LOVE this game!!!. I absolutely love this game. It have a lot of upside and very little that could be considered downside. Love the artifacts, spells, and rewards. However, it is addictive, and it's one of thos games where you need to / want o invest money to advance more quickly. However, if you're patient, you can just wait to rebuild your energy. :)). Five star game and addictive! I am captivated!

Gameplay. I enjoy this game very much in fact likely my favorite game I own. But there is two particular players I dislike. And I still give the game five stars because 1. It's addicting 2. It's fun 3.all sorts of gameplay in fun ways

Silvyn. Just started game and I am enjoying it a lot! Not a lot of pressure to buy items, which is refreshing.

Well.... To be honest I'm doing this for the housemates. I don't know if it's a 5-star game. Up to this point (level 5) it's a 4-star; however, my rating will change if it ends up being impossible to progress without shelling out real $. (I am patient about that kind of thing.)

Addictive. And I thought I'd be able to control this addiction!!

Not bad. Overall the game is pretty good. Some lag though it seems like connecting to the server so you can't always get on the game. It could also use push notifications.

Housemates. I need them and it's hard to understand how to add them

Addictive and fun, still many active players!. I’ve played the entire School of Magic series and actively played this for awhile before taking a long break from it. Returning was nice since I met a new friendly alliance and remembered old friends I’d made when I originally played. It’s a great game even without premium features. The developer still seems to respond when there are issues, so this game still seems active and well supported.

Unbalanced. Unless you want to pay large sums of real money, you stand no chance. The pay for(real money) items are so unbelievably much more powerful than earned or bought items, it's stupid. A single one item that's powerful is roughly $5, and I get attacked by low level folks with TONS of these items. Even though I've mastered multiple quests (and the master rewards are pathetic +1 def or attk for all your hard work), and I have bought (in game money) or looted lots of items, AND have allocated most skills points to defense, I still get beaten by people that have barely done any questing and have a bunch of the real cash items. Artifacts from mastering a quest line should be just as powerful if not more powerful than the items you did no work for. Shame on the developers for such greed and such lack of sight to see how moronically unbalanced this game is. So, again, don't plan on any sort of enjoyment here unless you want to spend tons of real cash, because that is all the devs care about. You can't even save up enough in game money to buy anything decent because of the constant assault by these people that have no interest in playing the game as its intended and only want to purchase the most powerful stuff and get the most wins. This would be five stars for concept and such, but the unbalance and rampant greed ruined it.

School of Magic 3. Very fun and addicting

Unbalanced. Making an alliance is awesome, but really why 80 offerings? You should start of with 70. Also, the alliance is great, but the leader should do more things. Another thing is bullies they are bad and sometimes you get to many on the game. You should watch the game more often. :) You should get more energy too and more skill points. The alliance time for quest should be longer like 2:30:00. The war should be quicker so you can submit alliance for battle take to long. Another thing is that I would like to have wizards on level 20 to be my apprentice.

Lots of fun!!. I played this game in the original version. This is better laid out and very smooth. Still lots of fun to play, and a great escape from muggles!

Fighting. The game is fun but sometimes if I try to fight someone it says the game thinks it's a duplicate but I only have one account so I don't get how they could "detect" something and also you have to pay a lot for offerings just to have a high attack and defense but otherwise I like the game. My house is DOUNSAQ!

Familiars. I love the game very much it is one of my most enjoyable games I have but the familiars unless you have data and are constantly on every hour to collect the mouse and then later the longer ones it's hard to move up if ur not collecting them all the time I wish that they would just go to your bank when they needed to be collected

Terrific Free to Play Game. This game does have items that need to be paid for if you want them, however there are a great many that one does not need to pay for. To play it really doesn’t cost money and even if you can spend money you don’t have to spend a lot to progress in the game. Like any other Free to Play game you will get stuff if you pay of course.

Awesome. I have only had this game for a couple hours and I'm already addicted. It's very entertaining and keeps my attention which is a very hard thing to do

Life lesson. Not having money is the root of all evil. Yeah, the game seems unfair in that you have to actually buy powerful items in order to prosper. I just buy hundreds of the silent wands to cap fights. This game teaches you that finance is power. How is my guild going to dominate the game? Through finance. I give this game five stars because it's genius.

After 8 years of having this game , took a break. Came back from a a good game to spend time specially know with the Covid , is nice that you can chat with others . Also battle constantly.

