Depressing. I downloaded this app when it first began to gain popularity sometime in 2013, and was literally obsessed. I used this app at least 3 times a day, and when my parents/relatives would ask me for a Christmas list I would just send them my profile link. Everything was authentic and from verified, legitimate companies. I stopped using it when the Trending page began to fill with scams and knockoff items. Really sad because I used to have so much fun with this app and used it almost like a “dream closet”, kind of how you use Pinterest (except the fact that Pinterest is still great). I re-downloaded it today because I was feeling nostalgic, and was disappointed all over again. I have no idea why the creators of this app would let it go to such crap. Might as well just call it Wish because that’s what it has turned into. Sincerely, One sad college junior wanting to relive the joys of her high school years💔

Things used to be cheaper. I use to love Wanelo & purchased multiple things off of the app over the last several years. It was my go to for cute tops, bikinis, shoes, etc. for all extremely cheap prices. I knew it would take awhile to get my items but it was worth waiting for the cheap prices I paid. My favorite pair of sneakers I got off the app a few years ago are worn down & I was going to purchase another pair so I decided to redownload the app. Low & behold, prices for everything have DRAMATICALLY increased! Something that used to be $8-$12 is now $39-$45. Don’t advertise “90% off retail prices” when I can literally go to the boutique & pay the same price, if not cheaper. I immediately deleted the app. I was so disappointed.

THEY STEAL MONEY DO NOT BUY. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO WANELO THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!! I’ve used wanelo for years (since 2013) because I just like to save items I think are cute. Well I finally decided to buy something in January 2020 and they send me SUPER fake shoes, nothing like what was pictured and when I return, stole my $50 and dodged all my messages and attempt to get my money back. Very disappointed in them I emailed multiple times and now they just totally stop responding. Dead air anytime I try to have wanelo staff or customer support help me. Never shopping here again BUYER BEWARE WANELO STEALS MONEY FROM ITS CUSTOMERS AND THEY LET THEIR SELLERS SELL FAKE ITEMS AND RUN TRAIN ON CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam! Awful company. This is the worse company ever. They are a scam. Their customer service is horrible. They have no control over the buying process. I bought something and never got a order confirmation or shipping confirmation. When the date they estimated it would arrive passed without received confirmation of the order I disputed the charge with my bank since they never responded to my 5 emails regarding my order and their phone number just redirects you to use email to contact them. Then they send me a threatening email saying I was committing fraud and suspended my account permanently and threatened to charge me an additional fee if they won the dispute. All I wanted was a purse. This company is terribly mismanaged and you should never use them.

Shipping and communication. It would be really nice if you guys could improve on your shipping and communications skills. I order a lot of top prices items from you. And for month and months lately don’t even know what is going on with them. They stay processing for over 2 weeks or more. No tracking numbers, nothing, no information at all what is going on. I bought in last 3 weeks $1000 dollars worth of things that no one can tell me when they will be shipped if they ever be. So in that case you issue refunds if items that you take money right away off my card , no one has any ideas when will they be shipped

Bad site. Bad service. Liars. I wish if I can give less than one star. I purchased an an item 6 months ago, and the status of this shipment kept saying processing. I contacted the customer service so many time and they said it’s been under process. Just wait. Finally, I decided I just want to cancel the order. It’s been a while and I’m not interested anymore. They always answer me after 10 days or a week and they said sorry we cannot cancel the order but I can give you five dollars gift card(I was like seriously I spent $30 for the item and I’m getting five dollar gift card). So anyway guys don’t trust this website don’t buy anything everything is fake and they don’t ship the item. They just charge you money and they make you forget about it. I talked to my bank and I blocked everything and I told them to bed this website I’m not dealing with them anymore. I don’t deserve anyone to buy for them.

I’ll say what i don’t like about this app…. The log in process… i enter my email and then receive a ‘magic log in link’, what even is my password? There is no area for messages, so you are notified by email of order confirmation in which you get that magic link again to check your order status, etc.. and it only opens up the home page.. also there is no place to look up your order or past orders or any recent activity except for the items you’ve saved. It’s extremely unsettling to order something and have no way to check on it. The app is very vague. I’m not sure what happened but it was not like this years ago when i first discovered Wanelo. I loved it then, now i feel like I’d be a fool to purchase something from a site with my own money that gives no legit information on the order even after you click the link. Luckily the order I’m waiting was not paid for with MY money lol

Disappointed. I have had an Wanelo account for a while now, but I never purchased anything until last week. I paid for the item with my credit card, but I never received a confirmation email (to the email that’s linked to my account). I waited for a couple of days and the email never sent. I also tried to get back in my account to see if there was a way I could see my order, but Wanelo signed me completely out and disposed of my account. I say this because I typed in the ONLY email address I have trying to sign back in but nothing worked. I thought maybe if I could sign in with the same email and password of my current account it would link me back to it, but sadly it just created another account. I’m very disappointed.

Very Disappointed. I used to use this app multiple times a day. I was Creating wish lists and downloading links to things I had bought and wanted to buy.. for me and for gifts. I used it as a dream closet (like Pinterest, but with links so I could go back to my links to purchase).... I haven’t been able to post products in over a year... online or in app, I even created an alternative account to see if it was just mine. It wasn’t. I got in contact with customer service and then technical support. They kept reassuring me that it was being worked on. They always needed just “a few more weeks”... it’s been over a year, and multiple updates later with no solution. I absolutely loved this app and it was my Favorite. I’m so disappointed & probably going to end up deleting this app from my phone all together. All the items are fake and cheap looking. It used to be the best of both worlds, people that wanted to post from really popular stores and links, could post.. and people who wanted to buy from Wanelo Stores could. Now it’s one sided and it will be deleted from my phone. I don’t recommend this app, which is heart breaking for me to say considering how much I loved it.

Communication. Please make a chat section where we can communicate with the seller and ask questions and request pictures if needed. I order 7 items from here. Ordered 3 pairs of sneakers, 1 pair the seller no longer had in stock but I was not informed until weeks late, the 2nd pair were not the same as the picture and I never received the 3rd pair. Ordered 3 sweaters, 1 the words were misspelled on it, the other was a totally different color and design then what was designed and the 3rd was perfect. A tee shirt that I never received. Some orders that were not received they refused to refund me my payment back to my bank card, instead the only refunded me 50% in Wanelo credits... overall I’ve had more bad experiences than good with this app. I prefer DHGate, at least they let you communicate directly with the sellers.

No Customer Service. They sent my package to the wrong address which isn’t possible because I know I put my correct address in my order and I’m pretty sure it was a fake tracking number because that’s what the post office said. They have no customer service number it always rings to a voicemail that never calls you back and one email that they never answer. Don’t waste your time or money so far I only received one item and the rest are all fake tracking numbers that say delivered but aren’t and nobody is around to help you. Even the responses on here when people complain about them don’t make sense another guy complained about how there’s no chat system and no communication with any real people and they commented we let u filter thru the sellers and ratings which is no way relevant.

