reddit never should’ve needed an app. reddit is a basic website that links to other websites. it shouldn’t take forever to load, it should try to force a weird bad UI on you, it shouldn’t be begging you to install its app. this addon fixes all that !

Replacement for Apollo. I am using this extension as a replacement for Apollo and it is working well. It is not a perfect solution but it gets the job done. I just bookmark r/all and put it on my Home Screen to use. It removes all the annoying pop-ups that the mobile web version of Reddit shows. It hides some extra section of the website to make the website more readable on a phone. It adds dark mode. It also remove those fake Reddit post that’s actually ads. I encountered a bug and contacted the developer with the feedback email and got a response right away. This app is worth it and doesn’t cost much for the convenience

Better than expected. Was using privacy redirect and kept getting “old hat” image issues. Instead of spending time trying to fix it (and likely not getting it knowing me), I spent $3 for this upgrade. Better than expected due to the built in quality of life improvements: zoomed in at the perfect level, skip and forward options, ad removal. Simpler and better than having a dedicated Reddit app for a casual user like myself. Would certainly recommend if you’re looking to use old Reddit through Safari.

Awesome app. Makes the experience of using old.reddit much more enjoyable on mobile (I don’t have to constantly zoom in and out to read comments and it has a dark mode option). Honestly, i’ve tried using the reddit app and the regular reddit mobile website, but I constantly get server errors and can’t even load replies to comments anymore. This is the perfect solution and it was definitely worth the money!

You are in good hands :). Dev is incredibly fast at fixing bugs. I reported an issue where on specific Reddit posts, the format is off, and he replied back and fixed the bug within a week.

Better than the official website and app. This is a much better way to use Reddit now that third party apps have been shut down. I’d like to see more tweaks just to make browsing a bit easier to use and look at. Otherwise this is great as it is.

Great on iPad. I actually only use this on my iPad because the official app is so bad and the web versions are even worse. This helps make the font size much easier on the eyes and gets rid of a ton of the junk on the site. Highly recommend. The developer is also very responsive.

Makes Reddit usable again. Does exactly what is says, and only requires permission to operate on reddit.com. The updated styling for mobile is a lovely bonus I didn’t even know I needed! The simple tweaks wrap comments so threads can be easily scrolled & read. Now I can browse the web without having to choose between a sub-par mobile experience or being kicked into an app constantly.
