Great Game. Great game!

Another bad version. What use to be a fun game to play is now nothing but a bad version that’s full of glitches and problems. Why are there ratings and ability levels assigned to each player when they have no effect on performance during the game?

Awesome. The best baseball game there is. I love it and get it every year.

Sim Speed. So far I have no issues with the game except the sim speed is awfully slow this year. Please update to optimize sim speed I’m not saving much data at all I checked off numerous boxes to make the game run quicker but still is very slow.

International amateurs. There’s no way to access international amateurs without going through emails. No announcement of when they’re available to sign, no tab that takes you straight to it. Didn’t even know it happened until spring training. Fix this please

Great game. Such a great game. Basically what I spend probably 1/3 of my time on iPad doing. So much detail and realism. Love it. I’ve bought 5-6 versions of this game. I mostly start a game, set my lineup and aim the whole game. On the baseball manager version it was very fast but with the 3D GFX there’s a lag. It would be great to set lineup and then sim and avoid the 3D. Even having lineups and depth chart setup, I don’t trust it bc odd choices are made when players are subbed in.

Addicting. Addicting but literally doesn’t matter what you do if you have subpar pitchers. Bases loaded , no one on, the second you start winning in a game the CPU starts putting up runs like crazy. Kinda ridiculous to try and enjoy something like that

OOTP. This my the best Baseball simulator game I have played on my iPAD. Real MLB players and teams.

Crashed 3 times. Downloaded over the years. Great game. But downloaded the 25 version. Paid for it, yet again. Then purchased various seasons. Then while playing a message popped up that the game had become corrupt. Removed the App. Then when I went to my App Library, it had me download as if never downloaded before. Now all the seasons I purchased are gone. Not paying again for individual seasons. Too bad, I have enjoyed this baseball app for years and never an issue. Please advise.

Game Keeps Crashing/Freezing. Big fan of the series, to start off. But I have been running into an issue where about halfway through the opening season, I go to simulate a week, or even an individual game, and it freezes, not allowing me to interact with the screen or game at all. I have tried closing the app and opening it again, continuing from where I left off, and it keeps occurring within 10 games of where my last save was.

Best Mobile Baseball Game Ever. It is unfortunate that you have to buy each season, but if you play a lot you get more than enough for your value. Once you learn the screen interface it is one of the best baseball experiences on the go. Road trips go by in the blink of an eye it feels. Would recommend to any hardcore baseball fan.

Fun with a lot of depth. I would say this is the best baseball GM game available on mobile. Other than having the option to buy historic seasons, there are no extra purchases needed to enjoy an in-depth GM experience that has tons to offer. The roster management is great, and the ability to create your own baseball universe is a lot of fun. The graphic in-game experience is adequate, but this is not The Show. The best features are under the hood. I get a few quirks in how the roster columns sometimes don’t show, and in my current alternate franchise the player experience now has players with 216 years experience. These minor bugs keep me from giving 5 stars. But I would still highly recommend this game if you want to dive into the depths of a franchise baseball game.

Last years mobile version was much better.. If you ask the AI to set your organization it has relievers as starters and your good hitters all over the place. Doesn’t seem to develop the minor leaguers very well or at all in most cases. If you sim all your guys you can end up with crazy stats. If you play all your games you end up throwing your phone across the room because of all the passed balls and wild pitches even with 5 star pitchers and 70 defense catchers. Last years mobile version was a lot better.

A must play game for serious baseball fans. This is an extremely deep baseball management sim. Well worth the price! Please add multiplayer to make this even more incredible.

Download 24 for free do not waste your money on 25.. Edit 6/18. The scammers have thus far refused to fix ANY bugs(any update saying bug fix is a lie) and as you can tell by lack of response to reviews the fraudulent scammers don’t care. Download 24 for free, don’t give these scam artist fraudsters any money. I will be signing up for the class action lawsuit that is in the works Edit-seriously download 24 or any free version. The developers don’t care. You can hardly “play” a game. So your options are sim every or game crash. Pathetic that they charge for this Copy and paste of 24 except with all the fun bugs and glitches of the new year! Seriously do not waste your money on something the developers put no effort into. The game is buggy and crashes constantly and it will probably take them 10 months to fix it like every year. Save the hassle and download 24 for free since it’s the exact same game

Perfect Team Mode. Many years playing. Seems like this one was rushed to market. Why no player photos on the cards or rating on the front, in perfect Team mode?

