Did not work as marketed. This app was marketed as a note taker, yet it would not allow me to upload the content and then I canceled the free trial. After cancellation, I was charged for the app and then was told that it was not eligible for a refund, even after speaking to the customer service supervisor through Apple. This feels like a scam and I just want my money back.

Good app please keep features coming. Provide more features like bulk delete, viewing previous record recordings transcript while currently recording a new one

Too expensive. Charges by the week.

Something went wrong. App started off good I was able to get my audio transcribed then after a couple days, my files were not uploading. “something went wrong. Try again” kept appearing after trying again all day.

Must Have. 13 pages of notes for one chapter isn't normal. “Stratigues for note taking with ADHD”, FoxNote popped up… 4 months later, huge improvement with reading assignments! I love how there is a full transcript and summary. If FoxNote misses information specific to an assignment, I get it from the transcript. AI Prompt I use: “Act as a professional notetaker. Take the following transcript and organize it into a structured outline with clear headings, bullet key points and a separate list of action items of important terms to remember.” Does the job.

DOESN’T WORK. I paid for the app and it’s not recording anything or uploading files. I get a message that says Provide Text. No response from tech support.

Not working keep blinking only. It’s not working at all. Looks like their servers are crashed already. RIP.

Read this review before you buy. It says in app purchases in the description but nothing about this app is free. It cost $69 a year, but if you click the X on the screen that is trying to charge you that amount, it will take you to a screen that allows you to get the app for $40 for the first year. If you click the X on the screen, you are admitted to the free version which has fewer bells and whistles.

Not free. Fork over data privacy rights for the ability to pay for a free service, bad app.

Doesn’t work. I purchased annual membership because I’m interpreter at church, and it doesn’t transcribe YouTube videos. Says link is wrong, but link is correct. I tried to connect support but couldn’t send my message as well Please refund me

Price. The paid version is VERY overpriced.

Not as advertised and will charge you for the free trial. I selected the free trial just to see how this app worked and the app charge me $38. I reached out to the company of this app and they have not refunded my money. Please don’t download. It seems to be a scam.

WOW!! Total game changer!. I use this app for all my work meetings and honestly, I don’t know how I managed without it before. Bad. It translated half of the video I uploaded so I went in and cut the video in half to get the other side and it gave it to me in German???

SCAM. Don’t bother getting this app.. Of course I am not the first one that this app scams, Upon reading the reviews I see that other people have gone through the same. Don’t even bother downloading this app. (September 21)I downloaded this app I only wanted to try it out and I did the 3 day trial right after not even minutes had passed which I went and cancelled it. Thought everything was okay. Then , October 4th I was charged $7.99. When I had cancelled the 3 day trial literally the same day I did the trial. Beware of this scammy app. It honestly concerns me that they will continue to scam me.

“Something went wrong…”. This app does what it’s supposed to every other time. Every other recording it malfunctions and says, “something went wrong during processing” It’s not consistent.
