Great. I personally enjoy This app and don’t really have any issues with it if I had to complain about something it’s that while you’re scrolling through the pages vertically when it goes up after you stop touching is kinda jerky but not enough for me to get rid of a Star

It’s good but a lil Problem. When is done watching and I get off the app then I try to get back on it stays on that lil screen like it will not play again like I have to keep deleting it and getting it back and it still keep doing that

Perfect but?. You guys should add a unlimited option for shimoe pro

The best!. This is by far the best manga reader app I have ever used! Very user friendly and I haven’t had any issue in finding the things I want to read.

Was good, but now not. A couple months ago the main source for attaining manga chapters dissolved. The app switched to a new source but that source has many problems like pages and whole chapters not loading, the site crashing so no data can be pulled, and poorer searching capabilities. I don’t know if the pro is any different, but as a free reader this app is not as good as it once was.

Chapters will not load. Good App, I like the UI for the most part. But I have been having an issue with not having all the images load for a chapter. This has been a persistent problem as of late affecting many of series I have been trying to read. It put me off using the app if I can’t read most of a chapter due to the images not loading. :/

Clicking on Manhwa. I can’t read any manhwa on the app it started asking me for a vpn.

Why we paying for chapters ?. Why do we have to pay for chapters when we never had to pay for chapters before this app actually got past 4.5 stars and now want to pull this that seriously ridiculous less then stars needed horrible app anyways im big hating right now yes

It’s ok. So my opinion on this app is a little mixed, I’m used to other manwha apps that update chapters pretty fast but it feels like most of the main stuff I’m reading isn’t getting any of the new chapter updates, I’ve looked at the other sources aswell so I’m a little confused as to why there’s no new chapters, I understand there’s a massive ban wave and it’s difficult for sites/apps to have manwha on it but I hope this isn’t going to become a normal thing, in any case it’s a good app if you aren’t trying to stay up to date by weekly and just like to read causally.

Good. This is one of the best ones out there but I have some complaints such as going into settings to turn stuff on and to see a genre

Can’t get subscription ad to close. I don’t see any way to close the pop up to try to get readers to subscribe without having to reboot. Link for app support goes to page with link to a social media site that I do not use.

Highly recommend. Believe me when I tell you the yearly subscription is worth it.

shimoe manga reader. i love this manga reader! it’s so convenient and i can read a VAST VARIETY OF MANGA. the only issue i have is that some of my chapters won’t load or its failing to load, regardless if im on wifi or my phone data some chapters just won’t load and its kinda annoying when i read. i overall love this app but that one inconvenience is the only one.

Downloads need to be updated. A few things I like the vast amount of mangas/webtoons and such, however downloads take too long to press one at a time a function to download all chapters would be a nice addition. Also after downloading sometimes when I reach the end of the chapter and scroll to move onto the next chapter it doesn’t load the next chapter or it skips the next one and brings me to the end of the chapter after (for example if I’m done with chapter 15 it will bring me to the end of chapter 17) so afterwards I would leave the chapter read the next chapter and the same problem occurs. If I just read the chapters without downloading there isn’t a problem the next chapter loads like normal. I usually download manga to read when I have no cell service and would like it if this problem didn’t occur.

:). The app is great I get to read many books that I never had the chance to before, but the reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is because some times the pages just don’t load. :)

Amazing app!. I have been using Shimoe reader for over a year now and I have had little to no issue with it. There is one issue though in the Chainsawman manga there are 100s of chapters that have nothing in them. Overall amazing experience with Shimoe reader 10/10 would read on it again!

Was the best manga reader. I can’t even read most of the manga every time is in black and error are you going to fix it

Great Collection of Different Manwha!. Every story I’ve needed I’ve been able to find!

Too Many ADs. I can’t even get through one chapter to even know if I like this app because a million advertisements are popping up… it makes me unwilling to buy the membership because I can’t even view the “free” mangas without being hassled to get premium every 2 seconds or being spammed with advertisements. Sure there are good mangas that I want to read on here, but they’re the same on other apps with less of the hassle and for the same price membership wise. If you can’t even try it out a bit to see how an app functions or works, why would I put money into it? I don’t think I’ll continue using this app because all the advertising, even if the premium will get rid of it I’m still turned off because I can’t even check the actual app out like I said to see if it’s one that I enjoy using.