UPDATE REQUESTS!! 😊. First off, I love the Wanelo app. It spend so much time zoning out and saving things, and I’ve even bought a few items. That being said, from a customer standpoint, I think it could stand a few changes to make more enjoyable. -Lately I haven’t been able to upload items from my browser. Maybe a bug? -I wish that there was a way to alphabetically categorize lists or customize the order of the lists, instead them being ordered by whatever was added most recently. -I want to be able to change the “Things I want as Gifts” name -The home page could be better. I never find anything I like in “Magic”, so it would be nice if My Feed was what was automatically on the main page -It would be nice if My Feed looked more like Magic, just with posts from people I’m actually following. Again, I love this app and I spend so much time on it. These are just a few things that I personally think would make it a little more enjoyable.

Ease of shopping. I must say that I am relatively new to shopping replicas. But I got the bug! This site, WANELO, has been the easiest to navigate so far. The pictures are plentiful and the description is detailed. I have not yet received any items, but I am looking forward to seeing how the item and the pictures match. I believe that my first impression has been five-star!! When navigating through the other sites, they either don’t have a quick picture of your product in detail, or it takes you a few tries to get the piece that you are specifically looking for, or it takes you to totally different piece merchandise. On this site, it groups like-items together which eases honing in on the actual piece that you are looking for. Because, let’s face it, when we shop, we already have something in mind. I will write another review once I receive my merchandise (LV Tri-fold card holder with a rose-pink button and pink interior). I cannot wait! Talk to you soon, LizLev!!

don’t waste your time or money. i don’t recommend this app at all! i’ve only ordered one thing from here and it said it would be here by 10th-17th of december. i ordered this item as a christmas gift ONE MONTH AGO and here it is december 16th and it still says “preparing to ship” not to mention that on december 10th it still said “processing” and i had to email them about it just to get it to say “preparing to ship” and it still says that. Also the tracking number apparently doesn’t even exist. so i emailed them again TWICE and still no reply. called and when to voicemail. i’m going to be highly upset if i don’t receive my order or get a email back. and if i don’t get my money back for not receiving it since it says “100% money back guarantee” if you don’t receive your order (which i should’ve known was stupid to put on something anyway) that’s basically saying some people don’t even get their order. i’m going to be one upset person. i’ll probably have to call my bank to get the money back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME ON THIS APP. also read the other reviews. it’ll give you more and more reasons to not even bother

Disappointed. I am not 100% sure why but for some reason Wanelo will not take my card at all it’s says that the credentials are incorrect when they’re correct. I’ve tried emailing Wanelo with the issue they say that it’s probably my bank so I called my bank and everything’s fine with my card and account so I thought it was maybe a glitch. Wanelo will still not take my card!!!! I’m am very upset because it won’t take my card in app or online. I’d like to make purchases but when will I be able to do so????? Can there please be an alternate payment solution???

Attention. I ordered a hand bag from a seller with great reviews and recent also. My thoughts before making the purchase and deciding whether or not I trust this app. However, I saw that there was a 100% guaranteed full refund if I don’t receive my order. So a month passes and I understand that it could have gotten lost or something. I contacted the email on the app for help. I got a response back saying that they aren’t in contact with the sellers and don’t have any information about my order. That took me back… I emailed back showing screen shots of the payment and that the order was never even shipped, it was under processing. The 2nd email wasn’t any better and I’ve been back and forth for over three months with them even ghosting me until I threatened to sent to the better business bureau the (BBB). There’s not much else to say than this is a scam. No one actually helps you and they take your money. There’s no resolution. They pretend to reach out and act like they are helping you but it’s all fake. Don’t even give them space in your phone….. Just go on offer up or facebook for cheap designer stuff!

Customer service is atrocious and review credits are no more. I have concluded that the creators of this app don’t care about making in functional. The quality continues to degrade and despite reporting problems to support, nothing changes. Through the holidays of 2022 I used Wanelo to order many gifts and items for myself. Close to half of what I ordered never arrived. In some cases the order was cancelled by the seller, but most of the time the order was left in “processing” limbo and I would have to contact customer support to request a refund. Even then, it took weeks to months of messaging them to actually get a refund. I am still trying to be refunded for orders in which I was sent a completely different item than what I ordered, and they are only willing to give me Wanelo credit and not my actual money back. Beyond these issues, I have also contacted customers service about numerous issues, including being charged more than I agreed to pay when ordering, credits disappearing from my account for no reason, and review credits failing to show up. None of these issues were solved and after following up and speaking to supervisors with no progress, I can only conclude that they don’t care to fix the app or make it function. At this point I don’t get review credits at all anymore and all positives of this app are gone. It’s March 2023 and I am still trying to get refunded for orders made last year.

Nope. I had good luck with this site my first purchase, but ever since it's been a nightmare. I use it mainly as just a wishlist/pinterest-like pin board of things I'm interesting in buying in the future and only of items that can be found in a legitimate store. Making a purchase through wanelo itself is horrible. Half the time the sellers aren't active anymore yet their merch is still available to be purchased. Responses generally take a few weeks to reach a resolution and every problem I've had has just been "solved" by giving me the money back in wanelo credit, which I have yet to use because everything I try to purchase is never legitimate. It's really not worth the hassle.

Believe it is a scam. I placed an order back in November 2022 and still to this day I have not received it. My mother-in-law actually ordered the item for herself and I used my cc and she gave me the cash. I did contact customer service and they said they do see it is processing still and she would get back in touch with me. I had to call again one week later and they said they are still working on it. I tried going on the app over the past week and a half and it says there is an error. Is anyone else getting the same message? I guess we will never see the item and/or the money. Good thing she did t pay more than $100 for it. PLEASE do not order from this company! If I could I would fight it. Who knows maybe I will will.

What a joke. I’m rating this 4 stars so everyone can see this review. Do NOT buy from this app. The quality is extremely cheap, the sizing is all wrong, and they take forever to ship to you. I’ve bought from here a few times and I will say some times you get lucky with a purchase, but majority of the time you get exactly what you pay for, crap!! It’s cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for I guess. Also the support team is awful. I had an item in my cart I didn’t know about and when I went to check out it didn’t give me a summary of what I got until after I had already got it. The support team did nothing to help so now I have crap on the way that I didn’t even want. Good luck to the rest of you. My advice would be to look at the reviews before getting something.

NOT WORTH IT!!!. Shipping is $10 and shipping price goes up and down every time you turn around. The sellers will take your money and never send the product. I have so many orders I paid for last year and I’m still waiting on the items. I’ve contacted sanely the respond when they want to like they can’t see the orders that people just haven’t sent. It’s a waste of time but if you have time to waste go for it. Some sellers are selling one thing and after you buy it they send you something totally wrong and the size or color will be wrong too. The ones that sells goods like candies and things the candy is old and sticky. Half the stuff on here you can just get on DHGATE. LIKE ITS JUST ALL AROUND WRONG AND THEY STILLHAVEN’T FIXED ANY ISSUES THEY HAVE. LIKE WE IN MAY AND I LITERALLY HAVE ORDERS FROM LAST YEAR I GUESS I WILL NEVER RECEIVE. OH AND BTW THERES NO WAY TO CONTACT THE SELLERS. YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO FIND THEM ON IG, SHOPIFY, FACEBOOK OR JUST GOOGLE THE NAME YOU ARE SEARCHING UNDER. HECK WITH ALL OF THAT I JUST WENT BACK TO SHEIN. LESS PROBLEMS!

