There is no way of contacting PureShort. I wanted to watch the story too late to say I love you; the first seven chapters are free; I paid $9.99 to get 1000 coins to watch this story; seems to be good! it took me a half an hour to open up chapter 8; after I opened up chapter 8, all the chapters that were free like the first seven chapters in the eight through 12 locked this self back up after I paid to watch chapters 8 through 12. They locked themselves back up; no has time to be paying for a story to read, and it locks up after you paid for it, and you can’t get access to the Chapters that you paid to watch; and you can’t contact anybody the only way you can contact us through a review; this needs to be fixed; please unlock the Chapters that I paid for so one through 12 should be unlocked and not locked!

Horrible app. Spent $29.99 to reload could not watch kept freezing won’t load next chapter would log out completely took over 10 mins logging in and out to watch one chapter giving up requesting refund

Terrible. Episodes don’t unlock after watching. Buffering issues with episodes freezing. Seems like it just took my money and stop working

Not working right. I have tried multiple times and different way to fix auto it not working .

Horrible. Movies constantly freeze buffering for hours I paid over $30 to finish a movie and top up you took my money and I can’t even finish the movie I have contacted you for a refund and I want it immediately. I only gave a 1 because you can give a 0. Please refund me money I paid you

Sir,you married the wrong bride. It’s hard to keep up with story, because the reception is horrible. It took two days to complete this story. Most time the video will not play. Want a refund. 😡

Cost a lot. I bought coins and watch a series I didn’t know wasn’t finished and it also took my coins without unlocking the episodes.

Glad it is free. Videos crash before it can complete. Takes 15 minutes to watch a one minute episode.

No audio. No Audio , I’ve been trying to watch but there is no audio

Videos fail to load. Chapters take forever to load. I like the videos but would prefer the videos to load like they’re supposed to since people are paying money to watch them

Sound and Freezes. I have paid for their episodes but unfortunately it doesn’t work. There is no sound nor could I watch the episodes. I want a refund as well not worth it I was so disappointed. Then it shuts down in the middle of the buffering.

Badddddddddd Apppp. Beware do NOT get this app … takes your money. Unlocks the episode but if you watch it again it charges you again!!!!!! 39 bucks and didn’t get to watch 40 episodes cause it kept charging!

App closes. The app is constantly closing mid chapter. Every other episode I have to reopen the app and try to find the episode I left off at. Really frustrating!

Terrible. Videos won’t play except for a few seconds and then freeze. Impossible to get through first episode. Don’t bother downloading

Too late to say I love you. Very disappointed you guys took coins. I barely saw the the the series it cut out froze very disappointed. It looks like it’s a good series, but but you guys need to improve on screening and making sure the video comes through properly. I wasted money buying it, and I really wanted to see this series made me very upset that I couldn’t really watch. It kept kept sending me to other movies or series not very good poorly done.
