Ravens Fan in Florida. Being from Baltimore- but currently living in south Florida, I rely on my Ravens’ app to keep me informed up to the minute. It has been amazing and reliable. I enjoy the articles and videos.

Ads. What is really poor is when the ad is longer then the content

ticket transfer. the transfer process has been a challenge. 50% of the time it doesn't work and takes multiple attempts. My psl laminate had to be canceled as it wasn't delivered so I have to use the transfer frequently

Always More. This Ravens app is the #1 app on my iPhone. All the up to date news and team info is the best hands down over every other NFL team. Caw caw! Bmore careful when you come to M&T

Games won’t load for 2020 season. I loved this app last year I’m at college but love to watch the games and this app allows me to steam them for free !! But this year it seem that I can’t for some reason and my biddies can’t either , might be a but week 1 but please fix RAVENS NATION

Not able to watch games. This app falsely advertises that you can watch games. As an out of towner, I am usually out of luck when it comes to watching games because the NFL stupidly doesn’t offer an app that shows out of market games like MLB does unless you have Verizon or Dish TV. I downloaded this one and tried to watch, but it just made me get the Yahoo Sports app, which only shows local games. I wish the Ravens would exert some pressure on the NFL to offer a way for people who aren’t interested in Verizon or Dish to watch the games.

Great app!. I love this app. I do not live in Baltimore, I am from Southern California. I make it out when I can, but watch every game via. Sunday ticket. I’m not a fan of the commercials that have been placed in the videos, but... microwave generation 🤷🏽‍♂️ what can I say.

Satisfied. I love my Ravens app. It keeps me up-to-date with my favorite team. The only issue is I made a mistake inputting some information in my settings. I do wish I could update that.

Too many ads!. Seem to just be adding more and more ads, now to the point that I'm not using the app for video at all. You have to watch an ad before just about every single video! It's not like the Ravens need the ad money so much that they need to be so aggressive! The ads at the bottom of the screen were tolerable, but video ads for every video are not. Back to the browser and ad blocker.

Love my birds weather there a winning or losing they’re always winners in my book. Super Bowl bound this year. Great general management great coaching putting the right people in the right places. Let’s go ravens.

Go RAVENS!!!. The Ravens had a good season...making it to the playoffs at 10-6. We unfortunately lost against the Chargers but that doesn't matter in the slightest once next season comes around. Lamar Jackson, our rookie, will be more experienced. Our offense, will be able to connect more with Lamar Jackson, understand his playing style. Our defense, sure won't stop improving. Possibly a new defensive lineman? Our kicker, JUSTIN TUCKER. Enough said. Go RAVENS #RavensFlock

Thank you.. Great app. Insights and analysis into the team make it the best way to stay connected with the Ravens. Articles could be more fun and less robotic, creative and less mechanical. Also articles could be more engaging. Breathe life into the pages posted. Videos are great. Would love to see team and organization videos where you get players taking the camera inside the facility and doing something fun. Mini competitions and other ideas. Love the football stuff, it’s what we’re here for, add in other things and you allow fans to build a deeper connection beyond the lines and thus having smarter, more loyal fans. Just a thought. Love what’s going on.

Ravens. Totally enjoy the app but too many commercial now! Sometime it annoying as you go to different articles and get the same add again!

Ravens fan in hostile territory. Living in New England is difficult as a Ravens fan! The Ravens app keeps me informed with everything Ravens. All team news that I used to hear on the news and radio in Baltimore is easily obtainable via the app. Everything from live game coverage, face painting, roster moves, bingo... I love this app!

Should be better. I enjoy the content of this app but not the apps. It’s a clunky not user friendly app. I dislike that you have to view it in portrait view to start and can only use landscape sometimes.

Best NFL team app ever. It gives you new headlines about the ravens and has short and funny videos

Thoughts on app. I live the site! Video and articles are excellent!! The only problem I have is on game day if I listen on my phone and turn off the app I can’t get he game back on my phone

Awesome Fan App. I gave it 5 stars because I think it’s awesome even though I think improvements can be made. But of course, isn’t that the story of life. Except for our spouses (or better half) everything needs improving (and in some cases even the spouse). It is continuously approving so in time I’m sure it will be perfect.

