Used to be a 5 star app. I’ve had the pro version for a couple of years and have enjoyed it tremendously. They’ve been making changes that aren’t great though. Most recently and most irritating is the new ads for other apps. I paid for the pro version to not have to see ads! 😡😡. And now there is a pop up to watch ads to get coins. They’ve also added an additional screen when you open the app that you have to tap to get in to the home screen, this is stupid and pointless. Finally, for the love of Pete, get rid of those stupid trays!!! I despise that feature to the depths of my soul! Anything that takes up space on the playing field should be optional.

Puzzle update. I totally agree with the last person that wrote in. Everything was fine before. I loved it. Now I'm not sure if I will stay or find one similar to your previous puzzles. The puzzles are harder to slide in, and the whole puzzles slides around and is harder to control. Please fix the problem. I loved this and I want to be able to play this in a better an easier way, like before. Now my hand gets to tired trying to manipulate the pieces. I keep coming back to check it out, but it isn't better yet.x

Woulda been a five...now it's a five. This would have been a five star rating except for the most recent update, Feb. 2019. Too many things that were great before became flaky. Pieces are jumpy and hard to move and don't snap in and light up as they used to. The board expands and contracts all over the place. I loved this app, but now I find it less pleasurable to play. After many updates, the app is finally working the way it should. The coins are working now, and buying puzzles is also working reliably. I love the idea of the Clue series of puzzles...very creative and fun! Now I can say that I really love this app. Keep up the good work.

Pieces moving slowly in new iPadOS and Puzzle Pro update.. I take back my previous 1 star rating. I still don’t like the opening splash screen that you have to click past, and I would like to be able to customize the background with RGB or HSB slide controls, but my biggest problem with the app is that the pieces don’t immediately respond to my touch after 20+ minutes of play. I play this game on my iPad Pro which is still relatively new (2016). I attribute this problem to the latest Puzzle Pro update and the new iPadOS as a this problem wasn’t present with the previous iOS.

Used to be good. I'm getting tired of reinstalling this app EVERY day. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP! I'm about to demand a refund. I always have not many problems and will do 3-5 puzzles a day. Fixing the color background would be great because none of the colors work right now except a light orange. It’s very difficult to see certain puzzles on extremely dark backgrounds. And I wish there was a way to make picture enlarged in order to see details when you push the “peek” button.

Performance problems. I first rated this app 5 stars, but now I'm dropping it to 3 star (2 star crossed my mind). I still love working the puzzles, but it's very frustrating that the app loses all track of your progress (puzzles completed). I had completed several sets of puzzles and one day that history just disappeared. Now I can complete a puzzle and it doesn't show up as completed. Have they been too successful and don't have the computer power to keep up with their user base? As you see above, I started at 5 stars, then went to 3 stars. Now I give it 1 star only because zero and below is not available. I went through the same scenario again and, once again, everything disappeared. Now this app says Internet not available even though every other app works just fine. It will be interesting to see if this review posts (you know - with the internet not being available).

Pro Version NOT Ad Free. I bought the pro version of this app many years ago and loved this app. It was the best jigsaw puzzle app available. Then the original developer got bought out by Mobilty Ware. Now ads are non stop every time you switch between puzzles or screens or complete a puzzle. They are getting away with this as the Pro Version ads are actually promoting there in app purchases but I what ever the developer wants to claim they are still ads. It is not ad free. Recently they have put a delay in your ability to cancel out the ads. It takes three plus seconds to cancel just one and at times you are hit with multiple in a row. DO NOT waste your money on the Pro Version. The app is barely fun and coming close to useless. The marketing management for mobility ware should be ashamed of themselves.

Too few puzzles available for coins.. I paid actual money to buy the pro version of the game to reduce the adds. I even occasionally allow it to play one of those annoying adds (always when I’m doing something else and not watching it). But I’m not giving you any extra money to buy puzzle packs. I earn coins for playing the game and I should be able to use the coins for puzzle packs. I am very displeased that so few of the puzzle packs are available for coins, and never the packs I want. It is a good game apart from the constant attempts to get extra money out of me, even though I bought the pro version of the game.

Great app gone bad. Years ago l bought the paid version to remove the ads, but that no longer is the case, pop-ups constantly ask if you want to watch an ad for coins. There is no way to turn off the ads for ads permanently. When you first open the app you need to close at least 3 offers before you can even make a puzzle and after completing every puzzle you get 2 more offers. A daily pop-up even asks if you want to pause pop-ups for 30 days and regardless of saying yes nothing stops them. I’m getting tired of dodging ad offers just to make one puzzle, it’s taken all the relaxation and fun out of what was once the best puzzle app available. I feel they stole my money with a false promise of no ads just puzzles.

It used to be great. I used to love this app, as it has the best puzzle play of all the apps I’ve tried and many good images. I could buy almost any puzzle pack with coins I earned from solving puzzles (I also bought many packs with real money). Now, there are very few puzzle packs available to buy with game coins and the number of game coins it takes to purchase the few available packs has increased dramatically (though the number of coins earned for solving a puzzle hasn’t changed). I was a loyal user but have become increasingly frustrated with the changes to the puzzle store. I will no longer be paying any real money for your puzzles, which makes me sad because you have many good ones that I would love to play.

Good game. First off, I really love this jigsaw puzzle game. Although at times it can be really pushy with purchasing extra puzzles, a lot of them are (for the most part) worth it, especially if you really love puzzling. I would love a better UI for phones (like a visible scroll par for the tray) but other than that it is actually pretty polished. The music is very relaxing, although I would love a way to cycle through all the music whilst playing. The one thing I really wish for is a way to customize the homepage (like being able to move and remove some of the sections). Other than that this game is very good and I recommend it if you are an avid puzzler!

Pick-up and play. Awesome app. Great controls and graphics. One thing is missing for me to make it a five 🌟 app. The ability pick-up and play, to have your current puzzle your playing available across all devices. For example if I was working on a puzzle on my iPhone and wanted to use my iPad the puzzle should show up in my “Puzzles in Progress” but it does not.I am not a member of Facebook so there must be another way to sink these devices to each other. It also should work on “My Custom Puzzles” also. A couple of other things, would it be possible to have the picture of your current custom puzzle be viewed on your “My Custom Puzzles” tab? And have “Glacier National Park” Puzzles. Thanks for all your great work.

Too Much Spam. This was a nice puzzle app that has been made much less enjoyable by a constant increase in obnoxious spam ads even in the paid version. I already accepted that every puzzle pack is basically just a vague collection of copyright free images with maybe one or two good images per pack because I could always upload my own if I didn’t find anything new I liked. But now every puzzle is obnoxiously sandwiched between useless “games” of “chance” and pushy nagging to buy even more puzzle packs. They’re so determined to be obnoxious, in fact, that they make you wait to close out the ads by adding a delay before they fade in the close symbol to exit the ads. I have bought several packs up to now, but the more obnoxious and intrusive this gets, the less I want to give you another dime. Let us turn off these stupid spam games and pushy ads. Those who are going to use the app for free offerings aren’t going to suddenly spend more because you annoy them to death and you are alienating other people like me who are happy to toss a couple bucks for new images until your greedy nagging turns us off. I’m not buying another pack until you let us turn off the harassment you’ve implemented.

Not happy. I have been a customer of yours for several years now and have always loved the puzzles, however this time I am not happy with the new format you have created and would like to see it go back to the way it was. The original way was that you could see the puzzles all at one glance and not two by two, I also do not like the way you have made the categories - that did not need to be done either. I am going to stop ordering these puzzles because there was no reason to have to change any of the original format- when you have something that is working, Do Not Fix It !

Was great, now it’s not (great Again!?!). Update 6 March....just installed the latest update, and hallelujah. Can’t say for sure everything is perfect, for all players, but it is finally playable again for me. Thanks to the developers for continuing to work on the problems. Original comment.....Giving three stars for the long time I’ve enjoyed this app. Lately moving pieces around is extremely frustrating, to the point where I don’t want to play. Hoping this issue will be fixed soon and this can return to five star status.

