App improvement. The app was fun at first because I got meet actual people but after a while I got less real people and more bots and scammers and people asking me to add them on snap to try and scam me and it’s honestly annoying now so if you can now try inform the real person verification that would help out extremely

Complete trash. I’m literally 17, I put a picture up and everything no gang signs, nothing inappropriate and I automatically got permanently banned I didn’t get a reason or a chance to even change the picture to even tell me what the problem was. Honestly if it was a good app I feel like they should do something like wizz where if a inappropriate photo was detected they’d take it off or tell you to change the picture that’s just my opinion though because this is stupid..😐

Has it’s moments 🫤. Ok so I love this app, the only problem is that I tried to open it, and it just wouldn’t let me in it just stayed on “Renz” and wouldn’t go no further. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but still didn’t work. But aside from that the app is great, just wish it would let me in🫤

Verification. I tried to verify the acc I just downloaded it so I verify myself then I try to add anthoer picture and it says I have to wait for a verification? Now if it just says I have to wait for a verification for my face like at least delete my account I just want to delete my account but it has the person has to verify but does that mean my account is still up? Can someone explain I just want to delete my account with nun of my pictures up so can I just get off the stuck screen saying you need to get verified screen so I can delete my account? Unless if it says people are trying to get you verified and it’s been like that for a while does that mean you account is taken down please just tell me I want my account deleted but it won’t let me in.

Finding people close. Please make it to where I can find people in my state instead and set that as a option. I have no reason talking and trying to make friends with people across the country. Thank you.

Really weird conversations and app issues. Not only did I have a dude saying he wanted to “lick my tummy” keep in mind we are minors. I also had issues with the app usage. It’s very confusing and is hard to navigate. And when you go to delete your account it’s hard to tell what button to click since it says I wanna take a break and then another button before it says to delete account. Overall very disappointed with my experience and will probably never use an app like this again

??. Can the app producers delete my account for me? I can’t get past the verification screen and it’s saying my account is banned for no reason ? I’ve been on it before but not against the rules ? It would be better if... This app is great for finding friends, but there is a huge problem with fake profiles and people over the age of 17 being on here. I moderate profiles on here and I’ve seen a huge amount of fake profiles of when they try to get verified there not the same person or they’re using screenshots of another person to try to get verified. You really can’t trust people on here because of that. I believe that these people make fake profiles or cannot so I wouldn’t download this app until they address something or fix something about it. DON'T GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU CAN BE 100% SURE THEY'RE REAL

I rlly like this although…. I entered this app although I am someone who is a girl and I am into girls… I think there should be someone leeway for this? A category section where girls can find girls in some type of way idk. I continue to come across straight girls and it’s awkward. Can you possibly specificy the sexuality category? As in their are certain options so there is more of a choice? Thank you if so!

It’s okay but there are a few problems. I’ve used i for a few months and its seemed pretty good. But when I tried to verify my profile and took a picture for it it gave me a warning for innacurate profile JUST BECASUE I GOT A NEW HAIRSTYLE THAT I DIDNT HAVE WHEN I FIRST USED THE APP. I have gotten 2 warnings and this just isn’t fair that I can’t verify my account for a dumb reason like that. Also on preferences it would be nice if they could add on to the boys girls or everyone, a section for straight or some other gender. Because I have girls selected but now every time I use the app it gives me bi girls, which I am not interested in.

not good ! Not the worst but it’s pretty bad .. Unlike PNK this app allows you to do a bit more . Especially for free . You can get coins for free by watching ads and use them for most things (I think). You also get A LOT of requests Which doesn’t really matter. Because out of 30 of the at least 2 people say something . (Which could just be a me thing since I don’t text first but) this app is the worst but it’s all that good . Definitely are some loop holes though !

