Exactly. I sorted through a lot of apps before I found this one. Finally!,this app does EXACTLY what I want and that is privately download movies so that I can watch them off line on my iPad when internet is not available or my bandwidth is limited. Of course, the pop up advertisements are slightly annoying but that can be expected for anything that is free. This app does what it says it does. Great app!

Lots of crashing now. Edit update: Thanks for adding the skip ahead feature. This has been very helpful when browsing videos. Unfortunately the latest versions have been creating a lot of forced quitting, app crashing and glitches when trying to rename videos. I am not sure what happened in the last update but I can no longer browse the internet in the app. It seems like your server is trying to restore a previous session from browsing history and when doing so it crashes the app. I cannot get around this issue which makes this app unusable. Hopefully there will be a new update soon to correct this but it does seem like adding more ads popping up has been creating more crashing issues that your server cannot handle.

Not downloading anymore. I don’t know why but it seems to not download most thing anymore. Don’t know if it is a bug or this is becoming like every other app and no longer downloading media. It is nearly impossible to find an app that downloads media from the web anymore. I hope this is not going down the road of other good media downloaders of the past. I’ll up the stars if you fix the ability to download media again. I don’t need a cloud organizer for stuff I own. I need a video downloaded

TDownloader. This new app that took over the app I paid for should refund everyone’s money because it feels like the developers or Apple is stealing from their customers and changing apps without our knowledge in advance and these companies should not be allowed to change anything on their products as these are rightfully ours bought by trusting consumers, I hope someone can put a stop to this nonsense.

I can't add any name, artist, album, track or year information in the tag editor (edited). Hey. I've been using this app for the past six years or so, like I said, and I've loved the tag editor. What disappoints me is I can't add any name, artist, album, track or year information when tagging a file, as I can only add the album art to it. Please fix this so I can add the name, artist, album, track and year information on music files (MP3, M4A) that aren't tagged. Thank you, and sorry once again.

This app works great. Except for one problem.. I have been using this app for years as well. I loved it. I loved that I was able to go on the web browser and download music straight to the app and listen to it whenever I want. However, they came out with an update a few months ago and now the web browser on the app is not functioning. It is not loading anything. All other functions work. So if you jus want an easy music player, this works very well.

Fantastic app. I have used this app for several years and I had no problem of it. This app is nicely made and it allows me to download videos or images from online and can keep it in secret. I love how it’s easy to use and not that complicated. To be honest as long as the people keep on upgrading this app, I will definitely support it.

Restore purchases doesn’t restore download speed. I purchased the full version and switched phones a few times afterward. Each time I restore purchases through in app settings. This does remove the ads but it has never restored the download speed. So long story short, I’ve paid for the full version but after restoring purchases on a new phone, I’m still stuck at free version speeds. Other than this, I love the app. No complaints other than the download speed.

Need help with a problem. So I had this app for a few months now and I haven’t had any problems until today. I’m trying to download a show off of soap2day but it keeps telling me I need to verify that I’m human and every time I click the checkmark it’s like a glitch and make me do it over again, but it keeps going over and over again. It doesn’t take me to the website. they just keep asking if I’m human. at first, I thought they were something wrong with it website so I went on chrome but it’s normal so I have something to do with the app. I hope you guys get this fixed

This app has really taken a turn for the worse.. I’ve paid for this app once before, but it won’t allow me to restore my purchase. Now there are ads every couple minutes, glitches that cause my folders to disappear temporarily, and buttons like “restore purchases” that simply do not work. Honestly it’s frustrating, I really like this app. I hate to sound like a Karen but, if it continues to be this useless I guess I’ll just have to delete it and find a better, more user-friendly alternative.

Update. It says bug fixes and improvements. However you broke just about everything with this update. Can no longer watch videos. It always says error. But no problem watching commercials. That seems to work just fine.

Good file manager but identical to “Amerigo File Manager”. This is a good file manager app but I quickly realized that it looked very familiar - now I know why: it is •identical• to “Amerigo File Manager” by “IdeaSolutions S.r.l.” Take a look and you will see - it’s the same app. If there are any differences, I couldn’t find them. So it’s kind of weird that two supposedly different developers are selling Total Files and Amerigo File Manager (and for very different prices) when they are actually the same app.

