App keeps changing prices and removing deals. Too many random changes in the app with prices going up and down. Sales are good but original pricing is high compared to other fast food. (Example: deal 6 tacos for $6 was decent but regular price is 5.39 for only 3 tacos!! Their tacos are not that good lol) Most the food here is good but some isn’t. Update: They removed breakfast items on the valuez section again.. Too much app changing. First the .99 coffee deal disappeared and now the “valuez” section is completely gone. Why wouldn’t anyone just go to McDonald's to pay $8+ for a combo.

Unreliable. buggiest app on my phone for sure. when it’s working, it’s really convenient. however it seems like every new update totally breaks it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times now to combat it not saving my account information or just not letting me log in at all. I go on my lunch break for work to grab Sheetz often, and whether or not I have enough time to eat is determined by the app and if it wants to work or not. today I will not have enough time because it told me my login credentials are wrong. I opted to reset my password, and the password it had on record is the one I was just entering. uninstalled and reinstalled; same issue. unreliable.

IOS 15 REQUIRED. I have had no problems using the app other than in the store (people stealing food, or the employees not putting it out) never had a problem using the “Sheetz go” on my phone or the “Gas and go” until the most recent update which requires IOS 15 and they won’t allow you to use the IOS 14.8 version of the app so now they’ve lost a customer used to ONLY stop at Sheetz due the the points you could use for money off gas and the 3¢ off the gallon with the Sheetz card but now it’s not worth it, gas is cheaper at other stations even after the 3¢ off. Sheetz used to be one of the better gas stations but it looks like they’re following in 7/11’s and BP’s footsteps to failure

Please add Apple Pay. I’ve been using the app for quite awhile and just recently starting using Apple Pay for its ease of use with all other apps. But it’s impossible to pay for my order through the app with Apple Pay. I can use Apple Pay at the drive-thru window, but that means I can’t use the app to order. Please close this gap and add Apple Pay to the app!

Still a Lousy app. Every time I try to use an offer I load it onto my card, pick up the item, give the card and item to the attendant, they ring it up and tell me the price - it’s always full retail. Then we just stare at each other. From what they say the discounted price doesn’t show until they “tender” the sale, which they don’t do until I pay. I tried it their way once and my credit card was charged the full price, they had to cancel the sale and ring it up again. A month ago I had to replace the credit card assigned to my account. I deleted the old one then went to add the new one, I get a message that something is wrong and to call support, which I did. It’s been a month now and I still can’t add the card onto the app. Card is good, information is good, the app and website just doesn’t allow me to add it. Haven’t heard from support yet.

Cannot online order-don’t waste your time. This app used to be great but ever since it updated or I had to log in again because I got a new phone. I cannot online order. I have purchased two gift cards and added my credit cards several times. I won’t save any. I have lost my gift cards and money. I cannot add a payment. Tells me it cannot refresh my gift cards. Won’t even let me pay in store. Completely frustrating especially in times when you cannot spend time in the store.

Good but would like some changes. I like being able to order from home and my food be ready pick up by the time I get there. Works well for the most part. My biggest complaint is that you don’t know if something is missing from the menu in the app or if the store is out of stock of a menu item. Would be nice if it did what the tablets do in the store which is grey out what is on the menu but unavailable at that time.

So many bugs and issues. I got this app because I have a short lunch period at work and cannot afford to wait in line. Most days, I get a message that says there is a network connection error. So I close out and hop back in and try to place my order again, and am told I can’t order because I submitted too many orders in the last minute. Now, I’ve lost ALL my points because it kicked me out of my signed in status, and refuses to recognize my email address. I cannot sign back in. I tried to make a new account, but it won’t let me because my email is already in use. I won’t be supporting this app or the store with as much business as I used to. This is ridiculous.

Pretty good for the most part. The only problem I have from time to time is when ordering I get an order received confirmation email, but the store says they never got the order. Sad part is there is only one store in my area. One improvement that could be made is give the option of ice, no ice and amounts of ice in fountain drinks. You're almost guaranteed a full cup of ice with a little sip of drink when ordering on app or online.

I love Sheetz. The thing I love most about Sheetz is not the food or the service or even the hour in the bathroom after eating their food, it’s definitely the app. This app not only will delete your whole order after you click a simple back button out of your cart to add something, but it will also glitch and lock up whenever you decide to try an use your payment method in app! I’ve never used such an intuitive app that will keep me guessing on whether it’ll work or not! This is the best fun I’ve had since before COVID!