Updated: Lost All Puzzles and Progress. Update: Update in Feb 2019 fixed issues I was having. Would recommend this app for puzzle enthusiasts, but keep an eye out for the reviews here if future updates have problems. Warning!! The 2019 update can remove puzzles you have downloaded and the record of puzzles finished. Been enjoying this puzzle app for years on several versions and had a LOT of finished puzzles, but everything is now gone. Do not update or buy anything for this app until you know it is fixed, since you will likely not get anything. Fingers crossed this is fixed one day, but I’m not hopeful.

PuzzlePro. This latest version of the puzzle is terrible! There’s way too much space around the puzzle. It’s very difficult to move the pieces around. As much as I’ve loved this app in the past, I now hate it! Take it back to where it was, please! You’ve done it again - messed around with what was pretty good and made it terrible! Now most of the pieces are gathered at the upper and lower parts of the puzzle! Have to waste time moving them all to lower/higher positions so they can be seen. Please! Stop screwing around with the puzzles! Or at least take the time to do some good testing to make sure your changes actually work! The puzzles were fine the way they were - LEAVE THEM ALONE!

Please undo this "update". I am a software developer with 38 years experience and I have seen where updates are not always improvements and you've nailed it. The playability of this game has been greatly undermined. I can’t pick up the top piece in a jumble of pieces. The piece that does get picked up can be up to 1/2 inch away on a 10.5 inch iPad Pro. Even trying to pick up a piece that stands alone may take 2-3 tries... it seems the app simply hangs trying to decide which piece to pick up. When a piece is correctly placed that piece used to go to the bottom so as to not occlude what is/was below. That does not work now and correctly placing a piece that occludes other pieces is, well, simply wrong. It is too bad recent updates have nerfed this game so much. It’s a great game that used to work well. On the other hand, I know you have listened to customer feedback in the past and am confident these bugs will be fixed. Please make it soon. This game deserves 5 stars so long as the bugs are fixed.

Great until Disney overload. I have enjoyed this app for many years. It is one of the few games that I use and I therefore paid for the no ad version. At some point, Disney puzzles became available and that was okay. However with the most recent update, Disney is shown all over the top section. I have to scroll down a lot to get to the puzzles in progress. I thought it was only a short run and was expecting it go away soon. In the past few years I have been more and more put off by Disney’s anti-family productions. After their recent decision to drive a campaign against legislation in Florida, I have only contempt for Disney. Please let me know when your Disney ad campaign is over and I will consider using your app again.

Update to Aug 5, 2018 review. I was very unhappy to have purchased the pro version only to find out the puzzles did not transfer. I was contacted by the developers who asked for more information, then worked with me to resolve my issue. I was quite pleasantly pleased this evening, to open the original app to finish a puzzle, and discovered that the puzzles DO now transfer. This put all my puzzles on the same app instead of being spread out. I am returning my review to 5 stars. The puzzles continue to be beautiful with vivid colors, a very broad variety, and fun to work. Very happy that the developers are listening and making the app changes to satisfy their customers. Awesome job!

Good product, But Buyer Beware.. Picked up the free version of this app, which has ads in it. I thought I would be able to ignore the ads, but I was wrong. I bought an extra puzzle pack and then I wanted the ads gone. The only way to do it through a $13 package. I chose to buy this pro version. When I went to get the puzzle pack again, I was charged a second time. Don't make the same mistake. It's a good app, but beware the in-app purchases! I really like the app, but I really hate the sale pop ups that come in as soon as you open it. I thought the pro version was ad free, but that must mean other people’s ads, not theirs. Please do something to curb the annoying pop ups. I will buy extra puzzles when I’m &@#$% ready, okay?

I Hate The Latest Update. I used to enjoy the many puzzles I purchased but since the latest updates I spend my time fighting with the screen. I also hate the changes you made to the colors. I do puzzles because I enjoy the challenge but you are trying to make it so easy it's almost as though the application try's to solve the puzzle without me. That takes all the fun out of it. And these changes are the reason I stopped buying new puzzles. I believe these changes likely make it nearly impossible for people with disabilities to control the screen. I´m considering going back to hard copy puzzles as developers of puzzle applications don't seem to recognize when enough is enough.

Upgrade Problem. Slow for pieces to click together when in proximity to the correct piece. Purchased Easter Fun, hard to drag pieces anywhere now and can't open my 3 other puzzle pieces. Went from playing a few hours a day to minutes a day. Too frustrating. Enjoy the puzzles, features and free puzzles as well as earning 4 points toward free puzzles. Every upgrade causes problems which I try to solve but nothing has worked so far. Discouraged and ready to find another puzzle provider.

Great for long flights - but now?. Saw a man playing the regular version in an airport lounge and decided to give it a try. I immediately upgraded to the pro version. Keeps the brain active and those long intercontinental flights seem to be much shorter. That was my opinion when I started playing this game SEVERAL years ago, and I still play it everyday, when it is not infected by some new bug that they created to supposedly to make things better! Why does everything else in the game load correctly but the daily free puzzle? The game no longer rates 5 stars, I hope they can resolve the issues soon and earn back their stars!

Awesome puzzles. There are so many things about this app that I love. They have such a huge variety of different puzzles, you can get a free puzzle every day, they give you coins to purchase puzzle collections. I have bought a few but for the most part I’m able to save enough of the coins to purchase a puzzle pack. Sometimes I like to have the soothing sounds playing like the rain or ocean waves. There are also a lot of different options like sorting out the edge pieces or scattering all of the pieces, or having sorting trays. Everything is pretty self explanatory. Overall awesome app!!!

Best Puzzle App. The latest update causes all the loose pieces to scatter instead of just the pieces inside the puzzle. That is a nuisance to those of us who carefully sort pieces in the margins! Also, the puzzle doesn’t fit inside the frame and the pieces do not visually appear to be in place even when they click. Please go back to only scattering loose pieces inside the main puzzle frame and resolve the visual aspect of the frame and pieces!!! I have used and recommended this app for years! Plays like a table puzzle without all the hassles! Large variety of puzzles to choose from, however, the free puzzle of the day is always interesting and challenging. For variety in difficulty level choose the number of pieces you are comfortable with. Best of all Customer Support actually listens when there is a problem!

I loved this until the last update in late March 2019 - update: it’s fixed!. What happened to my favorite way to relax? Now I’m constantly annoyed. No matter what size I set the game table, many of my puzzle pieces get stuck way, way off the field on my iPad and I can hardly grab them to get them into play. I keep activating my tool bar instead. Invariably I’ve missed one in a far off corner and must go rummaging around. It disturbs my peace and concentration. I will return you to five stars if it goes back to the way it was before March 24. Update. Latest version fixed the annoying problem of pieces stuck in the edges. Bravo. Thanks for listening to your reviews. I’m happy again!!

Great and Addictive. This app provides a lot of fun and is definitely my favorite. I grew up putting together jigsaw puzzles and continued to do them until very recently. Once I started with this app, I have pretty much stopped using the tabletop puzzles. It comes with several free packs of puzzles. There are many more packs on a variety of topics available for purchase. It’s also easy to accumulate points to earn packs if you don’t want to purchase any. You can choose the degree of difficulty by changing the number of pieces you select the picture to be divided into. The more pieces, the smaller they are and the more time it will take to put the puzzle together. I use 12x12. My husband uses at least twice as many pieces. My sister has vision difficulties and uses 8x8. Young kids use fewer pieces. Being able to use your own pictures as puzzles is a very nice feature. We all have pictures of our own that are great choices. The choice of background colors is helpful as you change puzzles. I find one recent change to be slightly annoying. The last update brings up an opening screen that you must click on to move to the first operational screen. And it would be great if a family could share puzzle packs. We have found that it’s a fun and addictive app for all ages.