Help!. For years this app has been awesome. Then all of a sudden all my movies no longer played in shuffle. I’d get one here or there. Which was fine but now nearly half of my movies come up with an error message and won’t play even when I open the app for the first time. Hopefully this is just a bug and it’s fixed. I have years worth of movies downloaded on my phone that I can no longer watch most of which I paid for.

Fix the issue with payment not registering.. I’ve been using this app for years and after this recent update my music stops after like 30 mins and says i need to open app to continue playing. And i paid for the full app but i have to keep doing that every so often and its quite annoying

The Best File Manager so Far but with one Issue. I have tried many different file manager apps for downloading and this one i most say is the most complete app in this territory! You can download all kinds of stuff you want without limits and create virtual folders that allows you to make your own music/video playlists!(even more) And you also can easily access your files in this app on your computer but there is only one issue with this app, it doesn’t allow you to pause your downloads all you can do is cancel them and start from the beginnig. If you fix this in the future this app will become whole! Thank you

Great App but one change I would add!. I had this app for a few years now and it’s been great for downloading music and listening to it for the purposes I want. I’ve always been a fan of the shuffle feature and was saddened to see after I updated the app, it was no longer there. If you could bring back the shuffle feature with the next patch I can go back to loving this app 100 percent again.

This app this has as bug when I’m making this review. Whenever I go to the in-app browser I click/tap whatever on the site it takes me to another tab after I click off the tab the browser takes me to the very start of the tab If that make sense, I find it personally inconvenient.

Reliable. Practical and easy to use.. This is the best iPhone downloader/player u can get from App Store. Pause and resume great for downloading large files. Simple player with shuffle and repeat and sorting the downloaded files. Ability to hide and sort ur files in folders.

Great app but having an issue with the most recent update.. I have used this app for years and prefer it over others because it works well and is so easy to use. However, I am unable to download multiple files simultaneously like I used to be able to before. I have an iPhone 7. I really hope this is something that can be fixed. This feature is what put this app above the rest, but now it’s gone.

Bug that doesnt let downloaded files save to folder. The app has some bug that effects its downloading feature. If a video file has been set on download and if you put mobile on sleep mode or you open other apps ,if the total files app will crash and restart itself as it happens on iphone etc due to less free space many apps crash and restart on their own, in case of total files the file that was put on download will resume its downloading from same spot where app had restarted on its own and will contiue to download but when entire file will be download file wont get saved to folde.r normally when files r fully downloaded the transfers page shows right tick next to downloaded file but in this bugs case which effects when app had restarted itself that file will be fully downloaded and circle will show 100pc but 100pc qont be replaced by tick and file would not be saved to folder and entire data will be lost. Please address this issue.

Works great but…. This app working amazingly on my iPhone X and I just upgraded to an iPhone 13 pro max. And trying to move some of my video files back from my computer hasn’t been going as well. And some files that I save are saving in “.ts”. And after getting this new phone those files won’t play till I convert them to mp4 in the app. Other wise this app works as intended and I pray it never gets taken down

The Constant Ads. This app is amazing.! I’ve had this app since i can remember and i can 100% recommend it to whoever it may be. The issue is that with the last update the ads keep ruining the mood/song playing.! Im not saying to completely get rid of them but to maybe lower the quantity or constant of the ads.! I don't wanna have to get another app when this is gold right here.😔

New Update Can’t Download. When the “do you want to download this content” pops up and you press the green check to download after it prompts you to “file name”and you press “download here’ nothing happens, under “destination folder” there are supposed to be several folders that you can download your content to it is blank. I’ve had this app for @ least 10 yrs and maybe @ least 2-3 updates that didn’t work properly. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible and thanks overall an excellent app you just never know if the update is a hit or miss.

Close all tabs feature and stop restarting when uploading. Nice app… Wish #1 - ability to close all browser tabs at once Wish #2 - when uploading to cloud, to do it without restating the upload. Every time I upload to the cloud, it resets numerous times.

Love the app. Please add directory in “Files”. Hello love the app. Please add file directory in the “Files” on ipad. Tabs dont move freely get stuck. Please fix browser. Easier tab management and viewing. Plus browser needs some tweeks. Ex: # of tabs open, easier switching between tabs like a top row of open tabs. Tweek video player, ex: dragging screen to fast forward and back and double tap to zoom in and out. Ad blocker would be a plus. Export bookmarks addon would be good.

