Living Weather HD Live App Reviews

No lock screen. I downloaded the free version thinking it would do live weather on the lock screen. It doesn't. The first photo shown on the app description appears to be a lock screen with temperature displayed under the clock. But that cannot actually be done with this app. Can it?

Z!. No clear price stated, then you get charged! I can't give a star to a thief. The only reason there is one is because you can't post till you give at least one.

Not a screen or lock screen saver. Bought this thinking it was a screen saver foiled again 4.00 some pretty pictures and weather info but defiantly not worth what you pay for , hate getting ripped off, after you pay for this app then the screen saver option pops up asking for a dollar more for a screen saver option ,,,,, unless your read to waste 5.00 don't bother.

Needs to be a widget!. Make a widget option to place the flip clock on. Active screen. Ability to change font would be nice too!

Great App. The only weather app I’ve found that gives extra details, such as the dew point. I like the graphics and the ability to add other cities where family and friends live.

Great app. It would be even better if it had sound like waves or rain or wind.

Don’t waste your money. If you want to use the app, you have to open it up each time to check the weather. Unable to use app as locked screen “live wallpaper” as claimed. Your money would be better spent buying a Starbucks coffee, at least you get what you paid for!

Great Animations. Accurate, dependable app that has the appearance and appeal, love the consistency with updates and inexpensive subscription.

Disappointed. I started out loving this app. But after about 3 days it stopped working. I would try to open it & it would just keep closing before anything came up. The pictures were beautiful. I wish it had worked better. I’ve been searching for years to find a cool weather app.

Disappointed. I interpreted the description as this app being capable of being used for my home screen or lock screen. It is not. I have to open it to use it like other weather apps that are free. The scenes used are very nice but not necessary just for the weather. Hence, disappointed.

Good weather reports and pretty screens.... What's not to like? While it won't show on the lock screen (and I doubt anything can! Apple likely prevents 3rd party lock screens from working), just leave it open and the animated weather display will run until you either close the app or lock your phone manually. Plug it in and you have a pretty time and weather display for as long as you like.

Disappointing. I thought this was going to be a live weather wallpaper and it’s not. I even upgraded for $3.99 and really don’t see the difference. The pictures are really cool, but Again. Not what I was looking for.

Backrounds don't match weather/time of day.. This app needs updating. Using it as a clock on my entertainment center but it looks silly to see a sunset with a moon and it being pitch black outside.

Ok. This app is good only if you want a ok app to replace the weather app on ipad since the ipad does not have the apple weather app. And the weather background is only in the app and you can’t use it as a live wallpaper. Otherwise don’t but this app it is a waste of space on your device.

Weather. Needs way more pictures

Just look pretty. Pretty app but it doesn’t have many features. Can’t tap to see details. Just gives you the weather for the Week with no breakdown.

It needs a bigger bolder plain (not flip) clock and more sunny local to the state-ish scenes ex: more fla pics for mine, and PLEASE take off/fade or at least move the ad down or OFF the front! It’s ruined w/ugly ad blocking the pic! Put your ads inside w/settings! They will STILL BE SEEN! Otherwise love it lots! Tks, ££!

Not a Wallpaper or Lock Screen!!!. This does not work as a Lock Screen or Wallpaper as advertised! Bate and switch! I hate that and they won’t let you request a refund!! Boo

Not a Live Screen Image.. Live screen doesn’t stay on front screen as described. You have to tap into it to see app.

Outstanding app. Great product

Nice app. I like the app but was disappointed that the option to remove the background scene did not work. Under the background section, the option for “no scene” shows a sunset scene. I assumed this would remove the background altogether. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until after the purchase. Also would be nice if the font for modern clock style was a little darker. The font becomes difficult to read depending on the background. Other than that, the app works as intended.

Thought it was a screensaver. It’s giving you what it claims it is but it’s deceptively labeled under screensavers section in the App Store. It would be a perfect screensaver if it actually was oh well.

Scammers!!. I bought this app last year and they continue to give me the free version with ads. I contacted the support and they never replied. Save your money.

Weather. Best weather app I could find. Seems to be very accurate.

Instant info for time, date and temperature. I really like having the time, date and temperature so nicely displayed right at hand on my opening screen. It saves me from having to go further to get that information.

