Cant do it. Nowhere to change home language

Simply Awful. Awful. Did not scan text correctly. No support to clear up issue.

Cancel subscription is awful. This app isn’t that good and cancel subscription process is terrible

Difficult to cancel. No option on the app to cancel your membership except contact support

Limited-do not recommend. I do not recommend. The app is limited on language selection, for example Spanish is Spain and not Latin America nor Mexican. Also it is impossible to get a refund if you are dissatisfied and cancel.

Huh?. For your subscription to translate and I can’t even translate one word on here because I don’t have any”wishes” what the heck our wishes??? And what did I pay for?

Love it!. I have been using this app in Vietnam for two weeks now, and find it very useful to help me communicate with people. The best part is that I can now read the ingredients on packaging: I am gluten and dairy intolerant and have to be careful what I eat. The use of the camera makes it so easy!

App being free is miss leading. The app keeps taking me to page to sign up for a paid service or for 3 day free trail.

It does not work. I have uploaded a menu photo on Japanese for translation into English and it did not work at all. The same photo on a free Google translation app was translated and I was able to order the food. I can’t even unsubscribe. Do not get it.

Ease drop. Listen to a conversation and have it translated automatically in to headphones or hearing aids.