Used to be way better. I absolutely loved the older version of this app and would recommend it to anyone. But the new updates ruined everything! Now I can’t even open a downloaded video with an mkv format when I’m offline; which is super annoying. And some links were altered and I could no longer open them, whether online or offline. I still use this app a lot, but I liked the older version much better.

Wow!. This app has, to the fullest meaning of the word: *LITERALLY* saved and changed my life. Without it I wouldn’t have been able to navigate more than 3,000 miles across the ENTIRE country. Great converter has minor problems to make app function and usage be done properly. I currently am downloading some videos onto a device to mp4 but it seems that I have files that don’t download to videos using the process. I don’t go to illegal websites to download videos, which is a problem. Not to mention that I have made an ad-free purchase. The problem isn’t me going through the right process, so can the developer kindly give important feedback on what webpages this app can be used on? I kindly appreciate it

A little upgrade won’t hurt. It’s a great app especially after mentioning that we need a browser attached to the app so we can download and save file on app which was effective almost immediately..KUDOS👍🏽 but now we need another upgrade I mean while I play my jam while scrolling I’ll see a song I want to play right after the one I’m listening to ends now my ? Where is the play next option?

Dissapointed. This was my one and only app to go to, recommended it to many! Specially to getting a song fast and quick, WELL, no more, could not even download a song never-mind listening to my playlists anymore without manually selecting songs. To give it one star now is way to much!!! From the very best app on my iphone to being deleted. It was nice though, no awesome having this app in the past, i thank you for that though but you have ruined this app. Lets see if there is something better to download...

Not a fan of the new update. Ok, I had previously written a bad review because I wasn’t able to do many of the things that older versions allowed. However, after a lot of poking and exploring the app, I’ve found that the functionality I’m used to is still there, albeit in different places. This app has undergone a MASSIVE redesign and I think that’s what is throwing people off. It’s difficult to get used to, if you used TDownloader for any length of time. I’m giving it four stars because while it stills does everything I need, it desperately needs a proper users manual instead of a FAQ. Not that anyone will read it...

Reliable, But With a Big Problem, Now. I’ve had this app for a while now, and it has been wonderful. It has done all I needed it to do efficiently and effectively. However, as of the update that changed the interface, playlists can no longer be rearranged. It is far from the worst thing to happen, but it is inconvenient to need to temporarily reorganize via the player list. Although the updates are rare, the version that came out shortly before my editing of this review fixed one of my major problems, so the makers seem to at least be attempting to genuinely improve. In addition to music, he app is also good for storing PDFs and other such files, although it is not capable of universal reading. The app has been reliable and good enough in the past to warrant downloading the app free, first. If you enjoy it, keep it. If you do not, and you haven’t bought it yet, you’re not out anything. I hope to see improvements, designers, I really do like your app.

Yikes. I had the new update when I was using ios 12 beta and I absolutely disliked it. I couldn’t change a songs album cover or name to the right thing anymore. They also removed the feature where you could send a song to another app. Luckily, I had my old backup from ios 11.4🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 so I still get the old update that I don’t plan on updating, ever. I also couldn’t download songs from certain sites bc of restrictions which sucked even more. But I’m ok now🤪 I’m still giving it 4 stars bc the older update is very good

UI Freezes upon opening video file. I have been using this app for years now, but this latest update broke everything. I tend to use the app to transfer videos between my cellphone and windows computer, but I can’t even open the app anymore. I got a few 4k videos that used to open just fine and snappy, but now, if I try to open anything it freezes and closes the app. I really wish I could roll back to before the UI update so I can access my files again!

Amazing. You get to download any song of your choice, The songs are permanent on you phone, No upgrades that affects your already downloaded songs, And finally you can create folders for your songs that’s my favorite part i like my things in order

Mark all files. Why can’t we mark all files and send. There should be an option for that. Please look into this. It’s tiring sending files one after the other when it can be made easy.

Love this app. It’s perfect, almost. There’s some video where an error message will pop up and it’s unable to be saved. And we really need a better video player, with the progress line not at the very bottom. Makes it very difficult to skip to different parts of the video. Other than those quibbles, it’s works perfectly.