Mr Martin. I am a regular customer, and shop at the King, NC store. The store number is 483. I would like to recognize an outstanding employee by the name of Lisa. I do not know her last name ,but she wears a baseball cap with many buttons on it. She is friendly, courteous , and an excellent employee. Please reward Lisa for her excellent service! Please don't let me order food 45 minutes away without confirming. It would be nice if they would make sure you wanted to order food 30 miles away. Glad I got to waste time and money just to have no lunch. Obviously, this was user error. But it would be a fantastic feature to have the app ask if you're sure you want to order from a store that's 45 minutes away from you. That way, happy customer and no wasted food. Since I don't have any lunch, at least I've got time to write this. I think I'll just stick to Rutter's since i actually like their food to some degree and they have better options. Sheetz was just meant to keep me from being hungry at work but instead just soured my mood.

It needs an overhaul. I have been trying to use this app for a while now, and it has been nothing but problems. My gift cards that I got and put into the app do not work, and have even stopped working in person, whether this is coincidence or because I entered them in the app, I don’t know. Whenever I try to refresh the page and see if the cards work, it’s shows an error saying it can’t refresh the gift cards. This app is also WAY more complicated than it needs to be. It is such an ordeal to try and pay ahead of time only to say that I still need to pay at the register. They need to simplify and rework the app, because it would drastically improve my day if I can actually order and pay on the phone and pick it up on my way to work.

Not accurate on ‘Offerz’/Lost funds/Downhill App. I’ve been a Sheetz Freak for 3+ years and have witnessed the app slowly go downhill to the point where it is now actively untrustworthy. Whether ’Offerz’ being downright wrong (a recent purchase fell under all guidelines, but did not give discount) OR the loss of funds on a gift card that the staff at the Sheetz were unable to recover (payment terminal froze after payment and had to be hard reset by a team member…. Then re-rung with my gift card balance now zero), this app is no longer trustworthy. I will not be storing funds on this app and will continue to reevaluate my use of both this app and reasons to go to Sheetz.

Could use some adjustments. I love sheetz and am happy I have the app to make it easier to order. What I don’t like about it is, there’s no option to make adjustments on your orders. I like y break mast sandwiches extra toasted and there’s no option for that, so I always have to call and ask them to make it extra toasted. There is also no button for brewed tea, only fountain drinks. So it becomes inconvenient for me because I either have to wait in line to pay for it there or order a fountain pop and ask them to make it tea when I called. If these changes could be made, I’d give the app 5 stars.

I’m having problems.. I get notifications that I have special offers etc. . But I can’t access them. I keep getting the message oh Sheetz, update needed please update to the newest version. I updated as soon as I get this message. I went back to the app and the same please update message keeps popping up . Went back to the App Store and it says open, not update. I can’t update any further, but the app insists that I need to update to newest version before I can get access! Don’t know how to fix this. I’m tempted to take the app off my phone.

Cannot add credit card. I was required to add a payment method to complete my order. This is fine, however when prompted for the expiration date, it only gave me the options for 11 (November) and 12 (December). My card does not expire on either of these months. I believe that this is an error with the app confusing an expiration date with a date of pickup or something, as it is November as if the date that I attempted the transaction. Please fix this and I’ll change my rating.

Reward items can’t be un-redeemed. I like the app and I shop at Sheetz at least 3 times a week. Clean stores and good products. My complaint is that I cannot “un-redeem” an item once it is selected in Rewards. I accidentally selected a coffee mug which I will never use. I asked the clerk at the store and he confirmed the selected item could not be returned in the app. I threw away Sheetz points that I could have redeemed for something useful. Lesson learned.

PSA: Customer service rep sent me to SCAMMERS!!!!. Called customer service today. I had issues with paying on the app and the website. The rep gave me another number to call. She read it to me several times, so I know for a fact I wrote the number down right. She also tells me that this is the only department that can take payment over the phone. I call the number and it’s an Indian lady. No automated system, no music. Just more Indian ppl in the background. The lady immediately asks for my debit card number to look up my account. I tell her my debit card isn’t linked to my account. She starts to say something else and the call ends. I call back and we have the same conversation as before. She tells me she cannot help me without the debit card number. I start questioning her and the call ends. I call Sheetz customer service back tell them what happened. They tell me that is not the right number and they can never take payment over the phone. So have scammers started working for big companies now? Are their employees getting paid by scammers to send customers to the scammers thinking they are talking to the same company? (Hope you could follow that, but I don’t know how else to say it.) This is crazy. I hope Sheetz actually looks into this and figures out who sent me to scammers. They said they would, but who knows if they really will. Just wanted to warn y’all. If you call and there is not music or automated system, it’s a scam!

