No sound?. I purchased this app to soothe my disabled 8 year old. However, there are always so many issues...the main one being no sound. Although it's a great idea and she loves it, it's not reliable enough. I waited to see if an update would work but no luck. I will try for a refund....and uninstall...😢

Great app but i cant buy full pack. My 2 yr old loves this!!!! But i cant buy the rest of the songs. Help!!!! Please email me to tell me what to do, i swipe my fingers when prompted and nothing happens.

Not working. Our app worked just fine until recently. Now, there is no music or song animations, and all in-app purchases are lost. Not happy.

Love it!. A negative review to start but problem resolved. I didn’t have any issues after the second update, and have had this app with all songs unlocked for over a year which I give it 5 stars. Great customer service. Helped me resolve the locked song issue after first update. my 2 yr old daughter LOVES, LOVES LOVES THIS APP.

The sound stopped working!. It isn't the mute or another setting; the sound just stopped working altogether! Please fix

My daughter LOVES this. If you cannot hear it, check your mute switch on your phone. I just turned mine off and the sound is perfect.

App purchase. This looks like a cute app but only has 2 songs to play unless you pay an additional 5.99 to get a few more songs. Perhaps there should be a notification that this is just a preview and costs 5.99 to get all the songs. From reading the description I had no idea there were only 2 songs available to listen to

So disappointed. My autistic daughter worked for and earned the full version of this app with all of her favorite song. After purchasing the app, it collected my money and deleted. Not being able to download it has caused several tear filled moments. Please fix it!

No sound. I am also having issues with the sound. I've already checked the volume settings on my iPad and that is not the problem. Sound worked at one time, so I have no idea what happened. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and not only does the sound still not work, but all the extras I bought will not work and show I need to purchase!

Sound issue. My daughter loves this app. This has been her favorite but we have the same sound issue that others have posted. It is not a matter of mute as the sound effects is on and we can hear the animals cheering. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now my previous purchases cannot be restored. I've tried contacting the company who pushed me off to Apple. I contacted Apple who told me to contact the vendor. As soon as this is fixed I would be happy to change my rating.

Christmas songs gone. Please please bring back the Christmas songs! Better yet, make a whole new app just for Christmas.

My 1 year old loves it!. It’s worth it to buy all the songs. Love that the app is interactive so keeps my 1 year old preoccupied on long flights!

Can't restore purchases. This is a great app. Our kids love it, but I can't give it a good review because after re-installing it we can't restore our previous purchase of all the songs. If that gets fixed I'll be happy to give it a very positive review.

Adorable!. The sound works fine on this you just need to check your mute setting. Also check that under Settings the “Use Side Switch to” has “mute’ selected rather than lock rotation.
