Slow and lacking current content!. I had been happily reading the December issue when this application updated and removed this issue's availability. In general, this new update makes the application slow and full of advertisements for magazines that don't interest me. Fix soon or I'll be ditching this digital subscription.

Please fix flaws for restore of purchases!!!!!. I have had this dig mag for a few years with a auto renew feature. iTunes just took 2015 subscript $. No new mags from December 2015 are available just my old subcrip issues. Please fix or I would like my money back!!!!!

Save Your Money. The most recent version of the app is an apparent failure. The newest issue has evaporated. Only the archive is left. Trying to get a refund is not easy. Click the “Report a Problem” link, and it dead ends you into an FAQ. The whole thing reeks of corporate incompetence. Save your money.

Not good. I've had a digital subscription to Bike for several years. In the beginning (2014) I could download and read issues and all was well. After about six months I could no longer download or read old issues I had paid for, or the new ones. I like this magazine so I kept thinking the app would work eventually, and sometime in 2016 I tried the app again and it worked again. I could even access old and new issues. Then I decided to change phones in April 2017 and on my new phone I cannot restore old purchases- the app just hangs and no progress is ever made. There is no way to log in or do much of anything except restore old purchases. I've given it years and this app still stinks.

Price is right.. $ 9 bucks 9 issues work fine for me.

Love mag Hate app. This app is very buggy. It almost never shows new issues until I delete and reinstall the app. Also it often makes me resign in when ever u want to look at the issues I own. This is a major issue if not within wifi signal like on a plane.

Delivery delay. I love this magazine but the app doesn't work consistently. I subscribed to this thinking that the delivery would be timely , however when I go to view the latest issue it shows last months issue. There doesn't appear to be a button or menu to force a download of new issues. Frustrating at best.

bike mag. great app to checkout the mag. love being able to buy back issues for $.99. Looking forward to future changes the mag makes to the app. so far, so good. unlike some of their competitors this app stays open.

Cannot access new issues.... 😡😡😡. I am having the same problem as others on here. Every time I open the app, it directs me to "Subscribe" Although I am already a subscriber and I've been charged for a yearlong subscription. This is a real disappointment. The content of the magazine looks great, if only I could actually get what I paid for...

I am done with this app. The last two major updates have been a disaster for me. I was able to resolve the first one after a couple of months. This one, not so much. I followed the instructions, and I still do not have access to the subscription that I paid for. Again. To add insult to injury, my effing subscription renewed one month prior! I have fixed this problem for me, though. I have deleted the app, canceled the auto-renew, and will never have to worry about this garbage ever again. Thanks again for stealing my money.

Beautiful. This magazine has beautiful pictures and helpful articles. Makes me want to ride, but I'm stuck at work!

Fix it!!!!. Why is it that every update creates a new problem. Why do I always have to delete the app then re-download all of my previous issues after each update? Please fix this before I stop my subscription.

Auto renew. Beware they will automatically turn on auto renew for this subscription and charge you every year without any advance notification. Make sure you turn this off. Very displeased with Bike and Pixel Mags.

Used to work. This ap used to work pretty well. Until TEN took it over. Now it doesn't work. At all. Considering that I pay a subscription for a magazine that I can no longer read, I'd have to say I'm less than pleased. The fact that they don't seem to respond to tech support email isn't helping.

Great magazine!. Not only is the photography fantastic, the articles are terrific. The images pop out on my iPad and make me want to hop on my bike and leave the world behind!

Bike mag rules. It's about time the best mag around is represented in newsstand. You're stupid for not downloading this app.

Auto Downgrade. So was TEN (The Enthusiast Network) supposed to be an upgrade to Pixelmags? I Enthusiastically say -NO! I was forced to redownload all my old issues...which makes no one happy! On top of that-the latest issue is no where to be found ...which makes people mad! What was the reason for the downgrade? Also, why would Bike choose TEN- their name alone proves absence of common sense and lack of ingenuity! 'The Enthusiast Network' sounds like a self help group for geek tech addicts! Please fix this ASAP -and if you could...don't make us have to download all our old issues again!

Where is the latest issue?. The December issue seems to be lost after this update. I got the message in Notification Center on my iPad that the latest issue was available for download, but when I went into the app it was nowhere to be found. Additionally, one would think a digital subscription would be available for download the same day a print issue hits newsstands. This has not been my experience. I have consistently had to wait several days, and sometimes up to a week, after print issues are available on newsstands to download the latest issue. Back when I had a print subscription to this mag I would routinely get the latest issue in the mail before it was out for individual purchase. I'm now considering going back to a print subscription.

Still messed up. This is my second review. I was told by Bike they were working on my issues (download error, not acknowledging paid subscription, not being able to restore purchases) this was 2 weeks ago. Still nothing, not able to download, and not stoked on Bike Mag. Sorry to say it, but they need to get it sorted out.

There Goes my money out the window!. Well, new update doesn't recognize my subscription, no where to sign in. Nothing. I have erased and re-downloaded numerous times and still doesn't work. Very upset and would like my money back. Fix please!!