Basic features. Great start but I can’t seem to be able to store google drive files locally without moving the to iTunes. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a way to change the playback speed for the audio playback. This would be a great feature. I love the concept and it’s a good start but some small tweaks could make it great. Please add the features above if possible! Also, interesting to scanbot would be great too! Thank you!

Great App. It’s got Everything Needed.. I absolutely love this app, it is free of charge, easy and simple to use, you don’t need to watch boring ads in order to use it and it is actually quite fast. I have used several media download apps and this is by far the only that I still use, I have had at for years and plan on using it for as long as possible.

Finally, the stars aligned.. So the app was pretty decent when it started. Then it went through a series of “improvements” which broke something every time it fixed something. But NOW, all the issues are fixed, AND improvements made. Exporting works like a dream with iTunes, playback of vertical videos can now be expanded VERTICAL which is super awesome, loading and unloading videos is a breeze. Seriously. This app is the business. Absolutely LOVE it!!!!

Amazing, but some problems. Works great, but I’m having a problem with the bookmarks. Sometimes, instead of saving the URL of the website, it saves the name or something of that page and then I can’t go back to it. I can’t edit the URL when saving the bookmark either, which would solve the problem. Pls update so that we can edit the URL of the bookmarks we are saving.

Love this app! One problem though. I got this app a couple of years ago when I wanted to listen to music. It's been pretty reliable and dependable when you can shuffle and repeat entire playlists you made. This might be a small gripe, but that is what I'm on about; the latest update won't let me repeat an entire playlist, only the song that I just heard. Plus the shuffling of the songs, let's say you pick the last song in the group, when it ends you'd expect it to pick a random song from the list. In this update, the last song on the list is the last song on the list; you need to manually start the playlist over. It's like I said, a menial gripe but I would think other people who use this app would appreciate this small change.

Where is TDownloader?. Everything has changed and I want a refund for what I bought on this app that has now changed from TDownloader pro to Total. TDownloader used to be an app that allows you to download videos so you can watch them later on or just want to keep them and have the ability to save them into your camera roll if you bought the pro version for $4, which is the one I paid for. I don’t know why you guys changed the app to a file manager, there’s so many other apps that does the same. This irritates me so much just watching an app disappear before my own knowledge🤨

rlly good app for downloading tv show eps!! hate the ads tho... I don’t usually write reviews but I just have to say this app is amazing for when you wanna download an episode of your favorite show but don’t wanna spend all that time screen recording it. only complaint is how it throws an ad at you every time you open the app, but other than that it’s pretty good.

Why would you ruin a perfect app?. I Perfectly understand updating the look of the app to stay new but in doing so you’ve completely destroyed the listening to music aspect of this app which I’ve enjoyed for more than 4-5 years now I’m left with 10,000 songs I can never play together because you destroyed how playlists work I’m incredibly devastated and annoyed knowing that I will have to start downloading everything on a different app. PLEASE REVERT BACK TO THE OLD APP this making me really depressed ~ An extremely disappointed customer

From 5 to 2. from 5 to 2 stars, he could not understand how such a good application became bad I have several years using it and in the recent updates in which the central white box comes out, everything goes wrong, my videos or downloaded things even if they look there when they want Seeing them says they are not available, the message for download does not always appear and the open session is no longer closed automatically, what happens gentlemen? Please do not want to stop being a satisfied customer. I hope you can fix that.

Not bad but still have some issues that should be fixed. It’s not a bad update I must confess however the app keeps closing itself and I have to reopen everytime I think something should be done about this it’s a Hugh turn off imagine vibing to your fav tune and boom the app just closes on you without warning

Overall bad. Downloading videos from websites isn’t working anymore. It’ll tell me error. When it was working, the quality was super poor and blurry. It should’ve gotten the highest quality, since the website I was downloading from, had high quality, but Total was not achieving that. There should always be an option to choose which quality you’d prefer. I would rate Total Files higher if these issue were fixed. There is no use for this app if these issues continue.

It Does What it Says it Does. And does all of it quickly, efficiently, and with an aesthetically pleasing user interface. The integration with the Apple “files“ app is a massive and extraordinarily useful feature that saves multiple steps and valuable time.