Great app but few bugs currently. It’s amazing when it works. But today it will no longer let me order with “pay in store” option. Only redirects me to payment methods of using cards for pay now pick up. It’s nice being able to use the pay in store option when I just want to pay cash for pick up and not have to wait around for ordering in store.

Good…If It Works…. When the app works, it is incredibly convenient to order ahead and avoid what amounts to a pretty long wait in store (in my area at least). The problem is the app doesn’t work as often as it does. My favorites, order history, and location are often lost with no explanation. Even more puzzling, the app can’t locate a store to even start an order despite the fact that I live within 2 miles of a location. The instances where I can’t order ahead cause me to take my business elsewhere that day. There are likely others who feel the same. Be better Sheetz…

Delivery & app. I love Sheetz! It is my go to convenience store/gas station. However, I do not like that they have every flavor of Mountain Dew available for delivery except livewire Mountain Dew. That and the fact that if you order for delivery and pick up they do not refund you or notify you that an item is not available or no longer available at that location. Those are my only complaints

It’s okay when it works. First, please make the button for pumping gas more prominent. It’s at the bottom, and I have to look for it forever to find it. My other issue is, the app wouldn’t work at all yesterday. I had a very early morning meeting, so I tried to order breakfast for pickup, and the food menu would not load. I tried to later order for delivery at work, still wouldn’t load (small town, we have no other options for ordering food). Then I needed to stop for gas on the way home and when I tapped the pump and pay button, it wouldn’t recognize that I was at a Sheetz, even though I refreshed and restarted the app.

Love Sheetz; HATE this App. Nothing but issues, especially recently, but it’s been buggy and unreliable since I first downloaded it early in the Pandemic: among other annoyances, it frequently “can’t load stores”, it thinks I’m at the wrong Sheetz and won’t let me check in, and, most recently it’s simply not letting me get to the screen that allows me to order. I buy both food and fuel from Sheetz 2-3 times a week, and would love to have an app that actually works properly.

Automatic brightness is rough. I assume the app automatically increases screen brightness so the Sheetz card barcode can easily be scanned, but I’m sitting on a dark bus with other people and trying to place an order for when I get off, and my phone keeps becoming as bright as the sun. Not only is it just super annoying, but it’s preventing me from placing an order since I can’t do so without bothering other people.

Useless App. I added the app so that I could pre-order and pick up food at the drive through. Absolutely would not let me enter a method of payment. I had entered my email address incorrectly but even after I fixed it and verified my email address the app would never let me enter a credit card onto my wallet. I finally created a new account using a different email address and had no problems. This bug needs to be corrected.

Worst Ordering App. It took me 3 tries to figure out how to add just a credit card. That’s not even an option under pay. I had to buy a gift card and long and behold it finally asked my for my card info. After purchasing the gift card and trying to place an order it keeps telling me an unknown error has occurred. So now I have a Sheetz gift card I cannot use. Sheetz you just lost my business this morning over a malfunctioning app, with bad user friendliness. I’ve got 4 kids in the car with me, all I wanted was to order a coffee for curbside on my way to the park. I am not taking 4 kids in to do that. I was already on the fence about Sheetz. Now my mind is made up.

Latest Update - Not a fan. Like the app a lot. Use it every day. Placing an MTO order when I leave my house and having it ready when I get to the store is a fantastic timesaver. I drive an EV now but when I’ve needed to fuel up the 2nd car the Fuel part works great. My gripe is with the Go portion. I use that every morning as well. Who’s bright idea was it to put every single size and flavor of fountain drink in there? Previously I just hit fountain and then extra large and was done. Now I have to scroll through the giant list to get to what I want. If the goal is to track which specific item is selling, that’s cool. Add a favorites option or something like you have for MTO so I can get to what I want quickly.

3rd time items ordered and paid for were missing. No one with Sheetz seems to know how to get refunds in missing items that were ordered. It’s stealing and law enforcement should get involved. I had previous orders where the same thing happened and I’m waiting over a year to hear back. 2 different stores on these recent orders. It’s ridiculous that the don’t even offer customer service on the app. They rarely reply or answer. Plus the app regularly rejects debit/credit cards that are perfectly good at any other app. Get your act together Sheetz. I’m done losing money to you.

Unusable and Inconvenient App.. My wife was coming home on a long trip and I was just trying to order her some food to pick up quickly so she could hit the road. I went through the whole process of ordering and when I tried to “Check In” it required MY phone to be at the Sheetz I ordered at in order for my wife to pick the food. My wife couldn’t pick up her food AND I had already paid for it. In terms of the functionality of this app - it has issues. I tried to put in a new car but it wouldn’t add it to my order. Additionally, when I entered my card into the app, I accidentally put in the wrong address and it doesn’t allow me to go back in and change it. Lots of inconvenient issues that majorly effected my attempt to order my wife some food for her long trip back home.