Could use minor improvement. This game is pretty fun and addicting, you can even create guild and play with your friends which I like, but the UI could use an improvement it can be kind of unresponsive at times and the developers could improve it to make it look nicer.

Magical. So far, so good. Seems better than the predecessors, in that the story seems better thought out. As is the case with any game, there are a few bugs present, but those can be overlooked as they are more of a nuisance than anything else. The need for alliance codes is easy to get around by looking through the people in battle and then selecting to view their alliance.

Well.... This game would be better if it was a little more original. The villain names are blatantly taken from Harry potter. I do like it... Just wish it was a bit different. Like if the familiar money went right to your bank instead of you having to collect it.

Great game have a few ideas to make it better. To start off speed it up so people aren't just waiting around for everything to recharge Second add a option to allow people to trade Third allow money to be converted into offerings like one k for one offering Forth if stunning doesn't give you a exp point than it doesn't need to use a stamina point And finally make two teams and allow people to chose which one they want to

Best Game Ever!!. There is nothing better than chatting with friends and fighting other people online! But they need to broadcast this game more because if they did, they would have at least three times the downloads for this app! And P.s = Really needs new players so people can get more apprentices

Very good game but some bullies. This is a very good game and I highly recommend it to all my friends however I also warn them that there are some bullies in the game who will send you threatening messages and insult you so beware of that. BUT the game is amazing and I highly recommend it.

Buggy since update. Update: They did refund me one of my glitches. Hopefully they can fix the problem soon. The game is fun but buggy since update and unable to get support to either fix the issue or refund what I lost due to the glitch. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. I will repost if they finally fix it. FKQINEY

It's pretty cool! One thing-. The one thing I would like from this game is notifications. Things that would tell me when I get house requests, when my health, stamina, and energy are restored, when my familiar is ready, and when my group/guild starts quests and wars.

Was a good game until this happened. I cant believe that they only allow one transfer within thirty days. Why??? I have been having issues with the game and had to delete it reloaded it and a few days later same issue happened so I deleted it thinking I could retransfer again and now it says I can only transfer once a month argh so frustrating

Below average. This is just the same as all of this stupid mafia wars games, takes so much time for barely any reward, and I'm not sure how everyone is saying this is for hp fans? I am one and this is nothing like hp?

Avoid like the plague. I was once a high ranking player in this game who was able to be ridiculously hammered unfairly by significantly weaker level players, with unfairly designed stats. This is a money guzzling game, and the designer introduced new game requirements that stalemated individual progress unless you specifically worked tirelessly within a group of players to complete group missions. This is often too hard to coordinate when most members all live in different time zones. I was not given even partial refund when my ability to progress with individual play was changed without warning to undesirably be forced into group play, and so I was forced to stagnate after having spent a lot of money. Complete rip off- avoid this game (it gets boring quickly anyway)

Update on previous review. Been playing for awhile now. Have noticed a few differences which set this apart from others in same genre. Missions provide better rewards on each level not just mastering, apprenticing a new player can warn skill points. So far havnt had to soend anything on better items and have retained competitive. I like the way messages are capped per day as this controls spam and chat room style rubbish. So far so good 20 lvls in enjoying it more as i go!

Good. Having fun with this game with my twelve year old daughter. I played the original School of Magic on the computer years ago. SOM III seems similar and is great for iPods iPhones and iPads.

Game is kinda fun but bugged. My game just bugged today and idk why. All the icons disappeared. No attack, def, gold, energy, etc icons are showing up. Not sure why or what happened but they're gone. Turned off my phone and back on but didn't fix it. Anyway aside from that I like the game but I wish the music would stay on the whole time. Also the boss 3x30 limit is stupid. Overall it's an alright game. Reminds me of the good ol' days.

Great Gaming!. For any one who has played School of Magic on Facebook this app is pretty much identical as far as the actions you can take and the idea of the game. This app version has an added feature of doing quests with your alliance for different rewards than solo quests. It's great for little 5 minute breaks as you don't need much time to keep up with it

Horrible. All you do is hit buttons a bunch of times to do quests with horrible rewards and you have to use all of your game money to do it. It makes no sense and should be removed. If you want a fun wizarding game, you are in the wrong place. This game requires you to use real money. Don't get it.

Great game !. Great game, fights could give a little more rewards like 2 xp instead of 1xp and sometimes skill points.

Bugs. My apps are all fine except this one! The buttons are all messed up, and format is so freaking crappy, it's not even funny. I seem to be the only one in my alliance and house with the problem. Fix it!