Feedback. I enjoy the variety and price of the puzzle selections! However, I hate the ever slowing and freezing delays in screen movement which seems to have gotten worse over time and seem to be programmed to trick us into viewing new packs and chests. I also don’t like that only certain packs allow coins to be used for purchase, and you can’t even filter to display them all at once. Instead, you have to click on individual sale packs to see if coins can be used. Not worth my time. Also hate how slowly it loads now and how sometimes after freezing it just turns off, requiring me to start over. I’ve loved this app for years and have bought a ridiculous amount of packs, but sadly I’m looking for another app. This is supposed to be fun, not frustrating.

My Review. I have been joying your puzzle app for several years now. I have referred this app to many friends who have also enjoyed it however you seem to periodically have glitches that are very frustrating. I am hoping that this glitch can be cleared up soon. I have many bonus points and many unused puzzle packs that I purchased When I went to your customer service to explain my problem, I was told to sign up on your new puzzle app. I’m assuming when I do this I will lose my bonus points and unused purchased puzzle packs. Correct ?? Please can’t you just fix the problem with this app. Thank you. I hope to receive a reply.

Almost perfect. I have been using this game for many years and love it. At this point I have so many completed puzzles and puzzle packs that I would like an easy way to move the completed ones off of my device to save space. I believe there used to be a way to remove completed packs but I can’t find it and seems like that capability has been removed. There is a restore button but no way to clear them off. Also in the completed puzzle section you can delete completed puzzles from the page but only one at a time and I currently have 4 years worth there and I use this game every day so it will take a very long time to delete them one by one.

Issues resolved. Yay!. Still great! Love the daily puzzle! This a revised review as of December 8; 2017. I think things have finally been fixed and the app is running smoothly. Thanks! It’s very enjoyable. This is a revised review (again) as of August 17, 2017. Well, it took long enough but after deleting and reinstalling the app several times it is FINALLY working! A tad glitchy but at least we're up and running again. Whew! I'm guessing the issues came as a result of them now being part of Mobilityware??? Anyhow I'm glad to be playing puzzles again. Is used to be a terrific app! I most likely spend too many hours working these puzzles. My grandchildren really love it when I make the puzzles with their pictures. Sadly, the app will not open past the initial screen. I've now gone from daily play to none because your app will simply not open. This latest update has wrecked what used to be an amazing app. Please fix this.

Jigsaw Puzzle Pro. I’ve been playing this game for about three years now and the last two rounds of updates for the iPad have missed the mark. The playing area shrunk and the boundaries expanded so that it makes it hard to find the puzzle pieces. Sometimes when you try to grab a piece the whole screen moves but the piece doesn’t. And it’s really easy (frustratingly easy) to tap outside of the playing area and go to another application and then you have to find your way back to the game. At least on my iPad the game was a lot better to use a couple of updates ago. I still like to play but I can get pretty frustrated once in a while.

Beautiful puzzles. I love the puzzles I have chosen. I like the colors...the puzzles that are bright and clear...especially the cottage scenes, the town scenes, the vivid colorful puzzles. I do the 64 piece generally. I don’t want to stress over hundreds of pieces so a quick puzzle that I can do while resting is good. I have ordered 12 puzzles I think. All the puzzles I love. I keep looking for new arrivals. I hope to see more cute Halloween and Christmas puzzles in the future...and beautiful winter scenes. Right now, I am working through the ones I have. I will stop and work on the holiday puzzles during the holiday months. This has given me something new to enjoy on my iPad. Reading, games, puzzles...I love my iPad so much.

Daily puzzle doesn’t work. Update - took a while but update came through to fix the problem without having to reload the app. Back to five stars! I have had jigsaw pro for a long time and it worked fine until a couple weeks ago. So far no fix for the pro version for the daily puzzle and only solution they posted for version not pro is to load a new game which isn’t the same as the update. I buy enough new puzzles so I’m not just using this version for free. One star review until this gets fixed which I hope is update to existing app not a new app (I know I can restore but last time I did that it was puzzle place by puzzle pack and not convenient and time consuming). Will update review if see a fix that works.

Puzzle improvements. Both my husband and I love doing these puzzles. It's a great app, but we'd like to suggest a couple of improvements. The color of a piece changes as the piece is moved from outside the puzzle box to it's place. It is usually lighter on the outside and changes to darker in place, and that is very misleading when there are many pieces of a background color. We prefer pictures with several contrasting colors, as opposed to pictures that appear to be all one value or color. Also, there have been several repeats in the free puzzle for the day. You have so many puzzles, is that really necessary? We often do 2 puzzles a day. We have not been able to load the free puzzle of the day for about a week. Please fix that bug.

Too Much Spam & substandard choices for point spending. I agree with SalStrange review and the other review regarding poor choice for spending coins you accumulate with each completed puzzle. Too much spam, too many windows to get back to your puzzle screen, and the worst yet? Now there are these FORCED game type challenges that do not allow you to close it unless you play. I purchased ad-free and hav loved this game for years. I do buy alot of new puzzle packs; I play this game every day to decompress. So it really takes away the fun to be force fed spam in the game. Keep it in there for those who like that type of thing, but for the rest of us, give us a way to opt out of all of it in the PAID version and just let us enjoy the game. I started searching for a new game tonight, but I really hope the developers listen. I only have three games, this one, a card game, and a slide game I have had since 2010. I use them to decompress, and sometimes play room type games like the old Myst game. One final note, oddly, this game no longer shows up in my Apps list in settings, nor in App store under updates (I dread the updates because its always more SPAM, MORE SPAM, MORE SPAM. What a wonderful almost real jigsaw experience ruined because you can't turn off the developer spam.

I’ve been doing these puzzles daily for a couple of years. This new version is unusable to me.. The scatter pieces feature was nice in that it would clear the puzzle area yet not overlap all of the pieces on the periphery. You can do that with a physical puzzle. This latest version is even harder to use than it was without the scatter feature. The last few updates have been increasing in their level of dudness. I’ve bought around 20-25 puzzle packs and like doing the daily puzzle, but this latest update is the worst from a usability perspective to me. I typically do the 256 piece puzzle, and my Apple Pencil on a 12.9” iPad Pro couldn’t reliably select pieces scattered at the edges. Your mileage may vary, but if this is the future of this app, I’m cutting my losses and uninstalling.

Disappointed. The new changes made yesterday are very disappointing. I really did like the four sorting trays and now they’re gone with only one left. I have credits and have a very difficult time using any of them since there really are very few puzzle packs available for credits. We really should be able to buy any of the puzzle packs with credits just the way it used to be. I don’t know why you keep making changes to a program that was very good to begin with. I would not recommend this program to anyone. Although the sorting tray issue has been resolved I continue to be very disappointed that there are very few puzzle packs ever available for coins. What’s the point of collecting them if you cannot use them. I don’t know why anyone would ever buy them. They are really useless.

Latest update stinks. We love Jigsaw Puzzle Pro and play it daily. We are extremely unhappy with the most recent update, and want to request that this update be rolled back. We have the app on 2 devices: an iPad Air and an older iPad 2. Prior to this update, the app was working pretty well on both devices; initialization and response were slower on the iPad 2, but that is to be expected. The update has had a much worse effect on the iPad 2: after the update, we cannot use the app at all. It starts and is extremely slow in painting screens. The (IMO stupid and unnecessary) transition screen (tap to open) takes literally minutes to respond and may kick me out. But it always crashes and kicks me out when I try to play the daily puzzle. We shut down and restarted the device -- no change. Still crashes and is unusable. You've done a fair number of updates recently. We appreciate your responsiveness but it seems that your regression testing is inadequate. If an update is unsuited to an older device, you need to make that crystal clear. We're disappointed and dissatisfied. Please address these issues as soon as possible.

Bad update. This has been a five star program since I purchased it many years ago, but the major update they just made drags it down to three stars. It takes longer to open. It always opens in portrait mode even though I have my iPad locked in landscape. I have to unlock it and relock it in landscape mode every time. The table is now so large that I spend half of my time trying to find pieces hidden around the edges. The preview pictures is now too small to see any detail before you decide to open a new puzzle. Too bad somebody decided they could make it better. It was pretty close to perfect before they "fixed" it.

