Fantastic. This one blew me away with its deep esoteric understanding. It is the main one I use now to answer big questions, especially questions of the spirit and my spiritual path. It's wisdom is superlative for the spiritual seeker. Yet, it isn't too high-minded and speaks to the material and physical as well. It stands out among all other tarot apps, of which I have many.

Wow. Fantastic.. I starting using the Tarot in the 70's, and have relied on it all my life as a trusted friend. The depth of knowledge of Tarot card interpretations in this app, the design of the interface, and the ability to journal the readings make it a fabulous app. Plus, the deck is beautiful and deep! Love the cards! Please add the ability to add ones own layouts and it will be a 10 star app. But as it is now, it is an incredible portal for synchronicity and I really am grateful to the developers.

Tarot of the Holy Light. I really like these tarot cards. Beautiful artwork with in depth interpretations. Very unique.

Lots of options. I tried other tarot apps, but they lacked features I would prefer. This app has those features. Think it would be suitable for beginner or proficient.

This!. A game changer. Seriously beautiful, wonderfully written and a gift to mind and soul. This is a must have for the students and adepts. The actual cards and book are so worth it but this makes it accessible on the go and while you're waiting in line or needing a mind sandwich( to think on during lunch or whenever) . It's a super deal to delight the senses. Can't say enough about how wonderful it is.

Mind Blown. I was hesitant to pay for a non human way of getting my cards read but after reading my first card, it was so accurate that I couldn't get over on how amazing this app is. I told everybody who shares this interest with me and they also were blown away with the detailed messages and consistency the cards provide each time I consult with them.

Best tarot app + stunning deck. A year or so ago, I downloaded three or so tarot apps but after playing with them briefly I never touched them again. The apps weren't intuitive and each lacked some major feature (like looking/flipping through the cards) that would have made it worth while. Eventually I deleted all of them. Recently I ran into an image from Holy Light tarot that sent me hunting for the deck. During my hunt I found the app, which I bought based on the reviews. A couple of days later I ordered the deck. I LOVE both. The app is very flexible. From the home screen you can: start a New Reading (lots of options for reading cloths, spreads, shuffling, and drawing the cards), Draw a Card, see Today's Card, give Feedback, write in the Journal & add card images, Explore the deck, (see thumbnails of all the majors or suits, flip through cards individually, flip them over for meaning, or split the screen with the card and the meaning (my favorite). You can add your own meaning & you have a choice of fonts. The app has run smoothly On my iPad2 (OS6) without freezing or other glitches. I've also purchased The Classic 1910 Tarot App. I am looking forward to seeing what other decks are added. Buy it. I cannot imagine anyone every regretting the purchase.

This works really well for me.. I first saw the Holy Light Tarot from the Tarot Sampler, and I was really stunned by the artwork, so I got the standalone app. This deck resonates really well with me--it's vibrant, passionate, and everything I've drawn seems really on point. The full explanations of the cards can be somewhat overwhelming at first, but I've gotten used to it and I can quickly pick out the most relevant parts of each description. I'm pleased to get a copy of the physical deck sometime soon. I only wish that the images this app outputs were higher resolution. They're pretty small and grainy as is. Still, I'm very happy with it.

A Tarot that Continually Refreshes. I didn’t know how I was going to feel about the physical deck at first. I already owned the Tarot of the Spirit and this seemed to satisfy the imperious urge to read. So initially, I used this app more often than the physical deck, which I also own. The app is great in that it also has text from the book and is very simple to use. For me one thing led to another. I bought the deck, bought the app, loved the app and the spot on readings, bought the book, bought the coloring book, and recently ordered the other book. The app delivers a great product and is a simple way to carry your deck with you when you might not otherwise be able to carry the deck. I feel like the readings are quite direct and very accessible. You have the option of journaling your reading and also have access to the essays about each card, should you choose to explore them. User friendly and simple interface. Sure to take you to a deep place, wherever you may be. If you love esoteric tarots and you enjoy the Tarot of the Holy Light, this is the best way to use it when you don’t have your deck. It’s the best $3.99 you’ll ever spend.

Beautiful and Accurate. I have many digital Tarot decks but keep coming back to this one. It hasn't steered me wrong yet.

Works for Me. There are a few tarot apps out there including a variety put out by Fools Dog. After sampling a few it is apparent they apply to different mindsets and tastes. This one works best for me. The readings offer insights for someone seeking balance and understanding through hermetic symbols and sophistry.

Fantastic app. This is a very functional app in terms of journaling and study of the deck, not to mention the astounding beauty of the Holy Light Deck itself. I just opened my hard copy of the deck which I ordered about 5 minutes after I got the app. I'm surprised to say that the cards themselves are even more astounding than the app, the colors more vibrant- the two together make an unbeatable tool, and I could hardly be more pleased. The one thing that would make this better, as has been said, would be a more extensive manual. This is true for the physical deck as well. More background information would be a plus. Otherwise, both the app and the physical deck are a great value for the money, and a wonderful system for divination and meditation as well.