Great app, but minor issues. I have multiple accounts, due to the fact that I get more requests that way and can find more people to talk to. About 2 days ago I found one account that I didn’t use, so I then proceeded to delete it. Following my account deletion, the app brings me to a page saying: “we are sorry you longer wish to use the app” and states that I can’t create a new account for 30 days. I’m stuck on this page and can’t log back into my main account. Mind you, I use the app almost everyday, I have mod permissions, and on my main account I have more than 1k coins. Whatever the page is telling me is irrelevant to my situation, as I am not creating any accounts and I’m solely just trying to log back in after deleting an old inactive account with a different email. I even emailed the support team, but I got the same answer stating that due to the policy, I can’t *create* a new account in order to limit spam. I tried to explain through the emails, but I was left with no response. Hopefully I can receive some help, but as of now I’m disappointed.

30 day “ suspension “. so i’m writing this a few days after deleting and re installing this app. when i decided to delete the app i also deleted my account as i did not want people to be seeing and messaging me when i wouldn’t be able to respond. now upon re downloading it i have a 30 day “ suspension “ for deleting my account. supposedly there to help spam but i don’t see how PERMANENTLY DELETING your account and making a new one is spam.

Just a no.. Basically, I was doing the face-detecting thing and it said I was okay and when I made my profile it made the request pend for at least six hours then I just saw my account banned for an hour and I was “It's not that bad... I guess…” then when I have to enter my birthday and it still says my request was pending, and I couldn't do my profile or redo it all so I guess they still were seeing but then I see my account deleted when I couldn't do my face picture at all and it went straight to my request pending. So this is just a no.

Good app but some weirdos. It’s overall a well made app and better than similar apps but there’s a large number of weirdos. This is normal and they’ll be everywhere, especially where children are but it’s a lot. Also a lot of people trying to catfish, if you’re smart though both are easy to spot.

Banned?. Heyy I got banned to no reason!!! I didn’t nothing wrong, I just wanted to add another pic to my account( which I was literally just my face, nothin inappropriate) and I said I was banned and violated the safety guidelines!!! Pls can u fix this!! I have friends on there. I want to log into my old account😩

DISCRIMINATION. I got the app recently and have gotten a warning for one of my pictures i’m fully covered in the picture and don’t understand why I was issued a warning I was in jeans and a normal shirt yet still got almost banned this app has discriminated against curvy woman and I really enjoy spending time on this app so it’s very disappointing and disrespectful seeing how they shame and discriminate against curvy woman. I bet that if it were a woman who was less curvy in the bum area then they wouldn’t get banned. i hope you fix this. truly disappointed

Live Streaming. First app seems really chill. Not sure if you’ll see this message but you should add a live stream feature. I really think this will engage the people on the app. Might help make friends!

Bugs. I make pretty good friends and stuff but the loading screen takes a long time to load and sometimes might not at all for me I tried restarting my phone it still takes a long time not letting me in the app

It’s a good app, but the verifying is straight up useless.. The app is well designed and is a great place to meet new people but when it asks you to send in photos for verification. I had to send in my photo 3 times and each time I got temporary banned because the photo had something wrong with them, but I read down the rules and my selfies didn’t even get close to breaking any rules. So I would like to know why I keep getting banned because of my selfie which I took in a mirror with full clothing on. Just would like to speak with the developer about this🥲😂

Verification. I’ve been using this app for so long and I got a new phone and had to log back in and the verification keeps making me try again and my acc got banned for no reason, the picture is practically the same except my hairstyle is different, it’s such a great app and I understand it’s to keep the community safe but I wish instead of leaving the screen on verification and saying that the teams looking at it that I would let you in but show other people you’re not verified or atoeast let us log into other accs because what if we accidentally put the wrong acc? I might stick to wizz ngl the whole verification thing is getting slightly annoying

Blackmail. Beware on this app there’s a user by the name or Gabriella who is sending promiscuous photos of girls to everyone on the app. The user proceeds to send these photos on Instagram snap of Renz to lead to other interactions to then blackmail the person by saying the user will expose the users and if they want them to stop then they have to pay 300$ which is completely insane. Renz plz look into your verification system its highly flawed and I feel bad for anyone who else got scammed into paying the 300$ to this person. Renz this has been a traumatic experience almost had a an anxiety attack. Please Renz fix your app please for the greater good of people on this app

They target me?. This app is overall awesome, despite the fake accounts that pretend to be girls when they aren’t, that’s easy to tell. But, I deleted my account, deleted the app cause I didn’t want to use it. Redownloaded it a month later, put in the same information as always. Yet, Renz has decided to keep declining my birthday request, I apparently don’t look like the age I put. I’ve put the same age 4 times and got declined. I give up on the app. Do not recommend this app.