Subscription for print not supported. I already have a subscription of the print version and I find it very annoying that I cannot use these without purchasing the digital subscription as well. The app has said for a year now that free downloads for those with the print subscription coming soon. Well how many years does coming soon mean?

Electronic subscription. Why are issues out so infrequently and with no rhyme nor reason? The last one I received was September, and no matter how many times I ‘restore’ or delete and reload the app.... What gives?

Do Not Buy. The subscriptions do not work. You are throwing your money away. And yes, I have hit restore purchases until my finger bleeds. Apple should remove this company from the store. Complete rip-off. Edit: I contacted Bike, followed all their instructions and guess what: it still doesn’t work! I’m not sure these guys know what they are doing. Do not buy!

High quality. Quick download with high quality pictures and great articles and reviews. The subscription is totally worth it.

Total garbage. Worst app and winner of the most glitch laden website you'll ever visit on an iPad. Makes TMZ look spam free. You couldn't design an app this poor if you were getting paid real money for it. Great writing in the magazine. Sad they couldn't remotely make the cut to the digital universe.

Can’t Handle Subscriptions. You would think something simple like being able to read the latest issue as part of your subscription would work out but it’s always been spotty. I’ve had a subscription for a long time but I can’t read the latest issue, multiple restore attempts don’t enable it, etc. Being able to access what I’ve paid for should be a core feature. I’ve been going through Zinio support for a while now but they can’t find my subscription. I sent them screenshots of my purchase but so far, it looks like I’m just out the money spent on renewal since Apple doesn’t handle refunds on subscriptions and defers to the developer. Frustrating.

It does not update to the latest issue. I am it quite sure how such a great magazine has not figured out how to make its up update to the latest issue. It does not only not recognize my subscription, but also can be stuck with a 3 month old issue as the latest one even when two other have come out on print from..

Disillusioned. I loved this magazine up until they started to advertise for the violent cult movement blm. In good conscience, I can no longer support this magazine.

Updates please!. Please update the app to iOS 12.3.1 so that I can get the latest issues. I am tired of contacting customer service.

Works again!. Bike Mag finally fixed their app! I am now able to get to all of my issues again. It's been a couple months of frustration, but they finally fixed the app, and I'm enjoying reading the content again. Thanks Bike Mag!

Deleted all issues on my iPad again. When are your programers going to give us a something Apple like that just works? This has been an issue for quite sometime if you actually read your customers posts.

Keeps Crashing. Since updating I can no longer view any magazines as it crashes as soon as I hit the "view" button. To make matters worse, I have to reset my subscription settings every time afterwards.

Not impressed. At some point the app got an update and decided to keep the December issue from me. Tried reinstalling it and now it freezes on the initial screen. Not at all excited about it asking me to rate it when it won't do the one thing it's meant to.

Bad update. Not only did the update delete all my back issues, the new issue which I had downloaded on the previous version of the app is know longer available, even after restoring my purchases. Very disappointing.

Bad update - missing latest issue Dec 14. App updated automatically and now no Dec 14 issue. Issue a refund/credit or fix the issue. This is unacceptable. Great magazine but you guys partnered with a terrible app dev. The preview of the app shows the latest issue but it's unavailable to download... Get it right. We've already paid for this content.

Latest update is a buzzkill. Yesterday morning I downloaded the December issue. I only got to see a couple pages before I had to go to work. This morning I was excited to see the new awesomeness but my app was automatically updated and now December is nowhere to be found, even if I wanted to buy it again. The more spare current version of the app does not make me feel like it's stripped down and lean, but rather that it's stripped of all functionality.

Looks great, but lacks multiple account support. Updated April 2017: Like many others here, I am now completely unable to read any magazines. The latest is from Dec 2016, and nothing seems to help. My Apple-ID reports an active subscription, but I do not get new issues, and I am completely unable to restore any old purchases, effectively making the app completely unusable. Original review: I like the way Bikemag uses interactivity and multimedia in its contents and presents the magazine just like the print version, but adds to it. Not as nice as some others though (Bicycling for instance). A huge omission in the latest release is that the ability to read the magazine purchased and subscribed to with a different account than the main iTunes Store login has been removed, causing me to have to log in and out of store and subscriptions all the time. Please bring back log-in capabilities!

Have they stopped publishing?. It is September and there have only been 3 issues (Jan, April, June). Hard to give a good review here. Not sure what exactly I’m paying for.

Recent Issues. I’ve been trying for a month to restore my issues. After deleting the app, restarting my iPad, and reinstalling I was able to once again download issues. The only problem: it’s December and the most recent issue is October. Why???

Upgraded, won't restore purchases.. Followed the directions, purchases will not restore. Not matter how many times I log in and out of iTunes and click "restore purchases" it never restores them. This version is terrible. Avoid upgrading if you can. Currently I'm paying for a subscription I cannot use. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Love Bike Magazine. One day of my most favorite magazines. I love having it wherever I am and reading on the go. Love the interface. Looks great on my iPhone 6+. Zoom in on whatever I want to see bigger. Well worth the subscription. If I am ever stuck somewhere I can read about cool bike stuff instead of waste my life away on Facebook.

