App closing on its own. It’s good but whenever I click on records the app closes and I’ve deleted and downloaded it several times and it keeps happening what can I do

Complain. Very bad app they didn’t even allow me to sign up as a new user, I had to delete it after wasting my time and data. 😡😡

PIA NOT WORKING FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW. about a week now. DNS Error. Please fix it immediately, the problem that occurs for iOS users is that the DNS of the proxy used cannot change our personal DNS, so wherever you try to connect to the proxy, the DNS remains our personal DNS.

Network problem when I on the socks 5 vpn on. Whenever I turn on the vpn my network automatically starts running slow no matter what state I choose that’s how it is for me nothing actually works till I turn it off before my network could start performing again just hope you guys will have a look about this problem

Poor customer service. I have made a purchase of 400 proxies through Bitcoin, it’s been long hours now and it’s not been credited, all emails to help get it done hasn’t been responded to. Crazy

A lot of problems. For starters, when I purchase proxies and connect it doesn’t take long before that proxy dies and I have to connect to another IP then that’s one down and they don’t even compensate. Then there’s the issue of it disconnecting automatically and disrupts a lot of work. Don’t even get me started on the fact that since i purchased 100 S5 proxies I haven’t been able to use any. It doesn’t even generate proxy anymore. The punchline is no matter how much we complain they don’t fix it. They just keep taking money hoping new people will keep falling for their trap. Kindoff like a scheme

Can’t open history. You can’t open history to use your purchased ips that means you’re being scammed to use more ips by force and unnecessarily

CANT OPEN HISTORY.. It’s a good app but you can open history. When you go to the history page and it force closes app. So if you buy an ip and you unintentionally close the tab and come back you can just pick your previous ip. You have to get another one. Which is bad because it exhaust the ip quick. You need to fix that. I know it’s a technical issue that you people can fix. If you’re intentionally leaving that error unattended to then you’re loosing a lot of customers because there are a lot of replacements for PIA S5 now.. That’s what I have to say. Thank you..

Can’t open history. Anytime I buy an ip and try to check history, the app intentionally forces close and when I open back I have to buy a new ip again which really replenishes ip very fast. I really hope you guys can work around this, cus when I buy an ip and use, I need to be able to still use it back if it’s not dead.
