Quick and easy application. Applying for this card was so simple. Loving the usage summary available to see the different types of transactions that can be made.

Worst App Ever. Applied for this card and approved. After approval you have to download the app so you can finish your application. It is a complete waste of time. It never sends me an email so I can finish my application. Called customer service only for them to tell me that they were going to send me an email. Turns out the email gets me nowhere either. It’s a cycle that is a dead-end. I checked my spam. I deleted the app and re-download it a few times to no avail. Apparently it has a lot of bugs. They need to do something about it. Very frustrating. I don’t recommend you apply until they fix it.

Terrible onboarding experience, no point tracking. Having applied for this product the day it was announced, it was one of the worst onboarding experiences ever. Double (and erroneous ) two factor authentications, “oops there was a problem”, and still current - an annoying login situation that won’t remember you from session to session. Lastly, for a card/support app that emphasizes point earning, there’s no way to track points or any information on when points or a signup bonus posts.

AMC Visa card application. I have been trying to apply for my card but it will not let me finish the process. Will not verify my address. Been trying for days. They say the problem is fixed.

The easiest experience ever. This has to be hands down the easiest and most convenient way to apply for and manage a consumer credit card.. Apps have changed the way we do things in this world and this app is a game changer for managing my personal credit cards.. ohh and the points. Wow.. we love going to the movie theater and will rack these points up easily! This will be my exclusive digital card in my apple wallet and my main card in my real wallet .. This is the way!!!

Extremely disappointed. I was given a credit line when I completed the approval process using the QR code in a theater advertisement but then I’m told to download the app which seems like it’s trying to make me apply a SECOND TIME only to get denied after doing stupid selfies and drivers license uploading! None of my other major credit cards required this nonsense! Making me rethink being an A List member OMG! I had actually started to like this card but then a payment from SIX days ago had not posted to my account even though it was debited from my Bank. I was on the AMC website trying to find the payment history and somehow I ended up making ANOTHER payment which had ZERO conformation! There was NO option to cancel the payment so I called Customer service, talked with a domestic agent that was eager to help but sadly the call dropped!!! Upon calling back, I talked to two different offshore agents that were totally useless and one even refused a Supervisor or to allow me to speak to someone with knowledge on THEIR website! I was forced to call my bank to cancel a payment that had not even gone out! That is unacceptable!!! ALL other credit card websites allow you to cancel a pending payment done before it’s been processed! CLOSING this account and canceling all FOUR of our A list accounts!

Photo Capture Issue. The app ask for a photo of your ID. Front photo works and the app guides you to move the camera closer. The next photo for the backside will not work and the app guiding you does not appear. You can’t manually upload either.

Awesome card and huge rewards for movie goers. You can literally see all the movies and foods for free with this card

Scam. Straight up scam . I applied then it said i was approved I provided my picture selfie then after that it was put under review and within a day it was declined 5 times !!! I have a 750 credit score !! Scam!!!

Crappiest card/customer service you could get. I love going to the movies and I actually spend quite a lot going every week or two so I decided to get a credit card and join the A-list. I got the card. It was going great. I later get a charge for a payment that I didn’t make. I reached our to them and customer service was bad. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was told that they resolved my payment and when I asked if I had to pay that even though I didn’t make the transaction, and they said there was nothing they could do and I would probably have to pay. When I call they make me email and when I send an email, the email says that I need to call. So what do I do? Which is it? You’re better off just not even getting the app or calling. The app is just as bad when it comes to disputes and false charges.

Okay, but AutoPay needs work.. Signed up on day one as I’m a heavy movie goer to AMC theaters. However, the AutoPay feature needs work through PLAID. I’m unable to link my account and contacted customer service to which they said “use another account”. I do not have another account to use.

Doesn’t work. Like most of AMC’s stuff, the app crashes and doesn’t work. What a joke

AMC Visa GREAT CARD. Fast approval. No fees and finally a card that with just small purchases you can build points for something you can actually enjoy. I have lots of credit cards, but it seems I never build up enough points to really use them for anything. This card has benefits anyone can use.

Completely useless. I was instructed to download this app and finish the application process. It sent me a code to my phone which I entered, then it sent a code to my email which I entered and kept getting an error message that something went wrong. I tried multiple times and gave up. I have no idea if I got the card or not and the error message was too frustrating so I gave up. This is the absolute worst way to make people sign up for a stupid credit card. There’s no number to call, so I can’t get any help. Guess I won’t be going to movies at AMC?

Just go ahead and get it. Good company that gives good rewards for purchases! U can use it anywhere and take it to AMC theatre and get rewarded for purchases, no annual fees or anything, kind of a no brainer, get approved in minutes

AMC Rewards. If you want to see the rewards for AMC start to pile up use this card. One of the easiest cards I’ve had to setup and use. App is well designed and can even change the color background for your pleasure. A+ with the AList.

Frustrated. Never in my lifetime have I experienced an application process so non responsive. To be approved and not get any support or assistance tells me AMC doesn’t care. I’m done.