Uhhh. I was talking to this very nice person and then I closed the app and then it wouldn’t load and when it finally loaded, it signed me out and won’t let me sign back in I forgot to ask for their snap/discord and I’m scared that I lost them forever I rlly like them and think they’re cool… I didn’t do anything wrong please log me back in

Promising but an app breaking bug. App looks like it has potential but I’ve run across a bug that locks the app to the logo screen. I tried restarting my phone and deleting the app and redownloading it but it just freezes on the logo. Very disappointing and I hope it gets fixed soon as I can’t even use the app.

Good app, BUT. Wink is no longer available apparently and got turned into sOdA which was a poor company decision since it wasnt announced by the company. So, ive spent more time on this app and i love the improvements being made so far. However, i wish there was a more specified filter other than showing people “around my age.” Much like purp and wink, you guys should add an age range slider so that it narrows who you want to talk to a bit more. But i can also see the downsides with that route. However, i think it’ll benefit more people and allows users to feel more comfortable being on the app. Idk if that makes sense? But it does to me. “Around my age” just sounds like i could “match” with somebody 3 years younger or 4 years older, but i would rather talk to somebody my own age.

Good App but confusing. The App itself is very visually appealing and easy to set up. Verification is simple and easy to understand. However, It’s confusing on how friend request works and apparently you can also message people when you send them a friend request. I personally liked it where Wizz had it where you could send a message as the friend request. The app is also laggy and kicks me out.

Its a good app just the verification process. Banned…. I got PERMANENTLY banned after first being banned for 1 day, then a week, now permanently. The reason for my ban was NEVER told, I tried reaching out to them but they never replied to me explaining why they banned me, if it was for verification reasoning, how was i supposed to verify my account if they were continuously banning me not allowing me to even log into the app. Ridiculous that this happened, would not recommend considering the lack of explanation and spontaneous ban.

Trash. I got perma banned for nothing I didn’t have gang signs any revealing pictures and I had a shirt on my face was clear and I’m 15 I got banned for following the rules this app is completely garbage banned for nothing warnings for little things it runs out of matches to quick I suggest wiz instead

It’s good but. Every thing was going well and I was talking to a lot of people but at some point it just wouldn’t like me do anything without crashing like I was being trying to go to somebody and the whole app would just close and it would not let me back in and all so the people in the app are weird but it ok and that’s all I have noticed I hope the first one can be fixed soon

good app BUT!. The app is great, but the only reason I give it 5.stars so more people see this is, it just randomly stoped opening. It started when I was adding some people to talk to and the add button would appear to be loading, so I closed and tried opening the app back but now it just stays stuck in the Renz screen

Said my age was incorrect. I can show you my drivers license or anything else, I don’t know if it is an ai or person, but I am the age I am inputting. I don’t have a way to respond back or anything, the app just keeps saying put my real age or I’ll get banned but because of what or whoever thinks I’m older, but I’m not. Is there any way I can reach out to support or anything? I can’t get past the sign up because the app decided I’m not the age my birth certificate claims I am. I think I’m just gonna delete the app because it’s not worth it and there’s nothing I can seem to do at the moment to show them I am my age.

JUST YES. This app is wonderful genuinely the only problem I have is there’s no option to choose my state or what friends or relationships I’m looking for no gender assignment search but other than that I got so many friends and three Mutuals!!!

Got my location wrong. The update where you’re able to find people in your state, I realized it started showing people in California and I’m no where near California. It’s not letting me change my location either so I’d like it for my location to be set to the right one

It’s fine for the most part, can’t change first pic though.. Besides the horrible moderation on people being weird on this app and sometimes 12 year olds on there or occasionally adults pretending to be minors. I changed my first picture once about 4 months ago, it’s still under review. I emailed the apps support email a month after I changed the picture and no response. If I change it again without the picture being approved I lose my verification.