New version doesn’t work. The app crashes immediately. Tried uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling. No dice. As soon as I’m logged in, crash happens until I uninstall, the. I get to log in again to watch it crash. Other than that, I love Sheetz and this app is awesome when it works. Edit: got a response that it was fixes and it was, thanks

Bugs With New Design. This app is great when it works. It used to be very reliable. Lately I’ve been getting randomly logged off, I’m unable to prepay for my order, I’ve accidentally submitted multiple orders (to pay in-store), and the app just forgot my credit card info and logged me out which prompted this review. If and when the bugs are fixed, it’s an easy 5-star app.

Tracking information complaint. You guys should really have tracking information be placed in the app and not be sent through a text. It’s kind of uncomfortable to be waiting forever for a text to tell me when my order is coming, there should be an immediate place to check the status.

I expected more from Sheetz. Love the store, but the app doesn’t meet my expectations at all. Instead of giving you a number for your MTO order like in store ordering would, the order feature has them print your entire name on your bag. Great for creepy people to look you up by, thanks for that. There is also no functionality in the app to report that something was wrong with an order. I came out missing two items, with no idea how to report that, as no one ever answers the phone either. Wholly disappointing.

Customer Service Review. I recently used the pump-to-pay option through the app and ran into a problem, so I contacted customer service and it turns out Sheetz wasn't the problem, but instead it was my bank at fault. Regardless, the customer service support was amazing and super simple! I do wish they had an easier way to call customer service through the app instead of the website.

Can’t use any of my cards to pay?. I don’t know why or what happened, but I’ve never had an issue paying before I go (which is my preferred method) but for some reason, using both the app and internet browser I get an error of “payment failed” and I’ve tried every card I have. I don’t understand what the issue could be, my bank said that they didn’t flag the card or anything of that nature, so I assume it’s the app

Forces unwanted system update. The only thing I use the app for is to use points for gas discounts since all other functions don’t seem to work most of the time. Today it’s a forced update when I’m obviously not in WiFi and surely don’t want the headache from all the new issues with iOS versions. The prompt says I can download the most recent app that will work with my phone but when I click to download that, it pops up the same error. Also I didn’t like the removal of the coffee subscription.

Love sheetz, hate their app.. Sheetz is great, more of them than not. Lately it’s been unusually bad but everything is unusually bad right now so it is what it is. The major issue with this app, is it malfunctions a lot. It will randomly send orders to the wrong store. It will randomly cancel orders, you can’t edit MTO favorites or even edit MTO food in checkout if you change your mind. The app is not what I’d expect from Sheetz, plus when these issues happen there is no way to get ahold of anyone to get refunds or get problems fixed. No customer support at all in the app and the staff in store have no clue how to interact with the app. Also it’s ridiculous that you can’t cancel orders ever. As soon as it’s placed, the option to cancel isn’t available. So if the app messes up there is no way to simply cancel it and order it correctly.

The App Works but They Don’t Care For Customers. Recently ANYTHING Sheetz could do to screw you over and nickel and dime you has been done. They removed a drink subscription, leaving only a useless fry subscription. They attempted to Jack up the prices previously by an extreme amount (I noticed it on a $3/4 dollar pizza jumping to $5 dollars, which was ultimately revoked). They are now removing their good brands, likes Gallikers, and replacing it with the cheapest options on the market to gain the greatest amount of profit. They even have removed most of the actual point rewards and replaced them with less preferred options, while ALSO Raising the costs for most of the reward options. I’m honestly done. I’m going to get food here and gas periodically, I won’t be able to 100% avoid it. But I have lost EVERY INCENTIVE TO GO HERE FOR MYSELF. My last straw was the removal of Gallikers tea. It ALWAYS SEEMS TO SELL OUT in my areas from popularity and I always get at least one a day. But I’ll never be caught drinking the Schneider Tea crap. Yes this review is a rant and the app works for me. But this app is an extension of the Sheetz Brand and I now believe this company is worth 1 Star. Please do something to communicate and ask your customers before you let solely your upper management change things.

Now that the points are working again for me. Can you do me a favor Add in a built in receipt keeper I am constantly having to ask for receipts if they are to busy I don’t get receipts and the app should be able to keep a digital receipt honestly It’s not rocket science this is computer science. Also need to update the gift card system To be able to work at or pay at the gas pumps. I have really bad feet and having to park walk in pay for gas Walk back out is sometimes more then I can physically bear pain wise. Thank you. Alley

I like the app when it works.... I go to sheetz regularly because it’s convenient on my way back from work. I honestly think their rewards program is great and saves me money in the long run instead of not getting rewards from another gas station where I would be getting the same things. All that is great if only the consistently worked. I shouldn’t have to get lucky just to use reward points. Sometimes I don’t fill up on gas everyday but it would be nice to know on the days I do I have the opportunity to save a little. I can’t do that if the app doesn’t work.