What Happened?. I used to look forward to this puzzle every day until they altered the program so that I have to be on a WiFi network in order to download the puzzle. I tried to contact Tech Support, but the message never went through. There are two issues with this. I often prefer to use my cellular data plan, and now, I have to go into settings and switch networks in order to download the puzzle. And, I also have a dual WiFi network so if I am on a 5G network, the puzzle doesn’t download. Sometimes, if I turn off my iPad and restart, I can download, but it doesn’t always work. I am very frustrated with this since the app used to work perfectly regardless of what network I was on.

Please Think About This. I’ve submitted a comment earlier about the number of ads; still an issue, but at least there is now an option to opt out of some ads & it is appreciated! My preference would be to purchase the game & have no ads at all. Secondly, the erotic placement of the control buttons is getting under my skin. I don’t like the hidden menu at all. It is truly annoying to have to go thru 3 steps just to see the preview of the puzzle. I liked it in the beginning where the control menus were off to the side or, before the last update which started the disappearing menu again, shown as buttons in the upper right corner so that all I have to do to see the puzzle preview is hit one button.

Pop up’s. I BOUGHT this program several years ago and I have also bought probably 50 or more puzzle packs. I have played it religiously daily for several years and finished all the puzzle packs I bought. Accept for the 3 or so I am currently working on. 5 years ago I would have given it a 5 star rating, but today not so much. I am sick and tired of all the pop ups and adds. I PAID FOR THE ADD FREE VERSION AND I WANT AN ADD FREE VERSION!!!!! I am seriously getting ready to just delete the program all together. I swear EVERY time I click on anything, I get a pop up add for this or that. I actually quit playing it a couple of months ago and only look now and then to see if you still have the pop ups. The program was much better 7 years ago when I PAID for the add free version!!!

Not able to use accumulated credits for new puzzles!. I have a total of 147,226 credits to use for purchasing puzzles! I purchased my credits in order to purchase my choice of puzzles. Over the years, I have purchased a huge amount of puzzles using my credits. Now, the puzzles that you have chosen to allow the use of the coin credit option, I have already purchased. How long do you think it will take me to use up my remaining credits...or will I just end up losing them? I am very disappointed in your changes!! This is no way to treat your loyal customers!!! Why can’t I purchase ALL PUZZLES with my purchased coins? You already have my money tied up in my purchased coins (LOTS OF MY MONEY! ) Apparently money that you are now holding hostage unless I use more money to purchase ONLY THE PUZZLES YOU SAY THAT I CAN PURCHASE WITHOUT HAVING TO GIVE YOU MORE OF MY MONEY! This is a deceptive action on your part! The old “BAIT AND SWITCH” con game...encourage me to purchase your coins, then not allow me to purchase the puzzles that I want. You think that you are making you program better than it was? All you are doing is importing glitches into the former program and alienating all your loyal customers that unknowingly purchased your “COINS” that are now virtually useless!

Love this app. I think the app has changed in the way of I don’t like how when now you hit the scramble button and the pieces go every where and you have to go and put them all closer to the puzzle in order to see them ! It takes up a lot of your timer!The puzzle pieces are small so you can't go much smaller than 289 pieces per puzzle or you just can't see them lol. And I wish it covered more of the screen I had this app on my surface and now I was so pleased I have it now on my IPad. It is my favorite game app and I really love having my grandkids put together a puzzle and discover it is a picture of themselves. Love that

Problems upon Problems. Had problems for past few weeks with the app dropping my completed puzzles and not allowing custom uploads. After my bad review last week, the creators contacted me wanting to fix my problem so I could change my review. Their solution was that I should delete my app and reload with a web address they provided. They also warned that I could lose my purchases but gave me instructions to reload them. Sounds good—right? I followed their instructions. They had sent them in chat on the app. I had enough foresight to know that I needed to screenshot the address. I followed their instructions. Sure enough had to get new address from my screenshot. When it reloaded, no purchases, no points, and no chat! I followed the reload instructions many times. ABOUT A DOZEN PURCHASED PACKS AND 4000 POINTS ARE GONE!! That’s about $50 in puzzles down the drain. Now, to top that off, I have a $3.99 charge in my account for the Pro App I reloaded!! Bottom line— DON’T EVER BUG MORE TGAN A COUPLE PUZZLE PACKS AT A TIME! YOU MAY LOSE YOUR MONEY! I’ll keep playing for now, but I’m looking for another puzzle option. These guys need to find better r&d and technical support staff!! Very disappointed after a good 5 yers of puzzling!!

Used to love this puzzle app. This used to be my favorite puzzle app. Someone named Pat in Support was always so nice and genuinely helpful. Over the Easter holiday, combined with the world’s current isolation, I played about 200 puzzles and bought a number of puzzle packs to add to the several I already own, in hopes of winning a few free puzzles in their latest “Golden Egg” contest. After a few days and hundreds of puzzles played, and countless ads watched even though I paid for the pro version, just one measly little puzzle was granted. One. Something was clearly wrong because typically this game is more generous. I asked Support about it and someone named Brandon was courteous enough, but his response was disappointing and came across as cavalier. He essentially said it was just random, and that was it. To me, to work this hard for essentially nothing takes all the fun out of it. Sadly, it’s now more like just another job. I ended up deleting the game.

Jigsaw puzzle. I DO NOT LIKE the pop ups that we now receive. I paid for this game and should not be receiving pop ups!!! I pay for games to eliminate these very annoying interruptions. I just played the new collect a pin challenge. It was nice to receive extra points along the way. On several occasions it said I won a puzzle but when I tried to claim it but it would not give it to me nor was it in my free puzzles. Then at the very end after collecting the 20 pins, it said I won the “beautiful places” puzzle pack. It loaded the pack under my free puzzle packs but when I open it there are no puzzles!!! This game has really gone downhill!!!! I would not recommend it to anyone!! When you pay for a game you should not receive all this pop up garbage!! You should put time and effort in fixing all the bugs with your giveaways vs. all the stupid pop ups!! And by the way some of the, don’t work right either. The game freezes and you have shut down your device to get out of them. I’m sure you’ll focus on getting that fixed right away vs. the other things I mentioned above. If you can’t tell I’m a really annoyed customer and would like my money back that I paid to upgrade.

Nice game, some suggestions. The game is very nice, the action smooth. Some suggestions for future that would make this a 5-star game: 1. Make the puzzle piece shapes unique. While there are several different puzzle piece styles, such as a piece with 3 tabs on the top, bottom, and left, and a blank on the right, all pieces of that style are of “cookie-cutter” identical shape. This sometimes makes it a guessing game to fit pieces together, especially when working a section of solid color or very dense pattern, rather than relying on color and shape. It would be more realistic to construct pieces using the same styles, but making each piece of a given style vary from the others, like a physical puzzle. 2. Allow rectangular puzzles.

Jig saw puzzles. The jigsaw puzzles are very entertaining. They can be any number of pieces from 4 upto 1,000. The only really really annoying thing about them is that every few minutes a pop-up box appears asking you to watch a push sales advertisement for “extra credit”. It is seriously annoying and totally ruins the concentration developed to play the jig saw puzzle.

Annoying advertisements. I’ve been playing these puzzles for years and loved them. Recently they’ve added the watch advertising for free coins “shtick” and that’s fine. But Now they’re putting play for coins pop ups every 30 minutes during into the jigsaw puzzles you’re doing! These are the puzzles you actually pay $5.99 for! This is so annoying and not okay and you guys need to stop.

Addicted. Love this app. It's great for relaxation and there's plenty of variety to select from. Also love being able to create new puzzles with some of my own photos and it's very easy to do. I've recommended this app to my friends too. Don't do a puzzle while watching TV, you'll miss the plot☺️

Purchases don’t synch. If you buy jigsaw packs on the free jigsaw app version, then later upgrade and pay for the jigsaw app, these purchased jigsaw packs do not move across to the paid app. So in order to play the originally purchased jigsaw apps, if playing in the paid app, you need to close the paid app, and then open the free jigsaw app. Very convoluted. Other apps, when you upgrade, all in-app purchases automatically move across. This is not something new in the jigsaw app. I commented on this issue a few years ago, and it still hasn’t been rectified.