This is making me a little mad. If it’s one chapter, nothing else don’t make anyone pay because it’s one chapter like they’re not getting any more chapters just one. I found an anime that I really like it’s manga and I scrolled all the way down and I have to pay all the way down like every single part. It has nothing in it except for like the stuff that is like nothing bad nothing bad in it. It’s like a part of the anime, but just in a manga like every single series you have to pay

Not the best (If issues 2,4, and 5 are fixed it would be worth the money) this app has potential.. 1 good thing) descent library 1) need to pay to get the latest chapters even on the free manga last 5 chapters you need to pay for) 2) they cut pages at the bottom to making a useless pages. All chapters are double the number of pages 3)You can’t finish any mangas because of the of number 1. 4) Doesn’t tell you if English or Japanese until you start reading. 5) languages are reversed Japanese titles are English or reversed. (Not on all) If they resolve issues numbers 2,4,5 I would give them 4 maybe 5 stars; I would pay the money $40 a year.

Good app but having issues seeing and reading chapters. This Manga reader is a good app! However there is some issues that I am noticing, whenever I click on the manga the images become very small that I can’t see what I’m reading. I changed it to every setting on the app and still can’t read anything. I changed it to left and right, right to left, and even vertical! And sometimes the chapters won’t even load!!! If these two things can be fixed that would be great but overall I rate this app a 4 out of 5

I love App. But I would like to have the tap to scroll option if possible but everything else is easy to figure out and love

Best manga reading app 100%. Great app I read so much on it, but I will say even though paying for the premium version, having those “read free manga” panels cut most of the panel you’re reading is a little bit of a pain. If possible and you have to put in those ads, make it its own panel so you don’t have to miss what you’re reading. Or if you pay for the premium, don’t include that ad.

Overall good reader, very responsive with help. A good reader at a fair premium price with an overall decent UI. Issues do crop up every now again, but they are very responsive and helpful when you contact them with any issues that are happening! If I could give the customer service/communication/prompt addressing and fixing of issues it’s own rating, I’d give it another 5 stars! Greatly appreciated.

Could you fix the issue written down below. So my manga I downloaded is either slow to load or sometimes doesn’t load at all and it is annoying to constantly have to clear the cache or get off and go back on

Recommended improvements. Failed to Load Screen. Whenever I try to enter the app I see “failed to load screen”. I can’t browse the selection anymore and I can’t even read. I tried reading on sources A, B, and even pro but it still doesn’t work. I don’t know if it is just me, but I would like it to be fixed soon.

Having Issues Reading the Manga. having issue reading the manga, everytime you click the chapter it doesnt show you the page... this is only the first time.. it was ok.. i like this app

Failed to load image. The manga always displays for "failed to load image". I even paid for the premium source and it seems it not worth it. It's frustrating to miss some chapters.

Making a Library A-Z. I love the layout of the app and the amount of selection of mangas/manhwas. However, I do wish for the library to in A-Z order or at least an opinion other than default. Other than that the app is amazing!

Manga Downloaded. It doesn't show all of the comics I've downloaded. It only shows one series out of the three I've downloaded.

You need money. After a certain number of chapters you can’t access any further and need to pay for premium to view. At this point it’s better to just go online since this app still makes you watch ads. I like the over all formatting and way to find manga and manhwa tho.

Great until the update. It’s still great so far, I have the premium. Unfortunately it seems like it’s not saving the chapters I have already read even in my history. How do I fix this?

Good. A nice app to read stuff. The ads could be a bit annoying at some instances but overall it’s decent

Failed to fetch manga. I used it for two days and it was working fine, I even pay for the pro subscription. Today is telling me that it cannot fetch anything, and to download an app that doesn’t even exist. I really enjoyed it at first but I think I just got scam.

The app is not working. The app keeps saying to verify if you’re human. I did it but it is still saying I did not verify and it cannot fetch the manga. It is the pro and Free C source. The Free A source works. I also pay for pro as well.

Scam on premium. Couldn’t fix or rollback bug update. Because of this the premium section stopped working.

Fix your app.. Very disappointed. For months now the app has been facing several problems to where I sometimes can’t even access manga from Pro. As someone who paid for Pro, that’s ridiculous.

Don’t pay for it…. They do some sort of maintenance every weekend that messes something up, then it takes like a week to fix it. It’s really getting annoying. I’m searching for another manga server currently… I’m about to ask apple for a refund.

What Happened?. Recently not a single Manga I try to read loads, even though it gets the latest chapters each page is blank except for an icon in the center that looks like a page that was ripped in half horizontally.

What happened??. Ok, I had this app for a while and I absolutely loved it. Everything loaded and it was perfect. But then they started changing stuff and updating stuff, and now like nothing will load. It’s terrible, I pay for it and it doesn’t work.