Sheetz corrected issue, app now great. Originally I downloaded app and could not load a payment type and had issues with app freezing. Sheetz reached out and resolved issue by giving me the ability to reset my PIN. Now it works perfectly and I highly recommend reaching out to them if you’re having an issue. They will take care of it. Thank you!!

Apple Watch Support for Sheetz Card Please!. I would love to be able to add my sheetz card pass to my Apple Watch. It would be super convenient to scan my sheetz card and pay from my watch while scanning items in the store or while paying at the pump. Not sure if this is an Apple or developer limitation, but it’s definitely my most desired feature for both.

Don’t Order MTO food. For starters, when ordering your food, the “cancel” button is hidden by their logo at the bottom of the screen. Then you have the issue of not being able to cancel your order. The only reason why I would have to cancel my order would be that the ASAP option for picking up food is 60 minutes! I ordered the food in their parking lot so it isn't based on your location. And I picked the ASAP option too. There is no wait in store and other people are ordering on terminals and getting their food before mine.

No Longer Works. I loved this app and used it often. Recently EVERY time I’ve tried to submit an order I get the following error message: Order Failed: Too many orders submitted from your browser in the last minute. I’ve reported the issue through the website and they suggested I clear my cache/history, delete the app then reload it, done all of that and it still doesn’t work. I’m missing out on rewards and deals because of this issue. Hope this gets fixed or else I’ll just have to delete the app, which is sad because I did enjoy using it when it worked.

Decent App. The App for Sheetz is decent at what it does, and it makes ordering MTO easy and fast. While the user experience is good, it would be nice to have a more obvious way to leave feedback, like sometimes my order is messed up, or sometimes the person behind the counter did an extra amazing job and I want a way to share that. It would also be nice to have the ability to select amounts of an extra on your order. For example an ability when getting mayo to select “lite, regular, or heavy” rather than just hoping the person making my food has the life experience to know how much sauce I like on something. Keep up the overall good work!

Update. Love the sheetz app when it works! I’m not sure what the solution to the issue I’m having I’m having is but it say I need to update the app but the App Store says it’s up to date and it still says I need the to do the update. I tried deleting and reinstalling the up but it still needs update? Any ideas? I have 2500 points I’d love to use😂

Complaints option?. I love using the sheetz app as it makes it very easy to stop by and pick up an order when it’s ready. But its just such a large pain when I’m in a hurry and I am missing items. Not sure if complaints is the right word but I wish there was a way to let rhe store or app know to be reimbursed for missing items through the app.

Problem adding a debit card to my wallet.. I recently had to replace my debit card because of fraudulent activity. When I tried to add my new card to the wallet, I got an error messages saying my card could not be added. I tried multiple times, tried using a credit card, restarting the phone, and finally deleted and reinstalled the app. None of these things worked. I recently installed the latest update to iOS (Apple iPhone 13 Pro.) Is it possible that the app is not fully compatible with the iOS update? I hope we can find a solution. I am disabled and used to order and pay on line so I could use curbside pickup. I’m back to going into the store and ordering and paying there.

Super useful for contactless shopping. In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Sheetz app has become indispensable in my daily work, allowing me to have food made & paid for by the time I’m ready to pick it up between work shifts. The Shcan & Go features makes shopping for items not in the app a breeze, and I can avoid lines or coming into contact with potential transmission surfaces. Finally, keeping track of my offers and redeeming rewards is a snap with the app.

Also problem adding debit card. I also had to get a new card due to fraudulent activity an it was asking me for a PIN number. I’ve never had a PIN number I tried the 2 different PIN numbers if I had chosen a PIN number and those didn’t work so I can not add a new card. So I am back to ordering inside the store and waiting. Disappointed for sure!

Baher. First I used to love this App and Sheetz is my best Gas Station until they ruined the App, I can’t open the App anymore I tried to Delete it many times and reinstall it again and did all the Updates but Still as soon as you click on it it open for 2 seconds then close by it self. Now I can’t order my food before I get to the gas station and I have to go physically to order the food and that wasting my time. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Works most of the time. Excellent when it works, but sometimes it crashes as the order is placed. The scan & go feature is a great way to avoid the line. I would prefer if I was able to use Apple Pay when making purchases from within the app.

