Nyc runs Brooklyn half. Was great until my tracking froze at 0.69 miles to go and then did not track until said “race completed”. I almost had a heart attack thinking runner collapsed.

so upsetting!. the app was glitching and did not update the racers (friends) I was following. The app had them stuck in one spot, which was not accurate at all. So much for following their progress………

NYCRuns. My first time using the app. This was so much fun. I was in Cleveland watching my daughter run in Brooklyn, then flew to Chicago and landed just as she crossed the finish line!

Worked just fine. I followed the instructions from the “claim my profile” link from NYCRUNS, and it seems to work just fine for this coming weekend’s race

Brooklyn. Half Marathon. The app was great, I couldn’t be there today, but was still able to track both my kids. I didn’t have lag time, it was actual times and the posted times were actuate and great…. Made me feel as close to being there as possible! Thank you

Great!. This app was so easy to use. Our daughter was doing the 1/2 marathon. We didn’t need a login-just her bib number to track her. Thanks for letting us be a small part of her big accomplishment 😃

Brooklyn half marathon. I’m in another state away from my son, who is running the Brooklyn, half marathon, and I was able to feel like I was with there of cheering him on the sidelines, what an amazing app! It kept me so in touch and wonderful details showed me exactly how he was doing down to every minute. Great app I will definitely use it again!

Crashed. Very disappointed. The app crashed halfway through my friends race. At first it just wouldn’t load new info after Mile 6, but eventually only opened to an Error Page. The race was incredibly unorganized for friends and families trying to find their runners, which made not knowing when he actually finished that much more frustrating. Hopefully the race and the app figure out how to accommodate so many runners and spectators for next year!!