Still the best, but. Since your latest update, the scattered pieces line up along the edges and are VERY hard to get back. Could you fix please? Still The best jigsaw puzzle around, bar none. Wish they’d back off a bit with the sell sell sell bit though. I do buy puzzles and am very happy with the app (except the latest glitch).

Great puzzle for young and old.. I love the daily free pictures and the ability to use my own photos. Being able to choose the number of pieces and or piece rotation means I can choose to make it easy for a quick 5 minute time filler or really complex puzzle to last a day or two. Or, on the other hand, a game my 2 year old grandson can play through to a real challenge for myself.

Jigsaw. This is the best ever app! Nice for aeroplane trips or just filling in time. I love it.

Used to be great. This game used to be great. Now the ads and money grabbing get in the way. Game says I have enough credits for a pack, but it’s impossible to find any. It now refuses to even open on my iPad Pro. Tried reinstalling but nothing.

Enjoy the daily puzzles but it can be frustrating to download. The daily puzzle does not always download, it may show the new one, but it actually will then open up the previous day's puzzle. I have had to pay to renew the app again a few months ago,I now have 2 as I lost all my original puzzles I paid for. Recently the puzzles have come back into the old app. It took weeks. I still enjoy it when it works well.

Best app for jigsaws. Great graphics.. Only negative is that the best puzzles cost but they are worth it. Love the clicking sounds. Has fun options too with ability to up the difficulty by more pieces, up to 1,000 pieces now

Pro Jigsaws.. I had you before but I didn’t like you but you up your game and now it look’s great the quality of your pictures and what you done to the app is good.

Best jigsaw game. I agree, this is my favourite by far of all the puzzle games I have tried. This ones a keeper app. Play this every day, whether on the train to or from work every day, relaxing after work and even in my lunch break. Simple to use and great pictures. Tried to think of suggesting an Improvement but I can't think of one! 👍

Great Game. Love the puzzles but it's a pity that you have to purchase so many to be able to keep playing. It says it's the best game on fb but you only get approx 40 puzzles if your lucky in a pack. A few free more packs added would be ideal. Not everyone can afford to buy new packs everyday. I can't but need too as I finish some packs straight away. They only have 12 puzzles.

Getting better all the time. I have really enjoyed this app over many years - would not be without it - up until the last update. The stability of the screen and pieces is not great. The whole screen moves as you put your finger on a piece to move it - frustrating!!!! I am not sure what has happened however this is definitely not an ' upgrade'

Problem. Since the last update yesterday, the app loads to 100% but then stops. I would delete the app and reinstall, but then my puzzles, purchases, coins etc would be lost. Please help.

Great game!. I use it most days and love that I can have so many open that I don't get bored with the images. Loads of different new designs all the time to choose from.

It started well ...... When I first started puzzling, I put up with adverts, but enjoyed it so much I decided to pay for the pro version. Was very happy with this and enjoyed lots of puzzles. I don’t know when it happened, but all of a sudden I started to have problems including lots of advertisements every time, yes every time, I want to do anything. I tried updating. This did not work and I lost all puzzle history. I am totally fed up with it. I have only given you two stars for the brief time I had when everything worked properly. I don’t mind buggy things if I’m not paying, but expect a bit better when I’ve paid.

Latest version. Love the app. Just started asking if I want to watch adverts which is a bit annoying as I payed to get rid of them.

A perfect way to pass free time. Having explored several 'free' jigsaw apps and discovered their limitations - and annoying baiting to make in-app purchases, I have found the perfect app for me. As a street artist (Phoenix the Street Artist) with thousands of photos of my collaged pasteup works on my phone, with this app I can now make a series of puzzles of these works - and enjoy reconstructing them in yet another way. Endless fun and joy.

A hiccup. The app works okay but after using it the time and date on my iPad disappears from all aps and I need to restart to get it back. This needs fixing or I’m off to get another jigsaw app after years with this one.

new update coins all gone. Just did the latest update went into the app to see what is different and just watched over 3000 of my coins disappear down to 50 I want them back thank you very much

Looking for a new jigsaw app.. Have enjoyed doing jigsaws in this app for a long time. Recent changes have taken that enjoyment away. Liked being able to use multiple trays. New single tray sorts pieces into placement columns. Makes it easier to complete but not a feature I like. Once you realise pieces are in order you can’t unsee it. Working out for yourself where pieces belong is the point of a jigsaw and you’ve taken that away for me.

Problem with update. After enjoying the puzzles for several months and purchasing new ones the recent update has left me with no other option than to delete the app! The pieces were slow to move causing stress on my fingers and did not snap into place easily and also the control bar at the bottom was not visible as previously. Really upset because for me it was working well.

Meldie. I've been playing this for years now. I have loved it since the first day. I travel so much And this is a great travel companion. If I had this many REAL puzzles in boxes I would fill a floor to ceiling cupboard at least. I can't think of any way to make this app any better. Well worth every dollar I've spent. Being able to change the number of pieces means I can play the same picture puzzle with my grandchildren just a different number of pieces to make it fair at any age or level of competence. Well done. This surely is my all time favourite app.

Great puzzle app but... Great puzzle app with enjoyable play experience. Ability to purchase more puzzles using earned credits is also nice. Unfortunately the app misses on what feels like an increasing number of messages to close after completing a puzzle. Sometimes there is no option but to download a puzzle just to get rid of a message. Now, I just close the app after completing one puzzle, losing the urge to play on

Disappointed. Hi, Ive played this for many many years and always enjoyed, but nowadays all Im seeing are ads and promotional pushes even though I paid for the NO ADS . My game froze this week and I couldnt recover it, I had to delete and re load, Ive lost all of my beautiful completed puzzles. Im not into Disney puzzles and cartoon puzzles. I wish the game was back to how it used to be. Completely ad free and less trouble

No longer offers the value nor enjoyment it once did.. It saddens me to write this review. I’ve play Jigsaw Pro for the better part of a decade. The puzzles are as enjoyable and challenging as they have always been. However, in the cash grab that Jigsaw Pro has become, the ads that pop up with EVERY screen change, the inability to no longer earn discounts for anything other then very old puzzle packs, the frequent and ill-advised ‘improvements’ makes this a game I will only play until I have completed the many puzzle packs I’ve purchased. They have made all the money they will ever get out of me. Thanks MobilityWare for ruining a most enjoyable experience.

Excellent Puzzle App. This is a puzzle app for the serious puzzler at maximum size the puzzles are a real challenge and real fun and the range keeps getting better all the time. It gets used every day and is highly recommended. The updates just delivered are really good with quick and precise piece movement and simple single click rotation plus now an ability to increase the number of prices up to 1024 and a zoom that makes that work really well. The puzzles are a real challenge now!

Jigsaw pro keeps closing on me.. Tried to do my jigsaw tonight and it keeps closing on me. Doing the edge took about 20 goes re opening. Then when I went to do the middle, I only got a few pieces sorted and it closed. Now when it does decide to open it goes back to the start. It might stay open for a few seconds. The same thing is happening on the free one. I have the latest update. To say I am disappointed is a huge understatement. Usually I would give it 4 to 5 stars. Hopefully this can be fixed ASAP. Bit cross now because every nickname I enter is supposedly taken makes me wonder if you really want feedback.

Like the new layout. I like the new font and layout for the app. Somewhat easier to find things.

Fade backgrounds. I love this jigsaw app but mostly use med grey background because all others are too intense. If you fade the other colour backgrounds so they aren't as bright I would prob use those as well. Sometimes a different colour background would be beneficial with colours in jigsaw but the intensity of them all makes them useless. Otherwise great app

Paid Version Disappointing. There is no difference between the pay Pro version and the regular. I paid and there’s still all the annoying ads and banners with no additional features from the free version. The custom puzzle is the worst compared to all other Jigsaw Apps, very blurry even with high resolution photos. Used to be able to use coins for puzzles but that is now very limited and cost much more in coins. Overall, do not pay for this!!