Videos and orientation. I am a user of this app on an IPad Pro. When I launch the app it automatically flips the app into portrait mode and reduces the size of any pictures/writing to a small square in the center of my screen. It’ll let me play videos on landscape mode, but the device is 11 inches wide and the video square is about 3.5 inches wide. It is impossible to even see the players. There is no button to zoom in, and when I try to play the video in picture-in-picture mode and go full screen from there, the app crashes. It also isn’t very friendly with low-vision and voice-over users because all areas of the app are just simply called “button”. Before I click a button, it would be nice to know what the button does. I’ve looked at other NFL team apps to see if they shared a similar issue, and almost no others did. The Titans, Panthers, Buccaneers and Packer app developers are ones I strongly advise you to reach out to for advice. Especially the Titans. They are very user friendly and allow for game recaps in full screen.

Game day broadcast. The app says I can listen to games on it. I can’t. It’s not even an option. If I go to the site it says tune into some radio station. Can’t unless I want to buy a desktop. That or scrap my contract with xfinity and pay for direct tv. Y’all hat happened to that feature ok the app? I’ve been posing this question to the Ravens twitter account for weeks. No response. I even message Ryan mink and Garrett Downing on twitter and they don’t reply. I bet they’d retweet a pic of my dog in a ravens jersey tho.

Could be much better with dome effort. Looks to me like the NFL does these Apps for all teams. They all (every team) have the identical look and feel. Where they could fo better: on Ravens App I usually cannot hear the questions to coaches and players. I guess the question by the answer (which I can hear well). My biggest pet peeve is when they put up a bunch of photos and the same caption is used for each photo... often do not know who I am looking at.. That said, I look at this App a couple of times a day. Oh, one last thing: are the Ravens so in need of money that before we can view a video we are subjected to pretty much the same 15 second ads. Really, how much can you make in these?

Not Ipad version. THIS IS NOT THE IPAD VERSION, WHERE IS THE IPAD VERSION?🤬 Something that works so well then comes a new version now works so bad. Video doesn't work when I click on them just the audio comes through. I try deleting the app but will not delete, had to restart my iPad then it disappeared. And again this is not a full-fledged iPad version.

Why are comments on articles not showing up anymore?. Seeing what other fans think is one of the best parts about the ravens site. It used to be you could access the web version through the mobile app. It’d be wayyy better if comments just show up in the app

Ravens App. As a diehard ravens fan this app makes it very easy to keep up with every day goings on during the season and offseason. Articles are always well written and interesting.

Great App! Also Giving a Heads Up. I LOVE this app and have for years! Super intuitive, great interface, and hands-down the app I click on more than any other, social media included. I guess you could say I’m a Ravens nut. 😅 I just wanted to also let you know that it will not load for me the past couple of days. My iOS is up to date, I have tried reinstalling several times, and all my other iPhone apps and features are running smoothly. I’m sure you guys are on top of it, but wanted to voice my concern just in case! Thanks again for an AWESOME app!

All you need. This app gives you everything you need to know about the Ravens. I am constantly looking and reading all the content about the players. I stop by every day can’t get enough.

Recently certain videos aren’t working. I’ve had this app for years now. I really love it. However within the last couple months multiple videos will not play. Please fix.

no IT support when the system crashes. The NFL decided to put all of the tickets via the app electronically this year. So why is it that the ticket management portion of the app crashes on game day without IT support to call or a notification stating that the app is having trouble and to contact Ticketmaster to get your tickets through them? It was just bad planning. The app is nice, but they need to plan for when it doesn’t work and have a backup plan.

Super buggy. After the update the home page and other sections of the app won't load the articles/news/videos etc

Good, but…. Always good content, but the Ravens Radio link is hit or miss. It’ll start for a few minutes and then cut off—forcing you to restart the app multiple times.