Update - Check in doesn’t work, locks down app. I was able to do a mobile order, but the check-in doesn’t work. The app is locked down while displaying the check in message and you can’t click check in. So much for curbside. After some fiddling with location settings I was able to get it to work

Convenient for night shift workers. This is very convenient for working nights when everywhere else is closed. However, it would be nice if they could include all of their convenient store category items instead of just a few.

Can’t order anything!. I’ve had this app for over a year. All of the sudden, I got to the order screen and it’s blank. I’ve restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still this issue persists. This is extremely inconvenient as I depend on this when my department puts in separate orders and we take turns going to pick up our orders in bulk. This needs fixed ASAP! I’m sitting here and can’t get lunch today due to this.

Gotten worse. The previous iteration of the app was easier to use one handed. This version, while easier to choose by image instead of words (better for people that can’t read), it does make it far more difficult to create an order one handed (need more focus to find items as they can be left or right side versus a list that you can scroll).

Terrible app. I haven’t been able to login for months! I thought maybe it was my service at first, but I’ve tried it multiple times on WiFi since. Then I thought maybe it was that I forgot my password and tried to reset it. Never got an email. I’ve tried to login on the browser or on the app and it either acts like it’s loading or says “Network Connection Error.” I even thought that the recent update might fix it and nothing.

Sheetz App. This App is pretty user friendly except figuring out how to get up your Sheetz number up. But after some time you do get it. However try to find a local Sheetz is a joke. The App says put in address, city and state or zip. No combination works. So we use Google maps. I agree with the review saying that you should be able to alter food orders. A few teaks and this could be a good APP

Failed app. Why would Sheetz charge a credit card $100 just to verify if you are the person using the card. Charge a dollar so it would actually go through. I got called by my Credit Card Company for fraud and canceled all the transactions and almost blocked my card. Worst app idea ever. Be smart and charge a dollar like USPS system does. I’m deleting all my info and deleting the app. It’s worthless due to that feature.

App crashes. I have not been able to use this App on my iPhone for the past 2 months, as soon as I open the app it crashes, I’ve tried updating to the latest iOS, uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times, restarted phone ect. Nothing works. I have well over 1000 points that are useless because I can’t redeem them without the app. Hopefully this gets fixed soon….

Still completely broken. New version just came out today, June 2nd 2023. After months of crashing as soon as the app is opened I decided to try it again. After the latest update it does the exact same thing. Not sure what these “bug fixes and performance enhancements” are exactly, but it would be great if they could fix the bug where their app literally crashed out within a second of opening. Currently on iOS 16.5

Lack of NFC in wallet. As much as Sheetz is on the Apple Pay train at the store and at the pump which is great! The one thing still sorely lacking is making the Sheetz card in Wallet NFC compatible. I don’t carry the physical card on me since it’s 2021 after all. When I pay at the pump it won’t scan the card from my phone. This is a no brainer and needs supported. I should be able to hold my phone or watch to the pump have it recognize I have a Sheetz card and then bam Apple Pay. Take a cue from Panera, Jimmy John’s, Walgreens, Kohls and add this long overdue support!!

Pay feature doesn’t work. The app only works about 50% of the time. It will let me put something in the cart but when I hit checkout it will give a nondescript error saying it failed. Nothing fixes it the issue, it just seems like some days the app works and some it doesn’t completely on random. It’s not like the store isn’t making food, I can still go there and order at the kiosk but the app won’t let me put orders through

What happened to pick up?. I like to order food at a location and pick it up on my way through. Now I seem to only have the option of delivery. Very frustrating especially when they are busy. The point of ordering ahead is to save time. Now that option is gone.

Can’t edit my food?. What good does it do to order through the app, when I can’t edit food items? Otherwise, the app does work fine. I utilize the app to avoid going into the store and save time. I really like Sheetz, but I’ll skip going there if I have to order in store to simply remove tomatoes, mayo, etc. There are other franchises that offer customization via their online apps.

Annoyed. It’d be great if i could chose a primary/favorite location to always order from instead of the app automatically assuming i want the closest station and then having to go through the whole list every time. Plenty of other apps i order from have it.

I like the app, but I’d appreciate one addition.. Could you add an icon in the store features list to clearly indicate whether a location has truck diesel fueling or not? For large semi trucks, this would save a lot of time, we could see whether a Sheetz is truck friendly or not without going to a satellite map to look at it. Thanks

Kicking me off. Every time I try opening the app it kicks me out. It doesn’t matter if I'm using my data or WiFi. It’s really getting old!!! I don’t want to remove and download again, been there done that, it doesn’t help. I have a newer iPhone and have changed everything in the settings and it still doesn’t work. I never had an issue on my old iPhone using the app so I don’t think it’s the type of phone. It would be nice to be able to use the app without this problem. The poor review is reasonable in my opinion.