My favourite app. I just love this app

Great App, but can no longer delete files. Been using this App for quite a while and until recently has been very good, however since IOS8 can no longer delete files. Please fix this bug. 3 stars for now, 4 stars if bug is fixed, 5 stars if removal of annoying ads at startup.

Works well when it works - but doesn't always work. Generally this works quickly and easily, downloading multiple files at once and allowing you to see progress, pause, resume, cancel, save, etc. It's great when it works. But sometimes downloads just sit there and won't actually start downloading - for hours or even days if you let them - without any progress bar, internet access, or error. The inbuilt browser is still working, but with your downloads nothing happens! Then, suddenly, they'll either all fail or all zip thru and be completed. It's very frustrating!

Now worthless. This was the best app on my iPad. Now it's useless. You can't download any clips from you tube to watch latter as I use to travel and work away. So watching clips was good in the middle of no where. Now with the new update it has made this once great app useless for me any millions of others. I want the old app back, or fix this problem. I have stopped updating all apps now as encountering to many changes and problems. Only get this app if you can get old version then its worth it!

Grate up but. When I use a sever mode with my modem I can find and access the files on my w10 but I can’t copy files too it with out it bugging and saying file on iPhone not responding too reads and then I see the file and it’s empty it has the name but that’s it I know apple is a pain in the ....... I don’t want too use iTunes too copy stuff over that’s dum when it shows up as a normal drive when I plug it in USB And I can’t copy stuff too it why apple I know your blocking it throw software it’s not hard too notice All other features work well and are fine only reason my score is not 1 star. and I don’t want too use a cloud service’s or iTunes just so I can put some files on this iPhone that’s dum and some what a scam in a way

Really good. This is the perfect app besides one thing, the shuffle button lights up when you press it but doesn't actually do anything.. So if this could be fixed it would be really great.

It was great but then.... It was a great app until you updated it, I miss T downloader, it crashes constantly and it freezes all the time.... Bring back T downloader please

Tdownloader. This app is really helpful and smart! It is unique and it does what it says, no strings attached, and it's free. It's definitely worth getting, and it's a good way to listen to music free without the internet

Ads. There are too much ads shown while open again t downloader.

Nearly App Perfection. This is soooo awesome, highly recommended to all users. downloads any and every video you could ever want. Have never had a virus or malicious software. The only down side is that you need to use the integrated browser (which is fine for me) but it is slightly slower than it should be and is a little buggy. Despite this, the function far out weighs the browsers minor problems.

App okay but crashes and no support. The app is decent in terms of features on their own to have your music in but, it used to crash after playing music for sometime before but now it won't even load. Emailed the developers who don't even both to reply. Not worth paying for an app that doesn't load and whose developers have no intent to provide support.

Remove the screen animations plese. Hello guys. Your app is too good and has been very useful to me from long. I even downloaded it into my friend's phones also. But the recent update has an automatic and continuously going on screen animation type of thing. That thing is making the app use almost twice the battery its supposed to use. Please fix that asap rest everything is awesome. Cheers.

Used to be Amazing. The new updates are terrible (from a long time user). Renaming files now is a pain - used to be easier. And when you need to flick through screens it takes your last viewer first - used to be easier to locate. Why do you feel the need to change things when there was nothing wrong with it?

Really bad. Its really slow and after u download a video u have to wait another 7 minutes to download the next video >_< I recommend media burner its easy and no wait time Plus its free

First version worked well. I used updates for the app but it really messed up an easy use app which degraded an excellent app however there is no other app that can be used to open and download any videos

Was good...not so much now. Recent "upgrades" have made this almost inoperable. Prior to the changes it was easy to use. Tabs were easy to close and downloads were easily accessible, but the changes completely destroyed it. Tabs are a pain to use & downloads are in stupid "swipe to open" sections. Go with a different program for downloads.

Does what it says!. Finally, a music downloader that actually does what it says. The only thing missing is the option to download the song directly into your iTunes library. Sending the file to yourself as an email attachment then opening on your computer is a workaround I'm using until the developers can put something better in place.

Best App ever. Dear Total, This app is very convenient and helpful for me. I can listen to music on the go without data by saving it here. However, there is one bug where when a video finishes and moves onto the next one in the file, it does not play automatically. I think it may be due to iOS 13. It would be wonderful if you could fix this, let alone if you read this review. Again, thank you for what you have done for the whole community, and the impact you have left on all of us.