Smashed boxes and fake stuff.. I like how this app has “Authentic” stuff for a very cheap price but some of the stuff just looks like Knock offs and fake. That is not good on the Customers Part as well as you alls part because for one, you can get very bad ratings and more than likely, lot’s of people will stop shopping here. A lot of the things are pretty cute too. Also, where is the shopping bag option? What if we want to purchase more than 1 item at a time? Please improve these things. What about expedition shipping? This should be an option sense some things will be 90 cents but the shipping is 10 Dollars or something is 5 Dollars and the shipping will be 12-15 Dollars.

SCAM. 0 STARS!!! DO NOT order from this place. This is a scam. I ordered in January 2023 and 6 months later I still have no product and no refund. I have been communicating with “customer service” and they keep saying there is a high volume. They emailed me in June 2023 and stated that it is too late to provide me a refund and when I replied stating that I was going to report them they asked me how I would like my redund(credited to my account or to my original form of payment). I replied stating that I wanted it back on my card and they responded a week later stating once again that there is a high volume and they don’t know when my issue will be resolved. I contacted one of the vendors directly and they stated that they can not provide me with a refund because Wanelo has not paid them for their products/orders for the past year then told me that if I wanted the product they can ship it out if I send them more money directly through PayPal. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

$5 Review Credit Is A Scam. I’m sure review credit was implemented to entice people to buy more, and sounds great in theory, but they don’t tell you that you’ll NEVER RECEIVE IT even if your photo reviews meet all their requirements. I’ve made 3 purchases between August and September of 2019, received all 3, left photo reviews after being prompted because “you’ll receive $5 credit for every photo review!” and Wanelo has given me NO CREDIT. Nothing. I reached out to support to ask when I could expect to receive it, and all I got was a copy of the requirements for the credit. I’m aware of these, having looked them over already to have tried to figure out if I missed a step. I didn’t. And they just didn’t want to answer me. Well, I can easily shop elsewhere, Wanelo - there are plenty of other places giving out credit and coupons who are more honest, helpful and reputable.

Disappointed. I order my stuff on beggining of February. I email wanelo 10 times since beggining of March perhaps my order and no one responded my email (NO BODY, not even a single human that work at wanelo reply my email and all i got is automatic email that said will get back to me within 24-48 hours) They told me my packages spouse to delivered since beggining of March (base on ur app) but I still doesn't received none of my packages. One month passed, what ever I'm still patiently waiting even though u don't reply none of my email. But last week I decided to called my bank! Your company so unprofessional handling customer service. Im really dissatisfied with your company. But since you want to play stupid game ignoring all my email since last month, so I have to called my bank to dispute my charge! You need to be more responsible! Another things the tracking number on the app doesn’t even working! I know is online business, but you can’t just take the money and run away. I will call better business bureau for further investigation. Okay today april 17,2020 and Since last week still tried to contact wanelo. Still no response. Come on wanelo. Is there any customer service from ur end because i feels like you dont take customers seriously.

Will never order from them again. Placed an order back in February of this year and never received my order. Contact customer serviced several times and they kept telling me they will follow up with the person I placed the order with and they always tell me the same thing just keep checking the app for updates. Their policy was if I don’t receive my order there is 100% guarantee refund. I keep asking for a refund and they will not give me my money back. I will not order with them again thats for sure. My order is still saying processing and customer service is still saying the same thing with their generic answer keep checking back for updates

Love the idea, but.... I have been using this app since 2014 and I am writing this mid-2019. I’ve been an active user over the years. I love the idea and how I can organize my wishlist. But, it has continuously gone downhill. The “post” button hasn’t worked for a little over a year now and with the new update, it’s completely gone. Probably because they have had so many issues with it. However, that was my favorite part about using the app. Being able to find something I wanted online and add it to my wishlist is just very convenient. I will no longer be using the app due to this. I even emailed the company letting them know about the issue and they said that they’ve been working on trying to fix it, but months afterwards, nothing has been done.

You never receive your items. Please do not order anything from this website!!! You’ll be waiting for over 3 months to receive your items and you’ll feel like you are being scammed. The customer service is a joke . They don’t respond to your emails after you sent numerous emails just looking for answers. The telephone number for the website is a joke because nobody ever answers the phone while you been holding the phone over an hour. They never contact the sellers to find out what’s going on with your stuff so they can update you on what’s the problem. Then you get disappointed every time when you check the tracking on the website and you see that it’s been over 2 months and it says this seller has not shipped your items yet .Timeless classic is a horrible seller on this site. I would never order anything from them again.

Bad customer service. The products on Wanelo are great. The shipping prices are inflated however. I’m angry with Wanelo. I accidentally pressed “place order.” I contacted them to cancel my order by email. It said that they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. It’s been 72 hours and I’m still waiting. My bank account went negative. My bank charged me an extra $34 for that. I am not happy with Wanelo. Their customer service is not good. I have been a customer of AliExpress for years. I have never once had this happen. They take care of their customers and respond in time. I recommend AliExpress. Most of their shipping is also free. I will not be shopping with Wanelo again. They just lost a customer. *Update* Wanelo suspended my account for disputing with my bank on a charge I did not want in the first place. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for stealing my money!!!

Disappointed. Honestly this app is ridiculous because it gives you these do dates where your item is “supposed” to come in through the mail and I’m just disappointed because it’s the last day of my due date and I still haven’t received nothing whatsoever and I understand it takes five days to process your order but I’ve been waiting 26 days already and it claims that its here in 13 or 14 business days so I’m just not feeling it no more I mean it’s my first time ordering from this app and I just really had high hopes for this app to be honest they just need to do something with their order information like maybe give you a tracking number or something because not knowing where my stuff is its really concerning to me especially when it’s not in my mail on the day it claims its going to be and at this point I just feel like they did me wrong or something and I’m probably never ordering off this app again /: but I’ll see how good the quality of the item is once or if it ever do come it

Don’t buy from this app!!!!. I used to buy stuff all the time on this app and I was always super happy. I ordered something 3 months ago never even got a confirmation email, I waited and wait and nothing. Finally I reached out to my bank and disputed the charges for never receiving my items. They sent me back an email saying most disputes end in Wanelos favor. LOL. Like that’s your response? Not let me resolve the issue and see where your item is? Then a week later they give me a tracking number (this has been 3 weeks ago) and the tracking number is FAKE! It hasn’t changed from the last time they sent it. Last but not least I click on my wanelo app and it’s weirdly logged me out. I go to sign it and my email and password no longer work. Weird huh? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS APP!!!

Customer support. I am a usual customer at wanello and I’ve always loved shopping from there but I ordered a t shirt more than a month ago and i still didn’t get it, after I realized I never got the t shirt I didn’t freak out because I knew that the wanello guarantee would give me a full refund if i didn’t receive my item. Anyways I tried contacting wanello several times by emailing and even using the method they reccomend of putting “Attention, App review” in the subject of the email and still didn’t get an answer from them. it’s almost been a week and im starting to lose my trust in wanello. I’m hoping that I will hear an answer soon otherwise I’m never shopping at wanello ever again. I will update this review if I ever get an answer

BUYER BEWARE. I’ve ordered from this app in the past and was happy with my purchases. Something must’ve changed. I placed three orders in the beginning of February with an estimated shipping date of March 4. The orders still said “processing “ at that time. I emailed them and got the same canned response that they would contact the seller. Nothing about when I could expect my order or even offering a refund. I had to email them a second time after not hearing anything further and requested cancellation and a refund. They still did not offer a refund. I wound up calling my credit card company to dispute. Now apparently I’ve been booted off the app because it won’t let me sign in. This is just the most horrible experience I’ve had dealing with a company. The items look nice, but don’t expect to actually receive them.