Menu. Wish you could add comments when ordering food ie...extra tomatoes or whatever. I know when I order certain things I like them cooked extra like anything chicken or even their pizza would be better if it was cooked extra.

Love the app but its missing something. Being able to order my coffees in the morning, and really just anything anytime, ahead of time has been an absolute game changer for me. Although the app doesnt include some options you can order in store, which i find strange .

Good idea but….. The app is flawed, especially when it comes to using your rewards, half the time they do not get applied and take the discount off the total price. I am on the road constantly and I enjoy sheetz food but there are other fast food choices that have a much easier ordering and reward system on their app, and I plan to frequent those places more until sheetz improves their system.

Update to scan rewards card. I shouldn’t have to update to scan my rewards on app … it should let me scan card on app still.. several times I’ve gotten to check out and needed to update and couldn’t scan my card on app. Should be able to scan rewards card even if needs updating on app.

Decent overall. Needs to have a lot more options for the food & drinks they carry. *Especially* the Fountain Drinks. They only list the soda, and we like to get LEMONADE! This means we have to go inside & wait in line, otherwise we always Order Ahead… Maybe on the fries (& other stuff?) have a “No Salt” option. Theyre often too-salty for our taste.

Lack of innovation Apple Pay and wallet support non existent in app. You know for a company that says there all about technology and innovation you still cant use apple pay to pay in the app and still cant add my sheetz card to the wallet app why people have smartphones that come with these payment options so why not offer these to your customer maybe your just falling behind the times or maybe just dont care what your customers want anymore

Review. I’m a regular in the store and rarely, if ever, have any problems. Whether it be the food I order or the customer service. They always greet me with a smile and my food is always done to perfection. Thank you so much to all of the staff. ❤️ - Kristina Jenkins

Better before the update. The app used to be great for me to preorder my food, but with the new update it’s unusable. It’s uglier and it looks (and acts) like a website that’s only half-loaded. Most of the images don’t show, buttons are broken, and worst of all there’s no way I can find to view your bag or adjust your order after adding stuff. I’ve tried on both data and wifi and it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Hopefully they’ll fix this because I would’ve given it 4 stars before.

Bug issues. The app is great and customer support is fantastic. I had an issue with a bug a couple weeks ago and it seems like they’ve fixed it. Love how useful and handy this app can be when on the road.

Please fix app asap!!!. I love Sheetz, but the last couple days I’m no longer able to order any food on their app. It keeps giving me an error message when I click the order now button. It doesn’t matter if I log out or even delete the app and redownload it. I’m still unable to order anything anymore. As a truck driver, this is extremely disappointing.

Wasted time!. I downloaded and used the app expecting to save myself some time. I went to the store expecting my order to be waiting for me. Nope. I watched multiple people order at the kiosk and get their orders in the 25mins I sat there waiting. In total, it took about an hour from the time I ordered to the time I actually got my food. Just use the kiosk. The app takes five times as long to get your order and the customers at the kiosk are priority.

No customer support whatsoever. App lets you order online, but when you find out your order is wrong after driving home, there is no functionality in the app to let them know they need to fix your order or ask for a refund or future credit. I’m not wasting 30 min on hold with Sheetz customer service because the only contact point they offer is a phone number. It’s not 1999 anymore, what an embarrassment of an app.

Awful Wait Times. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:55 Am and the only orders that get put out on the mobile pickup rack is the DoorDash orders. It’s Annoying how there isn’t any Time delay on my order due to the influx of orders. Like I’m fine with waiting longer at home before coming out but being in the store with 58 other people all crowded around waiting for their hot food order Is quite annoying. I even wrote this review while waiting. Add delay times or provide my food on time.

Can’t pay online. I haven’t been able to pay online in probably two years or so. This occurs in both the app and the website. I have tried more than one credit card, and it does not work. I have called sheetz about this at least twice, and they can’t seem to figure it out. I have no clue why this is such an issue.

Fast and easy!. Using the app to order everything you need from sheetz is the only way to do it. Fast and easy and your order is read when you get there

* Star for Sheetz ***** Stars for Wawa 💁. I was given a card. It said basically get more rewards on the sheetz app. Umm ok cool! Well to be honest I’am signed up for WaWa already. They are right across the street in front of in front of my house. The people at Wawa are very friendly. They all know me and vice versa. They always have what I need. To be honest. I don't mind paying the extra money for gas, because by the time I do over to a Sheetz, and back I've spent that money that I've just put in. Also Sheetz employees are not that friendly.