Plz fix it. This is a great app but since I downloaded iOS 8 I haven't been able to save music to my camera roll so plz fix it

Was good, getting worse.. This app used to be amazing, could download any stream from anywhere. Now can barely find a site that it allows video downloading from. Also, the adds are insane. So many, all the freaking time, that interrupt and cause you to be unable to continue unless you shut down the app all together. Oh, and the adds where you can only click the "ok/accept" button to get them to leave are shady as hell and should be investigated...

Was excellent, now even better. The new release is smooth, and intuitive. Old limit on number of panels gone. Folder structure is great. Support if you’ve a problem is first class. Transferring to iMac via Airdrop is smooth. Direct interface with iTunes in next release. Heartily recommend as a download manager, and file viewer.

AMAZING!!. This app is amazing and really simple to use. I can put music from my windows device. You can download stuff from the internet but be careful about copyright! It's really useful on a phone or an iPad. Dropbox is also compatible which is another thumbs up! I rate this 5 stars.

Recent Update. Hey guys your recent update has a few bugs. When I go a file with music and leave the music running with the phone off when I go back the back arrow has disappeared. Another issue is when playing a folder of music on Repeat all once it gets back to the first song it repeats just that song until you stop it.

Used to be awesome… not anymore. This app used to be the best for downloading music and videos and I’ve used this app for years. but in the past few months they changed their format and added way too many ads. Not only that it has gotten so much more inconvenient downloading music. These days I can’t download anything at all.

not able to download things off the web anymore (help?). i downloaded total on my old iphone in october 2021, mainly to download music and movies in high quality. when you opened a video in the app and pressed play, total would ask “download this content?” and give you an option to download it. i got a new phone (june 2022) and downloaded total, but when i play videos on the web that i wish to download, the “download this content?” popup no longer appears. did total remove the option to download things from the web, or has it updated and changed the method to download things? previously, it was 5 stars for me.

Where is the paid version?. Got the paid version a couple years ago without the ad now it is been removed from the Apple Store. Just got this crappy version. They should have to refund your money when they pull a version down down and can’t get it anymore.

A great app. I’ve been using this app for at least five years I saw it change its really great although you have to buy the one time payment premium version to really get everything from this app it worth it

Stopped working after the most recent update. Have been using it for years for videos and pdfs, and was working perfectly. I would always download videos from YouTube and other streaming sites without any issues. However, since the most recent update, there’s adds everywhere and the “downloaded files” are unplayable. Would be 5 stars otherwise.

Je ne peux plus télécharger de musique.... Sur mon ancien téléphone, je pouvais télécharger ma musique sans problème. Mais là, je ne sais pas ce qu’il s’est passé (une MAJ apparemment), je ne peux plus télécharger ma musique. Résultat ? Je suis obligée de passer par mon ancien téléphone, pour ensuite faire passer la musique dans le Cloud et pour enfin l’avoir sur mon autre téléphone. Sauf que c’est long et que mon ancien téléphone bug énormément. Donc changez ça parce que c’est agaçant et surtout, parce que je fais partie des seules personnes à pouvoir utiliser cette technique. C’est chiant pour les autres. Thanks in advance

Ads obstruction. Too many ads constantly doesn’t allow you to enjoy free flow of music. Trash. Before you play a song you must watch an ad. Leave the app and come back to it you must eat another ad. So annoying. Trashy app should be removed

Nothing Compares. As a music producer, getting mp3 files onto my phone has been seamless and I can even download seminars. Two words. THANK YOU

Not working. I have no idea what happened but im unable to download any video through the application. It has happened before thats why i uninstalled it before but its now its happening again.

False advertising. I would have originally put this app as 5 stars before all the updates happened as years passed. My biggest and current issue is that I paid the "one-time purchase" years ago so that I don't have to deal with the ads that the app had. I recently updated this app (it is July 10, 2024 as of writing this), and now they have the audio ads too like Spotify, wanting you to purchase the "pro" version of the app. I hit the "restore purchase" button and it still plays ads, telling me to watch a video to unlock 48 hours of non-stop playback (but you have to have targeted ads for it to work) or pay the 6.99+tax for the "pro version one-time purchase." I already paid for this app, I should not have to deal with ads when the "full version" package said "no more ads" 9 years ago.