Used to love this website.. i have reached out several times about information regarding my order. I understand covid-19 has impacted a lot of shipping and businesses, however it its becoming increasingly frustrating that no one will contact me back, i was told once that i would get an update in 72 hours and that was almost 2 weeks ago. If i could i would just cancel my order but due to their policy i cannot. i understand you guys are “doing everything you can”, and i like wanelo, and i want to remain a customer but how can i trust in a company if i cannot even receive an email with my updated shipping information? even if its going to take another month; i dont care about that. its the principle that i have been completely ignored. Its very disheartening to be honest.

Want Don’t need but def love. This app takes some common sense, there are many knock off’s and items from China and it doesn’t really take a genius to figure out which ones.....I sees lot of people post about Wanelo not getting back to them on issues but every time I email them I get a response and someone always looks into my issue. The only thing I have an issue with is sometimes my order gets canceled or tracking says I revived it when I have not, so when the app asks me to rate the item I wish there was a button saying I never received the item or it was canceled. That way I don’t have to give the item one star and lower the rating.

Went from a 4 1/2 star app similar to Pinterest for purchasing. Used to be in the same regard as Pinterest in terms of the marketplace in buying items from across the Internet and had a great algorithm and was aesthetic and easy to sift through boards and find items now it’s nearly impossible backed up with minimum scrolling options extremely over saturated cheap Chinese products month to multi month long waiting periods for products to arrive sometimes not at all and the new update whenever that exactly was makes overall the apps usage nearly impossible it’s such a shame whoever updated this obviously clearly did so to fufill the apps purpose for other reasons and indeed the original owners are not there anymore therefore this app is not what we’re Wanelo is and truly was at all….. terrible TERRIBLE***

5 our of 5 but... I love this app and I’ve recommended this app to tons of people. I’ve ordered from here several times and every time I was pleased with my purchase everything fit and was real. I paid a good price for what I wanted. HOWEVER I ordered a MK watch and it never came. It was only .99 cents but still. I ordered it in like April and I never got it. That’s honestly the only complaint I have. Other than I didn’t get a super cheap purchase I am happy and will continue to buy from the app unless it happens again.

Doesn’t seem to issue refunds. My first and last time shopping with Wanelo. I ordered some shoes that were too small. I shipped them back to the seller who gave me their word to ship a larger size and never did. The seller AND Wanelo, who guarantees a 100% refund have not issued me a refund in almost a month now. The seller has admitted to receiving my shoes and they’ve admitted to not shipping me a larger size. They said they will issue and refund, did not, and stopped responding to my messages. Shopping with this app is a gamble but because they are counterfeit goods, at least you won’t be losing a lot of money. But DO NOT ORDER FROM THE SELLER ZUZU. UPDATE: Do not shop with Wanelo. They do not have a 100% refund guarantee. Instead, they give you 50% of Wanelo credits. This was told to me by Wanelo themselves.

Very disappointed. I know that you should not really expect much from apps like this, but I have ordered things from this app several times before and have always been happy with the purchases considering the price I paid for them. However, I placed an order on February 16th, it was supposed to arrive between March 11th and March 27th. It is now April 29th and I have never received the order. The tracking number has said it is “on its way to a USPS facility” since about February 21st. I have emailed Wanelo over 10 times. The first time I received a response reiterating exactly what I had wrote to them, which was not at all helpful. Now, the only response I get is the automated ones. I have now left them a voicemail with no expectations of receiving a response. I could recommend you many other shopping apps over this one: Romwe, SHEIN, Zaful although it’s a little more expensive. Anything but this app. Do not waste your money, their “Wanelo guarantee” is clearly a flat out lie.

Pretty good. I've bought purchases from Wanelo a few times. Was pleased with all purchases. As far as the app itself...there are a few issues. I'd search something specific and other items completely unrelated would pop up. I feel the "trending" page are the same items every week. Some items look slightly scam-"ish". There's a lot of "third party" sellers and certain items sell from and it leads you to think the items won't turn out the way it looks in the photos. Some of the photos aren't quality. Search engine definitely needs updated. I've seen evidence of some "third party" seller's items appearing nothing like what was shown in the photos (ex. Too small, different/cheap fabrics, etc.). App definitely needs to weed out "third party sellers".

Not Sure..... I downloaded Wanelo from an ad i saw on instagram. Instantly knew everything would be fake but wasn’t my biggest concern. This was about 2 weeks ago. I ordered an item off of there, and the eta is in about 2 weeks. so i’ll update this to see if it actually came. reading reviews on here is making me doubt ill actually get it but hopes are still semi high because i really want what i purchased. Anyway, i just got a new phone and downloaded the app and tried to log in, but it won’t let me. i’ve tried getting a reset password link but i’m not getting any emails from wanelo. i signed up with facebook. so now when i press sign up with facebook, it’s making me make a new account. but on my old phone my account still stands. this app needs a lot of remodeling.

All items shipped from China!. Buyer BEWARE!!! Everything that I ever ordered from this site was shipped from China which always took a very, very long time to receive, also when I was over charged on my Capital One credit card account for items that I never received I contacted the company and never received a response so my credit card company suggested I fIle a dispute, I did then I subsequently received a very threatening email from them (extremely nasty) which I saved, Capital One was able to get my money credited back to my account, then I received another email informing me that they were closing my account with them (not a big deal) and could not ever order anything from them again unless I contacted my credit card company and told them that I needed to retract my previous dispute and inform Capital One that they had resolved the issue between myself and them, which had not ever occurred. Hopefully this will help someone else from being ripped off!!!

What happened to Wanelo?. I used to be an avid user of Wanelo & used it very similarly to Pinterest. At some point it seems they decided to become a scammy e-commerce platform. I had 40+ boards with thousands of items saved. I wanted to download it all to save for memories since Wanelo was going downhill anyway, but upon logging into my account it’s all gone. Well, SOME of my boards are there. With random items in them that I’ve never seen in my life & they’re all fake Nikes and bags from China. Not only did Wanelo throw Wanelo in the trash, but it’s a platform now meant for ripping people off. Wanelo doesn’t care about its users- it cares about making pennies any way it can, and in this case they do it by catering to scammers so they can earn money from fees on items you will never receive. Somebody shut this app down. It’s basically pushing fraud at this point. It’s a wounded horse, somebody needs to mercy kill it.