No in app support. I have been using Sheetz for a very long time and recently they have been screwing up every single order that I have made the only problem is there is no in app support. Meaning if an order is messed up I have to run circles and flip through hoops in order to get any sort of customer service for orders that are paid for yet never received or made correctly. Extremely frustrating and dissatisfied

App is great but…. The app is great but the Apple wallet card no longer updates with current points and yearly points. This was great feature but a previous update broke it. Please bring it back!!!! Love I can finally have the card in the apple wallet though.

Food. The food is Great!!! However, when I order cigarettes, they never give the right ones even though I specify which ones I want, I have to ask the delivery person to check them before they leave the store. They really need to pay attention to the whole order.

Convenient but…. I love the app the convenience is great…. Order… go to the store… pick-up BUT I would really love the option to order more than one at a time instead of going back in the app to re-select all the same stuff over and over. A simple “select #” option would be great!

Not enough customer support. No previous order history. If you order and it takes longer than the time posted the order disappears from the app as in I can’t pull it up to show employees that I am waiting on a order. Also there is no help or customer support section. No way to complain if they got your order wrong or were rude to you. Needs more functionality.

Current glitch. I can’t access my card within the app. When I tap to open it the screen just bounces to the main screen. I don’t carry my physical card with me and being able to have it scanned within the app is helpful, but can’t do it now. Guess I’ll have to mobile order or not go until this is fixed.

Broken. Logs out unprompted half the time, then says my password is unrecognized when it’s the same as before. When I do manage to get in, I get as far as the payment page and nothing happens when I click “submit payment.” I’m literally trying to give you money and your app doesn’t allow it. How is this so broken? At it’s current state, this app is straight trash.

Great app. I really like the Sheetz app. It makes ordering food really easy. One thing that really irritates me is that I cannot use what’s left on my gift card and then put the rest on another card when paying for food in the app. Other than that it’s great!

Mobile app crashes. Since MARCH, I have had NOTHING but problems. App crashes as soon as it opens. I have deleted completely at least a dozen times and reinstalled, which didn’t work. I have all the updates for the app as the latest version of IOS. I emailed 6 times about this and called 4 times. I was assured two weeks ago that they had this fixed, IT Is NOT FIXED. This is utterly ridiculous.

Sheetz app crashes. For the last few weeks the Sheetz app has been crashing as soon as it’s opened . I am using an IPhone 14 Pro Max version 16.4.1. Update as of today . But I have done a couple updates on phone since the problem started . I also have updated Sheetz app , turned phone off and on , deleted app then reinstalled app . I wrote this to report the app so it can be fixed . Otherwise this app has worked perfectly for a long time .

App won’t work.. App constantly crashes and is unusable. I’ve reinstalled it multiple times. So I can’t access my points or discounts because it’s all in the app I have to use. Cards are preferred here on out. What’s the point of getting rid of the plastic cards and going digital if the digital part won’t let you use any points. And of course mine just expire because I can’t use them. Luckily I have a Rutter’s and Royal farms I will just give my business to from here on out.

DO NOT USE THIS APP TO PAY FOR GAS. I wish I could write a negative review. This app is such a rip off if you use to pay at the pump. I got $7.00 in gas using the app. Come to find out using that it charged me $100. When I called customer service she said they have no control over it and it could be $1 or $100s and then it takes sheetz 3-5 business days for sheetz to refund your money. It literally took at the entire amount in my bank account. I don’t understand how they are allowed to do this.

Compatibility. Because the app requires you to use the latest version and that version requires iOS 13 I can no longer use my sheetz points. I will no longer use this service and will avoid getting gas there as I can no longer get my discount conveniently. Nice job whoever thought this was a good idea for their rewards app. Nobody cares if they don’t get the latest features, they just want to track and use their rewards.

Having trouble with the scan-n-go. In the past two weeks, no matter what Sheetz I am at, it will never let me scan in my items, so I have to go through the check out. On the two times it did let me scan in the items, it froze in the payment screen, not completing my order, so I had to get in line. The cashier said a lot of people are having that issue. I tried reloading the app but to no avail. Please fix!

Hack happy!!. I downloaded this app as the local gas station was a Sheetz and they have the best prices around. I used the app 2x to pay for gas. The third day my credit card company notified me of a fraudulent purchase attempt of $100 for gas; “NO” it’s not me!! Either security features are very weak or nonexistent! My card had to deactivated and I’m awaiting a new one. App may be good for other things but I wdnt risk anything else. I deleted it and will never use it again