The BEST Tarot app...ever!. I have tried countless tarot apps over the years & this is hands down the best tarot app out there. It has functionality, beautiful cards (The Holy Light Tarot is my most favorite tarot in physical decks too, so this is an awesome thing to have it as an app as well!), excellent graphics, a wonderful journal & share function, & has a relaxed & secure feel to it with many ways to customize readings. Plus...the book is included! I love the way you can read the book that goes with this deck. It is worth the price for the book alone! There are no problems either, no crashes, no forced closes...very reliable & trustworthy! Get it!

Excellent. I am very satisfied with this "deck". Initially I had doubts it would be as effective as a material tarot deck but it works very well. (It always seems to boil down to being very clear about your question and phrasing it correctly.) I very much like the quality of the card faces and image choices. My only suggestion for improvement would be the descriptions. (Though helpful, there could be a bit more gradiation of the depth of meaning. I like the initial sentence summary, but then a paragraph summary would be a nice in between - before the six or ten paragraph length description.) Excellent work.

Excellent Resource. The full length explanations on this deck and are very wise and knowledgeable. The text is advanced but still understandable. Highly recommended for all students of Tarot, Occultism, Archetypes, etc... buy this!

Loved Fools Dog Until.... The journal function no longer works for any of my Fools Dog apps. I have over 10 of your apps, so over 10x the disappointment. Not buying any more of your apps. :-/

Precise. Very helpful and precise readings. I like the feature of viewing both the image of the card and the meaning at the same time. I didn't know that was a feature at first. I came across it by accident. Swipe down in the middle of the frame.

The best of the best ..... This is the best of the best of the best tarot apps ... I had originally found her book in my searches for the perfect tarot handbook - something to compliment any deck I’m reading with and I had discovered her book - one of those with actual pages ! It’s fabulous. The depth of each essay on every card - her writing style, how thoroughly each and every card is expressed through traditional and complimentary tarot’s - the valuable astrological significances .... it’s like a micro encyclopedia of mega macro importance. If you have the cash flow definitely get online and support the author - she makes the very nice copies of the book available as well - what’s amazing tho is in the app - inside of this tiny little icon on my screen is essentially the whole of the book that she’s compiled over years of dedicated studies and shares it with the whole world - it takes my device and gives it a crown chakra of its own. Totally surreal - and lemme tell ya from my own anecdotal experience - the universe seems to have no qualms or difficulty’s communicating through the electric light of the phone deck as it does through my cards at home. A thousand thousand cheers for this stellar service to the digital mystics of the now !) ohhh and I believe the author has a tarot university online as well ... hmmmm notwprth diferences of this continental style are some of the card attributions when it comes to the major arcana and they’re homes on the tree of life for those out there walking the paths on the tree - I noticed right away that some of the locations were different from the attributions assigned by others - of course Crowely’s Thoth deck and I noticed even from attributions expressed by Stephen Hoeller another favorite teacher inside the gnostic tradition. Amazing tarot. This is my first deck and I must say that this is a great one. Being intune with occult symbols I decided this would be the deck that was for me. As I become more versed in tarot I believe that a more classic deck is good for the beginner because the story the card tells might not be so obvious in these. The cards have keyword meanings but also it has full meanings explaining the full meaning of the card. I've heard the physical deck has a separate book to buy beyond the little white book. Each card has a pretty lengthy detailed description from the book which alone is worth way more than the price of the deck alone. If ur into occult symbolism this deck is for u.

fantastic app. I own the hard copy of this deck and it is exquisite but its loveliness is raised several more octaves when the cards are transparent and illuminated as in this app. Moreover, the "swipe and magnify" feature of the iPad allows the user to enjoy and imbibe effortlessly the incredible detail in each card. The app offers a wide variety of spreads and reading cloths, and there is even a beautiful journal feature where readings may be stored. The accompanying book is rich in divinatory and scholarly detail, and would be a great starter text for anyone interested in a career in divination, as well as for the amateur. If you are interested in astrology and know your birth chart and track your transits, watch how the astrological designations on the cards in your readings intersect with your personal astrological parameters. It's uncanny--and very instructive, adding more levels of meaning to your readings.

Amazing Deck. I have several apps from Fool's Dog, and it's a great line. The Holy Light tarot is my favorite by far. This deck is stunning, and very well researched. The full text is a gold mine. At first I was skeptical about reading from an app rather than a physical deck, but the image quality is great and I've gotten wonderful insights from the Holy Light app. A must for tarot enthusiasts.

Christine is a proponent of the of the Continental Tarot system which is deeply reflected in this deck. Check her out at Facebook (search for Christine Payne Towler). This is by far the best engineered app out there and the top-notch content in terms of quality of the cards and meanings leaves all other apps looking like amateurs!