I’ve been using this app for the longest time and I never had an issue with it until this new format update now I can only do half of what I used to do with this app redesign is bad app will not cast anymore!!!!!! And little other functions I miss It’s been almost 2 weeks from the last email I received from them and will fix problems and still nothing has changed

Latest update. Before the latest update i could share musics and videos between telegram and this app but for now I can't share anything from telegram to Tdownloader I hope in the next update this problem would be solved

One among great apps on iOS but. The only challenge I have now is that I can no longer save files such as video to my device which is the main reason why I purchased the app. Secondly, the passcode feature doesn’t seems to be working at all. Thanks

(Devs please read) It will have to work….. I’m cool with it blocking a few websites to avoid plagiarism and theft. My main problem is when you change a file’s destination folder, the options are no longer in alphabetical order!? WHYYYY If this could be fixed it would change my life pleeeeeease I will change to 5 stars

Flaws with recent updates. Still a great app let you listen and download files, however interface a bit hard to get used to it. On the most recent update it crashes all the time when trying to open it. Now I can't listen to music that had on within app. Hope it gets resolved soon.

Pay two times the one-time fee. I have been using this app for more than a year by now, I paid to avoid all the ads at the moment, and just now there is another paywall that doesn’t let me use the app completely, it’s just 5 dollars but this is extremely disappointing.

I used to love this app. I used to love this app I even purchased it but after the new updates it’s been hard to used. The download button keeps popping up and it won’t let me download when I click on download. I don’t know what the did to mess it up like this but I hope they go back on the old updates or fix it. App page navigation problem. Hello there, When I open the app, the first page of the app is not opened and it is notpossible to move between folders, after closing and opening the app several times, the problem is solved!

Simply awesome. Easily one of the most—if not THE most—simply solid and consistent apps I’ve ever had. Across three different iPhones this has kept all of the files I have stored in here! Just a very well put together app!

Slower and laggy. I enjoy the rework as it come with many new yet similar features. However the app now seems to be very laggy. Videos constantly slow to frame by frame while the audio play at normal speed and any time I try to fast forward threw a video it start back at the beginning. Please fix!!

Where is THE OLD TDOWNLOADER. I understand the update and all that but with this new version I really don’t like Bc I can’t download my songs I want and if I tried to download any song it will load forever and it won’t play it and I don’t really understand with this new version of tdownloader and I don’t like I really hope the people from the company change it back again for the sake of all of us

Good app but ... App is good and easy to use, but for photos when i import photos from gallery to the app photo format was changed to unknown format for other devices and apps. Please fix this for this great app.

It’s good….but. The Face ID does not work or the password, it opens the app without requesting the password or Face ID. I don’t like that… it’s need to be fixed asap. Overall the app is great it’s can be better if they fix the security features on the app.

It was great until my phone needed to be replaced. It was great until my phone needed to be replaced, I had thousands of songs on the app. Then I had a problem with my phone and here was no way to save all my music. Now I have to start all over because I had to switch phones. I redownloaded the app and everything was gone.

bad update 😟😨😨😨😨😨😨. Why??? Really why any good program that we are fully satisfied with is suddenly annoying and annoying all its users with a ridiculously bad update. It was the only app on AppStore that had a timer for download. And in your last update this counter does not work. And constantly counting is not displayed in a broken state or at all. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it but it still didn't work. Why?! Really oriented ?! but i give u 5 star.

You guy’s at Total are really getting on my nerves. The app is phenomenal. However, now you’ll get a random pop up and have to click on the app to continue listening to music. Just for a ton of ads to keep playing. You’re making the user experience worse and worse. Also, features that WERE FREE are now only available on the paid version. Smh

Reliable. Practical and easy to use.. This is the best iPhone downloader/player u can get from App Store. Pause and resume great for downloading large files. Simple player with shuffle and repeat and sorting the downloaded files. Ability to hide and sort ur files in folders.

Need one fix.. Users cannot scroll left while looking at browsers. If browsers are in the mood were you can scroll left and right you can only scroll left once then you need to maximize that page and repeat to scroll left.