Subscription does not work. Useless. I’ve done everything suggested and I still can’t read the subscription I PAID FOR! I deleted and redownloaded the app, I clicked “restore subscription”, I confirmed a paid subscription, yet all It does is ask me to subscribe. FIX YOUR APP!!

Not exactly what I thought. The $.99 issue is not enhanced, there's only one of these special editions and its 2011 mag with first 46 pages of just adds! Normal issues are $5.49 and 1 yr $9.49 which is not bad. I got sucked in for the $.99 issue and very disappointed by this.

Best MTB Mag Hands Down. Love this magazine, I have to ration myself from reading it in one sitting and I'm constantly checking and waiting for the next issue. Beautiful photography, amazing and relatable articles. The mag isn't smothered with product reviews or ridiculous how to's, but the reviews that do make the cut are practical and applicable Will be a lifelong subscriber!

Doesn't work. Payed for a subscription, and it will not load any magazines or acknowledge that I have payed for a subscription. Can not "restore purchases" just get an infinite loading screen.

No customer support, in app subscription doesn’t work. no customer support. subscribed, got 2 min of content then it was all locked down. 4 emails to the customer service group and no answer.

App is outdated and broken. Do not download. Subscriptions will it restore and I can't even read issues I've previously downloaded. Very poor Bike Magazine.

Frustrating. Would be good except the countless times I lose all content and have to re log in and re download all my old issues. Seems to happen very often and definitely with each update of the software. Very frustrating when you want to just read the excellent mag that Bike is only to find it will be 10 mins before you can access them and no longer have time.

Not happy. Have been a bike magazine for ages. Love the articles, pictures, etc. Renewed my subscription. No new issues, can't restore the old purchases. So, I am now more than 2 weeks since I got charged and still haven't been able to read a word. Pretty disappointing and unless something happens quickly, I won't be subscribing again. Free issues at a minimum.

Solid. Great content, and page zooming/scrolling works fairly well. One con is that sometimes while pinch zooming near the edge of a page it flips to the next/previous page.

Nothing works. I have purchased a prescription, yet the app keeps telling me to purchase each issue. When I go to restore purchases. Nothing works. I hope it hasn't charged me a bunch of times.

Expensive. I already have a subscription to the magazine and don't get digital with that? Lame!!! Decline magazine offers free digital sub without even a magazine sub! I love the magazine but paying extra for digital as well is out of the question!!!

Brutal app. Don’t even bother. Just go buy the paper version. Having to pinch and zoom to read an article is such a drag. Such a bummer. Would gladly pay for magazine if it had a good app experience.

Non functional - don't waste your money. I was unable to make this app work. I tried to subscribe and it just hangs. I took a try on the free trial and after trying for about an hour to sort it out just cancelled. I don't even know how a non functional app can be on the App Store. Too bad. May/6/2017

Latest version completely broken. The most recent update broke the app entirely. Opens to a "TEN" splash screen and freezes there. Highly annoying, at least test your updates before dumping them on us.

Read before buying. This app does not work or at least not for me and a bunch of other customers. Save your money and just buy the actual paper magazine.

In-app purchases won't restore. Upgraded to latest version and it won't restore my active subscribtion.

Where's the latest issue?. Terrible update. The latest issue is not available. I don't like the items on the right showing what other customers bought. I just want to get the magazine I subscribed to.

Bad update. I purchased a 1 year subscription about a month ago and really enjoyed the November issue on my iPad. Unfortunately I downloaded the recent update and it no longer recognizes my subscription and I am unable to download the December issue. It only offers me the option of buying more issues. How does something like this get released? Can someone tell me how to get back the prior version? 5/2017 update - well its broken again. Does not allow you to restore purchases you already made or download any content. I emailed the app support and they admitted it was broken, but are "working on it". So far have missed the last 2 issues ...

Latest update is very buggy. I keep getting a splash page (TEN) instead of the magazine issue when I open the app. I can't read issues at all now. An update to fix this is needed immediately! December 2014 is missing and it's mid-December!!!

Price difference & unresponsive. Subscriptions are more expensive in app than listed on website. Customer support is unresponsive.

Horrible App. I just renewed my subscription but it still asks me to purchase individual editions. Tried tech support and the usual fixes but nothing has worked. The magazine was pretty good but not worth the tech hassle.

New version doesn't work. I just get a black screen with a silver bar on top on my ipad 3! Please give me my old version back! Update...I had to actually delete the magazine and reinstalled (vs upgrade) to get it to open.

No longer works. Used to be a great app but Bike Mag changed their app and I haven't been able to view a new mag since December 2016.

Family Sharing Fail. I've bought this subscription on my wife's account but cannot use it on mine despite having Family Sharing turned on. The magazine content is great, but this app does not live up to its billing. LP

HORRIBLE UPGRADE. Since the latest update to TEN, I haven't been able to read the latest issue. I contacted TEN via email with no response. I know they'll get this fixed but this is a low blow to Bike Mag's loyal customers. We deserve better.

Won't open. Downloaded and it opens to a gray screen that says 10 something media at which point I can do nothing...