I will change to a 5 After ...... I will change to a 5 After You add a Notification setting for End of Game Final Score. I was recording the game and was watching it at a later time AND I turned off the “Scores” option in the Notifications setting But then when the game ended it showed me the Final score while i was still watching my Recording. Please Add a toggle to turn Off End of Score Final. Thanks

Needs work. App needs work the ravens put all this money into the stadium but not much here on my iPod I can only rotate it to the side I can’t flip the app upside down for better watching since the power cord is at the bottom when on my iPod I prefer to have the power cord on top which means I have to flip the apps upside down but nope only app I can’t do it with and I can’t even X out of things when I won’t to

Glitches and horrible sound variances. Content is fair even when compared to another teams app. However for game day games, it doesn’t correctly mark the bingo spot for not only 1 error, but several!! Makes a fan since the move from Cleveland to Baltimore very dismayed in either possible glitching or rigged to not give awards. The sound variance is atrociously annoying. Media videos, final drive etc are good, but interview quality is subpar even for a beginner of a high school media club. Content of news for not only the team, but division are great. Would be better if audio would cease on live broadcasts to watch videos. Js. Huge glitch and simple programming fix.

Disappointed. Aspect ratio on tablets is middle 3rd of the screen. In. Because of the narrow phone aspect ratio on the tablet i can’t enjoy the app. I must go to the website. Also even here I cannot see what I am typing. The app needs more diversity. In general there is not a many African Americans in general and specificallyare no African-American women contributors. Also it was be good to see expanded coverage from outside media sources. From a graphic layout perspective your app is nice but If you want to see an excellent example check out the Rams app. AWESOME! Ravens?

Live Audio of Games. I love this app for info but need to have atleast the radio option by kickoff. Would love to hear the pregame too but I couldn’t hear the Bills vs Ravens game till after 2nd Quarter. I’m in Delaware so they don’t televise too many games other than prime time, so as die hard Ravens Fan I depend on live Audio feed & I love the commentators on Ravens radio. Great app tho

Push notifications. The app is decent but when push notifications alert my phone and it’s something I want to see or read about they don’t send me directly to the actual source of the notification. An example is when there are live addresses to the media, the alert hits my phone and when I push it, it just opens the apps main menu. Having hyperlinks that take you directly to the content once pushed is something that should have been implemented

The first time you were able and you had to do something. So full on and so much more to do with it now and then and then I have a feeling I might have a lot more time on the phone and then I’m going back and I have a feeling I’m going back on my phone so I’m gonna be like oh my goodness

Free agent tracker?. I love the content and read LFW daily. With FA starting 3/16, I was hoping the Free Agent “Rumor Mill” will start in the next few days please? Maybe also track how much cap space we’ll have ? Also looking forward to more mock draft coverage through April / May!! 💜🖤🏈🔥

Love the app BUT!. I’ve had this app for 6 years now love it but the last 3 months or so the lounge podcasts and other Audio I hit logs me out the app completely and it’s very frustrating. The morning reactions and podcasts are some of my favorites and I plead you guys to fix it

Definitely supports the fan base. I really do like this app and I like the people that work on the variety of stories and videos. All quality production. The app itself is easy to use and I can't think of any information that I would want from the team that this app does not supply. As in all things Raven, good job!-)

Long time user first time reviewer. The content (especially news feed),and ease of access is all exceptional. The interface is smooth and loads quickly. This is one of the few apps that don’t overkill notifications nor take up too much cellular data or battery usage. I don’t know how the Ravens raise the bar on fan experience but they always find a way. Kudos to the developers for making such a great app. My day isn’t complete without the late for work and Byrne identity blogs. Thank you BR team!

App. Just like the Ravens I love this app if you are ever unsure about something going on with the Ravens you come here are they will have it on here live it will be on here for the rest of my life.