Horrible customer Service, Scam. I unfortunately ordered from Wanelo and immediately there was a red flag AFTER I checked out that my purchase would be delivered the very next day. I reached out to Wanelo via email and was told “they would contact the seller and keep me updated.” 5 days later I still had not heard anything and my order still said “processing” so I reached out again via email and was told again, they would reach out to the seller and keep me updated. Another few days go by and still no update, my order is still “processing,” so I call Wanelo and am told the supervisor will send me an email looking into this within 24 hours. 24 hours later I get the same story from the “supervisor” that they will reach out to the seller and keep me posted. 2 weeks later and here I am, $120 GONE and now Wanelo will not respond to emails or the voicemail I have left and you surprisingly can call at any hour of the day and never speak to anyone on the phone. Do not recommend, will delete this app and tell all my friends to do it as well!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I have made the mistake of ordering from this app multiple times. I was hopeful that each disappointing experience was an isolated incident but in reality this is just a horrible quality app that no one should ever use to shop online. The orders I have placed in the past take months to ship if they ever ship at all. The app boasts great customer service and assures users that all you have to do to get assistance from their team is send an email to their customer support address. They are not monitored or read. There is also an 800 number listed on the app. It says “call cannot be completed as dialed” when you try to call it. The developers of this app are thieves and misrepresent everything the app is advertised as being. Do not download or use this app for any reason at all.

Never Received My Order. I really wish I could give Wanelo 0 stars they’re getting only 1 Star because if not I would not be able to tell you how I give this website a unsatisfactory. I purchased my item on December 29, 2019. The seller (best seller)of course took my money I got a notification email stating my item shipped on January 7, 2020 and that my estimated delivery date is January 15-22, 2020. When I would check the update and status of my purchase it would not update. It would stay saying your item ship on January 7, 2020. I emailed Wanelo a representative (Justin) got back to me two days later stating that I was correct he also stated that my item shipped and that my item had no updates since January 7, 2020. He said he was going to contact the seller (best seller) to find out what’s going on and that he would get back to me. Almost a week as gone by and I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve attempted to email Wanelo several times after that but all I get is that automatic response indicating that someone will get back l to me within 24 to 48 hours. This was my first time ever shopping from Wanelo never again after this experience. So please watch out and be careful when shopping at Wanelo.

Pretty good so far..... Although shipping takes about 13 days - 1 month😒 it’s has been alright so far I have received one of my 4 items I purchased yesterday. It was great! The jacket fit a little small but the pants was a little big. Nothing to major! Shipping took exactly 2 weeks for that. Although Wanelo has a glitch! Like the search engine definitely needs to be updated. Also when I try to click on a picture & try to look at photos it exits the app. It’s been doing this ever since I tried to “ leave a review “ for $5 credit. Hmm🤨 . Also when I tried to do a “review” for “$5 credit” I never received b/c for some reason It now glitches... #Annoyed

Too Many Errors. I’ve had way too many errors with this app. The first error being that I could not see reviews that the items said they had . It would tell me that an item has “27” reviews and when I would click to view them it would send me to “Write A Review” . Second error being that, when I search up items in the search bar such as “Louis Vuitton” , “Gucci” , “Burberry” , etc very few to no items will pop up , but if I go to the explore page or my saved items page tons of the items will pop up but when I search up the same exact name in the search bar it’s no where to be found . This error barely started happening a few days ago . Third error , multiple of my items have been in the same process of its shipping for weeks, no update, no nothing. Several of my items are past due. Please fix.

Federal Fraud. I agree with “ What a joke” !!!!!!! I have had the same experience like this other person has. I’ve received some items in a timely manner and as the picture described. But many items didn’t come at all with no explanation that made any sense. Also ,things arrived broken or incorrect size. They also had items they claimed as authentic and gave the correct retail price, but I never received items. No explanation. I filed a claim of fraud with the federal bureau of business. I’m holding Wanelo responsible for luring people in with lies and fraudulent behavior I will not let them get away with this kind of fraud. Once an item is sent across state lines it becomes a federal offense. I will stay on top of this for myself and all you who think you have no recourse against what is ,”a morally corrupt company. “

Do not Install - Products not available. I found an item online on the wanelo website which I wanted to buy. I clicked buy, but it said I had to install the app first. So I entered all my details and installed the app, then found the item again and clicked buy...but then it said no longer available. So it was a complete waste a time, tricking me into giving over my details. Who knows what spam I’m going to receive from this company now. Do not install this app.

2 Stars. This looks like it should be a great app. But once I decided to finally buy something, I couldn't because they do not ship to Australia 😥😩. Want to rate this app with five stars but can only give it a 2. If you are in the US and your looking for a discount online shopping app this is a great option. The need to just widen their variety of countries they ship to or warn us that they do not ship outside of the US 😔.

Wanelo. If this company shipped to AUSTRALIA I would buy so much off them. My granddaughter (17yrs old) totally “loves loves loves” your clothes and can get quite ‘annoyed’ when your shipping policy doesn’t change. The prices need to stay the same (we are happy to pay the difference), and then we just need to come to an agreement about shipping which we are happy to pay, (if it’s not excessive). You need to check out your online competition and see how they do it, it’s easy. Definitely holding out against all odds, but unfortunately loosing so many sales etc. NEED to get online?!!?

4 star. This is one of the best apps in the app store but I have an issue with it. You should be able to move your items without having to go into them and re save them into the collection you want to put them into, then delete them from the other collection. It is time consuming and very annoying. Otherwise I love it but I think it should be easier to move items :)

Amazing App.. I've been using this app for a long time (prob >2yrs) now and I really like it. There are so many products, all different things and you can save as many as you want (at least I assume so cos I've got >5.5K saved in 73 collections, lol). The only thing is sometimes products that I DIDNT save appear in my collections which is REALLY annoying and frustrating.

NOTIFICATIONS. I love Wanelo, what a great concept. The only drawback for me is that I can't seem to find a way to stop notifications arriving via e-mail, as well as in-app. When things get re-saved or I get tagged I receive an e-mail letting me know, which seems to be non-optional. Wish I had another choice!

Wanelo. I love this!!! It's great for window shopping or finding something different. I'd be giving it 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact I have trouble with it quitting out after 1-2 minutes (I have a itouch 4th gen)

Sorting system. First of all well done to the people who created this app it is one of the best apps I own! Secondly when you go on your profile select to see all your products could you guys please put an option to see the products in a particular order like lowest price first or highest price first and so on, it would just be really helpful to see what products I have saved I can afford at the moment. Great!!!. Love this app!!! It's similar to Pinterest but has an abundance of different items and products to look at and save. Keeps me entertained for hours,and I am also finding thousands of unique items I'd like to purchase. This app shows the price of the items,and with one push of the button it takes you straight to the manufacturer/store where you can look at all their other items,plus even purchase from them :) I've had no issues with crashes etc so keep up the great work developers,cause this is one app I won't be deleting,as long as the maintenance is kept up on the app :)

Give Australia some love. This app popped up as a promotion on my Facebook. I’m in Australia and this app doesn’t ship to Australia so it’s absolutely pointless. I also messaged them on instagram and got no reply.

International options?. Love the app, but as I (like most of the world) don't live in America, I need shipping options outside the U.S. Either that, it make it easier to purchase straight from the store, as any items you can order from wanelo don't have an easy link to the original posted product.

Highly addictive. Got this app when it was a baby and content was slim. Now it's jam packed with visual goodness and I can't put it down. The targeting features really work well so I'm always looking at things I like. Great app.

Hacked. According to the site haveibeenpwned.com, it tells you if the site has been compromised. All of this company’s database was sold to the dark web. I only found this out because someone bought my info and tried to blackmail me with it. The police told me to check that site and sure enough Wanelo was the place that was compromised. Change your passwords everyone.

