Famed photographer Nick Knight used the app on Travis Scott’s Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight album cover. It’s one of Kylie Jenner’s favorites, the Gorillaz used it for their Humanz promotions, same with Diesel, Dolce & Gabbana, Been Trill, the MTV VMAs, and there are even filters catered to movies like Ghost in the Shell. It’s easy to use, too
Glitch-face is the new selfie
— Fast Company
This super cool app will take your regular photos from ordinary to psychedelic. Glitché has taken the art of pixelation and distortion and put it in the palm of your hand. Once an art form achievable only with the help of Photoshop, Glitché helps even the most unexperienced user to create captivating illustrations

2.99 on top of what I already paid for the app just to save photos in HD ??? Really ??? What a joke
Monthly sub prices or one time of $40 Would’ve preferred to know about cost up front. Only edits photos without “pro”
I hope I’m missing something, somewhere, but this is a scam if true that one needs to continue paying for a subscription for Hi-Res export after purchasing the full($39.99) version. Please, tell me it’s not true. How about a better or just some description in the App Store about the in-app purchases and what’s included. Very clear why there is no demo version. Well, I guess it’s just another reason to stop buying apps.
If you wanna waste a dollar, then feel free to download this. All you’re gonna get is a few silly effects for camera roll pics ONLY. And oh by the way, you gotta shell out another $3 if you want them in reasonable quality. Everything about this silly app is trying to nickel-and-dime you. And for what? Ironically, to make your videos look worse, in glitchy quality. So unless you’re cool with paying $40 for the “full pro experience” then save your dough. (I should have known better than to trust a product endorsed by a Kardashian, shame on me)
I am one of the many people who have used this app forever and have paid to have pro access only to see that they have moved to a subscription based service. It's a shame to alienate people who have already paid you for pro features.
Paid 1.05 and Only got offers to get premium EXPLAIN WHY I PAID A DOLLAR I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE, Unprofessional.
How is it that I’ve paid to download this app only to be brought to a screen that asks me to pay for a subscription to use this app? Get it together and give me my dollar back you scammers.
I don’t want to buy an app that doesn’t work I have to buy additional things to make it work.
Why in the flying (insert blank), would anyone pay to merely download this garbage app. To use practically any of the features, you need to pay for a (insert blank) (insert blank) stupid piece of (insert blank) subscription. Ridiculous. Incredibly. Should have known better.
I brought the app for 1 dollar and you literally can’t even use it for editing videos!
Such underhanded practices. If the app were really that good they wouldn’t lure you to buy the $.99 app only to learn that to use the app as advertised you need to jump on the the good-ship Exorbitant Subscription. Contacting Apple now for refund.
What a great idea but absolutely canned by most reviewers... I just couldn’t justify the exorbitant annual fees... really want people staying away don’t ya??
Very creative and wacky app. Give it a go!
Cute app but you have to pay extra to use all the features you can honestly get by without paying though so no big deal
Gif not working
Um... I paid for this app and I need to pay to put glitch on the videos? Is this a joke?!
Amazing app but then you just pay then pay even more. Glitché Would be Way Way better if you don't just PAY!!. If at least Pay when you buy the app. And also just make it FREE!. So please just make everyone stop paying.
They changed it to subscription based and screwed over anyone who had purchased any ad-ons. this is ridiculous.
Classic case of developers getting popular. I downloaded this when it was fairly new to the the App Store. I enjoyed it I could make gif/video effects on my pictures. I even bought extra services. Then they had to milk the app as much as possible and require a subscription service for what I’d say is mediocre additions. Pretty annoyed they’d do this but not surprised, as most picture editing apps have moved in this direction. Hopefully they’d reconsider but money speaks more than displeased users. Just know if you’re a new user and paying for a subscription I had more access and functionality when it was completely free, you’re getting scammed.
I feel going with the full access 39.99 very worth buying if you’re open to just simply being creative. If you’re someone who can benefit most out of this app I would recommend to any photographer or illustrator. It appeals media more in such polluted defiance thank you very much for the opportunity to also experience using an app most celebrities are taking action. Somewhat of a touch we all can have access.
Great app, learning curve...Happy 2019.
I paid for full access to pro features, but now that they went to a renew subscription and such .So either they give me a full refund , give me a one time pitcher subscription or i will be contacting apple on this matter. Have a good day .
I bought this app a few years back, and it was pretty cool for 0.99, except you need to pay 9$ back then for half of the features that should be in the app in the first place, assuming the way they presented the app to us customers (like high quality export options, video effects, camera filters etc.) The base app was still pretty decent and I could make really cool edits using this app even if it’s exported at low quality, and so I decided not to pay 9$ for more features because I thought to myself I wouldn’t really need them anyways. Skip to today, and I’m very disappointed. I decided to re-download the app and pay for the “PRO” features, only to find out that it’s subscription based now. You have to pay 4$ per month, or 20$ for 1 year access, or a one time big payment of 40$ for everything. Jesus Christ, it’s HIGHLY overpriced and I feel like i’ve been tricked. There’s also a review that I read about this guy saying he paid for the 9$ PRO features before, but lost his access to these features when the app was updated, and he was asked to pay again. This is unfair for those people that paid for your app thinking that they’ll actually get what they paid for. Instead, this app is full of layers and layers of tricks to fool people just to get their money. That’s highly unethical. It’s a sad thing, because this app was really great. I would’ve been willing to pay 40$ for the full package if you were honest in presenting the app to us customers, but based on how you tricked a lot of people, including me, what’s to say you won’t just take my money and make me pay another 40$?
This is my first time writing a review and I’m not one to do this but I feel like it’s my duty to let y’all know not to buy this app. Yes it’s only $0.99 but it’s not worth it. I wanted to edit some videos and make them look cool. I’d just have to pay for more features.
We need a desktop app now
I paid a dollar to be told I needed to pay $20 a year to use this app. Thanks for nothing. I want my money back.
i really like this app in terms of what can be created but i wish the actual use of the app was easier or the controls were explained because it took me like a week to figure out how to make a gif and even then i don’t know how to do it with some effects.
Great app but my one problem is you have to pay for the app and pay about 3 euro for the filters
Love this such cool edits
Great app, easy to use & great for quick experimentation. Don't hesitate download it 💥
Don't buy this app - there's a lot better out there and you have to pay an additional €2.99 for camera filters!
The app is easy to use and has some pretty interesting features. All in all, not bad. One huge issue is stability. If you have the app open for more than a minute and use more than one of the filters, it will crash. They need to work on this.
really cool app but keeps crashing and loosing edits in progress... especially the videos
Love the effects but usability needs much work