Hours of Fun. Hours of fun. Great selection of puzzle packs. Favourite feature is the "create a puzzle" that allows you to use one of your own pics for the puzzle. My 4 year ago old grandson loves it.

This app is one big ad for its in-app purchases.. The puzzle game is fun. I really like it, but I’m no longer playing as I get frustrated by the pop-ups and other ways to get you to buy more puzzles. That’s not cool in a payed app.

Best puzzle app BUT.... Best puzzle app available but please reconsider the hypercolorization that is rampant in your newer puzzle packs. For some of us the florid colours are hard on the eyes. I find myself limited to packs with gentler hues and this increasingly makes it hard to find suitable puzzles. Overall, great app!

Puzzle Pro. Awesome puzzle game!! Lots of puzzles and size choice plus choose your own photo. Great on my iPad with the larger screen. Now had to delete from phone as had way to many updates that eat data. Constantly being updated with more megabytes than all my other apps put together.

Constant spam (update to 4 stars). Update: They seem to have implemented a pop-up that allows you to opt out of further pop-ups for 30 days at a time. Not optimal but a vast improvement. Original review: Using this app is like using IE11 without an adblocker on some random streaming website. It's slow, clunky, filled with popups, and tries to get you to sell you stuff constantly. I have received 4 separate popups and a banner advertisement after finishing my latest puzzle. I didn't pay $13.99 for pseudo gambling lootbox mechanics and video ads! Let me give you the general user experience: 1. Open app > popup 2. Open puzzle shop to get free puzzles > popup 3. Open puzzle pack in the shop > popup 4. Close puzzle pack in the shop > popup 5. Go back to main screen > popup 6. Go to start puzzle > exit puzzle selection screen > popup 7. Go to settings > exit settings > popup Don't waste your money on the paid version and go look elsewhere.

Great app. I love that I can take my favourite pictures and turn them into jigsaw puzzles. This is my go to app after a hard days work.

Jigsaw Puzzles. I often finish puzzles after my grandchildren visit because they like choosing and starting puzzles without regards to their difficulty. I don't like leaving a puzzle unfinished. I also like all the challenges available to complete.

Will not close after completing puzzle. Complete puzzle. Stalls will not confirm completion. Can not select another one until closing app and reopen. Happens every time.

Game is good, support so far quite dissapointing. Update: After giving up contacting support, I just wrote off the money they took from me and moved on. I bought another pack (I know, should have think it better), and now after switching to another iPad, I lost it again. This is closer to a scam than anything else. I’d recommend against spending any money on this app. I bought the premium version of the game, as well as a few packages, on one of my iPads. When trying to restore purchases on another iPad (same account), it fails at present me with the packages I already bought. Sent a request to support via in-app mechanism, said I should wait for 2 days, so far no luck neither with support nor with restoring my purchases. It’s a petty because the game is quite good. Update after few days of waiting : still no answer from support. Update after a lot of days of waiting: the vendor contacted me, gave me a code to contact support via in-app support contact form, I did that, and STILL have got any solution for the fact that I can’t download the packages that I paid for.

Jigsaw pro. Love them all. Start each day with the free puzzle and at least one more in the evening! The only thing is that getting into the program is nearly 20 seconds so is much slowerqsw

Recent upgrades.. I’m very disappointed with the recent changes. The scatter function is not very good as it makes the pieces too small to work with. I’ve tried changing the table settings and nothing makes a difference to the size of the pieces. I used this function a lot and not it’s not useable.

Get this for fun!. Great options to finish puzzles when you are relaxing or just have a 15 minute break, maybe you could add a timer you have played 10 or 15 minutes time to get a drink!

Used to be great. This was by far the BEST jigsaw puzzle app until the latest update. I used it daily for at least an hour in the evenings to unwind. They should have left well enough alone. Now there are issues with the music settings ( they are not saved from session to session), the table play is still not back to manageable; the opening is not smooth; and worst of all, the app now positively EATS my battery, rendering it almost unplayable. I am playing on a relatively new iPad and none of my other apps affect the battery in this way. So instead of a 5 star rating I have dropped it to a 1. Sorry MobilityWare - you screwed up royally with this last update.

Dizzydic. Deja vu all over again :( Shades of last October's update. Does not seem to be compatible with iOS 5.1. Crashes whenever I try to open it. C'mon people - run the program before you post it. Apparently users are only permitted one review so I will add to this one. Upgrade to two stars although the compatibility issue has been ignored. Latest update of March 20, 2017 now has ads in the paid version. Question: what incentive is there to buy an app that makes me pay for their advertising? Can't give this a lower rating. Most recent update has expanded the advertising by forcing the user to view the store every time he/she clicks on "My Puzzles." I paid for this app and I should be the one to decide if I want to visit the store. Go back to having a button to click on to view the store. Fixed the previous complaints but took away the daily puzzle. Initially just watched wheel go round and round now says “Network Unavailable.” Major technical issue - fix it!

One of my favorite apps!. I really enjoy completing the free daily puzzle and have purchased other puzzle packages too. This app sets its self apart from others because you can earn reward coins with increasing puzzle difficulty and completed puzzles. It takes some time, but coins can be applied towards future purchases. Although there have been some troubles with several updates, the developers are responsive and do get back to questions and fix the issue.

Jerky!. I love these puzzles and am happy you immediately corrected the last attempt to make it better. But I miss the magnet that allowed my poor eyes to get the piece just close enough without lining up every edge. I also feel like everything is jerky and touchy now which is difficult for already shaky hands. In the middle of moving a piece the board suddenly freezes or blows up or shrinks or the piece won't follow my finger. I guess I miss some things that made it the best puzzle app to begin with.

What happened to family sharing?. In general love the program. Thanks for the variety of puzzles. But what happened to family sharing? Also. There’s opportunities to earn points but very limited selection of puzzles in order to use the points. Also, need solid colored background WITHOUT dark shaded edges. The edge shading limits the usable space.

Price manipulation!. I have loved this game for years, but am losing patience with your price manipulations. When you look at your new puzzles, there is not a single one listed for more than $3.99. When you look at your fabulous sale puzzles you tell your customers that puzzles are 60% off and say they were originally $4.99. Stop bugging me with sales that are not really sales! Players earn coins, but then there are very few puzzles that you can actually use them for. If you try to spend coins, you waste so much time trying to find a puzzle that you can actually purchase with the coins. Very disappointing!

Freezing puzzle- OK NOW, my fault. I can’t move the puzzle to get to all the pieces- it freezes. Also, it would be nice to be able to move the puzzle over the pieces around it instead of picking up one piece and putting it into place. It was my fault the screen was freezing. I figured out what I was doing wrong and it started working again. It’s a good app but I do still wish I could move the puzzle around and pick up pieces that way instead of picking up individual pieces. My old puzzle app worked that way.

Used to always be a five. This is a very good puzzle app, but the developers changed things. They give coins for finishing puzzles which is fun, except that they have reduced the puzzle packs that you can actually buy with coins to about 10% and none of them on sale. I bought the puzzle pro so that I wouldn’t have to be bothered by ads. I am now bothered by multiple games designed to get users to play and be forced to watch ads. After writing this review, maybe next time I wii just give this app a 2 or a 3.

What the heck?. I downloaded the free version and loved the puzzle choices. Beautiful scenery. However, it was very difficult to see the shapes because the background color made it ridiculously hard (and I'm a puzzle pro). I tried to unlock the background colors but was taken to a page that included a lot of options I didn't want, for a very high price. And it wouldn't let me return to the puzzle I was working on! I went to the App store, found the pro version, and bought it. WHAAAAH?! There were hardly any puzzles! I went back to the puzzle I had been working on hoping to be able to change the background... but nothing... What a total ripoff!