Flawed Design and Going Downhill. I recently received the wrong size for a swimsuit I ordered- I ordered a small and got a medium. I contacted Wanelo about the issue, but after the seller refused to refund them they told me the same! This is a lack of accountability on their end. I have used this app since 2012 and it has really gone downhill. They prevent users from adding outside products and instead shill cheap Chinese factory goods they up charge by a factor of 10. This will be my last purchase here. Buy through Zaful, they have great swimsuits and actually refund you if it takes longer than the shipping method advertised! Or you can find everything on Wanelo on Alibaba for 90% less. Don’t bother using anymore, this is a dead app

Don’t waste your money. This site is a joke. I placed 2 orders in February. Never received them. Contacted their customer support. Took another month for them to get back to me. When they did, they were looking into it. Finally heard from them TODAY, they can’t do anything but want to offer me $5 towards my next purchase. After this, you honestly think I’m going to purchase again? They will not refund both of my orders. I never received them. I’m now going to take them to court. The customer service is horrible. They did not resolve the situation. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do not purchase from this website.

Helpless. The Wanelo company is completely helpless. Not being able to communicate with an actual person over the phone isn’t their way of doing things. Emails back and forth that do not help, do not specify your case, do not even get to the understanding of issues, or just flat out not replying back to you is how they “help” their customers. There is a glitch on the app that bought an item I never wanted in the first place and shipped it to a state that I do not live in. They told me to wait to receive it, to return it, so I can get my money back. How am I supposed to do so if it wasn’t even shipped to me? I was ripped off and not helped in any way by Wanelo.

Glitchy. I love Wanelo and the products they sell! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because if I get to scrolling to long or to far down the app will glitch and bring me back to the beginning and or to my personal photos that I’ve uploaded.. very unfortunate. Also I wish there was a way to add multiple items to a cart rather than having to purchase each product individually which actually really cuts down on my purchases. Other than that it’s a great site with great products!!

Nice products but can be very slow. I really love the selection and quality of products but their delivery seems to be getting slower and slower. For what they charge in shipping it should be better. I ordered a purse and it took 2 month and 3 days for delivery. I ordered a pair of sunglasses around thanksgiving and still have not received them. I hope they cut do something with seller who take weeks to process and them mail. Thanks

Hands down the worst app on the surface of internet... Don’t use this app because YOU will remember me when I say you will place an order just like me and NEVER receive it.. I have contacted their email multiple times asking for updates on my packages and they will always just say “I’ll look into that Thank-you for being patient-Justin” it will be a year in November since I placed that order I have tried multiple times getting a refund but they have never cooperated or helped me if anything they stole 200 hundred dollars from me.. the App Store should genuinely take this app down cause it’s all a SCAM.

I’m satisfied. I do love this app, I’ve been a Wanelo member for over four years now. However, the app could use some adjustments. The trending page always has the same things on it. I feel as if a lot of stuff on the trending page isn’t even legit. There are a BUNCH of scammers on the app, all of which like to sell you items that are either not what’s pictured or a very scummy version of what you think you’re buying. There are some pretty cute and unique finds on this app, but I’d strictly stick to reviews before buying anything.

Nice app but could be better. There are really cute clothes with a huge selection! And the prices are good too! The downside is that if you want to buy multiple items from one seller, you still have to pay shipping for each item and the shipping can be seriously expensive. Other sites similar to this have shipping thats around $6 for 2-3 day shipping. On this site shipping can cost much more and can take up to 17 days. I also wish there was a way to message the seller directly.

Trash. I had bought an item from a seller on this app. The seller took my $15 and 3 months later I never got the item. The customer service was horrible. You would email them with a complaint and the say some one will email you within 48 hours. 5 days later I got a message saying them will look into the matter. A month later no message saying what they were doing about it. They have a number you can call and I’ve called multiple times on different days at different times and no one picks up. The item was a present so I went to Etsy and a woman in Texas sent the item in 2 days to me in Massachusetts and it was the exact item I purchased.

GARBAGE. I ordered an item from here and it’s been two months and haven’t received it. When i check the tracking it says shipped. I contacted my bank to get my money back because the seller has not responded. Once I did that, Wanelo suspended my my account. They said if I contacted my bank and reversed the dispute they would reinstate my account. Also in that email they mentioned how his could affect my credit score if i “lost” the dispute. I have never encountered that in an email when trying to get my money back for something I have received. All in all, Wanelo seems like it’s doing some fishy stuff. STAY AWAY!!

Worst experience. Placed 2 orders, after 3 weeks still did not have tracking number . Contacted them via email , finally got respond 3 days later that one orde will be credited and the other they are working on and they will get back to with tracing number . 2 weeks later still nothing and send another email , did not hear from them for 3 days so I disputed the charges thru the credit card . Then next day I hear from them they are working on it and they will get back to me . Never did , they reversed my dispute and suspended my account . Still did not hear about my order and no credit ..

Nice app. I purchased a pair of UGG Boots and they were absolutely amazing. Price and Quality!! I would love to be able to fill a shopping cart and not purchase everything separately but, I can’t complain about shipping cost because the items are still less expensive than in store. Unfortunately, the boots didn’t fit my daughter.( My bad for picking the wrong size.) Thankfully, they fit my other daughter perfectly. I’ll definitely be purchasing a second pair! Thanks Wanelo!!

Don’t order from this company.. I ordered an item back in April. I was supposed to receive the items within three weeks. I gave it time due to Covid-19. It has now been almost five months. They claim they have 100% money back guarantee which it not the case. I have been trying to get my money back and it is impossible. So I started researching this company online. They have so many complaints on the BBB. Take my advice don’t waste your money or time ordering from this company. I would have given no stars, but the app would not let me leave a review without given at least one star.

Used to be good. I have had this app for YEARS. I believe since 2013. And I had ordered things from it . And yes they come from China, and yes they take longer than expected, but they always came. However the last time I ordered two items in May 2020 it is now almost September . One order was canceled by the seller and I was refunded. The other order was marked as “shipped” conveniently after I sent Wanelo and email inquiring about it. That item has still not arrived and there was no tracking for the item provided . Wanelo says since it is marked as “shipped” I can no longer cancel the Order. So no there is not a “Wanelo Guarantee” . Don’t spend your money.

Fake merchandise. The merchandise that is being sold on this website is fake and from China. I cannot believe that the Apple play store is allowing people to sell fraudulent merchandise. They charge over $30 for shipping and $30 for processing. My bank disputed the charges after 21 days of the item still processing. All messages are generated and no one personally contact you. All messages are sent during the middle of the night. Their phone number is a recorded message automated buy an American. Do not buy from this company. And do not download this app. They are nothing but problems. Several of my friends tried to order things, and they never received them after five

Thieves ScamScamScam. I’ve been waiting on a refund for several items. There is no customer service rep to speak with. Don’t be fooled! When u call there is only an answering machine. And don’t look for a call back. You won’t! I’ve sent upwards of 60 plus emails and all I get is an automated response email. I can’t tell you how many times a rep say oh we’re on it! I don’t recommend 👎👎👎 0 out of five stars. I downloaded the app and the very first thing I bought was a shirt. But when the shirt came in the mail it was a completely different shirt. I emailed Wanelo about it and sent it back. And they said they’ll take care of it. Now still a month later I still haven’t got any money I email the and they take weeks to reply. I call them and it never goes through I leave voice mails and still never hear from them. I would not recommend this app to anyone, it’s not worth it. They will gladly take your money when it comes to getting it back. Good luck

A few things still need fixing!. It’s good so far, but there are still many glitches. 1. The profile photo never shows up. 2. When you swipe through photos it never gets rid of the choices you Xed out. 3. Sometimes the app will kick you out at random. 4. Sometimes when you type in the search bar another tab covers the words which is annoying. I also wish there was a filter for home decor and that the app still didn’t have sold out items up. Sorry to be so critical, but these would be awesome improvements!

