue is but when trying to purchase the downtown or jungle level it won’t allow you to do so it just says purchase cancelled unless done on a cellphone and if you try to restore the purchases it always fails. There’s no number or email to contact you to fix this either. It is beyond frustrating especially when you have a child that is on the spectrum and doesn’t understand why they can’t play the level that they are begging you to play. Fix your game guys. Great Game!!. I got this app and yes it costs money but it is great and you should get the app if your child likes the show it is a great app and I recommend it for kids :)

Broken. After struggling to decide whether to buy this or HD version I really regret my decision to save $ and buy this one because I knew there would be in app purchases as well. I opened the app the unlock the 2 additional levels and of course they didn’t work or wouldn’t even let me purchase them. What’s the deal? All the other paw patrol apps r great from my experience anyway so this was very frustrating. Try explaining to a angry 3 year old it won’t let me buy it! One star is stretching my rating.

Bummed child. I have no idea if this game is any good because unfortunately, it constantly force closes every time my daughter and I have tried playing it. We just purchased it and I've apparently thrown $4 down the toilet. I've tried at least 10 times now, and each time it force closes before she gets to the actual playing part of the game. I've restarted her iPod but that has not worked. Please fix this!! I don't like throwing money away, but most importantly, my daughter was really excited about this game after seeing the commercial and now she is really let down.

Restore Purchases Failed. I "unlocked" extras for a few bucks and they keep getting locked. I click restore purchases and it says, "restore purchases failed" with no direction or trouble shooting. Pathetic way to make a few extra bucks from people.

Not worth the $. Bought this in a bundle with the drawing app from my iPhone and then went to load them on my daughter's iPad and it was trying to get me to buy it again! This is crap, I'm not going to pay twice for the same kids app, that is a ripoff!

Disappointing. Not necessarily worth the money spent for only 3 levels. But what really makes me mad is that you have to pay for the updated level with Everest. My daughter is very upset that I won't purchase it. I feel like you should be able to unlock it for free since you have to pay for the original game.

Cute game...big rip off!!!. So not only do you pay for the game but an additional $1.99 for each stage once you buy the game. You are only allowed to play three stages upon purchasing! My son liked the game but was bummed when he found out he could only play a couple stages. Would NOT recommend this game!!!!

Game is awesome. My kids love this game, they play it most of the day. When I take it away from them they throw a tantrum. But, that means this game is good... and just trying to say, I sometimes play this game

........ Ok so you buy the app for FOUR dollars. You open it up to find only THREE little levels that you can get all of the badges on each level in hmmm about less than an hour. So then there's this update that you get super excited about because it allows you to play with the new snow pup Everest. So I was looking at what's new and it said.. Play with Chase and Everest when you PURCHASE the downtown area. I don't wanna purchase that. This app should be one dollar.. Or free. Like why would you make me PAY to get this one little level when the app itself is four dollars? I want to play with Everest but I don't want to have to pay! Acutely... WHO WOULD? I like this app but it's way too expensive.

Need more missions. I think this is a very educational app I love to play it. I just think they should add a lot more missions with Everest and all the pups. But never the less I think this is an awesome app.😄

Don't waist your money. My son loves paw patrol and couldn't wait to play this game. It won't load up and when you think it's going to it don't, it kicks you back to the main screen. He hasn't even been able to play it once. He wants his money back so that he can buy a game that works.

Most frustrating app. You are only granted access to the first 3 levels. I have tried to buy the jungle and downtown levels numerous times and it never works right. It will not restore purchases either. They need to fix this.

Very upset. I bought this as a part of a nickelodeon bundle and it has always worked and my little girls loved it! Now after uploading the newest version she can't play unless I pay even more money??!!! Are you kidding? To do that to little children is horrible. I demand my money back immediately.

Very upset!!. My children & I are very upset! This is absolutely disgusting that you have to actually pay even more just to get one more location! & half the price of the app, which was already ridiculous! My kids were so excited to get to play with the new pup, & you guys just want more money! I no longer recommend this.

Won't open.. I bought this game for my little brother and he was very excited to play it, this being his favorite show. We opened the app and found it loads VERY slow, when it was loaded Ryder would tell you to press start, I did and it crashed in the middle of the loading page.

Don't buy!!. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Ugh! I can't even get the game to work without an immediate in app purchase. I thought for 6 bucks it wouldn't require them but didnt pay attention. Stupidly i trusted a kid show company to do the right thing. Do not buy!!

Love it!!. My two year old loves paw patrol and this app is seriously the cutest it's very easy for Him and keeps him entertained the only thing is there should be more levels added on

Bought for my 3 yr old son won't work. I am having the same issue I paid for it for my son who is dying to play it and it will not download it just says waiting I have pressed the cloud over and over and it does the same thing.

