Swans shop. I’m having a lot of trouble buying my granddaughter her birthday present. Now it won’t get there in time. I can’t purchase as a guest or through my account. 🤨

Terrible. This app is terrible. Even writing this review I can actually see what Im writing , the ttext isn’t showing! I have never been able to apply discout codes and emails requesting help are never responded too. Horrible and so frustrating because I love the Swans

NOT WORKING AT ALL.. I used to love this app! But recently I can’t even open the app it just force closes itself, I’ve had it for a few month, I don’t know what’s going on but Im starting to hate it, I even deleted it and re downloaded it’s so frustrating it still doesn’t work!!

Disappointed Swan.. Today I updated my existing app. What a disaster. Now when I click on the app it goes to the site and then drops out. Have tried it over and over. Maybe i will delete t and try again ? Update. The app is still unavailable to me unless I buy a new iPad as it needs IOS 11

SAS. I rely on the app for all the news out of the Swans rooms, HQ, coaches, player information, hearing the broadcast, so much more.👍🏻😊

Another disappointed Swans fan. Have followed the team since they were South Melbourne. Very fond of my Swannies. I am 75 now, but still carry on like I am 55 years younger when I watch the Swans. Love watching them. Loved reading about them via the app. on my iPad 4th gen. Cannot do that anymore. My 2012 iPad can only take up to ios10.3. The app. Is now ios11. Cannot afford a new iPad so I guess will have to be content with watching the Swans play on tv, when possible. Disappointed, and disgusted that I will no longer be able to read about the team. It really made you feel as though you knew them personally.

I followed Swans from birth so has my son and his 3 sons. In 2005 my son my sister and I were at the game. My sister paid $3,900 for 3 tickets. The siren sounded and my son and I threw our arms around each other and dropped to the ground crying.

Go Swans. Whilst 2019 was disappointing from s as win/loss ratio I felt the spirit of the club remained high with several close finishes I appreciate being kept informed on what is happening and look forward to a great 2020

Awfully hard with Tickmaster. Swans App is good, EXCEPT trying to purchase tickets / membership with the links to Ticketmaster… Ticketmaster side is woeful.. Apart from the charge to my credit card … I really have no idea on the status of my Purchase transaction. Also not sure why I should see tickets to other events that I have attended in the Swans App. Very silly.

New app hopeless.. No iOS14 and a lot of useless advice how to get it. No use to me what a terrible experience to start the new season. Nearly 80 years of support for nothing.

Excellent. This app is truly excellent if you follow the club. It gives you first access to anything that happens around the club

Too difficult to navigate. Annoying . Prefer to use AFL app for info . Hard to do any membership functions on the app. And as usual it is very hard to find any contact details if you wish to talk to a person about an issue not covered by the app. Is this deliberately hidden ? Do better !

Go Swans. Simple and easy to use. Would recommend to anyone.

Swans update. It’s great to be able to see what’s happening in the off season trade period also up to date team news and pictures 👍🏻

Best game ever?. Last weeks game the best entertainment and excellent played I have seen in the past twenty odd years I have come to watching AFL. Leaves the other codes for dead. Up the Swans.

Comprehensive and well organised. Such a great source of information. Easy to access and navigate. Quality journalism too.

Great team Greater Club. The thing I like most about being a dedicated Swans supporter, is not just that they are a great team. I love the way they present themselves as a club in the community.

More information needed. Great to see the picture gallery however all supporters would love to have an update on each individual player.

Mad Swan. Who ever designed this app has shown no respect for people with older iPhones and iPads who cannot now use the app and a lot of these people are the elderly. Get your act together.

Good app um i really enjoy the app some how it tells me about the Sydney swans i did not even expect for the swans app to tell me that much about the swans and i've gotta say that Sydney swans use did a wonderful job 0-6 to kick off the season and made it into the semi finals and to be honest that was not a good match for the swans but go the swans the red and white can do it next year 2018

Songs after every goal.. Terrible music after every goal. I would prefer just hearing the crowds response.

Videos. I’m having trouble viewing your videos, keeps telling me theirs an error

Swans membership. I’ve been a member of the Sydney Swans since 1997 every year I have seen the membership packages getting less and less yet the membership prices increase. We used to get membership gifts with our package as well as caps and after match functions. I don’t think we have had an after match function in Melbourne for the last 10 years.

Love swans news. Just great to find everything that happens swans wise! Best place for swans news. Great interviews. Video footage and up to date team news.

Personal. I like the way players and staff talk to the supporters. They present as being friendly, kind, honest and committed. We feel recognised as supporters.

Great app, great team!. I really enjoy using this app. I just have one suggestion for the developers - make it so that the Swans fixture calendar can be synced to the users device if they select this option from a menu. It would be so much easier to have all dates entered into my phone calendar automatically rather than having to enter them manually. It seems the GWS Giants already have this option in their app.

About Sydney Swans app. The Sydney Swans are a very good AFL team and they are my favorite team so there app is great as well Go swanies I’ve also been a fan since I was born go swans,but I think they should bring flick kick back.

Cannot upgrade, cannot use older one now. I cannot use the old one as it wants to upgrade me. But it won't upgrade me because I don't have iOS 10. Very expensive app for me. Has anyone got a recent device that can run iOS 10 that they are selling cheap?

Great to see the Future playing with the Legends. How satisfying is it to watch our team of young Athletes compete successfully at the highest level. Combining with Buddy and the senior players so well. Well done Sydney

Sydney swans app update. I was a big fan of this app until the update unfortunately my iPad can't down load the update so off to the App Store and it tells me it will down load a suitable version for my ipad but all l get is the same app with update plastered across it which won't open, disappointed.

Loving the Swans. So so proud of our boys and hope they can go one better this year! If they don’t I’m still proud and have loved South Melbourne/Sydney Swans from when I was about 7 years old ! My dad use to take me every week rain ,hail and shine . I am now nearly 76 years of age and been married to a great South Melbourne player Greg Lambert( Life Member ). Can’t say how much I love them,even though they went to Sydney ! John Longmire has been a fantastic coach and just seems to bring out the best of our boys year after year . Catch up. A great way to catch the action when unable to watch the game live.

Content standard. Lovely action shots of training but what about name captions More personal stories for both male and female From a club marketing point of view this is potentially a great tool that is being poorly utilised

Updates. Pretty sick of updates. Should be allowed to choose to update and not be forced. Not everyone wants to buy new iPads every year.