Latest update causing app crash on open. Just a heads up but can’t seem to open app without it crashing on open. Please fix because otherwise I like the app. Also, a suggestion for better UX: when a user taps on a notification, it would be nice to open the app to the referenced material rather than the home page because then I have to dig into the app to find what it was the notification was about... and sometimes I click on the notification without reading it so I effectively lose the notification. 😕

E tickets. Makes it hard to send tickets to someone who doesn’t have a smart phone. I’m trying to give tickets to a kid I’m mentoring and he doesn’t have a smart phone. There should be an option to be able to print out a ticket. Airlines have it, concerts are able to do it, not sure why the NFL has to be more secure than the airlines. Not happy. In me trying to do a good thing for a young man the Ravens are making me spend too much time and energy trying to help someone out.

Most used app on my phone. Love the app, the only thing I would say is when videos play sometimes the videos turn at weird angles and I have to exit the app to fix the issue. Other than that great place to find all the content you need to stay updated on what happening in RAVENSNATION

Good app. It’s a great app overall just kind of disappointed they removed the radio feed. It was the only way to keep up on live games. Being a proud California Baltimore fan it gets hard. But other than that I love this app keeps you well informed after the games and sometimes during but off season information is superb. I always get updates on what’s happening with the team. Keep up the great work.

Videos not playing on iPhone. I’ve had the app a long time no problems. Now for the last two weeks videos won’t play. Of corse the commercial plays then the video does not. Can’t watch interviews Final Drive hardly anything plays. Please fix!!!

Great day for football. The Ravens will come out a winner today

No radio cast. Got the app so I could hear the game while at my kids’ practice. Of the five games this season that coincided with practice, one has been available on the app. When I go to the radio’s streaming service on my phone there’s a message saying NFL doesn’t allow it to stream the game. May as well get a small radio. For me, there’s no point in keeping the app.

My forever Team. RAVENS.... are the best. The lost games were disappointing and sad but they are strong and coming Sunday, I am giving it my all for the RAVENS to win the Division. GO RAVENS!!!!

App update disaster. Followed instructions to update app before game. Now won’t open!!! How am I to get into stadium without ability to access tix??!! TERRIBLE!!

Sending tickets. Is not an easy process, not an issue from my end, but person receiving them has to understand what they are doing to some degree and me trying to explain to them is frustrating as I can’t see what they see.

Digital tickets. Someone is trying to send me tickets via the Ravens app and I’m being told that my email which is on the account is not valid I attempted to call customer service and cannot get through call cannot be completed at this time. Please send me paper tickets for the rest of the season

TEXT SIZE MATTERS. I love the app BUT……YOU HAVE TO fix the text size in articles PLEASE!!! It’s extremely difficult for middle aged people like me to read the articles. I selected GIANT text but it remains the same.

Quicker updates?. If this is the official ravens app why do I get the latest ravens news from the google home page or ESPN before it’s ever reported on this app? For example Dez Bryant is activated for today’s game on ESPN and then it’s hours later on sometimes the next day that I’m seeing big news reported

Best site in the NFL. Awesome site. If you want to stay up with the Ravens this is the only source you need.

No radio broadcast. This is the same information as any other sports app on the market? What’s the point without game commentary. If NFL rules disallow listening in other markets why should fans in any other state even want this app? Maybe create a paid version so vans across the country can listen in on radio broadcasts

Constant freezing. The app freezes constantly, and you have to completely restart it. Once they decided to “partner “with NFL net work, couldn’t even sign in for several days.

Content good, UX bad. All the content is well done! The app has trouble with changing orientations, pausing audio, etc. It could use a legitimate overhaul.

Great app. Love the app. Great interviews, inside the locker room videos, and info. Obviously stories are written wearing purple glasses, but the access to the players and coaches what I like best.

Latest Update Broke App. The latest update has broken the app it force closes on the launch screen. It is Sunday morning and I currently do not have access to my tickets for today’s game. Recommendation: 1. Fix app ASAP 2. Don’t do major updates right before a game day weekend, perhaps Monday nights would be a better update window

App icon. I was wondering, how you change the app icon with the new update? I can’t seem to figure it out

Articles not available. I just loaded the latest version of the Ravens app and can no longer see any news articles. Videos appear to be unaffected, but if I try to open a news article (e.g., Late for Work), I get a “bad url” error message and the article does not open on my iPhone.
