No iPad app, just an adjustable pdf. Aware of the reputation of the Daily Mail, I decided to purchase it based on its name, "Mail Plus for iPad." However, this not the website formatted for iPad view, but a PDFs of the newspaper, with a font size of either 6 to 8 points. Content wise, it's excellent, but 3.99 per week for a pdf is not what I was looking for.

Joke. Is this a joke? I'm reading a screenshot of the newspaper. Is this really owned by The Daily Mail. Can I say "refund"

iPhone version better. Constantly freezes. I can't switch from US Home pages to US showbiz, Health, femail, etc. and vice versa. Please fix

Mail Plus. Your earlier app had great photography. I enjoyed the many videos and especially Gary Rhodes' s cooking videos. The ant foot print print size requires so much zooming I get dizzy. Your paper now looks as mediocre as your competition 's papers, yet I can zip through it at lightening speed.

Great app!. No problems with downloading. Great food section.

Hopeless. Was a nice ipad app but with new update absolutely basic newspaper with none of the great features it had before. Really disapointing and I will not be renewing my subscription.

Why don’t you listen. Have requested you THREE times and App Store on enecause you told me to To Cancel starting SECOND FAY of trial and now o can only find overseas phone number. Am contacting bank to stop payment and get any charges back. WORST APP EVER. SHOULD NEVER havve to make constant comments to cancel especially during trial or call overseas. Still debating on Facebook public post to wan about you

Mail plus app. Being in the USA. I. Am enjoying the app, except for a few problems of pages not swiping , and library pages freezing so I can,t get the newspaper, I am hoping the bugs will get fixed as I have only had the app a few weeks.

Not downloading properly version 7.0. Downloading the latest newspaper edition can take up to 10 minutes using a high speed broadband connection and this only after repeated restarts after getting the following error message: “Server is not available. Please try again” I am really puzzled by this app as a similar app called PressReader has offered a very similar experience now for many years without any hiccups. By comparison, the PressReader version took 2 minutes to download today’s edition.

Not actual news. If you are looking for biased Red reporting, this is the place. Lots of negative articles about President Biden and complementary ones about traitor trump. If you want real news, go elsewhere. The biased DM rag had 7 articles about Hunter Biden today BUT not one about traitor Trump being arrested again for 36+ counts of espionage against our country.

iOS 8 Update. Since updating to iOS8 the App crashes every time causing a full reboot of the iPAd. Despite 2 weeks of promises from the technical team that they have resolved the issue... It still doesn't work!

Diabolical. Crashes every time I try to launch the app. Completely unusable.

Hopeless. Had the Mail app for years. Deleting it now. Can’t download, no support, no contact. Useless.

Irritating. OK but irritating as very slow to download. Stops 4 pages in then restarts. Probably won't renew sub.

Mail ap. This app is terrible. It does not display properly it not user friendly and is a lot more cumbersome to use than the app it replaced. Bring back the old app.

Update is not good. The app automatically updated and now doesn’t recognize my subscription that is paid through the iTunes Store.