Great game. If you are a baseball fan this game is worth every penny. Yes, if you want to play historical you do need to purchase the season bundle- But when a new version of the game comes out you can transfer your in app purchase at no cost. It is a close clone of the desktop version and you would be hard pressed to find a better baseball simulator app.

An Armchair Baseball Manager’s Dream. OOTP Go is the Swiss Army knife of baseball games. There are so many ways to enjoy playing! The 25 edition has a polished new interface with familiar, easy to use tabs and screens. (My only minor complaints are the occasionally truncated text, even on an iPad Pro, and some lack of clarity about features that appear in the settings but do not carry over from desktop to mobile versions). For a mobile game, you get tons of stats and player ratings plus the data (standings, leader boards, league news) that you generate as you play through a season. This is an ingenious condensation of the desktop version. New to OOTP? Take your time and study the screens before jumping in. OOTP Go will teach you the finer points of the game of baseball if you let it.

Awesome!. I’ve been an OOTP fan since ‘03 and mobile version since its origin. It just keeps getting better - graphics, gameplay, UI, etc. My only suggestion is to have a create-a-player career mode. I really enjoyed this on the PC and feel like it would be a great feature for iOS!

Continues to freeze. Please fix I am unable to progress through the season with the dodgers.

Would be a five if their was not this 1 problem. The problem is in perfect team I earn packs from my team playing and I opened a pack and when I saw the cards they were all grey and I did not know who I pulled so if you could fix this problem that would be great,thank you

Missing important functions. No commissioner mode to correct AI mistakes. No coaches or scouts. Buttons and slide functions are difficult. It could be good just like the computer version if at least commission mode is available.

Screen size. Love the game use to play all the time. But since the change with OOTP GO screen keeps cutting off the right hand side. Both on iPhone and IPad. Making it unplayable. Too bad as it was awesome game.

Works great. After playing the PC versions for decades it id nice to have this great game on phones. Aside of the odd graphical error displaying a game I have not had any problems.

Really great if you only ever want to play the 2024 season. ‪Still no historical minor leagues, historic season setup wizard skips over half the options so I can’t choose my ratings scale and things like that, presumably historic draft classes are non existent again this year. Are we supposed to only play the modern season and nothing else‬? And now the app costs $10 and you still have to pay another $20 to get the historic seasons just for them to be only half functional again this year. It also just flat out runs worse on a newer phone than last year did on an older one before my upgrade. Waste of money. EDIT: new update introduced a fun visual bug where the ball glitches around the field when contact is made. It doesn’t affect gameplay in that whether or not it’s a hit or an out is not determined by this animation, but it makes actually managing a game an ugly mess to watch. Edited review from 2 stars to one. Call me when historic seasons have actual minor leagues like the desktop game and not just a reserve roster where nobody ever develops.

App keeps freezing up. As you play the app freezes up

Rushed release?. Past versions of this game have been great. This version seems to have a lot of bugs, most notably of which is that the season simulation freezes. Very disappointing.

Lots of Bugs. Loved the game last year, but this year the game is very glitchy and buggy. I would love to be able to play it, but until they fix the bugs, it’s practically impossible to play.

Disappointing. The fact that they are charging 9.99 for this as opposed to free prior years isn’t the problem. However the lack of communication prior to release is a major issue. Additional problems are that this is buggy - constantly goes to blank screens requiring you to quit the app and relaunch or go to different pages. I’ve had it load the wrong roster when setting up tournaments so I’ve had to check multiple times to make sure that the correct one is selected.

It’s the best. Obviously not as great as the full PC version, but for a mobile game it’s hard to beat. It runs more stable than OOTP 24 on my iPad. I have yet to sim a bunch of historical seasons but it seems very accurate through 1/2 season historical.

My Favorite App. Been playing for two decades on PC and love the game. The app version is perfect for playing Perfect Team away from the PC.

Pt file won’t load. The one post I see on the forum for my issue has no replies. It doesn’t work over cell data.

