Best hypnotic session ever. The therapists voice is soothing and helps in getting to that deep level of sleep. I purchased the Astral Projection series and was completely pleased with it.

Only one brief journey. Although I thought the guided journey was fun and interesting I was disappointed that there was just this one journey and anything else cost more. Since there are in app purchases maybe this should be free.

Good App. Well I've been really enjoying this app. I haven't projected, but i'm close. This is great to meditate to. I just wish he'd talk slower and give us more time to breathe in the beginning...

Pretty good app.. Always have a hard time sleeping and unwinding. This app helps. The 20 step staircase knocks me out pretty good. I do seem to wake up suddenly afterwards but its nice to sleep again.

Astral projection. This is the same poor quality on speaking, this is the same program under different names. Now I am losing faith. 2 maybe 3 programs the exact same name

Slept perfect. I used the free track to fall asleep last night. I woke up 2 minutes before my alarm with my ear buds still in and my phone on my chest. I didn’t move at all and slept grrrreat!!!

Very good. I've been able to recall dreams with ease now and much more vivid dreams, definatly a big help in astral projecting

I dreamed for the first time. This app is great.... I just purchase last night and I went to sleep easily and was dreaming. I can say I was in REM sleep finally.

It’s an ok app. This app is great and helps me sleep but I want a out of body experience and it’s not really helping me do that, it’s just a man with a really satisfying voice. I’ve always dreamed of flying around the world while still being in my bedroom.

Amazing!. I find this app to be one of my favorites. It calms me and helps me stay focused on what I need to do in life. Very good app, I recommend it to all. The sub apps are a little pricy at 3.99 ea, but well worth the in investment for reaching your desired goals.

I did astral project. I astral projected with this app twice. I rolled out not rise up. You can’t just rely on this. I learned from Gaia TVyou need to activate the pineal gland by doing the breathing mediation, I also took iodine supplements because of fluoride the government puts in our water the limits the pineal. These things take time. So no you won’t astral project day 1. There a preparation to it. You need to eat right and to be honest it was scary lol. So good luck.

What an amazing feeling of relaxation and empowerment!. Quit an experience.

The second part is twice as loud. It completely jolts me out of comfort. I’m not sure why this hasn’t been addressed. Other than that it’s fine.

You have made a difference in my life. For those that don’t believe in these recordings I will only say, stick with it, hypnosis practices take time to reverse life’s negative experiences.

Just Hypnosis No Projection. This is just a relaxation audio that you can download anywhere of a thousand places! Don't waste your money!!!

Transition volume problem. The volume difference between the initial relaxation and the actual hypnosis is so significant that it ruins it every time. I did like his process, so I purchased his recording. It has the same exact problem!!! :(

Startling Me Awake. My problem with this is that the last freaking session to EVERY version of the meditation gets THRICE AS LOUD, startling me into an anxiety attack. Thanks.

Amazing. Very good app, i have been an avid lucid dreamer for years, and had my first astral projection about six months ago, and have been working hard to perfect it since, i heard about this app from a member of my coven (im wiccan) and decided to buy, its very good, and defenitaly helps, but if you use earbuds/headphones then you can kind of hear at times durring a projection:/ regardless, great app

Dreams again. For awhile I was not dreaming, not sure why. But I have listened to this twice and it may be a coincidence, but I'm dreaming and able to recall them after waking.

Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh. App puts me to sleep on both versions. Sometimes I have some interesting dreams too. I have also used this app when I woke up too early and need help going back to sleep.

Love this mans voice. You get really relaxed if you don't analyze the little ones where the voice stops and comes to change the meditation. But it does actually help you astral project, that's lightness cool breeze is astral projection wind and it feels so amazing. I've astral project but I want to be able to make it on command. Also after listening to this I have a great night sleep

Very light feeling. I love how deep and soothing this man's voice is. Every time I do this particular meditation, astral projection, I get this really light feeling, sometimes a bouncy feeling. Whatever it is, lol, I feel very relaxed. Maybe that feeling is a bit of Astral projection?

