Don’t try it. We did not like the app and even though we chose not to keep it after less than five days, way under the trial days, was still charged for a year without even having access to it. Twenty dollars is not much but it’s the principal of it.

Mixed bag. I paid the subscription thinking i would get every story available but the iconic three are locked behind a ‘share’ wall and Im not sure how that mechanic works for unlocking it but you would think the 20 bucks was enough.....mixed feelings

I’m pleased. This is such an awesome app I recently got it for my 6 month old son. I wanted to read bedtime stories to him and other stories but I couldn’t find an app that contain both. I’m so glad that I chose this app. I’m loving it. I wish there was activities included also for when he get old enough.

Nice learning games but confusing on price. I thought when I purchase the app I received the games. Every time she tries to use the app I have to buy more games. This is very misleading.

Great for bed time, lacks intuitiveness. I wanted to give the free trial a go, but wanted to shut the auto renewal off right away so I would not get charged. There should be an option IN the app for you to manage your subscription. On the high note, the kids love the stories and they were so excited when I got them more to read. Make it easier to manage a subscription please 👌

Please make the books free. Okay, so I was really sleepy when I was reading my 7 month old child so I downloaded this app to read to my child. So I found a lot of bed time stories he would love but I had to start a free trial. I thought this app had no In App Purchases. Can you please make the bedtime stories not cost all of me and peoples money?

Much more sensory friendly than other app I am currently using. This app is more friendly for me as a person with autism. I like the self much much better. Then by human books. Only issue I’m having is it’s not letting my group home staff help me to subscribe to it and keeps sending me back to the parent mode and keeps making me enter my year of birth, even though it is entered correctly.

Great for children & parents. My 15 month old son loves to sit down with his IPad and listen to the stories. Most of the time I read them and allow him to turn to the next page. Very colorful and active characters which keeps his attention. This app his a life saver.

Reading for Grandson overseas. We read these stories and tape them and send them overseas to your 3 year old Grandson. He loves the animated pictures and us reading in our own voices.

Doesn’t work no tech help. I downloaded this app because of the great reviews, but I couldn’t get the app to work. I kept getting messages that said I needed renew my subscription. I sent an email to tech support and didn’t hear back until about a week later. By then I already cancelled the subscription and deleted the app.

Great for kids. Kids really enjoy the interactive stories. My son enjoys this app and it helps him in his reading and know the stories as well. Overall, I like the app the thought that my kid enjoys it 👍….

Worst App. Purchased membership for 1 year in January 2020 and now it’s showing I don’t have access to any content. Tried restoring my purchase but it’s showing no purchase available... This is ridiculous.. fix the app and fix my membership ASAP...It’s showing subscription details in my App Store account... and says it will be renewed in Jan 2021... but I can’t access any content now...is this how this app works...get money and then stop services...

My daughter and I love’s the stores.. My daughter and I love’s the stories and the games. I had this about about 4 years now and we still loves it’s. Because I ready to her every single night she’s with me. Yeah she’s read the stories by herself now. But it’s a great way for your child to start reading on a young age. Awesome App and great response from Kidlo Team!. My 2 1/2 year old daughter loves Kidlo Stories and we also bought Kidlo Land! Because of these apps, my daughter is becoming an iPad wiz, learning to read and solving puzzles! Special shoutout to the Kidlo team for working hard to fix a log in issue and was able to remedy the issue quickly and communicated with me every step of the way! Great people, thanks!

Paid Subscription & No Access. I paid for a full year subscription which let me view all the stories at the time I paid. Once I closed the app and opened the next night it’s saying I need to purchase even though my subscriptions say I’m paid up until January of 2025!! How is that possible??

Awesome app. Love this app. Wonderful for kids my daughter really loves it. One problem I have is that sometimes I am not able to open some of the stories that I am paying for. I feel so bad when my daughter is trying to open them and it’s staying that I’m not subscribed. I called apple to make sure that I am paying for it and it was confirmed. Even them was having difficulty helping me to get them working and couldn’t explain why. Nevertheless I love the app and I do think it’s wonderful for kids to learn.

My son loves this app!. As the story is being read to him, he love pushing on the character or characters on the screen and see them do something different. It is a fun thing for kids to do.

I bought it and still have no access to all stories. I bought the full version that says unlimited access and paid year subscription. Every time my kids wants to get access to a story or game it tell them to buy more. It shows that I paid under subscriptions

Can’t download my stories. I paid for the full app. I can’t download the stories I paid for. Keeps saying, “Connecting to server.” When it gets to 100%, it still doesn’t allow you to do anything. I have to quit the app and when I go back in, the book is still unavailable. Please rectify.

Please update. New version does not give you the ability to mute the song that plays within a story like it use to. My son is autistic and doesn't like the annoying tune that plays even when I turn sound off in the app it doesn't change the story background song. He likes to only hear the narrator speak and hear the sound effects , please fix soon.

Deceptive Subscription Practices. This company uses the shady tactic of signing you up for free, then charging you a lot if you forget to cancel, and they make it difficult to cancel. There’s no content good enough to support this way of doing business. Also, this app doesn’t respect the silent switch. Fail.

My 2 year old son loves this app. I just wish that there was an option to make all of the stories either “read for me” or “read by myself “ when you first open the app for kids who cannot read yet so my son wouldn’t need my help to push the read for me button after every story

Great, but wish there were more for free.. These stories are great, but I wish there were more free options to choose from. I’d be ok sitting through ads, if that meant I could read most of the stories for free. Then if folks don’t like ads, there could be a way to turn em off for a low monthly fee ($1).

Kids Stories App. I love reading these stories to my little 2 week old baby. They are just long enough to keep her awake.

Nice app except for the morals. I wish we could block out the morals of the stories. Either block the category, or a certain story we don’t like. My kid who’s 2 likes this app though, and I couldn’t find a better one, so we’ll keep it.

Miracle. I’m falling in love with this app day by day. My 3 year old is a very active child and these stories help put her right to sleep. I catch myself dozing off as well lol

Could be better. I would give it 5 stars if it didn’t ask if I was liking the stories every 2 minutes, making my daughter give me the phone to fix it by putting the “grown up” numbers in. As far as I know, there’s no way to bypass it, not even in the settings.

Becareful with double charges. I have purchased 1 year subscription but the app never work and they has charged me twice . I have email for their double charge and never got replied from them. I was so busy and been bought many game apps for the kid every month so i did not check single charge from apple. Double Charge 70$ for that anual is kind of app is ridiculous.

The goose that laid the golden egg. The story of the goose that laid the golden egg had an awful, very disturbing illustration of blood & a knife that traumatized my grandson! I would not recommend this story to 5 yr olds. The other stories are ok, the morals are clear may require more elaboration. The interactive feature is lacking.

Buggy app. After the subscription kicked in, the app will not let us get past the opening screen, and keeps asking for a login which does not take. Really disappointing as my kid loves the stories themselves. How do I get a refund?
