Membership and tickets. The app is great but there needs to be a better way to link member tickets, both home games and away, and the app.

Too difficult to navigate. Annoying . Prefer to use AFL app for info . Hard to do any membership functions on the app. And as usual it is very hard to find any contact details if you wish to talk to a person about an issue not covered by the app. Is this deliberately hidden ? Do better !

More information needed. Great to see the picture gallery however all supporters would love to have an update on each individual player.

Another disappointed Swans fan. Have followed the team since they were South Melbourne. Very fond of my Swannies. I am 75 now, but still carry on like I am 55 years younger when I watch the Swans. Love watching them. Loved reading about them via the app. on my iPad 4th gen. Cannot do that anymore. My 2012 iPad can only take up to ios10.3. The app. Is now ios11. Cannot afford a new iPad so I guess will have to be content with watching the Swans play on tv, when possible. Disappointed, and disgusted that I will no longer be able to read about the team. It really made you feel as though you knew them personally.

Ticketmaster ruins the website. It’s so hard trying to link in to my personal membership information that’s run by Ticketmaster. Some days it works, some days it doesn’t. And try and find where the information is located when it does work…. It’s not user friendly.

Disappointed Swan.. Today I updated my existing app. What a disaster. Now when I click on the app it goes to the site and then drops out. Have tried it over and over. Maybe i will delete t and try again ? Update. The app is still unavailable to me unless I buy a new iPad as it needs IOS 11

Injury Update. Easier access to injury updates has been much better on the app this year.

Good App. Lots of news. Easy to navigate. Good for swans supporters, access to things like tickets .

Sydney swans app update. I was a big fan of this app until the update unfortunately my iPad can't down load the update so off to the App Store and it tells me it will down load a suitable version for my ipad but all l get is the same app with update plastered across it which won't open, disappointed.

Go Bloods. I am 78 but remember over dinner one Saturday night after he had been to a Swans game “I think we’ve found ourselves a rover “. Bob Skilton. I followed Swans from birth so has my son and his 3 sons. In 2005 my son my sister and I were at the game. My sister paid $3,900 for 3 tickets. The siren sounded and my son and I threw our arms around each other and dropped to the ground crying.

Best game ever?. Last weeks game the best entertainment and excellent played I have seen in the past twenty odd years I have come to watching AFL. Leaves the other codes for dead. Up the Swans.

Swans membership. I’ve been a member of the Sydney Swans since 1997 every year I have seen the membership packages getting less and less yet the membership prices increase. We used to get membership gifts with our package as well as caps and after match functions. I don’t think we have had an after match function in Melbourne for the last 10 years.

Supporter for over 60 years. Been through many lows and beautiful highs, just love my club, now I’m a 2024 member ❤️🦢❤️🥂❤️🦢❤️🦢❤️🦢

Go the swans. You should definitely get this app if your a swans fan like me. Keep up to date on what’s happening around with the swans. Go the swannies.

Thank you Swans Admin team. There’s one gift that a grand final loss can’t rob you of - that’s being part of the Swans footy family. A huge thank you to the admin staff and the club’s heirachy. I’ve been to the last two GFs as a member and the way you have treated us, communicated with us, and remembered us all the way along the journey is like genuinely being part of the Bloods. The updates and invites to accompanying events and fan days, training and dinners etc is fantastic. And the ballot process is very fair and you handle it brilliantly. I wish I was a kid again so I could re-grow up in an age when your footy club is so inclusive and caring. And I’ll say this, I know my Swsns give me effort every week. That doesn’t come by accident, it comes from cultural values from the skipper to the boot studder and we as supporters turn up week in, week out, year in, year out because we are proud to support and embrace generations of players from Bobby Skilton to Paul Kelly to Goodesy/JPK and now onto the likes of Ramps and The Lizard. Stay the journey, thank you for helping me enjoy great grand final week experiences and anticipation, and know your army of supporters will grow because of this. Regards Gordon Wiegold

Shop difficult on iPad. Shop logs me out, forgets my shopping list, want let me log in sometimes. It’s really tricky on an iPad.

Go Swans. Whilst 2019 was disappointing from s as win/loss ratio I felt the spirit of the club remained high with several close finishes I appreciate being kept informed on what is happening and look forward to a great 2020

Good app um i really enjoy the app some how it tells me about the Sydney swans i did not even expect for the swans app to tell me that much about the swans and i've gotta say that Sydney swans use did a wonderful job 0-6 to kick off the season and made it into the semi finals and to be honest that was not a good match for the swans but go the swans the red and white can do it next year 2018

Great team Greater Club. The thing I like most about being a dedicated Swans supporter, is not just that they are a great team. I love the way they present themselves as a club in the community.

