Not complicated. I like because I have reoccurring meeting once a week. Since the contact information for both parties is already logged in, you just have hit Join the Meeting. Then turn on your audio and camera.

Very easy to navigate , first time during a call !! Just not able to share during the call. Thank you !

Disappointed. Service goes in and out, had problems from the very beginning with a trial account converted to a corporate account and now the plugins don’t work for outlook, had someone dial into my computer and they did something and now i have a problem with excel always popping up corrupt files. Will not recommend this product. Customer service took weeks the first time to set up and fix my access.

Does not connect. Current version crashes on connection every time

JMBC Washington DC 20019. Great use connecting with Internet when phone line is busy! We’re all on Mute by leader of conference call which enables everyone to hear our Worship Leaders clearly without interruption!!! Thank you for this app!

Keeps crashing after update. Updated to the new version, now it doesn't work. App repeatedly crashes after opening. Very frustrating, as it's not operable with Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox.

Great app. It was great to have the volume indicator next to the person who is speaking in the meeting... Can that come back.

Housekeeping. On June 18 2019 Tuesday morning around 9 am l met special project guys , and we discussed lunch and breakfast time those who came 6am have their breakfast 9am to 9:15 am

Using this app. I was good it’s easy to set up but it do sometimes have a short and it fades out for a minute!

Stopped working after update.. Will not let me sign in. Keeps saying I need to update, but the app has already updated itself.

Good Call. The quality of he line seems better. I was like the feature of being able to mute a caller who had background noise. I also liked being able to see who joined the line.

Wow! Cool Features!!!. I really like this app. After using this app, I don't need my computer. The ScreenSharing for presentations is very advanced. I can zoom in while a presentation is on and this is all in real time. The chat feature is great. This app is very easy to use too!!!

Conference Host. How do you host the call from the app? There's no place to enter the host PIN number.

Would be great if you could share docs from iPad. The sound and ease of use is amazing. But I was super disappointed that this awesome platform isn't compatible (studio) from the iPad and doesn't let you share documents. With more folks going nearly mobile this is a must.

Very cool on the phone. I was surprised how good this technology worked on an iPhone. At first I thought it would be too small to view but it worked really well.

Smart app. Simple and easy-to-use! I travel quite a bit and now won't miss what's being covered in a meeting. The screen share sessions are the best part and I see them on my iPhone screen.

Easy meetings. It's nice that the attendee limit is so high, because we have pretty big meetings (GotoMeeting isn't enough). The audio through our iPad works well, not many issues with feedback or volume levels. Good work, overall.

Problems with my start meeting app. I have a problem with my app. When I sign on the app, people can not hear me when I sign on. I try to chat but there's no button to speak so they don't know I am on. The host can see me but the others can't see me. Please help me.

No Return. I was not able to go back to my meeting after being disconnected