Inaccessible with Voice Over. I am blind and I love baseball, especially being the manager, so this app sounded perfect! However, after spending the $10 in order to try the app, I find that it is completely inaccessible with voiceover. I asked the developer to make it accessible with voiceover, which should not be much of an issue, and if this will not be done can I have my money back? Because this game is unplayable for me

Frustrating missing features. Paid the full 20 dollars for all of the historical seasons because I thought it would have historical draft classes. It’s extremely clunky to even get the draft to work in historical games, you have to select a lot of options that should just be default. I don’t understand why it isn’t just standard to have historical amateur drafts happen automatically if you own all of the seasons. The historical seasons are completely wasted because of this and I spent a full 20 dollars getting them. I would love to get my money back. It also never has the correct order for the draft either.

Great Game, I’ve been playing for years.. Overall OOTP has the Baseball simulator games locked down. If you buy all the years for franchise, you can manage a team from 1900 to now. Very in depth. The only draw back this year from others is if you start on any year besides this year, all the players are not under contract and you spend a ton of time trying to sign your players. In the past, no matter when you started, if a players was under a certain contract that year, the game would start that way. It’s annoying and you can get thru it. The perfect team mode is fun. I play this mode the most. This will probably be the last year I do play it. The cost for cards have gone crazy high, every year it just seems to get worse and worse with there being no cap on how how you can sell cards. If your not obsessed and playing every tournament you can, a lot of missions and the cards you might get are out of reach because other players know you will need a key card out of it, and jack the price up. When I say jack the price up I mean if you were to buy the coins/points for the card it would cost you hundreds of dollars to be able to obtain the card and complete a mission. Makes the mode not fun, and it make OOTP a lot of money lol. If buying it for franchise mode, the game is totally worth it. Side note, if you got this game on your phone app, and want to play it on the pc, you have to pay full price for both. You can’t link you account.

Great game. Highly recommend. However, devs need to add a tab in the roster screen, under splits, for seeing spring training stats please.

Consistently the best $ I spend on a game year in a and year out. The hours of entertainment from Out of the Park Baseball cannot be undersold - it’s one of the best values out there. I buy the core game for my MacBook and am on it constantly. Go allows me to take the game with me and keep up on every sim, every tournament. The addition of alerts this year letting me know a tournament was won or a card bought or sold has been additionally a huge benefit. I’d probably get the desktop version first to truly immerse yourself in the game (so many ways to play if you love baseball and want to sim the past or future or compete in leagues vs others) and then add Go to take it with you!

Great addictive baseball simulation game.. Franchise Mode is probably more incredible in it’s breadth and accuracy, but Perfect Team is more addictive.

I can’t play as the Yankees past May 30th. I love the game and the only problem is that the game crashes and doesn’t let me play in the season past May 30th with the Yankees. Would love it if it was fixed.

Serious bugs in perfect team. If your using this app for perfect team. There is a glitch in this app if you use it with the PC version. The glitch will remove your active roster players to your reserve, and bring up bad reserve roster players. You have to contact support to get control of your team back.

The best. OOTP Go 25 is the best baseball simulation out there. I’ve enjoyed many, many hours of watching stars off my youth and current day superstars battle it out on the field in the numerous leagues I have been able to create and play. Bar none the best game around.

Robust, fun, some bugs. If you love front office sims, this is a great one for a mobile OS. The game touts features that the UI renders inoperable at times which is frustrating. But otherwise it’s great and I’ve lost hours playing.

Very Hard to Trade and Develop. Basically other teams do not want to trade top prospects ever, even for a franchise player on a good contract isnt worth a top 100 prospect. And at the same time the other teams will not trade their franchise players for any of your top prospects. Makes no sense. Any trades you do make will only make your team worse it seems. Because this game is so intense with numbers and the phone screen is so small there is only so much information that you can really see to make decisions on trades or lineups etc. so it’s frustrating I didn’t find it fun. But if you like a very challenge game and like lots of stats and numbers then this game is for you.

Not the best. Hard to play, seems hard to navigate and click things. Have it set to easy trade mode and still can’t seem to get a decent trade completed.

Great app for a detailed game, BUT…. This app is great as a companion to the desktop version of it. I have both. When I don’t have my laptop handy or I’m on the go, this app lets me manage my team to ensure I meet certain deadlines for my Perfect Team. $9.99 when it used to be free wasn’t too bad but it still hurt when I already had the $49.99 desktop version. Would be nice if they offered a discount. Just an idea for the future. The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is for poor customer support. I sent a couple of simple questions via email to their support staff only to receive a response of (I’m summarizing here) telling me to ask my questions on Discord. They could have simply answered me in the email. Why have a support email then? Not too much to ask especially since I paid for your game.