Love this Meditation. This is a great app especially at nighttime and helps me to sleep and I know that my subconscious is still listening and I know these types of meditation help me

Waste of money.. Don't buy this product. It's a waste of your money. Unless you want to spend the $4 for the initial app and then another $4 for different variations of the app within this app. This is a scam to get you to dump your hard earned money into.

Best meditation. I don't pay any mind to astral project stuff but this sure does put me to sleep!!

Love, Love, Love. I have tried several meditation and hypnosis apps, with varying degrees of success. This is perhaps the most beautiful and amazing program I have yet experienced. I love this so much that I purchased the entire catalogue of hypnosis sessions. This is the most money I have ever spent on an app, but it was worth every penny. I have truly found this life changing. I highly recommend this app to everyone reading this, I believe if the world at large practiced meditation and hypnosis it would make for a very peaceful and enlightened planet.

IN APP PURCHASE DELETED AND WANTS ME TO BUY AGAIN. Will leave a 5 * review after my purchase is restored! I purchased "Find Your Spirit Guide" over a year ago through this app and (because I had to share a room with my kids for awhile) my kids thought it was "creepy and scary" so I stopped listening to it. I completely forgot that I had purchased it (due to not using it for awhile). I remembered last night, and upon finding it (because it somehow disappeared from inside my app) it wants me to purchase it again for $3.99!! I tried to restore purchase and it didn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it didn't work! I contacted the app developer and they said they don't have the power to gift it back to me. Very frustrating!!!!!! I want my purchase back!!

Astral Projection. Although I have not been able to project with this meditation, along with Eric Brown's Past Lives meditation have managed to help me feel better and fall asleep and stay asleep every night. I listen to it each night when I go to bed five times through. These are the best meditations that I have found in the App Store!

All star. It works ,give it try. Very glad I down loaded it!!! The way I use it, i go to sleep, wake around 3:30 am, put my head set on and listen to it, instead of falling asleep this time , I am able to retain my full conscious awareness and travel the inner dimension. This could be fun!!!!!!!!

Dreams. He talks a little too fast at the beginning but I'm now remembering 3/4 sometimes 5 dreams a night. Been listening for about two weeks now, I haven't astral projected yet, not consciously anyway. Great app.

Stop smoking cigarettes!!!. Been a smoker ever since I was 14teen. I never thought I’d ever kick the habit. I’m 46yrs old now and after a couple of sessions I went cold turkey! It been the best experience so far! Downloaded intuition and chakra hypnosis!!! Amazingly excited because now I will be the great sage I’m supposed to be! This app saved my life!!! Highly recommend to those that want positive change in their life!

Not bad. I wish the guy could change it up a little bit in the hypnosis intro. Not everyone feels getting in a boat is a relaxing experience. I don't mind it, but I would like there to be more intros that play random. He could speak a little slower at times. I have had more dreams lately which is cool.

Pretty dang for funky. I feel silly for having paid $3.99 for a silly circus-like narration by an over emoting hypnotist that leads rather quickly to a much louder volume ending with echo reverb to wake up refreshed with the thought that every time you see red from now on you will recall your commitment to astral projection. Then you see the store for a host of other purchase options for e.g. weight loss or a $99 lifetime access. Ha! Is there a refund possible?

All the same track!. Bought 2 other hypnosis tracks and they are all the same! Only difference is that some are a little longer, some shorter...I want my money back do not waste yours!

Astral projection. i left my body doing this it was worth it i got scared so i took my headphones and blindfold and opened my eyes quickly i got scared

Amazing!. I bought 2 programs from this app (spirit guides and lucid dreaming/sleep) and I have been listening to them for a while now, and I love them!! I use the lucid dreaming program every night because it makes me fall asleep VERY fast and I always have an amazing, vivid, dream! Otherwise It would take hours to finally get to sleep.

Works very well.. At least for the relaxation/hypnotic induction part (long induction). Haven't gone out of the body yet! But Mr Brown's voice and the very soft music playing in the background do a good job of relaxing you. Better than in an app by a british author with a rather cold voice and nothing in the background. And it gets easier every time than to relax, this last one went by too quickly!