Merchandise never received. I ordered items back in March (aprox 300 worth) I have been calling and emailing for an update on either my products or a refund ( as they state they have a money back guarantee) I was told it was too late to receive a refund and still have not received any products! I keep emailing weekly and calling (although I’ve only been able to leave a message and not speak to anyone directly) be careful when spending money with this company becuase they do not honor their money back guarantee and it’s almost impossible to get in touch with anyone.

Inflated Prices. This app would’ve been great had the prices not been so high. I found a shirt on here for 25 bucks and then found the same shirt online for under 10 bucks. I’ve done this with multiple other items on here, and I’m very disappointed. Not to mention the shipping and tax fees are outrageously priced. They’ll take the price of an item up about 15 to 20 bucks. I was so excited to find a pair of shoes on here for just over 40 bucks, but then the added fees took it up to just over 60 bucks. This app has reduced to absolutely nothing and I hate to say that I will be deleting it.

Highly wouldn’t recommend👎🏾. I’ve never bought from an app that doesn’t let you contact the seller of the item that you purchased. I placed 2 orders and both where supposed to be delivered already but on the app it’s says “processing” and I’ve been trying to get the tracking information for both of my purchase since a week after I placed my order but the company just gives me the run around, sending the same robot emails that don’t really help at all and they have a telephone number online that doesn’t even work, horrible customer service 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 best advice i could give, don’t use this app 🙂if I could give -0 starts I would.

Stole my money. I Ordered shoes from this app in January 2020. I emailed them several times without a response after going a month without receiving a tracking number. I got one response and then never heard from them again. Now on the app under “your orders” they deleted the order as if I never ordered the shoes! They still stole the money for them though! I am contacting consumer affairs and the BBB regarding this issue. My husband and I have ordered from them 7 or 8 times with no problem and I am disgusted with how this has turned out. I will never ever order another thing from this app again.

Shipping + sweatshops. Always expect shipping times to be 3-4 weeks later then the estimated shipping time (which is already close to 3-4 weeks). Product either never shows up, is delivered 5 months later once you’ve given up hope, or is not the product ordered. Not worth the time, money, nor anticipation to receive nothing or a random product that you could have purchased from a dollar store. Also, terrible customer service and never guaranteed a refund even when there is a guaranteed purchase/refund verification on an item. I try to only buy from sellers that I can confirm aren’t sweatshops but the app is overflown with disguised sweatshop sellers so also be aware of that- do not endorse them!!

Scam and dangerously unsafe. At first I thought this app was pure magic- but the company stores your card info and refuses to take it out of their system along with no order cancellations and poor poor return policy, if you buy something and it’s total was $8 and you got the wrong color or size- holes, etc. you have to pay the same about to ship it back. YOU PAY FOR DAMAGED “GOODS” not to mention they sell paraphernalia to minors, which is highly highly illegal. They sell knock offs of name brands- charge you full price and steal a company’s logo and name right out from under them. Unethical and unsafe app. Do not even consider downloading.

If I could give this site no stars I would have I ordered some shoes off of one of the stores on wanelo’s 3 months ago they were $65 I haven’t received the shoes nor have I received a refund wanelos policy is that if you do not receive your item they will refund you I’ve been communicating with this company via email because they never answer there phone management has even responded to one of me email letting me know that they can see in their system that I didn’t receive the item and would contact the seller that was over a month ago so I repeat Please be careful with thiS site because they WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Deleted review. I’ve left numerous reviews, and they always get deleted.. I used to LOVE this app, I recommended it to tons of people, but my last two orders NEVER SHOWED, it’s been almost a YEAR!!! and as for their 100% money back guarantee?? BULL$#!+!!!! review. i do like this app but definitely isn’t my favorite. i feel like it would be a lot easier to buy stuff if they have a cart but each thing that you find and want to buy you have to buy them individually which is really annoying. no sometimes the quality isn’t the best but it’s an app with clothes that aren’t “real” they aren’t nike when it has the logo it’s kind of like a knockoff. a lot of products that i have bought like shirts are just thin material but can be fixed with a nude bra. i do like ordering from here just so you don’t have to pay an outrageous amount of money at the mall and it does take a while to ship so order what you need a month before you need it just to make sure it gets to your house on time

Not as great as it used to be. I loved Wanelo earlier in my life as a way to keep track of items I want to purchase and look through products to inspire my style. Now, it seems I can only do that within products that are listed by the app’s partners. I used to be able to add products myself and make posts that I can add to my wish list and others could add the item to theirs as well. They removed that feature. Now I’ll just bookmark things I want instead of using this app.

Once Great, Now Full of Cheap Garbage. I used to use this platform ALL THE TIME in high school to find trending items to buy. Now they have disabled the user’s ability to link their own finds, and the website is full of cheap knock-off garbage from China. Seriously, their add on does not work on chrome and has not worked for the past few years. Your only option is purchasing through Wanelo, but if your package gets lots tough luck because it’s not technically their fault! And there is no way to contact the seller, just trust them, they’ll try to find it for you ;) If you make an account, you’ll gain tons of fake followers advertising their porn or scam website. Please avoid, this app died years ago.

So happy I found this sight.. This sight is a good quality sight with good quality vendors and products. I’ve found it a month ago, and have ordered 10 items so far and all but 2 have been amazing. (My tips for getting the best out of this sight. 1. Read the reviews. 2. When “highly rated vendor” pops up when you click on a product, trust it. 3. Review and Submit photos with your purchases. Do not be fooled by the “Wanelo Guarantee” that they promise you on this app. It is FALSE. if you do not receive your order, you will NOT get a refund like they swear up and down you will. If you don’t receive your item, it tells you to send an email and call them. I have done both at least 5 times and haven’t heard a response in over a week! Even though they promise you’ll hear back in 48 hours. Just another empty promise from this app. Don’t believe their false promises and don’t waste your money like I did!! Not the same. This app used to be a lot better, I feel like I’m looking at the same few selected items all the time. Even when I try to refresh the homepage it’s the exact same items just in a different order. I feel like this app was better at having newer/better products during the 2010’s era and staying up to date on trends. Not to mention the back button after selecting the item you want to look at will just take you back to the homepage and not where you left off. I’ve updated to the latest version and I don’t have an old phone, the app just doesn’t work as well as it did years ago.

Pleased user. I’m so surprised over all the negative reviews 😳 me personally never had a issue with any items I ordered! I received everything except one order that should have been here on the 4th it’s the 5th now (which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5🤷🏾‍♀️)but I’ll give at least another week before I email and question due to the fact I know things are coming from all over! App is not opening even though it's updated. And I have two items that I have not received. I have unanswered emails. So the fact that the app is also for some odd reason not opening - closes right after opening it, is really frustrating. I need my money back.