Made friends!. See I personally don't have friends. At first I thought it was a dating app but no people are just herebyo make friends and sometimes more then that. I made my bio without a problem and made more friends then I would ever have made in person! Love this app would give a 6/5 if possible

app. while this app is still very new, the people on it all seem to be completely legit which is very rare in these types of apps and it does not just seem like a cash grab. It is still a bit basic but ai am sure that as it grows the developers will continue to create new updates.

Chat. This app is pretty good, I think the one thing it needs is like some sort of function where you enter a search room to find people that are on at the moment.

OK, so I like the app a lot they’re like a lot of nice people but when I try to upload a picture of me and my swimsuit covered up and not showing anything I got flagged but a bunch of the boys on the app have their shirts off and I just think that’s unfair and kind of sexist that I get flagged and they don’t cause I was covered up and was feeling myself and feeling cute and I get flagged, but the boys have their shirts off and they don’t get flagged on my eyes. Do not recommend!!!. I had to wait hours on several different occasions just to get my account banned for absolutely no reason. I tried to submit my PFP several times and each time I had to wait hours for a response which just ended up with a warning or a ban each time. The pictures were perfectly appropriate and showed my face clearly. Absolutely no reason for this nonsense!

Can’t even use the app. The app asks for you to verify your identity by taking a selfie with your hand up prior to using the app. I went ahead and submitted a photo, and it said “Our team is reviewing your account and you will receive a notification once verified!” That was yesterday. it’s still stuck on that screen. I’ve downloaded other apps and got verified within an hour.

It depends on Renz. Although the app is very good it’s self, it has some flaws, such as some bots trying to get me to give them my snap or buy “Things” from them, a few bugs that freezes the app, some that don’t give me coins even if I watch a ad and one I am currently facing which is the app not letting me log in or make a new account, I’ve already waited the 30 days but still nothing, all it shows is “RENZ” and nothing more for that, I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, still didn’t work, turned off my wifi, still didn’t work. Other than that it’s a very great app! My recommendation is maybe adding in a few new filters, such as one for ethnicity, sexual orientation/identity, and so on and so forth. I strongly recommend the app!!:D

Account locked after verification?. Just got the app yesterday, it's a relatively straightforward app and delivered what it promised, but I'm already (hopefully just temporarily) locked out of my account after doing nothing wrong. I believe what happened is that when verifying my account my front camera flipped the photo meaning I was flagged as a non-legitimate profile. I could be wrong but I can't really tell as I don't have access until this second verification is complete. Hopefully this can be resolved because I'd love to be able to rate it higher.

horrible system. i tried to verify myself 3 times and each time it said it wasn’t me when it CLEARLY was. i then got banned for it for 24 hours and i decided to delete my account and make a new one to see if that would fix the issue and as soon as i deleted it it said i can’t make a new account for another 30 days.

I got banned a day into using the app.. I had deleted my account because I wanted to make a new one because the app was running slow and I thought it would be better to delete and make a new one but then it has this rule where I have to wait 30 days and it has been thirty days and it still won’t let me make a new account.

Good app but. I like this app, it’s a lot like Yubo minus the NFT’s and the live streams, but I am part of the community moderation team, and there are no benefits to doing it except for knowing your doing a good thing, I think it would be a good idea to add some benefits like free coins, or a discounted memberships.

It’s a great app I love it, but... I ended up getting banned and I just downloaded it. I sent a picture of my face like it said and it still kept saying that it wasn’t me. The flash was also annoying as well. It also runs out for people to talk to as well..

Haven’t been verified over 8 hrs. All in all it started as a great fun all but then it wouldn’t let me message people or anything and started to say waiting for our team to verify I’ve been waiting for about 8 hrs does it usually take this long for this?

