Buggy. I’m using this to edit html and php files on an ftp server. It keeps changing my double quotes to left and right quotation marks, then telling me that I’m not using the correct encoding. Also, copying and pasting text causes a temporary change in font size and color of the whole document. Not sure what other people are using this for, but for editing a simple text file, I’d rather just get a shell and edit using emacs or (ugh) even vi. Glad I tried the lite version first. Update from developer response: This apparently has to do with the smart punctuation feature of iOS 11 (released in September 2017). It is now April 2018, more than 6 months later, and the developers have not produced a fix for this. Instead, the workaround is to disable this helpful feature just for the privilege of using this one app.
nags. nags. nags.. Constant upgrade to pro. Edit a file and it turns the screen to purple on pink text. Then it tells you if want to get rid of the purple screen upgrade to pro. I understand wanting to make money on your product but I uninstalled after just 2 minutes of use.
Lite annoying, full great. The lite version is really annoying but it works well. Can edit html files right in the program.
Too awkward to use.. Connects ok, but when using to upload photos to an Eframe you have to browse to the folder depth one at a time, select a single photo, upload that, then browse back again, select another etc. There is no select-all anywhere. Forget it, would take years to do anything useful.
Do NOT use to edit code files!. The text editor for this app will convert all your quotes to smart quotes. So, don’t use it to edit any code files or it’ll hose them! I got a developer response telling me to disable smart quotes system wide to fix the issue. That is not a solution when other FTP apps, that I now use, do not have this issue. The app shouldn’t allow smart quotes, it shouldn’t matter what my system wide settings are.
Works Great. I downloaded the app and connected to my ftp website easily. My main purpose was to view files from an IP Cam. I was able to select and download the files, then view them by swiping. It also allowed me to add and delete files and folders. It seemed that when I deleted a folder the app first deleted the individual files;
Limitations.... Really like the app, but the limitations can be a bit annoying. But again, its free!
Doesn't play AVI files. Nice app. Unfortunately it doesn't play AVI video clips!

Not sure what it connects to. Free version seems crippled so much it's unusable - says invalid server when putting in my run of the mill old school FTP server url server name or ip
Best FTP client. I tried many FTP clients, and this one works the best!
Latest update takes away features. Boo for greedy developers. Used to be able bookmark ftp sites with the lite version. Now they want you to upgrade to pro to have this feature
Nice Alternative to FTP On The Go Pro. This app works as good as anything else I've tried, including FTP On The Go Pro that I paid good money for, and Headlight Software decided to charge again for the app to make it compatible with iOS 8+ I'll buy this software before I give those crooks another penny! I just hope these guys are more honest than that!
Bothersome. Every click prompts you to upgrade to pro. After five or six of these in a row I deleted the app. Obnoxious.

Does what it says. I was looking for an app that was a decent FTP client, can across this one in the app store, admittedly I was a bit skeptical, but I was surprised, it supposed FTP over TLS (which many apps don’t do). I was so thrilled that it supported it and other protocols, I knew I had to have it. Great app, highly recommended.
D!ck move. When you try to edit a file and it turns the background purple to get you to buy that's when I uninstall and NEVER give this company a dime.
Unusable on iPhone. When you connect to a server, the nag screen for pro comes up. But the OK button is covered with the keyboard and you can't dismiss the keyboard. So you're frozen.

Cheap Scam - only uploads photos. Dont even offer this junk product if your going to have it only upload pics and have no value. You wated my time. Not buying your pro now.
Useless. It's totally useless. Everything that you know about FTP protocol doesn't exist here, except 1 single feature. This is not a functional app, but rather a NON-FUNCTIONAL DEMO. Shame on you, the developer, for misleading and wasting our time.

ftps isn't complicated. doesn't connect to my ftps server. my computer sitting next to me using FileZilla works perfectly...so it's not a server problem.
No ability to change the port. This app looks promising for an FTP/SFTP client, but there is no way to change the port from the standard port (22). My server runs on a different port than the default so I am not able to connect. Please add the ability to change the connection port
Number 1 FTP Client in the Market!!!. Amazing, I use to transfer files to my Android, Jailbroken (CFW) 3DS, and Jailbroken (HenKaKu Ensõ 3.60) PSVita, and it works like a charm, I’m definitely thinking about buying the pro version!

It works!. Wasn't too sure what to expect, but the connection and uploads worked just fine. No saving bookmarks is cumbersome, but for a free app I can't complain. I maintain a website with many pdf files that require updating and now I can do this from my iPad if I don't have access to my desktop Mac.

nagging to upgrade to pro. This looked like a decent little app. Until you actually click on something. Everything you click on it prompts you to upgrade. How many times do I have to say not now? Then it also turns the background of your code PURPLE so you can barely read it. It says "Tired of the purple? Upgrade to Pro." When they actually make this useable I will be glad to change me review. But as it is I cannot even read my code because they change the background so you can't. I guess they couldn't make there Pro version worth the money so they had to cripple the light version. I hope they change that.
Fast email support!. Didn't expect anybody to reply to my support email when the app is free, but got a response within a day from the developer. The app works!

Most frustrating app ever.. All, please avoid if you want to keep your sanity. To app dev. Fix your error messages. Having only 1 connection failed error is useless. App needs a better interface to upload and download files. Give me the option again to allow access to all so I can connect to my ftp server. Had to uninstall and reinstall to get this option back. Do you even know how to program??

Nice little FTP client. Simple and relatively intuitive. This thing works pretty well to meet my current SFTP needs.

Could be good, who knows?. The lite version is far too crippled for me to give it any more than one star. If you actually need an ftp program then you'll have to pay to find out if you like it. Not for me though.