It’s a scam- trust me- STAY AWAY!!. I have used this app twice. The first purchase went well and then the second….no shipment ever sent out. I waited and after 5 weeks of not a single tracking update - I have emailed over 10 times and they keep sending me generic email replies. The “Wanelo Guarantee “ of we will refund you if nothing is sent… total scam. If you want to just give your money away… then go for it. I recommend DHgate instead- they actually do not release funds to the seller until item is received. Shein is also better. This app… waste of money.

Used To Be Worth It. Wanelo is a great concept, but the execution is shoddy and disorganized. If you want to search for specific clothing items; good luck. They allow stores to create incredibly long titles using any and all tags, even if they’re unrelated to the product offered. There’s no way to sort clothing by style, color, or even clothing type! Many of the approved stores seem to be pretty cheap / shady, and you’ll likely find the same product on the site from multiple sellers with no reviews and a range of crazy prices. The only redeeming factors were the ‘Magic’ suggestion ability, and the ability to create and share Stories. But after a while, the suggested items repeat themselves / become unrelated; and they just got rid of the ability for users to post a Story. It used to be a great app for curating outfit ideas; now it’s basically a more cluttered, less functional Pinterest. Disappointing.

Customer Service. I have purchased many things on Wanelo, and was almost always very satisfied. But since the beginning of December, it seems the app has been having many problems. Despite the overall high rating of the app, the most recent reviews are ultimately negative. I have 2 orders from a month and half ago that haven’t shipped, and many emails that have gone unresponded to. I’ve called as well, but nobody ever answers. I would not recommend buying from this app until they fix their issues. Customer service needs to respond to emails and issue refunds as stated in the Wanelo Guarantee.

Do you all know about Wanelo Security Breach. I was notified by the credit bureau monitoring system that Wanelo had a security breach in December 2018 and my info was one of thousands stolen. They got my email, full name, PASSWORD, payment information, and possible date of birth. How considerate and respectable of Wanelo to notify us, their CUSTOMERS. So I came here today to change my password and close account,, GUESS WHAT ? You can’t close your account, delete your info, or contact ANYONE THROUGH THEIR APP! Shady shady shady business practices! Beware friends and Apple Users!! Don’t forget they didn’t even tell us we were involved in a Security Breach! THE WORST!!!

Very long shipping time. This app do not deserve a 4.6 star… the sellers are not answering to you email and there’s no customer service support. I made a order 1 month and half ago the still haven’t ship the items and my second order still processing. A bad review is pretty much the only way for me to blow some steam. Save your money this thing is not worth the frustration. Three month later still no order. Did 3 separate order they send one cheap item from two of the order and never shipped the majority of the orders. This app is a scam and should not be on the apple store. Just another Chinese scam… stay away.

Preferred the Old Wanelo. I used to love this app years ago. I needed a new phone case, and I remembered how cute they used to be on Wanelo, so I redownloaded it. They had also given me about $30 in free credit, so I was super stoked. I go on to look, and every single search is flooded with the same fake designer dupes. There’s little, if any, variety in the searches, and there’s no way to filter them out. Seriously, search “phone case” and there’s not a single non-“designer” case in the search. Same goes for shoes, clothes, etc. It’s just frustrating that this is what they evolved into.

Very Disappointed. If I could leave no stars, I would. I have had nothing good come out of this app. I haven’t been receiving orders and customer service is not helping AT ALL. On the site, it guarantees a full refund if the product never gets delivered. But, I have not received any help whatsoever. I have emailed multiple times and never get a response concerning my order. I’ve just spent a good deal of money and am super frustrated with the fact that: 1) I haven’t received my order, and 2) that customer service isn’t helping me solve this problem. I just need help to figure all of this out. I have heard so many good things about Wanelo, but have yet to see the good things myself.

Great Potential,Very Risky. I wouldn’t recommend this site. You’re taking a chance every time you order something. As the host for the site Wanelo should make a better effort to resolve delivery issues. They’re impossible to get in contact with, nor can you contact seller directly. This could really be a great site, if it was managed by a company that cared about their customers and their reputation.

Customer service horrible. I don’t like how you review a product.. multiple in my case and because the merchant is out of stock they ship whatever color they want... I do the reviews and don’t get my credit for them ever.. should get 5$ I see a 3$ credit... I had a 5$ credit for a few days on my account and then it went away. I also hate that you can only order one thing at a time very inconvenient please make changes to website and start treating customers fair thanks

What a joke. DONT USE THIS APP!!!!!! I’m rating this 4 stars soo everyone can see this! It has already been over 6 months now! I made a purchase of over 50$ and the money got taken, but I never received the item. Went to contact the seller, finding out that they deleted their profile!!! Now what??!!! They stole my money and won’t give it back. Tried contacting Wanelo and still have yet to hear from them...

Customer Support is bad. I bought an item and I never ended up receiving it. So I emailed the support to help either get my item or get a refund. Well I got the automated email saying someone would get to me in 48 hours and no one did. So I emailed again, same thing. I have been waiting for about two weeks now for someone to actually get back to me after repeatedly emailing Wanelo Support saying that no one had gotten back to me. So right now, I am extremely frustrated since I am losing money on a purchase I made. So I hope whatever you buy from this app, you actually get because Wanelo will not help you if you don't.

🥰😌love the app. It’s a very good app , but I have over 7 orders from a month ago still processing !! Which is not good !! I’ve reached out several times no response as of yet to why items haven’t received tracking information, that part I’m not happy about at all !! Once order is made your unable to cancel or get money back without sending the item back and you cant throw away the packaging it comes in because that’s the only way they will accept it back this app has a few ups and down besides that and the bugs .. No refund lost 160 dollars. Log In Problem. I’ve had this app for awhile and I’ve always loved it. But one day it starts on the log in screen which I thought was weird since I never log out. I try to tap “Log In” but it doesn’t work because it’s cut off on the bottom of the screen. So I tried just using Wanelo on Safari but when I go to log in, it takes me to app where I still can’t log in. This is very disappointing and I haven’t seen anyone with similar problems so I’m not sure what to do about this.

Be AWARE. I've been using this app for years but lately the last 4 orders I've place I never received or receive my money back. You have to literally beg for a refund and then they want to give it to you in credits that expire in 24 hours and then I still didn't receive the new orders! Total rip off! Don't waste your time or money with these scammers.

Worst. Ever.. This is the worst online or app based shopping platform I have ever encountered. I returned a purchased item (valued at over $100) within 7 days of receiving it and it took over a month to receive credit. Yes, that’s right: no refunds, only credit. I tried to use my credit to purchase another item and the item was listed as “processing” for over 1 week. In both instances, it took Wanelo customer service over 48 hours to even respond to my complaint. As soon as I receive the “processing” item, I will delete the app and never look back. Waste of money, waste of time, incredibly slow customer service.

Never order from this site. I ordered a pair of shoes from this site that were supposed be here by March 20 nine days later still no shoes I emailed the site (because you can’t the even talk to the seller) and it takes this site two or more days to even contact you back and they keep saying there in touch with the seller but never can email me any information about when I’ll get my shoes or a refund which I requested because the tracking on the package still says label created so they were never shipped I will never order from this site again don’t trust this site