Just freezes. The loading screen takes forever😔 smh😒

Too slow. The app is too slow it takes 4-5 minutes just for me to pull up the discover and swipe interface, and I know it’s not my WiFi or data because I tested it out on other games and all and it worked completely fine so yeah this app is very slow be aware

Pending Verification.. Hi Renz, Today I uploaded new pictures on my profile. Normal pictures nothing inappropriate yet I still get a pending verification that says that you guys have detected a issue although nothing bad was uploaded to my profile.? Please fix this.!!!

banned before even using the app. i downloaded the app for the very first time today and right after i made my profile i was banned before even using the app. I don’t know what i even did wrong, the image i used was just a selfie, nothing inappropriate. I have recently emailed the team, no response yet.

I hate this app. There is a lot of fake people on the app they always be asking for your number and once you give them your number they will ask for your Instagram then they want to Dox you into many Contin creator is on there that should not be allowed. They need to add more stuff to it.

It won't let me go past when I enter my birthday. Every time I enter my birthday it won't let me continue to the next question. I have tried to re-download the app but it still doesn't work.

Getting suspended over nothing. I was banned for 10 hours yesterday for nothing. Maybe because I was pending my verification but there was nothing wrong with it, and today I got banned again for 3 days and all I’ve done is trying to get my verification.

i keep seeing se-ual content. i try to report everyone who has the body exposed and/or are shirtless but it feels like these reports aren’t doing anything. when i had my shoulders out it my pictures, it would let me use those but have breast almost completely out is okay? ridiculous on the other hand, i have made 2 rly nice friends from this app but the reports don’t do anything and i feel like the moderation team is taking everything too lightly

False Ban???. Literally couldn’t even finish adding a picture before i got permanently banned. A permanent ban for someone who wasn’t even able to look at the app for 5 minutes is insane and absolutely unreasonable. I can understand if you perma ban someone whos repeated an offense but to perma ban a new user who hasn’t even finished going through the account set up process is just absolutely insane to me

Fix. I love this app I give it 4 out of 5 because number one may you fix the “Chats expires in 24 hours” why can’t we leave it as an chat

Bad app. Honestly save the trouble and don’t even get the app I thought I was the only one struggling with the problem of being verified and some how about to get banned for no reason at all they give you a few you’ve been banned temporarily too a perma banned yeah tbh I don’t see this app growing for the main flaw of banning anyone for no reason

really good app but the new update.... I love this app; found countless friends, but i. do have one complaint. Why do i have to pay 40 coins to view top picks? it used to be free, and im just wondering why it isnt free anymore.

I like it. That app is really good for meeting people but it dose have some issues like some bots trying to get you but if that is fixed everything else is perfect.

Money hungry. If they didn’t put everything behind a paywall even though the vast majority of these users are minors and most likely won’t pay for anything then this rating would definitely be higher.

Friends. I found what I hope is a best friend for life with this app. If you’re looking for friends, you should get it.

suggestion. You guys have GOT to make age range features 17 years olds do NOT need access to 13 year olds on here. I wouldn’t even say make an age range preference just do it automatically based on the users age upon creation, I would also be more than willing to give you guys paid suggestions on improving the app.

3 stars. This app is good for making friends with reasonable people. But it also tends to get glitchy and slow at times and even bugs out. I have to keep restarting the app

Banned for a mistake. i got banned for my age being a year older without me realizing it then putting in my bio that i am 14. i’ve been trying to get unbanned all day and this is my first time using it. i don’t think i’ll ever use it again. i’ve tried changing it but all it did was get me banned again. this app is B to the S.

Love it but... I love this app. Since I don’t have social media it’s a good way to communicate with people. But just as of recently I have not been able to even get on it. I will click on the app and it won’t load. Please fix this!

its better then average. its actually not bad i dont like how when someone adds you that you have 24hrs to add them or decline them or else u dont get an option ive met a whole bunch of friends you can send socials well i like the feature of being able to select little titles about yourself recommend if wanting to make friends online

Boringgg. This app is basic and its really no fun The controls are weird and theres really old guys that switch their age n its overall creepy. I got the free trial to see how the app fully worked and i was CHARGED. It was a free 3 months and i cancelled it not even a full month after getting the trial. The app is boring and a waste of ur time