Not working as advertised —help!. May I please have a refund on this app I just purchased? Half of the scenes match up with the titles, including “current.” For instance, I clicked “thunderstorm” and it shows up as a sunset. I had your old version for years and love it, but it no longer updates weather. I deleted it, thinking I could re-download to reset it, but now it’s not even available. I tried submitting this via the “contact us” link in the app, and even that isn’t working. I’d just rather have a refund so I can buy some aspirin for this massive headache. Thank you

Audio stop/mute. Very nice app I love it. But I want to know why does it mute/stop the audio/music everytime the app is open. Please get this fixed. Also add feature that it can be viewed in lock screen notification center that would be great.

Weather Ap. I love the graphics that appear depending on the weather - and that it give me the moon and sunrise times and the fullness of the moon. Also the wind velocity. Pretty cool!

Used to love it. They’re latest update is still not working properly. However the major problem is fixed but not able to add any forecast locations other than my own. Not crazy about the new format in general.

Joking, right?. The weather in Toronto is -10. Your weather feed says raining and -2. There's no way to adjust or Settings anywhere.

One of the best. Doing it big, my go to weather update. I ride my HD softail using this app. No disappointments.

Extremely limited. Not impressed at all. Can only view one city and do not have any options to change settings. Useless.

Nice!!. The only issue I'm having is it won't lock in on my location. I have to keep searching out my location versus it pulling it up on its own when I go from one side of town to the other. That gets a little annoying, otherwise it would be a five star. Animations are great.

Meh.. It's an O.K. app. It's not very useful, considering that you have to keep the app OPEN to see the beautiful scenery. I wish that you could set the wallpaper as the scenery, to make my day come alive, but as soon as I opened the app I got disappointed. I deleted the app right away, and was surprised to see that you actually have to PAY to remove ads from such an awful app! If they add where you can make the scenery your wallpaper, I may consider, but with the app in the state that it is now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, only someone who enjoys being disappointed.

Living hd weather app. You seriously need to fix this app first I don't see a settings button second the extended forecast is way off

Update !. The latest update seems to have improved the function and accuracy of the weather. I'm keeping it. Graphics are nice and I like the weather format. App works as advertised now. Much better !

Epic Fail as a Nightstand Clock. I planned to use this app as a nightstand clock. The graphics are aesthetically pleasing and the clock is large enough to see from bed. The problem is that with the app on, the iPhone's internal alarms don't sound. They go off, but literally do not make a sound. Since apps can crash while I'm asleep, I don't trust any of them enough to be my sole alarm & always use the phone's built-in app. A clock app that renders the built-in clock useless is an app that will quickly be deleted from my phone.

Love app. I wish there was a way to use this as my lock screen. Otherwise it is a great app.

Perfect in gives me what I looking for in weather.. I really love this app. I can have several cities listed and with just a swipe of my finger change the city and still get current conditions. The main page can show your current condition along with upcoming forecast for the next several days or you can have more info like sunrise/sunset, humidity etc listed or you can chose to have it all hidden. This app is great in helping us plan what to pack for trips we go on and also helping our teen daughters chose what they will wear to school without being to hot or cold. Thank you for this app.

Great app!!!. First tested the free version, and latter decided to purchase the version without adds. Very much like it, specially the scenery linked to the local weather forecast.

Not exactly as expected. I was looking for an app like the weather widget I had on my HTC Droid a few years ago for my iPhone. There is little detail to the weather report and the animation is not like the app I had. I'm disappointed.

Was great...now noon reads 12am...FIX THIS NOW!!!. I love this program except for one daylight graphic. Since the iOS upgrade, noon stays at 12am, until it gets to 1pm. It's been like this for months and obviously no one at the company cares. Fix this glitche ASAP please!!!

Needs modification. The app is fun however developers make an option to set this app as a screen saver and background on an iPhone or iPad.

Best weather app!!!.. Amazing and beautiful!!!!. But add notifications for weather so you know if there's a storm coming or if somethings gonna happen. It would be the most perfect app if you added notifications.

Good app. The clock doesn't change for the different time zones. A temp badge for current location would be helpful too.

Function not as described. I downloaded this app last night. It seemed promising and started off as described. However, this morning the image still shows a sunrise/sunset at noon. I clicked contact us in the app which shutdown the app and sent me back to my iPad screen. So there is no way to contact the apps maker and it does not update the background image to the current weather as described. Ps. I deleted the app, shutdown and restarted my iPad ll and reloaded the app; no change.