Shame on you Nickelodeon.... Get three $1 bills, then cut them into tiny pieces and throw it in the air like confetti. Your child will have more fun with that then he or she will with this game. there are 3 maps. That's it. If you want the downtown map and Everest, that'll cost you another $2. The only positive thing this app did was remind me that while Disney cares about children, Nickelodeon cares only about parents $$$$$. Don't waste your money on this.

Good game but price is crazy!. If I buy the iPhone version why should I have to pay again for the iPad version? I did figure out a way to download on my iPad but it's still the iPhone version! If you search for the game on your iPad, look at the top where it says iPad only, click that and scroll down to iPhone only then you can down load the iPhone version. This still upsets me because you are charging people $11 for one game! Seriously?!?

Beware. The iPad and iPhone versions are separate. I was told by support that the HD version is for iPads. If you buy one, you can’t restore purchases on the other device. Very annoying that you have to buy 2 versions. Kids enjoyed the game but I refuse to pay more when I already bought the app and the in app purchases.

Sick girl wants to play!. Well it has been downloading for 30+ minutes with no progress. I'm on a good network & all other apps I purchased have downloaded within 2 minutes but this one says its purchased but just won't appear. So then I stopped the download & pressed the little cloud button to start again & I've got the same thing... It isn't downloading. My daughter is sick & I this was the game she wanted most....

Great Update!. The original version had nothing wrong with it, but the update adds even more fun to the game. Sure, it's $1.99 more, but it's worth it for my new favourite level! You can play as the new pup and it adds even more Cap'n Turbot (my personal favourite character).

Money Grab. This game advertises the Tracker level, but you actually must purchase this level on top of the $4 cost of the game. Only 3 of 5 levels are included with your original purchase. Gameplay and animation are not great. It is extremely overpriced and I am very disappointed with my purchase.

Disappointed!. My daughter was very excited about playing with the new pup, so we did the update. Now the game won't even load , the screen just goes black! Wouldn't be as upsetting if we hadn't paid for it. Someone needs to put out another update to fix the problem so people's money isn't waisted and their kids aren't crying because their game doesn't work!!

So sad crash mania. I know id love this game but it stinks that it keeps crashing and im so sad. Upgrade. My son loves the game but it won't let me add downtown and jungle. I hit unlock it says processing purchase but then goes back to jungle or downtown and nothing happens

Won't restore purchases. The game won't restore purchases across devices. Don't buy any extra areas because the value isn't there when they're inaccessible on other devices.

Total rip off. Won't play on my kids iPod even though they have the right software. Don't think of loading it on an iPad, it won't work. They sell another version for nearly $9!! Kids have to play it on my iPhone. Had it 2 days and my 5yr old completed all the badges! She goes to school full time so this game lacks content, waste of money.

Not happy that I was charged again. Years ago I had bought this bundle and still have the games on my phone for my boys so when they wanted to download it onto the ipad I was then charged another $20. Had I known it would charge again I wouldn’t have bought it. These are the only apps that have charged me again after I had purchased it already. Not happy!

Misleading. Doesn't work on iPhone & iPad. Purchased the apps on my iPhone for use on both iPhone and iPad as its CLEARLY states in the apps info that it works on both platforms. It's doesn't. You have to buy two separate versions. When I contacted the developers they were unhelpful and told me I was confused about the word compatibility. They would not issue a refund either. Poor service and false advertising. Complaint lodged with Apple as well.

Not suitable for ipad despite saying so!. I have given two stars purely because of my kids being happy that I have this on my phone - HOWEVER I didn't buy it for them to play on my phone, it clearly says it is compatible with the ipad BUT when you go to download it it doesn't show. Turns out you need to buy another version at $8.99 for the ipad - which is not listed on the iTunes Store when I searched on my phone so I had no idea. App Support simply told me I had to buy the other version - no explanation of why this one says it is compatible with ipad when it isn't. I would not have bought it if it was stated not to be compatible.

Version 2.0. I bought this app for my 3yr old son who loves paw patrol. This game worked great until I updated to version 2.0 ... now the game takes ages to load then crashes before you can play it. Please fix this error or give me a refund!

Displays as low res on iPad I purchased this on my iPhone then later tried it on my iPad, only to find out that they make a separate HD version for iPad. Basically charging twice for the same app! HD might have been a thing when retina was introduced but now it's just a cash grab! Suggest people vote with their wallet and avoid this cash grab. Poor form, Nickelodeon!

Unable to unlock on iPad. My son loves this game. Unfortunately when I tried to buy him the jungle and downtown levels I was unable to do so no matter what I tried on his iPad. Logged out of iTunes and iCloud and logged back in. Deleted the game and reinstalled it. Nothing worked. So now when he wants to play the jungle or downtown levels he has to play on my phone. How inconvenient!

Disappointed.. I paid 5$ to open this game then needed to pay 3$ more for each level. The few open levels are fun but it's another $9 or more to open the whole game. For the amount it costs, you could buy many other games.