Great, but...... I love the program, options and available free puzzles plus being able to use my own photos. But the “In my face” advertising trying to sell new puzzles is VERY Annoying!! I appreciate the options to buy but I’m getting really tired of having to close pop ups and carefully navigate to figure out what’s free and what’s not. I would have thought that you could have made this a bit more user friendly, especially since I PAID the price for the Pro version.

The best jigsaw app out there. This was the first jigsaw app I tried, and I loved it! Tried a couple of the others, but have since deleted them as nothing compares to this. You can play relaxed or really challenge yourself. To me, this is the next best thing to actually setting up a table and throwing pieces out to work a puzzle. Free puzzle each day, plus a number of free puzzle packs to download. I have also purchased some beautiful puzzle packs. Great way for me to unwind.

Great fun. I have recommended this app to my friends. Love being able to make my own puzzles from my photos and being able to choose how difficult I want to make them. Anyone who loves puzzles should get this app. I will never lose a puzzle piece with this app. I would give it five stars but when I am offered coins for watching an ad for another game I expect to be given the coins. Too many times there is no way to exit the final screen unless I power off my I pad and reboot only to find I have not received the coins offered.

Can spend hours in the app.. I love it. It’s so relaxing and enjoyable. But it’s really annoying when I try to move one puzzle piece and the entire screen moves instead. This is a particularly bad problem when the pieces are at the edge of the screen. It’s frustrating to have to keep freezing the board just to push the pieces away from the side. Great overall. Maybe more soothing music would make it even more relaxing.

My #1 App to unwind the day!. This puzzle app is my favorite one to lose myself in! I love being able to import my own pics into the puzzles as well as play the offerings on the game! I always look forward to playing a couple before turning in. However, your latest update is not an improvement. It crashes within 30 seconds of opening the app...again, and again. And on the rare moment when I’m able to start a puzzle, it runs smoothly for about 5 minutes before the game starts to have halting moves, then shuts down on its own. Crash. Please update your update!! It’s no longer relaxing to play! Missing my fav game, Akiko 🥺

Are you kidding me?. New versions are riddled with adds. I paid for pro. Absolutely hate the new changes! OK then. Not ads, notifications. Still annoying as crap, even if you think it is easy to use the close button. If you want to keep me informed about new items available, use the top of the app where you show new puzzle packs available and on sale. Just like you have done in the past. I do like the trays. Would suggest however, that when a piece is removed form the tray you don’t move all the pieces to the top of the tray. You lose track of what pieces have been moved back and forth. Would like to be able to put the piece back in the tray in the order removed.

Latest update knocks it down from perfect. Sadly, the latest update has made the pieces too slippy, harder to manipulate. At times the pieces aren’t reactive to touch. It is harder to lock a piece in When the pieces lock in, they wiggle which is annoying. I use the app in landscape view and can no longer zoom in on the original picture as far as I used to in order to see fine details. This app is still great but it’s no longer perfect. Perhaps another update is in order.

Used to be the best but continues to go downhill. This used to be the best puzzle app and I purchased so many packs as well as paid for the pro version once upon a time. Now it is so cluttered with ads it takes all of the joy out. Also all of puzzles are Disney. I was super disappointed to see there wasn’t a holiday pack this year for free because that was like my advent calendar I looked forward to checking everyday. I just wish it would go back to the way it was before ads, disney, coins, etc. While I still use this occasionally I have begun to look elsewhere for puzzles which is such a disappointment after spending so much money. I hope with time it improves.

Great Fun!. Tried free version first. Loved it so much I upgraded to Pro. Beautiful images in puzzle packs, plus a daily free puzzle. Never crashes or freezes. UPDATE: Love the new upgrade! Quality of puzzles remains high. Many puzzle packs from which to choose, and I am excited about the new option that allows me to increase the number of pieces in puzzles for both iPhone and iPad. Keep up the good work!

Super App but recent changes lessen experience. Great app all around, high quality photos, broad selection. Newer versions have taken care of the few previous issues that bothered me, but added some new ones, including persistent and relentless advertising of “sales”, and display of finished puzzle is now very small so you can’t really admire your finished puzzle. Why did they do this? To make room for more in house advertising, so getting sick of that.

Disappointing feature omission. Recently had to reset my iPad and was disappointed to find that while my collection of “coins” was saved to my Facebook accounts, none of my completed puzzle history was. Annoyingly, the app adds two default puzzle packs to every install, and you can’t delete them. I may be OCD, but I like seeing the check marks on my puzzles showing them completed. So here I sit, doing each of the “sample” puzzles again with just 4 pieces so they’ll show as completed again. Wish I could just delete them.

Addictive puzzle app!. The best thing about this app is the huge selection of beautiful high-quality images. For a couple of months, I couldn't use Jigsaw Puzzle Pro because of all the glitches it was having. The developers seem to have sorted out most of them. It's still a bit slow, but that's probably the fault of my old iPad. The one thing I don't like is the graphic of the red bow on icons of puzzle packs that haven't been opened yet. Totally unnecessary and tacky. Otherwise I'm glad to be able to use Jigsaw Puzzle Pro again.

Sometimes a slow response..... I’ve always enjoyed these puzzles with very few glitches. Lately, however, this site is not as friendly with slow response when trying to tap the puzzle packs. I’ve had to tap, hold finger etc as many as 6-7 times then wait to have pack show up. Many times the site will freeze or pieces won’t move so I have to shut down and reopen. Not a big deal just a pain especially since I buy a lot of puzzles. Still love doing the puzzles when I relax or have to wait on things.

New update. Absolutely loved this game last week until the latest update. It messed up my settings and now the pieces either bunch in the center of the game board or they scatter to the farthest edges. I have so I can increase the size of play area, shrink the game area to manually bring the pieces in closer, or play where they scattered to, making the play area and pieces way too small. I’ve tried adjusting the settings to no avail. I paid for the enhanced version and got this mess. Only one star from me.

Could be better. I have had puzzle pro for a long time. I enjoy doing the puzzles, but am disappointed the creator never responses to issues. My husband and I both experience that when a puzzle is downloaded, once saved the picture will not relate to the puzzle; it is a totally different subject. It doesn’t happen daily...but enough that it is annoying.

The latest changes. We have enjoyed this puzzle program for years. We used to be able to do the puzzles together. Since the last two upgrades now only person at a time can move pieces. This takes all the fun of doing puzzles together. If this does not return to the previous model we will look for an app that allows us to enjoy making puzzles together.

Love playing each day!. Have bought several puzzle groups on different devises I own! However when I try to buy on the main iPad I use, I am unable to purchase as it first request that I give my fingerprint. None of my fingers seem to work! It makes it a bit frustrating as I do want to support the site! Love playing puzzle!

Lowered my review. I gave this 5 stars before but recent updates have made things frustrating with layers of things you must get out of the way before you can get to your puzzle. I didn't mind the single ad for discounted puzzles, but now there is an additional useless picture to clear-- a full screen photo you have to keep tapping on to get rid of first before you have to then clear the ads for puzzle sales. Get rid of that annoying, pointless, intro photo layer.

Pop-ups. The game itself is great, I gave it 5 stars previously. I have dropped it to 3 stars though, because their pop-up ads have gotten ridiculous! Every time I continue a puzzle, finish a puzzle, or go back to the Home Screen (at the least) I get hit with 2-3 pop-ups for their own specials going on. To me, this is a big distraction from enjoying the game. I wouldn’t care if they had an icon in the corner showing they had something new like a lot of games do, I’ll decide to check it out or not. They have just gone overboard with the pop-ups!