About Sydney Swans app. The Sydney Swans are a very good AFL team and they are my favorite team so there app is great as well Go swanies I’ve also been a fan since I was born go swans,but I think they should bring flick kick back.

Member tickets section is woeful. This year when trying to access my member tickets via the app to add to my Apple wallet, EVERY GAME, I can’t access the ticket. I’ve tried signing out and back in, deleting the app and reinstalling, but nothing works. I’ve tried a couple days before games, a day before, the day of, no matter when, I can’t access the ticket. We’ve had to go to the membership office on game day to get a physical ticket each time. It’s really frustrating because I understand the decision to abandon the plastic membership cards, but the app ticketing needs to be reliable. Maybe just give a standard member barcode on the app that can be scanned for all home games instead of individual tickets for each game that have to be downloaded and added to the wallet every round. We pay so much money for membership and this ticketing system is just not good enough.

Great to see the Future playing with the Legends. How satisfying is it to watch our team of young Athletes compete successfully at the highest level. Combining with Buddy and the senior players so well. Well done Sydney

Awfully hard with Tickmaster. Swans App is good, EXCEPT trying to purchase tickets / membership with the links to Ticketmaster… Ticketmaster side is woeful.. Apart from the charge to my credit card … I really have no idea on the status of my Purchase transaction. Also not sure why I should see tickets to other events that I have attended in the Swans App. Very silly.

Content standard. Lovely action shots of training but what about name captions More personal stories for both male and female From a club marketing point of view this is potentially a great tool that is being poorly utilised

Excellent. This app is truly excellent if you follow the club. It gives you first access to anything that happens around the club

Swans song. Would love to access an easy download for the Swans song. Can’t you provide a free app to the apple I store ?

Great updates in the age of corona virus. Keeping me informed and up to date although no games

Songs after every goal.. Terrible music after every goal. I would prefer just hearing the crowds response.

Personal. I like the way players and staff talk to the supporters. They present as being friendly, kind, honest and committed. We feel recognised as supporters.

Love my Swannies. I enjoy watching the articles & interviews they have and it is a great way to keep up with the latest news

Mad Swan. Who ever designed this app has shown no respect for people with older iPhones and iPads who cannot now use the app and a lot of these people are the elderly. Get your act together.

Useful and practical. A very good informative app including swans news and videos with articles provided by the media team.

My side. Love the regular news as it always sends my heart racing with excitement, 70+ years I’ve been a Swan, what a pleasure.

Impossible to get membership tickets. Membership tickets section continuously pops up with an error despite deleting and redownloading app as well as logging in and out.

Behinds. Longmire needs to focus on getting the behinds down. This is why you are losing because you can’t kick set kicks from in the 50. I don’t know if Longmire even looks at any of the statistics and your getting 16 and 17 behinds and only 10 goals.

Swans update. It’s great to be able to see what’s happening in the off season trade period also up to date team news and pictures 👍🏻

Catch up. A great way to catch the action when unable to watch the game live.

Sydney Swans. I have been a swans fan my whole life now and the performance I have from the swans is phenomenal😁

Videos. I’m having trouble viewing your videos, keeps telling me theirs an error

Loving the Swans. So so proud of our boys and hope they can go one better this year! If they don’t I’m still proud and have loved South Melbourne/Sydney Swans from when I was about 7 years old ! My dad use to take me every week rain ,hail and shine . I am now nearly 76 years of age and been married to a great South Melbourne player Greg Lambert( Life Member ). Can’t say how much I love them,even though they went to Sydney ! John Longmire has been a fantastic coach and just seems to bring out the best of our boys year after year . Great app, great team!. I really enjoy using this app. I just have one suggestion for the developers - make it so that the Swans fixture calendar can be synced to the users device if they select this option from a menu. It would be so much easier to have all dates entered into my phone calendar automatically rather than having to enter them manually. It seems the GWS Giants already have this option in their app.

Swans opportunity to promote their team and game!. So sad to see people who are meant to be promoting the club fall so short of what is required. The same headlines stay front and centre for a full week at a time when supporters are looking for something to reignite their passion for this great club!