Meh.. I love Td but seriously guys come on, it is not user friendly anymore. The ui is all shiny and new but confusing as anything. My biggest problem is where the heck did repeat all go for songs?!?! Let’s be real this is a music app. Not files blah blah blah,, we need user friendly instructions to find basic stuff.

Best. I’ve had other file downloaded. Most are no longer and the ones I have changed to the point I can no longer use. This is by far the best file downloaded I’ve ever used and the best that’s available. Keep up the good work!

Update needed. Love this app but it is in desperate need of a update. Songs playing after being silenced while searching for a playlist is annoying that’s the only gripe I have plus the ui could use a change but that’s nick picking

Very good app but. This application has been of great help to me but after it changed from tdownloader to total i cant seem to find my way around. My main problem is transferring files from my iphone to my pc. It doesnt even show my files on iTunes. i went to FAQ and i was told to type an address on my pc but that didnt work out.

No More Casting Ability?. I paid for the premium version of this app. prior to the update, I could cast to Chromecast no problem. After your update, my cast icon has disappeared. What gives? If you took that feature away, please issue me a refund. Thanks, Steve H.

good app !!!. I love this app so much .. please forever and always keep and and please do not delete this !! It is really resourceful and works good !! It is based off of storage and I basically tells you if you need to delete and when your running out of storage and I like that !!

Upset. I can not watch videos on this app anymore and i dont know the reason.. It always gives me an error as feedback when i click to watch the video

No support for BOX. Just got this app and trying it out. First thing I noticed is, the list of available cloud services does not include BOX, which I like and use. So far the app seems simple, and I especially like the one time fee for ads removal. But, I don’t like it enough to migrate off of a major cloud provider. Kind of defeats the purpose. Add BOX support and I’ll change my rating.

Importing issue. I’ve been using Total for 3 years and last week i updated mine to the last version but unfortunately i face a problem.i used to collect my movies & musics in this app but in the latest version i can’t import’em i don’t know why!?i want developers to fix it ,thanks!

Junk. This app used to be awsome now you can’t download videos anymore that was the whole reason I bought the pro I want a refund. Queueing is poor and too much begging. If I queue up 20, one or more gigabyte files as fast as I can all from one server, it is crap. To get the maximum speed on cellular service, from the same server, it needs to download files one at a time. The only really bad part is it begging for money. Quit begging, idiots should know how to purchase an upgrade if they want.

Very useful.. Total Files is an easy to use application that does everything a mobile file explorer needs to do. It is perfect to browse the web as well as to download, play, manage and lightly edit files. I honestly couldn’t ask for more from this app. It’s simply great! Excellent job from the developers!

Started getting interruptions after latest update. I have the pro version, which markets itself as not having interruptions, yet I just started getting interruptions asking me to upgrade to pro starting earlier today. Fix this immediately, it’s genuinely ruining the experience. Update: still happening. I’m so sick and tired of hearing “to resume listening, please open total” just to get an ad for the pro version THAT I ALREADY OWN! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?

Lots of Bugs. Hello and thanks for this app It’s about 5,6 years that i’m using this app This is my most favorite app but , the latest update has lots of bugs : 1- When searching music name , after each letter being typed, keyboard vannishes and again should press search buttom. 2- Can not move a file in a same folder 3- And the worst thing, when my VPN is on , there is lots of Ads and it stops music player BTW thanks TOTAL for this perfect app The previous version was great, I wish I could downgrade the update…! 🙏🏻

like the app but.... So I've had this app for a long time. Like almost 4 years. Ive liked the app. I have all of my music here and it's worked just fine until recently. I got the latest update and the ads are just ridiculous!! I'll get ads in the middle of a song! Please change this. I really liked this app but now it's making unnecessary changes.

GREAT BUT…. The new update is just what the app needed but the only complaint I have is the fact that mp3 files dont show the cover when its playing while the apps open. I dont like the new beating background. The apps perfect besides that!!

Amazing. You get to download any song of your choice, The songs are permanent on you phone, No upgrades that affects your already downloaded songs, And finally you can create folders for your songs that’s my favorite part i like my things in order

Love this app but... Great app, I just don’t like how y’all have free access to my photos app, I never granted access for the app to do this so privacy with this app is lowkey super shady. I don’t feel comfortable buying the pro until that is fixed with a privacy setting for photos.