Glitch in completed puzzle. I have sent two messages to “contact us”, but have no resolution. Once again, when I complete a puzzle, I follow through with the red x, which shows it has been completed. However when I leave the program and go back in, all the puzzles that I had just completed show they have not been completed. Not sure what is going on. This has just been happening since your last update. Thank you for your assistance. Barb

Jigsaw Puzzle Pro. I originally gave a five-star review a few years ago. I have enjoyed many hours playing the various puzzles that I purchased and some of the free daily puzzles. But the changes introduced in the last two or three updates have ruined this app for me. There are too many pop-up ads and the screen controls are awkward to use. It would be nice if developers would give users the option to use an older version or pick and choose which new features they want. So I have given up using this app.

Having fun!. I enjoy the wide variety of puzzles to choose from/purchase. Frequent sales tempt me to keep buying. It's nice to be able to choose the number of pieces and whether to use the rotation option - allows one to gradually increase the difficulty of the puzzles. The pause button is much appreciated because it seems as though I'm interrupted fairly frequently! 😋

Please change back the Feb 2019 update!. I literally am on this app everyday. I even bought the paid version. But this latest update has rendered every iPhone X and above, the app is unusable. I’d give this app 5 stars all day long, except for this update. Every scattered puzzle piece near the edges is now difficult to retrieve (even with a stylus). And, ANY puzzle pieces near the bottom of the screen can’t be retrieved AT ALL without the “swipe up” function activating to toggle between open apps. Infuriating. Fix it and I’ll come back with 5 stars. I love this app.

Messy. Over the years, and I have had this app for several years now, it has gotten really messy. Not sure why they feel we need all the cartons either or why those messy unpredictable games. I love this app but I wish they'd make it easier to follow what they are doing behind the scenes, they need more adults working back there so we can see what's happening first before they just pop up on the screen.

Love this app!. I love this app so much. I would normally give it 5 stars because there are so many options, it’s beautifully crafted, there’s never any glitches, etc. However, one of the best features is its objectives; they give you a challenge and it makes the whole app that much more fun to use. This feature is supposed to be updating and has not been available for months. I’m really sad that I can’t continue my objectives and wonder when and if it’ll ever be available again?

Love it, but as of today it stopped working properly. I can move the pieces but I can’t rotate them any longer. I deleted the app and then re-downloaded it but that didn’t fix the problem. I also shut down my iPad and the turned it back on, twice, but that didn’t help either. All my other apps are working as usual so it’s not my iPad. I don’t want to give up on Jigsaw Puzzle Pro because I have purchased almost two dozen puzzle packs and I love the pictures.

Good Fun. I really enjoy doing puzzles and this one use to rate 5 Stars...however, a few months ago something changed and the puzzle will no longer sit still in it’s frame as I am searching and trying different pieces...very frustrating, but I’ve not given up on them, yet! I’m pleased the puzzle will stay out, however now i am unable to change my table background….it’s stuck on black making the puzzle pieces VERY difficult to see…please fix this.

Was great until the upgrade!. Hate the upgrade! The look of the pieces is different on the table. My favorite table color change and now too bright. The scrolling across the board is slow and jerky. When you try to move the pieces you must touch the piece in exactly the right spot or you scroll across the table which is so annoying. The whole feel is different and is just not as enjoyable to play. I get annoyed after a few minutes now and quit playing. Bring back the old versions. And what really bothers me the game upgraded on its own without asking.

Missing the daily puzzles this week. Great app and lots of fun and challenge. This last update, however, it has made moving the puzzle pieces sluggish and sometimes difficult to get your finger on the exact piece that you want to move. Also, the last few days this week, I have not been getting the daily puzzle. Hope you can work out the kinks.

What's with the new ads?. I love this puzzle ap. I paid for it, recommend it to friends, and occasionally will buy a puzzle pack (although I mostly work the daily free ones). I don't like the huge ad that came with the last update, in addition to other ads on the sides. Do you have to have more ads? Even after we paid for the ap? This one covers most of the screen and requires another tap to X out of it and go into the site. Obnoxious.

OMG! Get rid of the new scatter feature please!. I love this app. It is very relaxing and makes it feel like you are doing an old fashioned jigsaw puzzle. But, you keep adding things that it doesn’t need!!!!!! Please either stop or give me the option to not use them. I don’t want the pieces scattered so they are all visible. It ruins the challenge. And there is absolutely NO need for a Hint in a jigsaw puzzle. You are missing the point of doing a jigsaw. I don’t need the tool tips. This is fun and challenging without all of that.

Loved it until it wouldn’t open. I have loved this app for a long time and have purchased numerous picture packs. When I tried to open it today it wouldn’t open, so I had to delete it and lost all the data. When I tried to restore the data, the circle just kept going around. I don’t know what changed, but I’m so disappointed. 2002 Update: Absolutely hate the new format after the latest update. Only one tray, have to unhindered the one tray every puzzle and then change its position on the board. Having multiple tray options made it much easier to sort the puzzle pieces.

Played for years but now….. Opened the app yesterday and spent several hours working on a puzzle. Where did it go? I cannot find the puzzles in process section anywhere. I am not a free player, either. Now I guess you would call me a lost opportunity. Played since before the purchase by mobilityware. Worked through the anger finding items I paid for being included on Arcade version. The standalone version allows you to do unique diy challenging puzzles so kept using it please fix this issue and bring back the puzzles in process.

You know what to expect.. Puzzle Pro in a great way for one to relax and yet exercise your brain. I have had Puzzle Pro for several years. I know each puzzle I choose will reward me in the simple way of solving the puzzle in each mode. I can time myself or just let the pieces take me at my leisure. I highly recommend this for anyone who loves jigsaw puzzles. As a bonus you can never loose the pieces!

What Have You Done? Frustration.. With the latest update you have made a shambles of this great puzzle app. The settings button is gone, the puzzle pieces are spread far & wide to the point that it takes forever to gather them up & put them around the board. Please bring it back to the way it was before your latest update or all the $$ I’ve spent on buying puzzles will be wasted as I will quit playing.

Great game, can play offline.... Wish it would remember settings between games and sessions. The puzzle assortments are vast, many are free. I can download them for playing on long flights or rainy afternoons. The game creators don't pester you to purchase, offer frequent updates and some really beautiful art for every taste. The puzzles I've purchased have been very affordable. There is a tournament pack you can play if you like challenges. GREAT APP!

Crashes (fixed). It crashes every time I open it. I deleted it and lost all history and data, it worked for a few times, but it is crashing again. The last update seems to have fixed my favorite Jigsaw Puzzle app. Please make sure future updates don't break it. Much better now but it seems to me that the paid Pro version would not have the pop up ads.

I love the trays!. This new feature has really helped me organize the tiles. I have failing eyesight and I play this on my iPad. The trays allow me to see the pieces clearly and add pieces when need be. One suggestion though, please allow me to adjust the background color in the trays so that I can have contrast. Also, my free puzzles weren’t the one’s shown and now I hesitate to open one. Also...how do I remove redundant puzzles?

Free Choice. In your recent update, you offer a free puzzle pack to those who sign into Facebook. As an individual who does not belong to Facebook (personal preference), why am I not offered a free puzzle pack? I purchased the app, have used it on a daily basis, have bought puzzle packs and have enjoyed working the puzzles. I thank you for making an app that is easy to use and entertaining but I do not feel you have the right to discriminate against me simply because I choose not to join Facebook

Crashes my iPad. I have really enjoyed this app for many months. But within the past month or so this app makes my iPad crash. This happens every time I’m playing, if I’m not plugged in to a power source. I could have 100% battery, but if I’m not plugged in, it’s gonna crash. This app also really drains my battery. I can start a puzzle at 100% battery, but before I’m done with one puzzle, I’ll be under 50%, and it’s going to crash. I cannot turn my iPad back on until I’ve plugged in. When I plug in and turn on, I’ve got over 45% battery. I’m about to delete this app and find another jigsaw app. Very frustrating.

Love this App!. I am a puzzle junkie! This app has great options like only seeing the edge pieces first or being able to rotate pieces. It also gives you the option of how many pieces!! While I do wish they had 1000 or 1500 I will settle for 400 for now. It’s a great way to pass time while waiting in the car for your kids or sitting in a waiting room! Pictures are bold and vibrant! I totally recommend this app
