I practice meditation, Tai Chi (Temple Style which involves Qi Gong as well) and yoga. These songs have been written through deep sincere meditation and they express the thoughts & emotions that can’t be brought forward in words. The message is clear - open yourself to infinite possibilities and grow your environmental awareness.
I recommend you find some sort of practice that involves mediation and wellbeing. It will clear your view of thoughts.

Changed my life. I downloaded this, thinking it was an app, the summer of 2014. I had to get up at 5am and, not being a morning person, this app helped me get my day going. I would listen as I got dressed. The phone it was on broke and when I didn't have it any more I missed it. The songs have such profound meaning in them. It keeps me balanced and I love that each song matches a chakra so that's the song I focus on when my chakras aren't clear.

Transformative experience. I actually got this App several years. It opened the gateway and then I forgot... what it had shown me. When I recently revisited the app. <3 I remembered instantly.... it is my go to for many things. Sometimes I don’t even make it through all of it. If I listen before Dreamtime.... I know I astral project and I wake up with conscious enhancements I cannot explain. It is highly recommended. I’m assuming still in 432 hz... the flower of life and that frequency are a powerful combination. Eternally grateful to have found this app and the experience I am able to access through this free gift to humanity. Pretty cool. I've never heard an album like this before, it's very positive and unique. I fall asleep to it almost every night.

App does not work on an iPhone XS Max. App does not work. Loads and then cycles into rebooting. Never plays. **UPDATE: Thanks Ophir for the bug fix. It now works on my iPhone. I’ve enjoyed using the App before and thought about it using it again prior to original review above after listening to Wayne Dyer’s ‘I Am Meditation’ music. A very interesting concept .... Of course, I was initially intrigued with "getting" a free album. I found it through one of the wormholes in the Internet when I was originally looking for info on the pineal gland... I think? I may have forgotten exactly by now. These things happen as one gets older and not taking the best car of ones self. So anyway, being deaf, I was also intrigued with the way the lyrics were packaged as part of the music. The interactive artwork is cool too. Now I could quibble and fuss about how I don't agree with all aspects of the lyrics, the differences of spiritual understanding, the "message" (or that the were no lyrics or transcripts for the spoken elements in "Kalpa" and "Journey to Self" Meditation, the intro spoken part of "Dreamworlds", so I am completely lost as to what was being said there.). In any case, being as this is the first album recorded in this format, I guess you can pretty much do it the way you want. (Although Donny Osmond, and likely some others, has a similar idea with an app that feeds in song samples every few weeks, in preparation for an upcoming album, but once it has dropped and one has it in their iTunes albums, I'm not sure what good his app will be after then?). But I do know other musicians and would love to see albums that were more accessible to everyone. Just because I'm deaf and use lyrics a lot doesn't mean music is completely inaccessible, and having looked this one over, I'd like to see other types of music in this format. On the other hand, I'm sure some will quibble about the idea that the artist will know who and when and where anyone is listening to this album at any time, etc. So if that's Big Brother-ish, then it is... And so is the rest of the world... Maybe some have a different ending in mind, but that's part of the freedom of choice, right?

Spiritually awakening music.. I never write reviews but I found this app to be a special one. The first song on the app brought tears to my eyes and a smile on my lips on my first listen. While the first song is my absolute favorite, all the songs resonated with me at a deep level. I would recommend this app for spiritually awakening people who’d like to listen to songs that have meaningful lyrics, good music, the uplifting 432 Hz pitch (instead of the standard but damaging 440 Hz pitch), and a message that helps us remember our true identity.
