Love the app but please fix it!. I love this app, it is a very useful and important tool I use daily for my business. But it has not been working correctly the last couple weeks… loading extremely slow, screen jumping and flashing when you try to use the invoice options. Now it won’t open at all, just shows the app icon on a blank page and stays that way for as long as I try to open it…. Please fix these bugs! I pay for the full service, though not super expensive, I’ve been paying for it for years.

Serious Bugs. Used to be a great app I wish it had more items available instead of having to add every single item in the world but now every description is the same as the first item I inputted I deleted change it go back to it stays the same. it’s like nobody is Even trying to fix the problem.

Perfect. This is perfect for my small business and makes it so much easier than QuickBooks, with the way the economy is and everything in the world today trying to save a little bit of money. This is right on point with everything I need and it saves me $60 a month so I’m happy!

Like it…but don’t. Very delayed. I mark invoices paid and they don’t mark as paid. I make an invoice and it doesn’t show up for a few minutes if it does. Definitely some issues going on. I’m a two year user and thinking about finding another program when I have time. If they can fix it, it would be great. But it’s had issues for a long time. I’d try another program honestly and I hate saying that as I am an annual member of this app. Regret.

App issues.. This app used to work great now after the update I’m having trouble with it. It’s not letting me put in pricing. The icon is jumping all over the screen. If this continues, I want a full refund. It’s unusable the way it is.

Starting to freeze and close out on own ☹️. So we got this app in 2022, it worked great had no issues. Maybe the last year it started to get slower and freeze up and even close down when in the middle of making an invoice. And here lately it’s been closing more and more. And when you have in issues with the app don’t bother emailing them because they won’t answer you back..so we thought if we got a computer it would work better, it didn’t, make an invoice and went to print, it print the first one fine no issue, go to make and print another one and it wouldn’t print and would freeze and close out.

Very easy to work with. This makes estimates a breeze. I have had so many issues with other apps randomly not saving or adding on letters to the end of words, which is so time consuming and frustrating. As a business owner, time is money and i cannot afford to lose time on an app. This one makes everything so simple and looks so good to send out to my clients!
